History[]
He was once the maintenance guy for the Rift between worlds, until he fell in love with a princess. He believed the princess could never love him as a centaur however, so he broke his consciousness between the bodies of human man and an elk. He was heartbroken after his human half married the princess instead of him. He tried to reason with his human half, to change things back, but he wanted no part of it. His human half tried to kill the elk, but found their lives were linked, & he would die if he killed his other half. Instead, he chose to lock his other half in a small, windowless dungeon for 10 years. He eventually escaped thanks to the princess, but he felt he didn't belong anywhere, and so started creating minotaurs by using an artifact to fuse men with animals, making companions that also belonged nowhere. The artifact's magic was unstable, soiling his body with every use, eventually turning him into the monster we see today. His hatred & resentment grew so corrupt that he started using his minotaurs for combat, enacting war against his human self, a war that raged across both worlds. After an attempted stand off with his human half, the princess intervened. She destroyed the Nowhere King's artifact creating an explosion that and sent the human to the Human World, herself to Centaurworld, and unintentionally trapped the elk in the realm in between. He became even more bitter through years of loneliness, until Horse brought him the artifact.
Death Battle Info[]
Background[]
- Height: 10.19m (Varies greatly)
- Length: Unknown
- Weight: Unknown (Likely over 100 Tonnes)
- Age: Well over 58
- Durpleton is said to be 48, & Wammawink was an adult when Durpleton was a child. The Nowhere King's war had seemingly ended during Wammawink's youth. Adding the 10 years he spent locked in a dungeon, this gives a lowballed number for his age. He's clearly much older once you account for his life as an elktaur, & the time he spent building his army.
