Meta Knight VS Jubei is a What if? Death Battle by XarXel. It features Meta Knight from the Kirby series, and Jubei from the Blazblue series.
Intro[]
Wiz: "Meta Knight, the lone swordsman of Pop Star."
Boomstick: "Jubei, the undefeated One-Eyed Twin Lotus of the Six Heroes."
Wiz: "These masters of the blade have not only years of experience, but gladly spread their wisdom of the sword to those they deem worthy."
Boomstick: "They also like to fight... a lot. He's Wiz, and I'm Boomstick!"
Wiz: "And it's our job to test their weapons, armor and skill to find out who would win a Death Battle!"
Meta Knight[]
Boomstick: "You might not believe this star-shaped planet with it's anime-cute-level landscape is a magnet to the most demonic gods bent on conquest, but Pop Star manages to attract vile monsters daily."
Wiz: "Even the evil-doers of it's present can't compare to the war that waged the universe a thousand years ago. The war was started by Nightmare and his empirical company, NME - creative name. The legendary Star Warriors rose up against Nightmare's tyranny, and prevailed, albeit at the cost of many lives."
Boomstick: "Nightmare wasn't one of those lives, but it sure took a thousand years for him to come back again."
Wiz: "One of these surviving Star Warriors grew darkened by the slaughter, his heart grew cold, but he ultimately remains determined to protect those of Pop Star, even from themselves. This Star Warrior was Meta Knight."
Boomstick: "Yeah, you'd only get that information from the anime, because he is far too brooding to be open about his PTSD. Actually, that sounds understandable and not overly edgy like what I was going for. Whatever, he's just a mysterious edgelord from the game canon alone."
Wiz: "This 50,000 year old swordsman was left believing to be the lone survivor after the war. seeks to become stronger, and never misses the chance to train everyday."
Boomstick: "He's like a bodybuilder without using cheat days. And I can confirm, they do NOT work at all. But this just grew into an obsession, even taking him on an antagonistic role and take over Dream Land to put an end to their lazy lifestyle."
Wiz: "Most importantly, this antagonism helped Meta Knight train something he swore wasn't possible; a Star Warrior named Kirby."
Boomstick: "...who just so happened to be the same species as Meta Knight! They're both balls with stubs for hands and gumdrops for feet! Who's an edgy? You're an edgy boy!"
Wiz: "For God's sake, Boomstick, he's a war veteran! Show some respect! *sigh* Moving on. His revenge wasn't even the first time he'd use an antagonistic role to train Kirby, nor would it be the last time."
Boomstick: "Well, what's an edgelord without a badass weapon? And Meta Knight wields an electric sword named Galaxia. This beauty can fire crescent beams of energy that can slice through anything, fireballs, and green electricity. He also has a spare regular sword... that can engulf itself in FLAMES!"
Wiz: "Meta Knight's kodachis can harm ghosts, reflect projectiles, push dimensional walls, and absorb elements for increasing damage. He's even developed several techniques from Galaxia, such as the Shuttle Loop, the Drill Rush, the Upper Calibur which brings concussive slashes in a short timeframe, and the Mach Tornado, spinning his blade around himself enough to, well, form a tornado of slashes."
Boomstick: "Hell, he can create an actual tornado by stabbing his sword in the ground. But by far his most devastating move is Galaxia Darkness, a finishing move after paralyzing his foes with fear. Or, really his cape."
Wiz: "And he's far from limited to his swords for abilities. With enough energy, Meta Knight can quickly heal himself and replenish his stamina, increase his speed, duplicate himself, perform telekinesis and crush his foes with boulders, and regenerate his whole organic body after a full-body reconstruction."
Boomstick: "One of his most prominent natural abilities are his bat wings. These gives Meta Knight flight to keep up with Kirby and King Dedede's ballooning flights, and he can reach speeds of traversing the entire galaxy in seconds. Huh. Alright, that's badass."
Wiz: "These wings are actually part of his cape, which is called the Dimensional Cape. Wrapping himself in it allows Meta Knight to teleport across long distances, allowing for quick escapes or even a sneak attack on his unsuspecting opponents."
We cut to Wiz and Boomstick in the lab.
Boomstick: "Yeah, that's cool. Doesn't make him worthy-"
Wiz: "Really, Boomstick? What does Meta Knight have to do to impress you?"
