History[]

After losing his arm to a grenade, Spencer became a test subject for a new prototype Bionic Arm, granting him enhanced strength, durability, and most importantly, a grapple hook. With this arm, he became a super soldier, taking on entire armies and stopping several international incidents. However, following the Bionic Purge, he had his arm stripped and was put on death row for a crime he didn't commit. He was only let loose as a last resort to combat a terrorist attack, but he was now once again a changed man.

    • Summons up to 4 attack drones
    • The drones basically just fly towards enemies and immediately detonate
  • Force Shield
    • Capable of making a chest high wall of pure energy, capable of blocking enemy attacks
    • Can make 3 chest high walls, or one wall as tall as Spencer, and one chest high wall
  • Weapon Supercharger
    • Increases weapons damage by 20%
    • Is one of 4 relevant passives that can be activated at once, though only one may be active at a time (this restriction may not apply in VS debating)

    • Increases Nathan's movement speed by a fair bit

  • Bionic Arm
    • A part of Spencer formed from his wife; Emily, due to the limb needing to be made of someone with an emotional connection to the user
    • Has a grapple distance of about 40 feet
    • Can be used to throw things like cars extremely large distances
    • Can be used to "kite" an enemy, grappling them, and shooting them up into the air repeatedly to keep them airborne
    • Can perform a downward strike called a "Death From Above", with far more power than his usual hits, though this often requires falling from a large distance to perform
    • Can be extended and spun to take out large swathes of enemies
    • Can be made to electrocute enemies it comes into contact with, as well as grasping floors or other platforms to electrocute those on them
    • Capable of hacking electronics if grasped
  • Standard Issue .45 "Daisy" Revolver
    • A fairly standard revolver, but capable of rapid-firing 3 shots in quick succession

    • A single fire rifle which shoots a powerful energy projectile
    • Is especially effective for cutting through shields and barriers
    • Capable of charging up a more powerful shot.

    • Fires a single rocket that deals high damage
    • Deals large damage in a splash effect as well
    • Due to upgrades, can be piloted around after firing

    • Rockets that home in on enemies or the targeted terrain
    • Fires four simultaneously
    • The shots all wind around before hitting
  • Napalm Launcher
    • Shoots a grenade that detonates and coats a large area in flames
    • Even the initial explosion is often enough to down most enemies

    • A grenade launcher that lobs a 40 mm grenade at high speeds
    • Effective range for Spencer to aim with is about 120 meters

    • A weapon capable of locking onto up to six targets
    • Fires a SCAR guided missile to each target
    • Short lock on time makes it great for hit-and-run strategies while swinging

    • Used originally by Super Joe, but souped up over several appearances
    • Burns through ammo, though is very good at hitting faster enemies, or swarms of enemies, at the cost of lower damage

    • A rifle that fires a bouncing energy bolt
    • The bolt bounced up to three times, growing in power with each bounce
    • Can be fired fairly quickly and semi-automatically
  • Yoro Viper
    • A weapon that fires a slow moving ball of electricity

    • Capable of powering electrical devices

Weaknesses[]

  • Radiation severely debilitates his systems and can kill him very quickly
  • The weight of his arm and internal mechanics makes him unable to swim
  • His bionic arm can be ripped off by enemies such as the Vultures

  • In Episode 3 of Death Battle Cast, the community debated who would win in an arm-wrestling match between Spencer and Jackson Briggs from Mortal Kombat.
