History[]
Wilhelmina Vlad Tepeş was born the daughter of vampire queen, Lucretia Tepeş. When she was still young, Mina’s mother was murdered during a vampire clan war, making Mina the head of her clan. In spite of her youth, Mina has succeeded in making the Tepeş clan the most powerful among the four full-blood vampire families. Eventually, Mina purchased the Japanese island of Tokyo Landfill #0, and succeeded in establishing it as an independent nation for and of vampires.

In spite of her great age, over 400 years old, Mina usually looks like a prepubescent girl. She has very fair skin, blond hair and crimson eyes. She can, however, take on an alternate appearance, her true form. In this form, she looks much older, with a curvaceous adult body with bat-like wings.
Powers and Abilities[]
- Ice Magic - She can cast very powerful ice-based spells.
- Shapeshifting - She is able to transform into a mist, or into a bat, a wolf, or even a swarm of rats or bats.
- Superhuman strength
- UV Immunity - She is not adversely affected by sunlight, she was exposed to the “Red Jewel,” a unique magical item that allows vampires to lead more normal lives.