Boomstick: "Listen, Wiz. Kirby is a planet buster that fits in the palm of your hand - THAT impresses me. But he doesn't degrade himself in being edgy like this space knight with bat wings! Spawn is the only edgelord I truly respect. Meta Knight would have to monumentally impress me to be on Spawn's level."
Wiz: "Well, I'm not sure he's on Spawn's level, but Meta Knight's not just an expert in combat."
Wiz pulls out a button and presses it, changing the channel of the TV to show the Halberd. This immediately catches Boomstick's attention.
Wiz: "He's made the Halberd, a flying spaceship capable of crossing 900 lightyears in seconds and is equipped with cannons, laser beams, an anti gravity plant for some reason, and more."
Boomstick looks at the Halberd and it's features intensely, drooling at the sight of the mechanical beast.
Wiz: "Making the wings of the ship match his own is a bit much, but still-"
Boomstick: "IT'S SO AWESOME!!! HOLY SHIT, I WAS NOT AWARE OF YOUR GAME, O AWESOME META KNIGHT!!"
Boomstick's sudden yelling catches Wiz off-guard. He smiles smugly as he sees his proof won Boomstick over.
Boomstick: "This is the same ship he planned to use to take over Dream Land and end their lazy lifestyle. With the potential to take over the world, it's no surprise Meta Knight is a strong leader."
Wiz: "Well, he spent everyday of those thousands of years of training well, evolving stronger and smarter along side Kirby and friends, especially against Magolor. This devious trickster managed to obtain the Master Crown, who's infinite power claimed dominion over his mind as their fight went beyond his limits."
Boomstick: "What's interesting is that in later installments, Kirby is stated to have infinite power multiple times, similar to the Master Crown's multiple statements of infinite power. Yep. Kirby and friends gained infinite power. It must be Thursday."
Wiz: "Upon Kirby, his friends, and Meta Knight's victory, the whole 'Another Dimension' they were fighting in collapsed on itself by the Master Crown's deafeat. Important to note that Another Dimension contains an extra-dimensional road, stated to transcend beyond time and space. That's essentially infinity squared."
Boomstick: "Uh- Wow. Scratch that. This shit only happens on Fridays. And get this, Meta Knight can keep up with Landia and the Lor Starcutter, which can traverse Another Dimension. Yeah, Kirby characters are f*cking cracked!"
Wiz: "And yet, it doesn't stop there! When all of Dream Land lost their ability to dream, turning them restless and irritable, Meta Knight was seemingly unaffected, even following Kirby on his journey. He's even fought for night and day for Waddle Town's protection, watching over it for however long Kirby's 'Forgotten Land' journey prolonged."
Boomstick: "He's taken down someone powerful even Kirby hasn't canonically faced - claimed to be the strongest warrior who ever lived over and over again, someone THAT powerful that Meta Knight himself had to wish for him to fight - Galacta Knight. Well, that encounter was not canon, but the second one was."
Wiz: "And that was already during a gauntlet of bosses, facing off against President Haltmann and clones of Sectonia and Dark Matter. And despite the constant statements of Galacta's power, Meta Knight still manages to beat him."
Boomstick: "Clearly, all that training paid well. And his brilliant mind knew how to arrive in Magolorland in another dimension and point in time, without being told. That's just outright illogical!"
Wiz: "Like you'd find logic in Kirby. But for all this might of this knight, he's a chivalrous one above all else, refusing to fight those who have no means of fighting back."
Boomstick: "Sounds like a weakness, but compared losing his mask, it's a strength. Break his mask and he flees away like a bitch. Man, you have MILLENIA of experience, and you run away when we see your cute little face!? Give me a break!"
Wiz: "He's far from perfect, sure, but there's a reason Kirby fights him so much. Meta Knight above all else is an inspiration, one trains Kirby to inspire towards. At his worst, he attempted to take over Dream Land to rid the sloth of their ways."
Boomstick: "At his best, Meta Knight's teamed up with Kirby to take down Dark Meta Knight, Magolor, Void Termina, and the ultimate lifeform, Shado- I mean Kar- I mean Fecto Forgo! Yeah."
Wiz: "His heart may have darkened over the centuries, but he's never forgotten the ways and honor of the Star Warriors. And the worst mistake you could make encountering Meta Knight is spitting on those ideals, lest your fate would succumb into the darkness."
Jubei[]
Wiz: "The Dark War, a gruesome slaughter by the dreaded Black Beast nearly a hundred years ago that ended half of the human population. This war lasted for ten years straight."
