History[]

Christopher Smith used to be a career diplomat, he traveled to Washington, D.C. in pursuit of the elimination of war. When he realized that he couldn't achieve peace as a diplomat he became the "Peacemaker", an extremist vigilante that was willing to kill anyone if it meant achieving peace. He would soon get arrested and get sent to Belle Reve and would join the Suicide Squad along with other notable members Harley Quinn, King Shark, Bloodsport, etc. But would betray his team on the orders of Amanda Waller to stop Rick Flag from exposing secrets hidden from the US Government on a secret covert mission in Corto Maltese. He would eventually kill Flag but would fail his mission after Bloodsport nearly killed him, but Peacemaker survived and after surviving a falling building and healing for 5 months Peacemaker was on another mission called Project; Butterfly with a new team to stop an Alien invasion of Butterfly-like aliens from harvesting humans.

Chris wears a red, blue, and white suit as Peacemaker, tight-fitting to display his strength, with holsters for his guns, and a picture of a dove his chest, showing his message of peace to all. Smith wears an oddly-shaped chrome helmet with a dove engraved on the forehead to protect his skull and identity which was created by his father Auggie Smith. Smith's father developed multiple helmets each with their own special function such as causing a sonic boom which was enough to kill a Butterfly and send other vehicles away with force, or X-Ray Vision. Peacemaker is also a skilled in weaponry, he usually carries a IMI/Magnum Research Desert Eagle Mark XIX that he occasionally loads his pistol with exploding compression bullets. He also uses other firearms like Colt Single Action Army Revolver's, Remington 870, Kel-Tec KSG, Heckler & Koch HK416, FN P90, and a Barrett M82. He is also skilled in Melee Weaponry as he uses a Tomahawk and a Sword, and also uses other long range weapons like a Blowgun and Bow and Arrow. But his most powerful weapon is a Grenade/Tank Shell which was a grenade attached to a Russian tank shell that was used to kill a horde of Butterflies. Later on, he does a shield with the Dove logo
