Naughty Bear is a teddy bear who lives on Perfection Island, along with a bunch of other multicolored teddy bears. He is seen as nothing more than an outcast as he is always being mocked and laughed at by the other bears. But that doesn't stop him from teaching the bears of the island a lesson... a very lethal and painful lesson.
In the secret cutscene, Naughty was used to be a Uni-Bear who got captured by Daddles. Daddles removed Naughty's horn and this made the latter very angry, but not before he tripped and hit his head, having amnesia and forgetting who he was.