Boomstick: "Yet out of the destruction, six heroes called the... aptly named Six Heroes - props for honesty - took down the malevolent beast, allowing humanity and all the other species to continue once more."
Wiz: "The world have nothing but thanks for Hakumen, Nine the Phantom, Platinum the Trinity, Valkenhayn R. Hellsing, Yūki Terumi..."
Boomstick: "And Mit-. Mitsu-. Mitsuyash- ah, everybody just calls him Jūbei, the One-Eyed Twin Lotus. Oh, and look, Wiz, he got two tails! That's adorable!"
Wiz: "Born to a small Beastkin warrior clan in the depths of Japan's mountains, Mitsuyoshi and his brothers were in service of the kind old Clavis Alucard, the No-Life King."
Boomstick: "But one day, things took a turn for the worse when two time travelers show up, specifically one of them - Ragna the Bloodedge. For those not in the know, he is the Black Beast itself, stuck in a 100 year time loop of going back in time and starting the Dark War."
Wiz: "Brushing with a mere remnant of the Black Beast and even losing an eye soon after, Mitsuyoshi kept his eye on Ragna and even helped him fight back against the beast. Unfortunately, it barely delayed the inevitable."
Boomstick: "6 months- nah, just kidding. 8 months passing, Mit- he unites with Trinity, Hakumen, Valkenhayn, Terumi, and Nine as the ladder has created the Ars Magus, a system of power created through the combination of magic and science."
Wiz: "With their powers and skills combined along with bringing the Ars Magus, they took down the Black Beast. Yet despite this massive victory, the 90 years later has not been smooth sailing."
Boomstick: "Forget the story, Wiz. It's BlazBlue. Let's instead focus on Jubei's kodachis, the Mucro Somnio; Musashi! These two can cut through what can't be normally cut, like ghosts and even space and time!"
Wiz: "These weapons are Nox Nyctores, capable of moving, fighting, and warning it's user on their own without their consent, even shut down their emotions to fight better. Speaking of cutting, no amount of power can help recover from Musashi, not even on a multiversal scale."
Boomstick: "He's got to keep up against those with Phenomena Intervention somehow. This means going against heavyweights like the Master Unit; Amaterasu! This bad girl can absorb the energy of the Boundary, a dimension that transcends it's constantly stated infinite universe!"
Wiz: "While Jubei has not fought the Master Unit in canon, Noel's true form is stated to be the only one to destroy it, and she is a regular fighter among the roster. He is claimed to be the strongest creature alive, but after 100 years, his age has weakened him."
Boomstick: "With that said, he's formed many techniques, like the Shiranui, a rushing slash in the cool anime way, Five Circles of Nirvana, which enhances his speed, and Fissuring Slash, which is a rapid attack with his claws."
Wiz: "Jubei has several attacks in forms, such as Shadow Wolf, a dual slash, Demon Fox, an outward slash and a downward reap at once, Ranjishi, slashing flurry and a flip slash with his tails holding his kodachis, and Black Panther-"
Boomstick: "Damn, he's got Wakanda on his side?"
Wiz: "No, it's just a front flip dual slash."
Boomstick: (immensely disappointed) "Aww... Well, anyways, Jubei can blast a ball of fire with Rising Justice, pass through the air with Divine form, and power up with Immovable Object: Lotus. Damn, look at that luxious hair!"
Wiz: "His most devastating attack is Asura: Thunderbird Rising. With his eye focused on the target, he slashes his opponent with black ink, and reaps a claw swipe to launch them into the air where they're cut into nothingness by the ink."
Boomstick: "You'd think that would be the end of his abilities, but his abilities aren't all tied to his flashy moves. Jubei can seal you away in a barrier of illusions, mark his foes to reduce their power, create tiles to move around the air more, heal at supernatural speeds, break people out of mindhax, and even see Ragna with Concealment Ars Magus holding him back."
Wiz: "What's even crazier is what you can't do to him, because Jubei exists outside of Logic, the fundamental rules of the world. Fire, water, air, rocks, not even light nor dark, nothing restrained by Logic can harm him. You can't even erase him, since he can traverse the infinite Boundary which erases all who enter - even time itself - a fate worse than death!"
Boomstick: "Wait, wait, wait! Back up! This cat can just traverse infinity?"
