We've all seen and/or heard of it; whether you're adjusted to it or have grown tired of it, there's no denying its impact on the genre. From classics such as Star Wars, Harry Potter, Middle-earth, and more, they've all propagated this idea - a single story - that you're born for greatness.
Boomstick: But sometimes, what if that story was, in itself, a story-within-the-story? What if the so-called Chosen One's rise tore apart those around them? Well for one, you're gonna need a whole lot more than therapy to fix that shit up, but maybe becoming God while you're at it will help!
