Hey Bon, with my recent position as Deputy Head Bureaucrats and since I will be covering Discussion Mod, Superintendent, Chat Mod and Rollback; I have set up a Correspondence Thread for You and Myself so that I can check in on you and Answer any questions that you may have that you need answered.

Hey Bon, since you have done a great job in your role as a Chat Mod throughout your time on the wiki and are a mature and experienced user, I would like to offer you the postion of Discussion Moderator. The ‘Discussion Moderator’ section of the Death Battle Fanon Wiki Staff Information and Requirements page contains some
information on what exactly you would be expected to do as a Discussion Mod if you wren’t already aware of what the postion entailed. If you accept this offer I will make you a Discussion Mod, but of course of if you don’t want the postion you are free to decline. However, if you were to change your mind after declining the position then just me know on here and I can easily promote you.
Also, since you have now been promoted to a new position, you may be interested in changing your current staff font and you can request for a new font on the Staff Custom Font Request Thread. You can additionally request for a nickname to appear next to your staff tags on the Staff Custom Nickname Tag Request Thread, however both of these features are entirely optional and you do not have to update/have either of them if you desire to.
Hey Bon, I'm sending you this message to ask that you look out for Comments that are in violation of the Rules and Deleting them. This is a rather important part of the Discussion Moderator's Job and any Comment that is in Violation of the Rules must be deleted so if you find them then do not hesitate to delete them.
Hey Bon, just to let you know, Wither has created a thread for all Admins, Overall Moderators and Discussion Mods on how to use the Wiki Announcements feature which will essentially serve as the main way of notifying the community of important events once the highlighting feature has been removed. If you haven’t done so already, I’d highly recommend checking out said thread so that you will know how to use the Announcements feature if you ever needed to use it yourself.
Hey Bon, since the highlighting feature has now been removed across FANDOM and it is therefore more difficult for me and the other staff members to make important announcements to the community, I would like to request that you follow the new 'Official DBFW highlights thread' by clicking the "Follow" button in the upper right corner of the first post of said thread so that you as a staff member will be informed of any new threads regarding important announcements that are added to the highlights thread. Essentially, by following said thread you will be able to keep up-to-date with all the latest and important updates regarding the wiki.

Hey Bon, I wanted to inform you that the Staff Info and Requirements page has been updated. So, to explain exactly what these updates are, I have changed the requirements for each of the positions to make them less stricter and to encourage more “normal” users and current staff members to apply for promotions.
For each position I have split the Requirements section into 2 smaller sub-sections. One for compulsory requirements which must all be met for users to be even considered for each position, and another section for optional requirements, which if met alongside the compulsory requirements, increase the chance of the user getting the role they want.
I have also created a ‘Responsibilities’ section in which I go into detail about what exactly users in each position would be expected to do in case it wasn’t already clear to them, so I’d recommend that you check out the ‘Responsibilities’ sub-section of the Discussion Moderator section of the page in case you didn’t know what you specifically needed to do as a Discussion Moderator.
I just wanted to let you know about this update so that you will know what specific responsibilities you have as a Discussion Moderator and also so that you will know what the requirements are for the other staff positions if you ever wished to get promoted to a higher staff position.

Hello Bon, in my ‘I am Back From My Holiday’ thread I requested that all staff members who previously hadn’t created a FanFiction.net account create one by Saturday 14th July. After searching up in the website’s search bar to check which staff members still needed to create an account you were one of the staff members who haven’t yet an account so, could I ask that you please try and create one as soon as possible and send me the link to it once you’ve created it so that you can recieve Private Messages from me and the other Staff Members and also send Private Messages to other Staff Members as well, but please note that you won’t be able to update your profile or send any messages within the first 24 hours of creating your account.

Hey Bon, if you have read my I have now started College thread you will have seen that I have appointed Ghost to be the supervisor of the Junior Moderator staff groups (which you are a part of due to you being a Chat Mod) and so, since he is going to be your direct supervisor now I will now close this Correspondence Thread so that he can set up a new one which you can use to directly communicate with him if you have any questions about the wiki or the Rules and Guidelines. However, when he does create said thread I will be sure to follow it so that you can still ask me any questions that would specifically relate to me and so that I can still contact you directly if I need to talk to you about something.
Hey Bon, since the Chat was restored I’ve not been able to use the Kick/Ban buttons on there and even when I chat-ban/block trolls directly on their accounts they still are able enter and exit chat like any other user. As Ari and Ghost seem to be able use the buttons as normal can I ask that you go on Chat and test if they work for you after announcing to the Chat community you are about to do so. This way I can find out if the problem affects any other Admins/Mods as well or if it just affects me. If you do have any issues with the buttons just let me know so I can talk to Ari/Wiki Staff about it.