Wiz: "Yes. In fact, he's so fast, he surprised Hakumen, who could predict attacks using his mind's eye."
Boomstick: "Holy shit! With so many abilities on hand, no wonder Jubei has the moniker of the strongest creature alive."
Wiz: "Well, he doesn't have that moniker anymore. Not only because of his old age, but because he actually trained the current strongest, Ragna."
Boomstick: "Oh, yeah, I remember him! Guess time caught up to him in more ways than one. After he lost his sister and his arm, Ragna was trained under Jubei for two years, later helping him to become the current strongest creature alive."
Wiz: "Even in his old age, Jubei is still fighting the good fight. No matter how strong or fast he is now, the One-Eyed Twin Lotus remains unrivaled."
Boomstick: "Well..."
Fight[]
Amidst the calm winds in a bamboo forest, Jubei sits on the ground, pouring some sake in a tea cup. Sipping the sake, Jubei remained unmoved even as immense gusts of wind shakes the forest. Jubei puts down the cup, slightly annoyed his privacy is about to be ignored.
From above, the Halberd descends just a few short miles from Jubei's location. Slashing through the bamboos, however, Meta Knight walks forth with Galaxia on hand. He extends his blade towards the One-Eyed Twin Lotus, daring for a challenge.
Meta Knight: "I've searched far and wide throughout the universe for the strongest, years turn into decades, and decades into centuries. Now, I've finally found you."
Jubei: "I'm afraid my prime has long since passed. Such a moniker belongs to my pupil now."
Meta Knight: "His strength is one thing. But such a boy is a loose cannon, hardly rivaling your skills. Fight me, One-Eyed Twin Lotus, and our battle shall be glorious."
Jubei stands up grabbing both of his kodachi by their handles.
Jubei: "Hmm. If ya insist."
As soon as he unsheathes his kodachis, both Jubei and Meta Knight vanish. In the same mere instance, numerous slashes burst out and destroying the environment, before the two reappear clashing their blades together.
FIGHT!
Their strength pushed them further away from eachother, giving them ample distance away. Meta Knight lifts his blade upwards, charging and blasting a sword beam. Jubei counters with Rising Justice, and the two projectiles create an explosion on impact. Jubei takes advantage of the smoke and sprint towards Meta Knight's silhouette with his kodachi extended out. However, as he slices the smoke cloud apart, Meta Knight disappeared.
Meta Knight reappears behind Jubei while he was confused and slashed him to the ground. He skids across the grassy floor uncontrollably until he slams his head on his black pot. With a minor head injury, Jubei gets up slowly rubbing the back of his head.
Jubei: "Ya managed to keep up with me. Impressive, pipsqueak."
Meta Knight: "It's all but mere child's play for a Star Warrior."
Meta Knight drives his sword into the ground, releasing immense energy that forms a tornado, heading right for Jubei. He was caught into the tornado, but he remained unphased, not even lifted up from the ground, yawning at such a lackluster attack. Meta Knight was completely baffled by the failure of his attack.
Meta Knight: "I-Impossible!"
Jubei: "Of course it is. Because I do the impossible."
Jubei bursts out of the tornado which dissipates from the speed. Meta Knight was taken aback, frantically blasting sword beams over and over. Unfortunately, Jubei dramatically slices through the first one with his kodachi, and quickly dissipate the rest. As Jubei's kodachi reaches Meta Knight's face, he grabs his cape and teleports away. However, Jubei could sense his presence as soon as Meta Knight reappeared behind him, and countered his counter attack.
This attack flings Galaxia out of Meta Knight's hand and soar across the sky. Seeing his foe disarmed, Jubei goes in for the kill. However, pulling something out from his back, Meta Knight swings in an overhead arc as his flaming sword slashes Jubei away.
Meta Knight: "Swordsmen like us always care more than one mere blade."
Meta Knight blasts two fireballs from his sword, heading right towards Jubei. Luckily, he spins to the side to dodge the first one, and spins his sword to slice the other one in half, creating to explosions in a V-shape that misses the One-Eyed Twin Lotus. However, it also blinded his view, as he did not see Meta Knight fly in and preform Drill Rush on Jubei.
Sliding across the ground, Jubei slows his momentum down to a halt. Before he could counterattack, Meta Knight delivers a spinning flame attack, blazing through Jubei's fur as he becomes ingulfed in flames.
Meta Knight: "Feel the flames of my wra-!!"
