• Background: With a family in law enforcement, Spencer always had a strong sense of justice. Rejected from the police academy because of poor grades, Spencer spent several years out of town as a delivery man. After both his father and mother were injured on the job, Spencer came home to help take care of them. But when he came home, the city had changed. Crime was at an all time high, as a new brand of superpowered criminals had come to town, and the police couldn't stop them. Spencer didn't have any powers, but he still decided to fight crime, taking to training in martial arts and tactics. And a few months later, Spencer set out, dubbing himself Noct. (Corruption of the word Nocturnal. He thought it sounded cool.)
