Marvel VS DC Which Dark Knight and Anti-Hero vigilante which possess Similar gadgets will win?
Interlude[]
Wiz: These two are anti-heroes who fight on both the light and the dark sides
Boomstick: And these two Knights are no exception in using their gadgets and violent methods to protect their city. Moon Knight, the Fist of Khonshu
Wiz: And Azrael, the Avenging Angel
Boomstick: He's Wiz and I'm Boomstick
Wiz: And it's our job to analyze their weapons armor and skills to find out who would win a death battle
Moon Knight[]
Wiz: Marc Spector was born the son of a rabbi who had fled to America following World War II. Marc's mother died and he wondered why his father never fought back against his attackers
Boomstick: Seeking to vent this frustration Marc became a boxer earning a fortune which shamed his father
Wiz: Marc then became a member of the US Corps alongside his brother Randall and had a girlfriend Evie during a struggle Randall killed Evie and Marc defeated his brother with a grenade following this Marc became a member of the CIA carrying out Assassinations
Boomstick: Eventually becoming a mercenary and earning a massive fortune Marc was hired by a thug named Bushman to attain jewels from Egyptian Temples while with the digger Peter Alarurine
Wiz: Bushman soon tried to steal the jewels and killed dozens of innocents along with Peter to obtain them Marc saved Peter's daughter Marlane and attacked Bushman but was beaten and left to die Egyptian Priests found him and brought him to their temple
Boomstick: Helpless Marc was left in front of the statue of Khonusu the Moon God where he died he was visited by Khonusu who offered to make him his Servant Marc accepted and became an Astronaut!
Wiz: Why? Anyways Marc was brought back to life and took Khonusu's Cape defeating Bushman and his men and went to New York City to continue his war against Crime using his fortune to gain a white costume with weapons becoming Moon Knight
Boomstick: Spector was hired by a group of men who wanted him to capture the Criminal Werewolf-by-Night but it turns out Werewolf was innocent and the men were a group of crime bosses Spector then worked with Werewolf to beat them
Wiz: Moon Knight met up with many other Superheroes including Spider-Man and Punisher to defeat crime bosses he joined the Avengers West Coast and one point died in an outbreak of a computer virus but was resurrected
Boomstick: Moon Knight set up several personalities to find out about Criminal schemes setting up a millionaire personality along with a cab driver and his Superhero identity which helped to defeat the criminals however a Criminal named Fly broke his legs in desperation Spector cut the criminals face off!
Wiz: Left in a wheelchair Spector arose in despair he lost his fortune but his company made a breakthrough which gave him the money he needed to recover and get out of his wheelchair becoming Moon Knight again
Boomstick: Spector then took on the personality of a Silver dressed businessman to replace his other identities and continued his war on crime
Wiz: Moon Knight is one of the finest superheroes and has a lot of wealth and gadgets on his side he is a successful fighter
Boomstick: He is a master of physical combat consisting of Boxing Judo and other Eastern martial arts. He can easily match combat masters such as The Punisher and Deadpool in hand to hand combat
Wiz: He also is handy with firearms being a former mercenary and swords though he rarely uses guns as Moon Knight preferring to use his weapons and gadgets rather than gadgets but can use rifles and pistols when necessary
Boomstick: Moon Knight is in Peak Physical Condition he can lift 450 pounds normally but when the Full Moon Rises he can lift to 2 tonnes and has enhanced durability, though recently this power isn't used that often by Moon Knight
Wiz: His Mind also is constantly pumping adrenaline around his body to cope with his multiple personalities, as a result, he is exceptionally fast strong and has increased stamina he also is exceptionally durable
Boomstick: He also can channel his chi energy to accelerate healing in his body and recover from wounds more quickly and his change in personality allows him immunity to most mental Attacks he also can strike fear into others
Wiz: He also a ridiculously high pain tolerance he's been impaled shot by arrows and even had his legs broken and still kept on fighting but the more injured he gets the more willing he is to use brutal methods
Boomstick: He also has a wide amount of gadgets at disposal he has crescent darts, moon-shaped darts that are extremely sharp and act like boomerangs this guy's been taking lessons from Batman!
