Lopez the Heavy Vs The Terminator is a What-If? Death Battle with two robotic combatants dead set on their objectives to win at all costs, and sheer tenacity always ensures that.

Heavy weapons and strong wills are needed to win fights, but sometimes you also need robots too.
Intro[]
Skunk: Cyborgs are a great tool for a battle, as they never question anything, always do as told, and lack of emotion makes them a true killing machine.
Skel: The first of those 3 aren't actually true for these two combatants, they ask questions...
Skunk: Lopez, Spanish Speaking Robot from Red Team.
Skel: And Terminator, The Machine of Judgment Day. He's Skunk and I'm Skel!
Skunk: And it's our job to research their weapons, Armour and skills to find out who would win, a Death Battle!
Lopez Destruye In Death Battle![]
(Cue Red Vs Blue Theme)
Skunk: When you think of war, what comes to mind, World War 1 & 2? Team Fortress Red Vs Blue? O-
Skel: Or Red Vs Blue from Rooster Teeth! The two idiot teams who fight over useless land, and taking a flag for really no reason.
Skunk: Right... This was a big war, going on for very long, and for that, there were not an army, just a few idiots fighting, Red Team had plenty of fighters, Sarge, Franklin, Simmons, Grif, and their robot ally, Lopez!
Lopez: Hola
Skel: This dude was on their team, but go murdered badly, so he was re-built, stronger, faster, badass-er and spanish-ier...
Skunk: Those last two aren't words...
Skel: They are now, cos there is little words to describe this guy than those! He is a robot soldier who beats all others, he has plenty of badass weapons at his hands.
Lopez's Weapons[]
- BR85N Service Rifle
- Holds 36 Rounds, shooting 3 in burst fire
- Made for mid to long range fights
- Lopez doesn't use it much
- M6H2
- Has 12 rounds
- Is semi-automatic
- Can shoot through solid concrete
- Storm Rifles
- Shoots plasma rounds
- Can overheat
- Lopez can use 2 at once
Skunk: His BR85N is not used much, but very effective, has 36 rounds, shooting 3 per trigger pull. His M6H2 Can blast through concrete and still do high amounts of damage.
Skel: He can use dual Storm Rifles, that shoot plasma rounds, although it does overheat after some time.
Skunk: He also has a Weather Control Device, which... lets him control weather... which makes no sense...
Skel: He doesn't have to make sense, he is a badass, and his feasts also prove this.
Lopez's Feats[]
- Able to survive normally lethal shots that a normal person normally wouldn't
- Knocked out, and possible killed a space pirate with a punch
- Can dodge machine gun fire
- Can flip metal tables with no effort
- Was run over by a tank, and was fine
- Took a 50 Megaton explosion
Skunk: He can take shots that would kill a regular person, flip over metal tables like nothing, got a tank run over him, and survived a 50 Megaton explosion along with the rest of his team.
Skel: Think that is impressive? Well get this, he can survive his head being broken off, and he can still control his body.
Lopez's Headless Feats[]
- Can survive without his head
- Able to still control his body when decapitated
- Shot a machine gun while just a head
- Functions perfectly fine with his head cut off
Skunk: This all is very impressive, and he even knows some basic training, but his flaws certainly shine out.
Lopez's Flaws[]
- Voice is broken, and only able to speak Spanish
- Repetitively has his head taken off his body
- If his head sustains damage and it doesn't fall off, he will become inactive
Skel: His voice chip is broken, and only lets him speak Spanish, has his head come off very often, and if it doesn't fall off when damaged, he is just unable to function for a time.
Skunk: Even then, he can certainly be seen, as one of the greatest Team Members of Red Team.
Terminator Terminates In Death Battle![]
(Cue Judgment Day Theme)
Skunk: Humans are great, they are the reason the world is how it is, and everyone should be happy.
Skel: Boy oh boy, that didn't turn out true for Sarah Connor, she was getting chased down by this machine called a Terminator, who looks like Arnold, because he is played by him and we love him. Sarah was supposedly going to be the reason for the resistance to win against Sky net by birthing John Connor, leader of the resistance.