Suddenly, Meta Knight realizes the flames do nothing. Jubei stands defiantly ablaze, walking right up to Meta Knight remaining unfazed by the element.
Jubei: "Frankly, I'm not a fan o' fire. Hard to take elements seriously when I defy logic."
Meta Knight sighs at such a regrettable failure of an attack. Jubei sprints forward and attacks the lower-guarded knight, breaking his sword and launching him across a far-off river. His body skewered, Meta Knight attempts to heal himself with his energy, but it strangely failed. Meta Knight was taken aback by this revelation, making him more worrisome for the dual kodachi wielding cat.
Jubei jumps from bamboo tree to bamboo tree in rapid succession getting closer to the Star Warrior's location. Just as Meta Knight quivers with fear, he notices the large rock behind him has Galaxia mounted at the top. Knowing of what he must do now seeing the One-Eyed cat getting closer, Meta Knight makes a proud stance and lifts the rock with telekinesis. With great force, he throws the rock right for Jubei mid-jump.
Jubei: "Please. Earth is still an element."
Seeing this from a mile away, Jubei readies to split the rock in fourths. However, Meta Knight flies for Galaxia and grabs it by the hilt. He performs Drill Rush right through the rock, catching Jubei by surprise. Meta Knight pierces his blade to Jubei and launches him through so many bamboo trees. He then telekinetically throws the several rock fragments right for Jubei's location before teleporting away.
Meta Knight reappears right behind Jubei and kicks him, reversing his momentum into one of the rock fragments and smashing it to bits on impact. He quickly flies forth and slashes Jubei into another rock fragment, smashing that into pieces on impact. Finally, Meta Knight comes from above and drops down with his blade in hand spiking Jubei down, dragging him and the biggest rock fragment to the ground, blowing it up to dust.
However, as the dust clears, Jubei is shown holding back Galaxia from fully piercing his chest. He pulls out the blade from his skin and tears it apart through his bare claws. Meta Knight jumps away to awe only his hilt in his hand.
Meta Knight: "You do the impossible indeed. "
He raises his hilt up, reforming the blade from electricity.
Meta Knight: "Yet, I am still destined to win this."
Jubei: *scoffs* "Such a noble warrior, with an EGO of gold."
Jubei flicks his hoodie off and lets his long hair flow, entering his Immovable Object: Lotus state. He quickly dashes behind Meta Knight before he could react, and sheathes his kodachis, delivering two ink slashes that launches the Star Warrior into the air. Jubei then fires a fireball that launches Meta Knight even higher into the air, following up with throwing tiles he precedes to jump on to close the distance.
Meta Knight recovers and through a spinning motion, generates four clones of himself to even the playing field. Each of the clones fly down to cut off the one-eyed cat, while the original stays in place to charge up his blade. The clones knock Jubei around the air, as he tries to get away on his tiles. He claws one clone away, and it immediately disintegrates. Jubei's two tails quickly grab his kodachis and stab 2 clones on different sides of the screen at the same time. While performing this attack, the last clone performs a Drill Rush and charges against Jubei down.
As soon as Jubei splits the last clone in half, Meta Knight's ultimate attack is fully charged. This attack was blasting numerous sword beams, each varying in size and speed. Not the flashiest of attacks, but the overabundance of these projectiles succeed in bombarding Jubei down. He forms a tile, guarding against the barrage of sword beams with his kodachis, which splices the sword beams in half on impact.
Jubei activates Five Circles of Nirvana, jumping back to the barrage and spinning vertically with his kodachis slicing through the sword beams. Upon getting close, Jubei slashes both of his kodachis with his tails to launch Meta Knight further into the air, smashing through the Halberd. He falls down and lands on top of a bamboo tree with one foot.
Jubei: "Hmm! Maybe that'll get him to leave me alone."
Just at that moment, the bamboo forest was bombarded with cannonballs exploding, even smacking Jubei off the tree. Slicing it in half, Jubei sees the Halberd blasting his location within a single kilometer radius, no doubt by the Star Warrior. Jubei, growing increasingly irritated, zips through the air right for the Halberd, slicing all the cannonballs that could've hit him in half.
As he lands on the bridge of the ship, Jubei sees Meta Knight waiting for him on top of a cannon.
Jubei: "Using a gunship to sword fight? Not very chivalrous."
Meta Knight: "Ha, ha! I built this ship with my bare hands! I shall use it as so I please!"
