Patchy lives in Encino, California with his parrot Potty — both are huge SpongeBob fans caring less about anything else. Patchy's bedroom is filled with state of the art SpongeBob stuff such as plushies, collectables, bedsheets, pillows, and even underwear and swears that he'll meet his idol (SpongeBob) — a goal he accomplished in SpongeBob's Big Birthday Blowout.
