Mogo is a sentient planet that is responsible for delivering Green Lantern Rings to potential wearers when a previous host dies. He has allowed alien races to live on his planet frequently and changes his conditions to suit their physiology/environment.

Mogo's planet physiology grants him the ability to manipulate his entire structural being at will. Abilities include;
- Weather Manipulation- Can control the climate and weather of his planet's sky.
- Chlorokinesis- Mogo can control any plant in his own atmosphere.
- Gravity Manipulation- He can increase his gravitational pull on himself.
- Geokinesis- Mogo can move his own tectonic plates, soil, or land at will and shape it to his desire.
- Telepathy- Mogo is responsible for guiding the Green Lantern rings to new sentient beings after their hosts die.
- Reformation- He can reform his body if it is scattered in pieces
Mogo posses a Green Lantern Ring, one of the most powerful weapons in DC Comics. It allows him to;