With that said, the cannon fire a gigantic laser heading right for Jubei. However, right before it hits him, time slows down for Jubei. He prepares a stance with his two kodachis in hand. As time resumes, Jubei quickly slices through the laser and stops right behind the cannon. He causes the laser and the cannon to be split in half, causing it to explode.
Feeling confident he won that, Jubei lets his guard down before a giant metal claw stabs him and lifts him up. Suddenly, Meta Knight reappears from his dimensional cape and spikes Jubei to the floor with Galaxia. Meta Knight tries to follow up with a down thrust, but Jubei quickly got up and stop the momentum with his kodachis. Quickly flying away a fair distance, Meta Knight stabs the floor to summon ground moon shots, homing in on Jubei's location.
Jubei slashes against the moon shots, nullifying them. Meta Knight dashes forward with Galaxia thrusting for Jubei's heart, and he gets awfully close with Jubei sweating seeing the blade cutting his fur. Suddenly, Jubei summons a force field around himself that pushes back Meta Knight, staggering him. With the tables turned, Jubei dash-cuts an ink "x" onto Meta Knight's face, who screams in agony from the blow.
Meta Knight's mask falls off in fourths, leaving him on the floor covering his face. Blood slightly drips onto the floor, something Jubei notices.
Jubei: "So, the Star Warrior hides behind his mask a bit too much, huh? What's da matter? Gonna run away? Hmm, you caused enough trouble for me already."
He points his kodachi forward, ready for the warrior to stand up.
Meta Knight: "It's true. I've hid behind this mask for so long. But I've come too far to give up this fight - my heart races, my muscles ache, and I couldn't be more ecstatic. I came here to fight the strongest and most skilled creature - to beat the greatest swordsman in the entire galaxy, in the entire universe..."
Meta Knight lets go of his face and points forward, showing his Kirby face and the X scar Jubei has left on him to Jubei.
Meta Knight: "...and YOU, Mitsuyoshi, ARE HIM!!! You have earned the right to see my face, for it shall be the last one you'll ever see!!"
Jubei was flattered by MT's speech, leaving him slightly opened for Meta Knight's next attack. Grabbing his blade out of the floor, Meta Knight activates Meta Quick and zoomed forward leaving a trail of afterimages, awhile generating dark energy in Galaxia to slash at Jubei. The slash was massive, releasing a large dark moon shot that cuts through the top of the Halberd, while launching Jubei up into space.
As he witnesses his planet growing further away from him by the second, Jubei creates a tile to land on and slow down his momentum. He sees Meta Knight flying right for, but Jubei is already prepared and cuts him in half with a quick slash. However, that was a mere clone, as the real Meta Knight flies in faster and Drill Rushes Jubei through his tile and a nearby moon.
They burst out of the other side of the moon, sending huge boulders across the solar system, becoming meteors for other planets. Meanwhile, Meta Knight and Jubei's blades continue to clash over and over, blitzing across the cosmos and spinning a nebula around.
With a swift and sudden kick to the gut, Meta Knight sends Jubei flying through the spinning nebula, soon flying after him. Jubei blasts dozens, no, hundreds of Rising Justice balls of fire, with Meta Knight effortlessly dodging them and knocking them out of his way.
Meta Knight: (boisterously shouting) "Come on, One-Eyed Twin Lotus! You can do better than that! SHOW ME YOUR BEST!!"
As Meta Knight gets closer to laying his Galaxia on the cat's fur, Jubei summons a tile that completely stops Meta Knight's momentum. Creating two more in different locations, Jubei zips to each of them right back to kick through the tile and send Meta Knight flying uncontrollably.
Meta Knight slams into a Rising Justice, it explodes, and sends him careening to another one, with this repeating over a dozen times before one sends him close to a star. Jubei zooms in to deliver another "X" scar on Meta Knight, this time on his left wing, infuriating him as he sees Jubei smirks slightly cocky.
Jubei: "My best ain't fit for you."
His two tails grab his kodachis, and Jubei flips to slash Meta Knight right for the star. Blasting another Rising Justice, Jubei sends a fireball around Meta Knight and right for the star's surface. Upon landing, the blast triggers a chain reaction, sending a solar flare straight for Meta Knight as he heading right for it himself.
