Wiz: Dormammu, the mighty Cosmic Conqueror, Destroyer of Worlds, Intent of All Evolution and the Why of All Existence.
Boomstick: That’s a lot of cool titles, and he certainly has the power to back them up.
Wiz: Indeed, Dormammu is an inter-dimensional entity who rules over the Dark Dimension, a universe. He hungers for other dimensions and wish to absorb all dimensions into his realm.
Boomstick: He craves for Earth the most, but he was held back by magic wards.
Wiz: Dormammu decides to strike a deal with Kaecilius, a rough sorcerer. Kaecilius will help Dormammu come to Earth, in return for eternal life.

Boomstick: Of course, there is a catch, because that's what happen when you make deals with demonic beings. Dormammu did not intend to give Kaecilius eternal peace which he wishes, but instead plans to turn him and his followers into bestial Mindless Ones.

Wiz: Kaecilius and his followers gained new powers from Dormammu, allowing them to destroy the Sanctums, enabling Dormammu to absorb the universe into his Dark Dimension.
Boomstick: However, Doctor Strange interfered, entering the Dark Dimension to bargain with Dormammu. Naturally, the cosmic tyrant was furious and quickly killed the sorcerer.

Wiz: But a strange thing happened, Dr Strange reappeared and repeated his intention.
Boomstick: Turns out the good Doctor used the Time stone to create a time loop, forcing Dormammu to relive the moment over and over again.
Wiz: Dormammu killed Dr Strange many more times before finally conceding.

Boomstick: Dormammu banished himself and the Zealots(Worshippers of Dormammu) from Earth, turning his Zealots into Mindless Ones and dragging them into the Dark Dimension to live in agony forever.

Wiz: Dormammu is extremely powerful, for starters, he scales above Doctor Strange who:
- Transmuted a black hole into butterflies
- Hid the Time Stone on a star(Yes it is indeed hidden in the star, not some weird magic mumbo jumbo)
- Was stated to be holding back the onslaught of the multiverse in the scripts of NWH.
Boomstick: Holy crap, Dr strange was holding back infinite universes crashing into his universe? How come no one else brings it up?
Wiz: Well, it is more likely hax than attack potency, but that is still extremely op and not to be overlooked.
Boomstick: Dormammu rules over the Dark Dimension, his own universe that exists on a higher plane, with countless other dimensions absorbed into it
Wiz: The MCU cosmology is massive, larger than most people give it credit for. A single universe was stated to have endless space. The universe also contains realms like:
- The digital space, stated to be infinite
- Sanctums, which are never ending
- Yggdrasil, stated to be a universe in the form of a tree
- Ancestral plane and other higher planes, which transcends the cosmology stated above.
Boomstick: Dormammu plots to consume the Multiverse, which contains infinite universes(with each universes having the cosmology above), infinite dimensions and infinite timelines.
Wiz: Even more impressively, the MCU operates on String Theory, which basically means that it is 10-dimensional to 11-dimensional.
Boomstick: Dang! And people say that the MCU is a weak verse!
Wiz: Well, most people saying likely because they compares it to the comics, and the MCU is pretty weak compared to the comic's power level and cosmology, but it is still powerful in its own right.
Boomstick: Between string theory multiverse scaling and statement of Dormammu possibly being 11-dimensional, we have a pretty solid 11D scaling.

Wiz: Dormammu has a bunch of abilities, like energy projection and reality warping.
Boomstick: He can also grant others abilities, like when he granted the Zealots enough power to destroy the Sanctums, never ending magical structures.
Wiz: He can absorb entire dimensions into his Dark Dimension, which he has control over and can be used to help him in his battle.
Boomstick: He can also use telekinesis to attract his Zealots into the Dark Dimension, than transformed them into bestial Mindless Ones.
Wiz: He is pretty intelligent, being capable of manipulating Kaecilius and his Zealots. He likely has a lot of knowledge and experience due to his age being "older than time".
Boomstick: He can be scaled to have relativistic to mftl+ speed via scaling to Dr Strange, who scales to Thanos, who reacted to photon blast of Captain Marvel and kept up with her in battle. Captain Marvel searched a planet within a short timeframe and travelled 1000 lightyears within 24 hours.
Wiz: However, he can be argued to have infinite to immeasurable speed as he exists in the Dark Dimension, a place beyond time, and he is composed of space-time.
Weaknesses[]
Wiz: While Dormammu is powerful, he is not without faults.
Boomstick: He can be caught in a time loop, as his Dark Dimension is beyond time and thus time is foreign to him, making him vulnerable to time manipulation.

Wiz: Bill Cipher is no certainly no joke, being able to inflict significant damages to Earth in a vision. Note that Earth was stated to contain a bottomless pit containing 4D items.
Boomstick: He also offers to give others galaxies, talk about being generous!
Wiz: Bill Cipher also implied that he destroyed the second dimension, which depending on how you interpret it, can get up to universal.
Boomstick: He states that he will remove all laws and restriction, like physics. He will also free people from the oppressive tyranny of time. I think I like him.
Wiz: Bill Cipher also unleashed Weirdmageddon on the third dimension, which is a party that was going to destroy the fabric of existence.
Boomstick: Even more impressively, he one shot Time Baby, who believed that he can deal with a threat powerful enough to destroy the universe by merely partying. So the scaling goes somewhere like this: Bill Cipher>Time Baby>Universal party.
Wiz: Bill Cipher can tamper with alternate realities, and was even stated to be a threat to the multiverse, which contains infinite universes.
Boomstick: Bill Cipher also scales to 11D like Dormammu as he threatens the Multiverse's inhabitants, which includes 11D beings.

Wiz: Bill Cipher is extremely haxed. He can easily haunt people's dreams as a dream demon.
Boomstick: He has ridiculous control over matter, space and time. He can do virtually anything via control over matter, and he can slow down time. Hell, he even listed making time stop forever as a fun thing!
Wiz: A lot of his powers are sub-categories of reality warping and matter control, which practically made him a god capable of making nearly all his wish come true.
Boomstick: He usually uses a snap to transmute his opponents, or use energy blasts to disintegrate them, or make himself giant to smash his opponent.