Skunk: This was the T-800.
We are shown multiple scenes of Terminator from the first movie killing people
Skel: Sent from the future, this killing machine was set with one task, kill Sarah Connor.
Skunk: Although this obviously didn't turn out good, and we will be using all feats from the terminators that have Arnold's appearance up to Dark Fate, so no T-1000 or liquid metal related Terminators.
Skel: Not like he needs that liquid body, he has plenty of awesome things that make up for it.
Terminator's Weapons[]
- Spas-12 Shotgun
- Holds 8 + 1 rounds
- Is a 12 gauge
- Can be set to semi-auto or pump action

Skunk: He carries a AMT Hardballer, equipped with a laser sight and 7 bullets per clip. The M79 Grenade Launcher, with 6 rounds and a range of 400 meters.
Skel: His GE M134 Minigun can shred through cars and people alike, blasting at a range of 1000 Meters. His Spas Shotgun is a 12 gauge, with a pump or semi-auto mode, and holds about 8 rounds.
Skunk: His weapons are amazing, but himself is just as cool.
Terminator's Feats[]
- Able to trick people and other Terminators easily
- Killed Superior models like the T-1000
- Killed John Connor (Once)
- Able to lift cars easily
- Aim was good enough to be able to not hit anybody with his Minigun when he was told to not kill anyone, likely meaning he can aim just as good
- Able to fix itself after being hacked
- Took on a bar of bikers, taking a pool cue and didn't flinch when a cigarette was being burnt on him
- Survived an explosion, only exposing his endo-skeleton
- Can smash through metal with ease
Skel: He can break walls down easily, beat up some bikers with no problem, beaten the superior models and can life cars easily.
Skunk: He was able to help keep a bus from falling off a bridge, take an explosion, only having his skin be destroyed and even killed John Connor. But a big thing about The Terminator, is he can learn from his environment, blend in with people, and take note of how they act, able to understand true human emotion.
Terminator's Programming[]
- Knows a lot of human anatomy for more effective kills
- Can mimic voices, although it is unclear if he must have heard it to mimic it, or change how he sounds overall
- Expert with weapons and combat
- Knew the name of every gun presented to him at a gun store and attachments, and can effectively use them with no training
- Can adapt to his environment
- Able to learn
- Can Observe humans and figure out how to act like them
Skel: His learning computer is pretty advanced, able to scan people, find out their condition, calculate injury severity, and knows plenty of weapon and combat info.
Skunk: He can mimic a voice, able to trick someone when he isn't able to be seen, and knows high details of human anatomy.
Skel: He is badass, but not unkillable, or unstoppable.
Terminator's Flaws[]
- Can be hacked
- Dogs can detect him
- Able to be beaten by humans
- Can be taken by surprise
- Died multiple times, sometimes even willingly
- Fuel cells are unstable if ruptured and will explode like a small nuke
Skunk: He has been beaten various times, even sometimes having himself do it, just for the protection of John. He is dead set on his mission, often leaving him predictable, and this can be used to make him distracted, as he instantly will attempt to go for his objective, never thinking it could be a trap.
Skel: But at the end of the day, Terminator will always be after you, even when you kill him, remember...

Skunk: Alright the combatants are set, let's end this debate once and for all.
Skel: It's time for a Death Battle!!!
Fight[]
Location: Red Base
Lopez is seen with his BR85N Rifle, guarding the flag while the others are out getting food. Lopez feels a strong wind from behind and turns. Lopez sees an electrical Sphere and after a flash, he sees The Terminator.
Lopez: ¿Quién eres? (Who are you?)
Terminator: You, give me your weapons and armor...
Lopez: ¿Por qué iba a hacerlo? (Why should I?)
Terminator takes out his Pistol.
Terminator: It was not a request...
Lopez takes out his M6H2. They both get into fighting positions.
FIGHT!!!