Wiz: He has his truncheon which can be used to beat his enemies but can split in two and form two shorter clubs linking by a chain it can also shoot out a hook to act as a grappling gun he also wields a Katana for sword combat
Boomstick: He also has spikes on fists that coupled with his boxing skills can deal deadly damage to opponents he is practically a master of all forms of weaponry when it comes to knives, swords, guns, and firearms and can pick up and wield them when needed
Wiz: He also has his armor a white suit made of Kevlar the suit is bulletproof and resistant to knives arrows and physical damage however it can be broken through and leave Marc injured if he is abused too much the Armour also has scanners and radio to keep in contact with his machine the Moon Copter
Boomstick: A thing that looks like some weird moon sandwich!
Wiz: Anyway it is an armored Helicopter with backup computers where Moon Knight conducts his research and can fly up to 200mph it also has backup engines and can survive machine-gun fire from other planes it also has machine guns and can fire Missiles
Boomstick: Moon Knight often uses the Helicopter as a way of retreating from his enemies and attacking them from the air if needed he also carries other weapons he has a crescent dart launcher that can grapple opponents
Wiz: These crescent darts can also stick people to walls and knock them into walls Moon Knight also has Ankh an Egyptian symbol that can be used as a club or thrown as a projectile he carries several of these weapons he also is a master of torture
Boomstick: He also has an energy shield similar to Captain America's that can block bullets knives and Attacks from superheroes he also has Ivory darts an ivory boomerang a bola and a staff
Wiz: He also is a master strategist and detective from his identities he knows the streets of New York very well and is careful at planning schemes to take down the Criminal underworld that usually succeeds
Boomstick: Moon Knight has defeated Jack Russell fought Punisher to a standstill defeated Deadpool survived having his legs broken withstood Attacks from Count Nefria been shot by arrows and stabbed. Moon Knight even ripped the face of his archnemesis, Raoul Bushman, despite being weak and disabled.
Wiz: However his pain tolerance is one of greatest downfalls it has led him to be seriously injured or even die from the brutal fighting methods he isn't much of a combat strategist and is willing to take fatal blows to kill an enemy he also suffers from a multiple personality disorder which makes quite violent and leaves him prone to losing his mind in battle
Boomstick: But with his fighting skill and gadgets Moon Knight is not to be annoyed!
Moon Knight: I'm a ghost now... A spectre of the moon... the moon's knight of vengeance---and I got work to do
Azrael[]
Wiz: Jean-Paul-Valley Jr. was born unknowingly in a test tube where his physical attributes were increased dramatically with animal DNA where his father the Avenging Angel Azrael had his son modified to prepare him in life
Boomstick: As a result, Jean was a gifted student but was left oblivious to his true purpose by his father who was rarely there for him however one day everything changed Jean returned home to see his father dying in a costume he revealed too soon the truth and told him to seek the Order of St. Dumas
Wiz: Jean departed to find the Order in Switzerland and was told the disciplines of the role and mentored for it he eventually clashed with Batman who came to Switzerland to investigate his father's death
Boomstick: However the two were forced to settle their differences and worked together he left Switzerland to be with Batman helping to fight off crime while studying his
Wiz: However his chance came to help Batman when he defeated Killer Croc and became Batman when Bruce was crippled by Bane Jean brutally defeated Bane and set out destroying crime
Boomstick: However the Armour was beginning to affect him and Jean soon lost his mind becoming crazy forcing Batman to return and defeat Azrael removing the helmet and restoring Jean's sanity
Wiz: Disappointed in himself became one of Batman's helpers saving Gotham and restoring it after an earthquake and defeating criminals who tried to take over the city however was forced into a fight
Boomstick: This fight was brutal however Jean was eventually shot and fell off a building with a Criminal named Lehah who survived but Jean was killed and eventually replaced
Wiz: Azrael was one of the toughest fighters and one of the closest members of the Bat-family he has many abilities
Boomstick: Azrael is physically fitter than most humans due to being genetically modified at birth he can lift 5 tons trees and throw massive Statues at enemies he also able to fight for days without stopping and managed to still leap an extraordinary distance
Wiz: Azrael also has some key reflexes he can catch knives that have been thrown at him while in a noisy environment and a master fighter he a master of physical combat having mastered all matieux arts
Boomstick: However his full potential is limited by his mental illness but Batman has stated that Azrael would become a better martieux artist than him if it wasn't for this setback
Wiz: He also quite intelligent he can hack into computer databases with relative ease and as a University Student is constantly adding to knowledge of skills that aid him in his crime-fighting duties
Boomstick: He is also a master swordsman and can fight with a single blade or duel with two at the same time he fights for days against members of the League of Shadows you know the guys who taught Batman to fight!
