Mitchell Tanner is a student at Strange Hill High, a school with many unexplained oddities. He often gets in trouble with his principal Mr. Abercrombie and plays many pranks on the students. He also is a smart aleck and the wielder of Exalibur, a cleaning-liquid thing that resembles a light-saber.
