History[]

The past of Noble Six is unknown. Known as Spartan B-312 by ONI, this mysterious Spartan has had a "hyperlethal" reputation. Entire militia groups disappeared, never to return, all thanks to the lone wolf efforts of this Spartan. He was eventually assigned to Noble Team to replace the previous Noble Six, Thom-A293, who died destroying a Covenant cruiser. Under the command of Carter, Noble Six performed various missions alongside the tech-savvy Kat, the rock-hardened Jorge, the taciturn Jun (the only survivor of Noble Team) and the aggressively violent Emile. He performed more missions with them at Reach, where it is apparent that the Covenant invades the planet to weaken the UNSC's military potential. However, in spite of Noble's efforts to defend Reach, it becomes clear that the Covenant are winning, taking a toll on not just the UNSC, but Noble Team as well, as the team suffers from casualties from the Covenant assault. On their last mission together, they are asked by Catherine Halsey to secure a copy of her AI, Cortana and secure it to the Pillar of Autumn, where it can be kept safe under Captain Jacob Keyes. With Carter dead, Noble Six and Emile continue their mission as before, but Emile is killed. Noble Six successfully transports Cortana to Keyes and stays behind the delay the Covenant long enough for the Pillar of Autumn to leave Reach, sacrificing himself in the process.

After the Covenant-Human War and the Great Schism, Noble Six's cracked helmet is discovered on a recently rediscovered Reach. He eventually cements his place as amongst the greatest heroes of humanity (second only to Master Chief).
