Intro[]
Wiz: Meta Knight, the Lone Swordsman!
Boomstick: Saber (Artoria Pendragon), the King of Knights!
Wiz: Both extremely honorable when dueling with swords. And both are leaders in their own things, Saber leads Knights, hence her name…
Boomstick: And Meta Knight leads a group called the Meta-Knights!
Wiz: But who would win in a duel, if it came down to it?
Boomstick: He’s Wiz, and I’m Boomstick.
Wiz: And it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor, and skills to see who would win a death battle!
Meta Knight[]
Wiz: An extremely powerful swordsman, first debuting in Kirby’s Adventure on Dedede’s side.
Boomstick: But, he’s also attacked Dreamland to eliminate laziness! And he’s defeated many opponents!
Wiz: Examples of who he’s defeated are-
Boomstick: Galacta Knight and the Galactic Nova! Both in one day! Defeating these two is already an accomplishment, but in one day? Holy sh-
Wiz: As said by Galactic Nova himself, he was sealed away by who knows what due to how powerful he was.
Boomstick: Don’t forget the legendary sword, Galaxia he wields!
Wiz: Yes, it’s truly a fearsome weapon. Only choosing a select few to wield, and killing or corrupting people who aren't. It gives Meta Knight much more power and abilities with his sword.
Boomstick: But even without it, as shown in Forgotten Land, he’ll switch to his old sword! Which still does the same damage and abilities!
Wiz: But, that’s not only what he’s capable of. He can pilot the Halberd pretty easily. Which is a ship that can fire lasers, easily soar through space, and just looks badass. However, some weaknesses of him is that he refuses to fight unevenly.
Boomstick: Don’t forget, he always has his mask on. You break that mask, that son of a bitch will come running off!
Boomstick: But his opponent is someone he shouldn’t underestimate, no he shouldn’t.
Saber (Artoria Pendragon)[]
Boomstick: The King of Knights. Fighting in the Holy Grail War, with her master, Rin Tohsaka!
Wiz: Since this page is based on both their prime and strongest forms, since Saber gets power based on her master, with Rin as her master, this would be her strongest form.
Boomstick: Wielding Excalibur, she has a few tricks up her sleeve with the Excalibur in use that can be potentially fatal to Meta Knight!
Wiz: First, let’s mention her leadership. Which is extremely great because we know that she had led Britain to Camelot. To lead an entire country to a place is very talented already.
Boomstick: Yeah, yeah. She led an entire country, yak yak yak. We get it! But this is a one on one! Just get to her skills and abilities, Wiz!
Wiz: Geez, okay… But anyway, let’s get onto her abilities. It’s worth noting that she can use Mana Burst. A skill that allows for an increase in performance by infusing one's weapons and body with magical energy, for both defensive and offensive purposes, effectively recreating the effects of a jet burst. Saber uses this skill mainly for her sword techniques, defense, and high-speed movement, propelling herself across the battlefield at high speeds while reinforcing her entire body with magical energy. With Saber’s A-rank of this skill, even a stick can become a great weapon.
Boomstick: That’s more like it, Wiz… But besides having Mana Burst, she also has resistance to magic! And she has a staggering A Rank in Magic Resistance! Yes, this would include even indirect types of magic, such as hypnosis, petrifaction, etc.

This is the 10th Holy Grail War. Saber is summoned, when she turns around, she’s met with the Lone Swordsman, Meta Knight, who reveals where they are. Meta Knight and Dedede’s army is currently fighting Britain...
Meta Knight: Welcome to Halberd, King of Knights…
Saber looks up to see Meta Knight standing above her.
Saber: I ask of you, are you my master?
Meta Knight looks at her with a determined face. As he flies down to her level. The masked swordsman’s eyes practically saying it all.
Meta Knight: Fight me, allow us to become stronger.
Meta Knight and Saber draw their respective weapons at each other. Meta Knight with Galaxia, and
Saber: Very well, then. I shall fight you.
Meta Knight: I’ll make a deal… You win our duel, I pledge my loyalty to you. If you lose, nothing happens.
Saber: Very well. You seem very confident, Meta Knight!
Meanwhile, Halberd crashes in a deserted area, where nobody is seen, however Rin Tohsaka watches from the now crashed Halberd.
Rin: You better win against this masked gumball, Saber!
Saber nods at her master, as they both lunge at each other.
Fight![]
Meta Knight’s Revenge begins playing…[]
Meta Knight flinches Saber, as he jumps back, he releases his crescent wave beams at her. Saber, however parries with a slash.
