History[]

Percy Jackson didn't want to be a half-blood, or ask to be a hero seeking praise. He was just an ordinary 12 year old boy who kept getting kicked out of schools for being "problematic" and lived an unordinary life with his mom, Sally, and abusive step-dad, Gabe. It wasn't until his teacher, Mrs. Dodds, who turned out to be a murderous monster, tried to kill him that he realized that everything was not what it seemed. Oh yeah, and his best friend, Grover, turned out to be a half-goat man (a centaur to be precise). Grover took Percy to a place called Camp Half-Blood, where he revealed that Percy, like the rest of the campers, was the child of a Greek God and thus was a demigod (or half-blood). He was soon claimed as the son of Poseidon, who, like Zeus and Hades, had made a pact not to sire any more children. Percy was soon thrusted into a quest to recover Zeus' lost lightning bolt and discover the true mastermind behind the upcoming danger.
