- The connections between Metal Sonic and Super Adaptoid is that they are robots made by super villainous forces that were originally made just to be copies of the iconic blue hero protagonist characters (Sonic and Captain America) and sent destroy them but soon copied more heroes of their worlds, attaining godly powers at points and becoming more independent as it went on before eventually being defeated and going back to just being pawns beyond a few moments of independence. They also utilize a powerful artifact for energy.