Saber: Not bad, not bad…
Saber begins rushing at Meta Knight with enough speed to create alter images of herself before slashing Meta Knight at extreme speeds.
Meta Knight: Woah…
Crack!
Saber delivers a slash to Meta Knight. but luckily, Meta Knight survives, but takes quite a bit of damage. As he gets flung back, he’s knocked into the flames of the crashed Halberd. But rushes back, revealing a slight crack in his mask.
Meta Knight: Take this!
Meta Knight spins in rapid speeds while flying at Saber. As Meta Knight uses his Mach Tornado attack.
Saber: W-Woah!
Saber parries with Excalibur, just in time. But as Meta Knight is flung from the parry, he rushes back, delivering his Shuttle Loop attack, delivering 2 upward slashes.
Saber: Wow, you’re quite the challenge!
Meta Knight and Saber, both in the air, begin falling down. However, Saber uses this to her advantage, delivering a downward slash to Meta Knight, burying him for a couple seconds. Leaving him vulnerable. Saber then proceeds to dive in for a downward slash, but Meta Knight blocks it with Galaxia. However, Saber overpowers him when the swords clash, causing Meta Knight to stumble back and drop Galaxia into the flames of Halberd. With Meta Knight stunned, Saber uses this to her advantage, delivering 3 slashes to the Lone Swordsman.
Crack![]
Half of Meta Knight’s face is now showing, his left wing also has several punctures in it. The Lone Swordsman, very wounded, retreats back into the Halberd, before coming out with Galaxia again.
Meta Knight: You’re stronger than you look!
Meta Knight backs away from Saber, before delivering 5 crescent beams. And as Saber blocks them, he teleports behind her with his Dimensional Cape, delivering an unexpected slash behind Saber. However, Saber’s 6th sense allows her to see it coming, as she dodges just in time.
Saber: Agh, a very strong opponent indeed…
Meta Knight goes on defense, raising his sword to block attacks. However, Saber attempts to bypass his guard with Excalibur, as she charges it up…
Saber: EX…
Meta Knight, unaware of what’s happening, keeps his guard up against Saber. As she lunges at him.
Saber: …CALIBUR!!!
A quick bolt of light shoots at Meta Knight, the impact shattering Galaxia. As Meta Knight falls, when he hits the ground, it causes his mask to shatter. from the unexpected attack, Saber runs over to him, raising her sword. Meta Knight hides his face in shame, not wanting to reveal his true identity.
Saber: You did well. But you’re not on my level yet…
As Saber swings with full force, Meta Knight splits into two clones. As it is his last resort. This buys Meta Knight enough time to grab his old sword.
Meta Knight: Behold…
The 2 Meta Knights proceed to use Darkness Illusion. Everything fading to black. When the darkness clears, we see the Meta Knights deliver a flurry of slashes, before the combo with an extremely strong slash, flinging Saber against Rin, knocking both of them out.
KO![]
Meta Knight fuses into one again, before walking over to the fallen Saber, helping her up.
Meta Knight (Unmasked): You still have much to learn. We should spar again, sometime.
Saber: You look adorable without your mask…
Meta Knight covers his face in shame…
Conclusion[]
Boomstick: Uhh… What just happened?
Wiz: I don’t know, the screen was just engulfed in black and we saw Meta Knight combo Saber with a ton of slashes.
King B: I’ll explain it…
Boomstick: Who the hell are you?
King B: You don’t need to know. But anyway, while Saber outclasses Meta Knight in agility, weaponry, and stamina, Meta Knight outclasses her in everything else. Even with Rin as Saber’s master. The Lone Swordsman has been shown drifting through space very easily, already putting his speed in MFTL+. But it’s not speed that really matters here. It’s their weapons.
Wiz: Agreed. And even if Excalibur outclasses the Galaxia, Meta Knight can practically tank any hit thrown at him, as he’s survived Magolor’s black hole. Which mentioned in King Dedede vs Wario, is equal to 86 octillion tons of TNT!
King B: Don’t forget, both are very agile, powerful, and smart. Given, they’ve both led armies, wield extremely powerful swords, and prefer combat. And it is worth noting that Saber’s 6th sense can easily detect Meta Knight’s Dimensional Cape. But Meta Knight being able to split into two would eventually overwhelm Saber. Considering Meta Knight is as strong as Kirby is, which is likely, given the fact they spar all the time.
