Monosuke is one of the mascot characters and antagonists featured in Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony, appearing as part of a group called the Monokuma Kubs. With his siblings: Monotaro, Monodam, Monokid, and Monophanie. They control the Ultimate Academy for Gifted Juveniles alongside Monokuma.

History[]
Monosuke, along with his four other siblings were created by Team Danganronpa, a group of people who created the famous reality show called Danganronpa, a series which tells the story of Killing Games. Monosuke and the Monokubs' roles are to aid Monokuma in hosting the Killing Game. It is unknown when they were created and in which Killing Game they started to appear. Their notable appearance is the last Killing Game entry, the 53rd season of the show.

After The third killer was voted off, Monosuke got involved in its execution. While Monosuke watches a bloody lacerated it’s plummet to it’s death, One of his Siblings, pushed Monosuke, making him drop his glasses and search on the ground. Right as he finds his glasses, The Killers Body corpse crashes on him and crushed him with his body exploding instantly upon impact, both killing herself and Monosuke instantly.

- Fixing and Rebuilding: Monosuke and his siblings seem to be able to repair and fix machines as they were the ones responsible to fix K1-B0's antenna.

- The Monokubs appeared before Kaito could hit Monokuma. A weakened Kaito Momota could move fast enough to protect Kokichi from close-range shot from a crossbow which can move over 100 Miles an Hour.
- Should be comparable to the Monotaro who could move his hands so fast that they caught on fire due to the wind resistance.

- Despite being a robot, Monosuke appears to have a very poor eyesight without his glasses.
- Monosuke's official profile description on the English website was mistranslated. The original profile didn't mention that he had no patience for Monokid's foul language, it said his language was as foul as Monokid's.
- Monosuke's English voice actor, Brian Beacock, also voiced Monokuma in Danganronpa games.
- In a poll hosted by MyNavi, fans voted Monosuke the 5th most popular Danganronpa V3 Monokuma. He was 2nd to last, only beating Monokid