Grabbing his cape, Meta Knight spins into his cloak and teleports away. He reappears behind Jubei, with the Nox Nyctores moving in his hands and clashing against Galaxia once more. Their strength left both of them motionless, space itself shaking with solar systems throwing out of alignment. Galaxia slowly slides down the Nox Nyctores, sparks flying incredible faster before Meta Knight cuts through space.
This slash not only dissipates the solar flare that was getting close to them, but the star itself slowly reveals to be cut in half. All this, before the bright light from the star's core consumes the screen. Black lines of Meta Knight and Jubei's silhouettes are show against the supernova blasting them lightyears away.
Jubei wakes up in a daze, finding himself on a mutilated asteroid. He sees the destruction of the cosmos the two caused and is horrified. Planets destroyed, stars flying all over space - it was chaos. Jubei looks down to see Meta Knight mournful of the situation.
Jubei: "Ya happy with this?"
Meta Knight: "I've grown used to it. So many lives lost in such little time. It's a fair price to pay for the strongest."
Despite how disgusted he was by that remark, Jubei admires the ernesty behind this sociopathic ideology of this creature.
Jubei: "Then, perhaps I misjudged."
He unsheathes his blades for the spherical edgelord one last time.
Jubei: "You DO deserve my BEST."
With a focused glance, Meta Knight holds Galaxia in hand, it's energy glowing, ready to strike. Jubei dashes forward slash at Meta Knight, but he slashes the cat at the same time.
They blitz across the cosmos once more, with black ink and yellow light strikes zipping all over space. Meta Knight gets the upper hand with Galaxia blasting dark electricity, trapping Jubei in a flurry of strikes called Upper Caliber or Darkness Illusion, cutting him down to size.
Jubei: "No more fooling around!"
However, before Meta Knight could deliver the final blow, Jubei's body emanates a red pillar of energy, catching the Star Warrior off-guard. Jubei's face glows with his target in sight, seeing through Meta Knight's very soul.
Jubei: "My eye sees everything! Asura!"
Jubei dashes forward and disappears within the ink strikes, as they slash against Meta Knight through all the carnage the two mentors have created. Quickly, Jubei zips behind Meta Knight with his kodachis sheathed and his claw out, upper-cutting him.
Jubei: "THUNDERBIRD RISING!!"
As Meta Knight is sent upwards, the ink follows and slashes him endlessly. The brave Star Warrior screams in sheer agony as he feels his body being practically erased. However, if anything, that just pisses him off.
Meta Knight: "MACH. TORNADO!!"
Strengthening his muscles, Meta Knight spins his body around, countering the ink slashes with his Galaxia in a tornado. This attack not only fought against the ink, but it was even dragging it into creating an even bigger tornado.
The tornado grows and grows, creating a pillar of light that stretches for lightyears. The tornado even begins dragging all the debris of the combatants' carnage. The vortex was beginning to drag Jubei in as well, who floated in awe of the power of this Star Warrior. He was unfortunately left tired, panting heavily trying to catch his breath after his last attack.
Jubei: "He's still not giving up? Well, neither will I!"
Despite being so tired, Jubei continued on, blitzing forward and jumping off the debris. He jumps into the bright vortex with his Nox Nyctores in hand, ready to cut the Star Warrior in sight. Jubei screams as hard as he could swinging his kodachis at Meta Knight.
But as time slows to a crawl, Meta Knight swing for Jubei as well, with Galaxia generating immense energy for this slash. Galaxia quickly reverts all it's energy back into it's hilt, evading the clash between the Nox Nyctores as to avoid being cut up again. The energy sword reforms coming in contact with Jubei's fur. Both Meta Knight and Jubei's blades finally clash against eachother, generating great power that turn the vortex black.
From the cut of the galaxy, we see a small explosion of black ink blasting out. But soon after, another blast takes place, and it eclipses not only the previous explosion, but the entire galaxy as well. This yellow, glowing slash blasts everything in it's path either into dust or away from the epicenter.
Coming to, Meta Knight opens his eyes to see his victory. There is a black void between the colors of the cosmos, showing how powerful his slash was. More importantly, there was no sign of Jubei anywhere. Not his jacket, not his eyepatch, nothing.
All that remains of the One-Eyed Twin Lotus is the Nox Nyctores in Meta Knight's mouth. Noticing this, Meta Knight pulls them out leaving a vertical cut between his lips. Despite the pain, Meta Knight stands proud, smiling how he has won this bout.
Meta Knight: "He, he, he, he, he. My victory was truly destined."
