Hawk: Now first off since Akira is from an RPG we are limiting his items to only items he can make which means no healing, status curing, or SP restoring items he can not make himself. However infiltration tools and SP restoring items he can make will be counted.

Luna: Akira will be given his best equipment, and since Akira has a vast move set we will try and consider everything his ultimate persona’s could reasonably have move set wise. So no unique skills they couldn’t otherwise normally learn. And no Omnipotant orb as it is a huge no limits fallacy.

Stella: also non canon feats from the anime or other material may be referenced. However nothing above what they can do in canon will be counted

Hawk: With all of that out of the way we’re here to judge there weapons, armor, and skills to see who would win.