Wiz: He also has incredible endurance and stamina he fights for hours and even weeks and not become exhausted when engaged in a fight but he also has some deadly equipment
Boomstick: He occasionally wields two swords that have been passed down throughout the Order the Sword of Sin a flaming sword and the Sword of Salvation a normal sword when used at the same time Azrael can become a deadly threat
Wiz: He also has the Suit of Sorrows a deadly suit forged in the crusades Azrael has customized into a battle suit the armor offers the user Superhuman strength and speed but at the same time corrupts said user making them more violent
Boomstick: the armor is tough enough to withstand small arms fire and is fireproof it also has two battle gauntlets that can be used to block blades and bullets but they contain some deadly weapons
Wiz: Two blades can activate and be used to slash enemies they can be activated both at once or release one of the blades can go in and out of the gauntlets making them deadly at close range he can also light these blades on fire
Boomstick: Azrael also has a flamethrower which he can use to burn his enemies as Batman Azrael had access to the Batcave's resources and many of the vehicles
Wiz: One of these was the Bat plane a sleek plane that can fire bullets and Missiles at opponents its armor is also quite thick and the machine has a stealth mode
Boomstick: Azrael is strong enough to lift logs and statues can match Nightwing defeat Bane before anyone else was able to contend with Batman and fight for days on end
Wiz: Azrael does have the limits his armor is not resistant to machine guns and can be penetrated his mental illness from his two personalities cripples his mind and makes him focus more on fighting enemies then crime-solving this can lead to outbursts and erratic decisions in battle
Boomstick: But with his fighting skills and armor Azrael is one vigilante not to be messed with !
Azrael: I'm not him-- I'm a lot more I'm a lot worse!
Pre-Death Battle[]
Wiz: All right the combatants are set. Let's end this debate once and for all
Boomstick: It's time for a Death Battle!
Death Battle[]
On a roof in Gotham City, some robbers are running away with some money when a caped figure suddenly jumps at them
Robber: Let's get out of here we don't want to get caught Aah!
The Robber is knocked on the head and slashed
Robber 2: It's him it's the Batman
Azrael: I'm not the Batman. I'm your worst nightmare cower in the name of justice
Azrael knocks out the first Criminal. The Second Criminal pulls out a gun but is suddenly pulled back by a white string
Robber 2: Woah
The Second Criminal is thrown onto a rooftop and is knocked out
Azrael: What? who is this!
Moon Knight: I am the Spectre of the Moon and the Fist of Khonshu. I have no business talking with you
Azrael: I will silence you fool and take to jail where you belong
Moon Knight: I have no time for this. I'll leave you unharmed if you're lucky.
Azrael: Try it punk!
Fight!
Moon Knight punches Azrael who blocks and kicks at MK who activates his knuckle fists and tries to punch Azrael but the Knight blocks nearly every Attack though Moon Knight scores a hit to Azrael's face knocking him back in response Azrael activates a blade and swings towards MK with his right arm
Moon Knight dodges the strikes the silver blade striking a hell of its own Moon Knight throws crescent darts at Azrael who is hit in the shoulder by one of the darts and hit in the chest in rage Azrael cuts through the crescent darts and knees MK in the face knocking him back
Azrael: This is wasting my time
Moon Knight kicks Azrael but is head-butted and slashed with a blade on his arm he is then knocked onto another rooftop Azrael jumps on attacking with a flurry of punches and kicks which Moon Knight manages to intercept the strikes of legs hit Azrael in the side as he reels from the injury another punch flies towards him he felt the Attack hit him hard
Moon Knight throws a crescent dart but Azrael pulls the Sword of Sin from his belt the flaming sword flying towards him in a volley of strikes MK grabs his Truncheon and manages to intercept the Attacks landing a kick to Azrael who blocks with his other arm and sets fire to MK's Cape
Temporarily distracted Azrael punches MK knocking him through a window the two engage in a flurry of punches and kicks but eventually MK knocks Azrael back through Azrael activates the second arm blade and sets them on fire
Azrael: Time to end this
Moon Knight: Impressive but not good enough
Moon Knight draws out his katana and the two engage in a sword fight the silver strikes carving through the building's pillars beginning to crumble with his second-hand MK pulls out his truncheon spiting it into two and whacking Azrael with it while countering with his Katana
Azrael pulls out his Sword of Salvation and swings with all four blades the two slash at each other violently the two enter a blade lock Azrael hammering down on MK and forcing him onto his knees with a quick movement MK aims his truncheon at Azrael's leg the hook pulling Azrael away
Azrael: Ahh! Damn it!