He stares off into the distance of his Galaxia Darkness scar upon the galaxy, knowing he has become the strongest creature in it.

Boomstick: "Look, Wiz. I don't know if I should say this, but I legitimately edge to this."
Wiz: "Christ, Boomstick. Well, this bout was just absurd. Both of them had so much to offer, it's hard to find where to start."
Boomstick: "Honestly, I think the biggest surprise was determining who had the strength category."
Boomstick: "Both of them have dealt with beings capable of destroying squared infinity, so neither of them dwarfed eachother in brute force alone."
Wiz: "Jubei is stated to have been weakened from his age, while Meta Knight has never been stated to lose steam. However, that still doesn't allow him to win this category."
Boomstick: "Yeah, Jubei's main weapons, the Nox Nyctores, can just cut through stuff that can't normally be cut. Spirits, time and space, nothing could stop these blades from cutting up Meta Knight's skin. This unfortunately leads to neither of them winning strength over eachother."
Wiz: "Speed, on the other hand, was more clear cut. Jubei can easily maneuver around the infinite Boundary, while Meta Knight could keep up with flying objects capable of traversing the immeasurable Another Dimension."
Boomstick: "Unfortunately for Jubei, his old age holds him back, yet Meta Knight's speed is 'second to none'. What's worse for the orange hooded cat are the varies ways Meta Knight can traverse."
Wiz: "Meta Knight had bat wings for legitimate flight, while Jubei only had tiles that gave him limited flight. Not to mention, Jubei had no counter for Meta Knight's dimensional cape teleportation. There is the off-chance he could cut it to pieces with Nox Nyctores aforementioned cutting space and time, but that would still leave Meta Knight with superior speed and flight."
Boomstick: "Point goes to Meta Knight. And he doesn't stop winning here, as he effortlessly takes experience! Jubei might've been a great warrior for 100 years, but Meta Knight's been fighting for at least 100 times that amount of time."
Wiz: "More importantly, he's been training everyday since the war of NME, his obsession of becoming stronger pushing him forward. Jubei has never shown he's been training himself for everyday of his own life, and settling down and having a family would disprove any notion of that."
Boomstick: "Plus, Meta Knight's a genius in every other way. He's built the whole damn Halberd, lead an army to take over the world - his skills simply don't stop at combat. Easiest point taken here."
Wiz: "You might assume Meta Knight curbstomps Jubei right now, but in terms of powers, it's far from it."
Wiz: "Existing outside of logic, Jubei has actually shown perfect counters for Meta Knight's otherwise overwhelming abilities. Any elemental attacks are null and void - not even Meta Knight's connection to the darkness could directly harm Jubei."
Boomstick: "Meanwhile, Meta Knight had little counters to a lot of Jubei's weapons, especially none with the Nox Nyctores. His healing ability and regeneration are utterly ignored against the slashes for these blades. But most damaging of all, Jubei couldn't be harmed by Meta Knight at all!"
Wiz: "Well, while it's true Jubei can't be harmed by logical weaponry, Meta Knight in actuality could bypass the invulnerability. His blade has harmed reality warping beings before, and knowing about Magolorland in general is really illogical itself. Still, that's the only exception, as Meta Knight loses this category to Jubei."
Boomstick: "But as lucky as that was, Meta Knight had one final nail for Jubei's coffin - stamina."
Wiz: "Jubei was still able to fight Nu after being severely beaten up by Nine, and that's impressive. But in the end, Meta Knight would still last longer."
Boomstick: "When all of Dream Land lost the ability to sleep, Meta Knight remained unfazed and fought as normal. Later on in the series, he's defended Waddle Town from invaders for presumably days on end. Unfortunately for Jubei, he has not shown to push on for days of fighting, let alone in his old age."
We cut to Wiz and Boomstick in the lab.
Wiz: "As insane as this fight was, Meta Knight had the skills, the speed, and the lasting fight power to earned his destined victory over the One-Eyed Twin Lotus."
Boomstick: "
Wiz: "The winner is Meta Knight."

- The connections between Meta Knight and Jubei are they're skilled swordsman who have lived for ages in a superhero group (Star Warriors and Six Heroes, respectively) that was utterly damaged by an evil entity (Nightmare and the Black Beast, respectively). Decades later, they train the main protagonist of the series (Kirby and Ragna)
- The fight would be animated in 2D sprites with occasional HD animations