As he is pulled away Azrael lands a punch to MK knocking him back Azrael gets up snapping the Truncheon in two Azrael is hit by a katana strike and stumbles back slashing with the two blades MK knocks a pillar onto Azrael but he gets up and hits MK with an Uppercut digging the edge of the blade in MK's leg
Moon Knight: Gah!
Moon Knight pulls out his Ankh and slashes Azrael the two counter strikes Azrael kicks but MK activates his energy shield and throws it at Azrael who knees him and Attacks him MK attacks him with his bola
MK knocks the Sword of Sin out of Azrael's hand and throws it out the building with another strike knocking the sword of the salvation of his hand the two stare at each other Azrael tastes the blood in his mouth spitting it and striking at MK but with a flamethrower burns MK who throws the Ankh at him cutting through the armor Azrael pulls it out and crushes it underfoot
Azrael: You're finished now
Moon Knight: Not yet I am not
Moon Knight charges in with his bola striking at Azrael several times the Knight blocks most of the strikes and slashes at Spector wildly MK's bola being pushed against him with the force of the blade
Azrael pushes down on the blade MK begins to buckle he tries to distract Azrael with an Ivory boomerang but blocks it and punches Spector the blade narrowly missing his neck with that thought MK is knocked back with a powerful kick into the edge of the building
MK catches Azrael off guard with a crescent dart that strikes the ceiling of the building causing some rubble to fall on Azrael they both charge at each other and are knocked out the window Azrael suddenly felt the pain of glass embedded in his side like knives stabbing into him he managed to activate the blade at the side of the building and climb up
Azrael: Haha, no one can beat me!
Azrael looked around for his foe but could see nothing of Moon Knight suddenly the sound of whirring and choppers knocking together rang in his ears he turned round to see MK in his Moon Copter suddenly opening fire on him
Moon Knight: How's this for weak
Azrael: Oh, shit!
Moon Knight opens fire on Azrael who runs out the building leaping out of it and into an apartment building but a sharp pain developed in his gut three bullets had launched themselves into Azrael's armor Azrael crashed with the window getting up with a huge amount of pain
Suddenly in front of him, he saw Batman and the Batplane
Azrael: Bruce I need your help there's a Criminal named MK on the loose we need to stop him
Batman: I would but Joker's been attacking the bank stolen a good chunk of the city's money as soon as that's done I'll take down this Criminal
Azrael: Gah. Ok, fine
Azrael looks around and sees the Batplane leaping into it closing the doors and flying off Batman turns around in shock
Batman: Uhh Jean! He never learns!
Moon Knight suddenly sees the Batplane and begins shooting at it the tough armor absorbing the damage and Azrael responded with fire the machine guns shooting at the edge of the Moon Copter Moon Knight continues to Fire at Azrael
Azreal: Uhh this thing's so damn complicated. I'll just press this button
Azrael activates the grappling hook which pulls off one of the Mooncopter plates and flies around the city the two begin to shoot Missiles at each other
Moon Knight: This guy's pretty tough
The building around them are damaged Azrael fires a barrage of Missiles at MK one of which hits the bottom of the plane damaging it MK is hit with bullets in the side of the plane but shoots at Azrael bullets hitting the screen of the BatPlane
A Missile flies towards the Batplane hitting the side armor plating rips off but in response, Azrael's bullets hit the Moon Copter's engine and a missile hits the cockpit damaging MK The BatPlane begins to fall Azrael leaps out of it as it smashes into a building MK flies towards Azrael
Azrael: That was way too close
Moon Knight: Take this
Azrael: Gah!
Azrael is knocked into a shopping center car park MK flies around trying to stay hidden but Azrael sees his white cape and throws a car at him MK dodges but is knocked aside into another car with a punch from Azrael a slash appearing on his arm
MK leaps towards Azrael the two enter a huge fistfight MK fist striking valiantly at Azrael's chest and side the glass knives digging into Azrael however soon a flying kick hits his mask knocking him back and damaging his vision
Azrael: Finished yet
Moon Knight: I won't stop until I end you
The two fight each other violently suddenly Azrael is in elbowed the face and Temporarily stunned MK grabs his Cape and punches him
Moon Knight: Enough all the people that have killed because of your violence
Azrael: Me your The one violently killing criminals
MK slams a few more hits on Azrael but suddenly a blade activates from Azrael's Gauntlet
Moon Knight: This stops here!
Azrael: No you do!
Suddenly Moon Knight felt a sharp pain in his gut the edge of the blade had penetrated the edge of his stomach Azrael suddenly threw him back across the car park Azrael then activates his flame blades digging them into the car and tossing it at MK the car explodes as MK Manged to leap out the way his gut throbbing his vision blurring
Azrael throws several cars at MK who dodges most of them but is thrown back suddenly a Crescent embeds itself in Azrael's neck Azrael coughs up blood the car explode fire breaking out Azrael throws another car which hits MK Azrael then throws a final car but MK sends it back at Azrael with a kick
The hits Azrael against the wall exploding MK leaps at him and the two enter a fist lock the lights go out however Shadows can be seen suddenly a sharp blade enters a combatants chest but a smaller blade breaks through the other's armor and stabs the second blade is turned inwards stabbing the owner
???: Ahh
??: Gah
The lights suddenly go back on a knuckle blade hits Azrael's mask MK punching into the mask several times denting it Blood coming out with a final punch the blades appear through the other side of the mask Azrael drops the floor an injured MK clutches his wounds and walks away
Moon Knight: You should have listened to me then this would have been stopped
K.O!
Results[]
Boomstick: That was brutal!
Wiz: This fight was insanely close. The two's similar tactics and weaponry made them counter a lot of each other's attacks
Boomstick: It would start as a fistfight where each fighter would try to overwhelm each other with their fighting skill Azrael did have the fighting advantage due to being a master of all martieux arts
Wiz: Azrael's martial arts skill is considerable to the point that Batman said that Azrael could become a better martieux artist than him but there is a difference between could and would plus Azrael's mental illness severely restricts his fighting ability leaving it at a level Moon Knight could match
Boomstick: When it came to weaponry, Azrael's swordsmanship skills trumped Moon Knight's but he was forced into a corner by Moon Knight's ranged weaponry which allowed him to be disarmed of his swords
Wiz: However once Azrael activated his blades things became difficult for Moon Knight. Azreal was able to counter most of his attacks due to Moon Knight's similar weaponry to Batman which left Moon Knight on his back foot
Boomstick: Moon Knight then resorted to his Mooncopter which was able to outclass Azreal on foot but with the Bat Plane things were more even while the Bat Plane is the better machine Azreal's lack of experience using it made him vulnerable and Moon Knight needs the help of a co-pilot when on a mission the two machines went down at the same time
Wiz: While both have kevlar armor, Moon Knight's is completely bulletproof while Azrael's is not and while Azreal's is fireproof it can be still be penetrated by knives like Moon Knight's
Boomstick: While Moon Knight's armor makes him obvious to his foes Azreal's armor can be quite bulky which restricts his speed speaking of which Azreal may have the most stamina but Moon Knight's is not far behind
Wiz: Azreal is also not as much as a strategist as Moon Knight he focuses on fighting skill alone to overpower his opponents and while Moon Knight is more willing to take the punishment Azreal's reckless made him vulnerable
Boomstick: But Wiz, Azreal's strength should have allowed him to beat Moon Knight right?
Wiz: No, Azreal has constantly lost to those who are weaker than him due to his mental illness. Moon Knight's mental illness isn't as severe as Azreal's which allows him more control in battle not to mention that the former is possessed by Khonshu the Ancient Egyptian god of the moon and has the likes of Steven Grant the millionaire and Jake Lockley the taxi driver
Boomstick: Fine, but it should have ended in a draw when they both stabbed each other
Wiz: Well Boomstick, Moon Knight has been known to take a lot of punishment he has had his legs broken and still fought on against Raoul Bushman and his chi allows him to heal wounds and save him from bleeding out Azreal's was killed by simple bullets
Boomstick: Looks like Azreal's inability to keep up with Moon Knight got to his head!
Wiz: The Winner is Moon Knight