Terminator shoots several shots, making Lopez stumble, but after a moment he starts walking forward and shooting. Terminator is unharmed by this, but he runs out of ammo in his clip, and Lopez shoots several more times, making Terminator flinch back. Terminator dashes, and tackles Lopez, making him drop his pistol. Terminator then punches at Lopez, but is blocked repetitively, and then shoved off by a palm to the chest.
Lopez: Te enfrentas a López el Pesado. (You face Lopez the heavy)
Terminator: You will be Terminated.
Lopez does a few punches, hitting Terminator's jaw. Terminator catches the fist, and twists it. Lopez doesn't make a pained grunt. Lopez slams his elbow into Terminator's chest, bending it in slightly.
Terminator: Struggle is pointless, don't continue resisting...
Lopez: Tu muerte está cerca. (Your death is near)
Lopez headbutts Terminator, but that hurts his head. Terminator takes his shotgun out and repeatedly slams it on his chest, making cracks happen with each impact. Lopez tries to catch it, but is punches in the head. Terminator then picks up Lopez by the neck and shoots his gut, sending him flying into the base wall. Lopez gets up, slamming his fists together. Lopez dashes forward, while Terminator shoots at him, but he powers through it. Lopez then drop kicks Terminator's face. A loud metal clank is heard, Terminators glasses are now broken, and he tosses them off.
Lopez: No puedes vencerme. (You cannot beat me)
Terminator then shoots Lopez's legs, making him kneel. Terminator shoots Lopez's head, and it comes off, rolling away. Terminator kicks down the body, and starts to walk off. Lopez's body gets up, and taps Terminator's shoulder. As he turns, Lopez's body punches Terminator's face, and knocks him down. Lopez's body stomps on Terminator's chest 3 times, then takes his pistol out, shooting the eyes. Terminator then shoves the body off. Lopez's body picks up his head, but before he can re-attach it, he hears a mini-gun rev. Lopez turns around to see Terminator shooting the Mini-gun. Lopez is shot at but powers through the bullet storm. Lopez eventually reaches Terminator and slams his head into their chest, bending their torso in a bit. Lopez slams his head on the Mini-gun and breaks off the spinning barrel. Terminator eventually after a beating of the head hitting him, grabs Lopez's arm and throws him over at the Wart-Hog. Terminator gets in with Lopez and starts beating on him. Lopez then shoves a plasma grenade onto Terminator's chest.
Lopez: Vete a la mierda. (Fuck You)
The plasma grenade explodes, and the Wart-Hog also does. Lopez's head and body fly out and lay on the ground, the weather controller broke and caused the weather to become a thunder storm. Lopez's body gets up with his head being held under his arm. Terminator slowly walks out of the fire, endo-skeleton. Lopez takes out his Storm Rifles and fires. Terminator gets hit many times, but after a bit, the guns overheat. Terminator takes out his Plasma Rifle and starts to fire. Lopez gets hit in the gut, arm and crotch. Lopez kneels down, then gets picked up by Terminator.
Terminator: You are terminated.
Lopez kicks Terminator's hip and a crack happens, Lopez then punches the gut area, and causes a fuel cell to rupture. Terminator takes out the fuel cell and slams it into Lopez's neck.
Lopez: Mierda... (Shit...)
The fuel cell explodes, and causes a massive explosion, destroying the base beside them. After the smoke clears, we see Lopez attaching his head back on. He then picks up Terminator's skull from the floor. Lopez proceeds to punch the skull hard enough to shatter it to bits.
Lopez: Nunca te metas con López...
K.O!
Conclusion[]
(Cue Red Vs Blue Theme)
Skel: Woah, badass!
Skunk: This fight was a rather fun one, as both of these machines were very detailed, but in the end, Lopez was superior in nearly every way.
Skel: Now to be fair, Terminator has shown far more impressive strength feats. He lifted cars and buses, while Lopez only killed a guy with a punch, so Terminator certainly had that going for him.
Skunk: Terminator's weapons also held far more destructive capability than Lopez's, able to blow up cars and shred them apart within seconds, far more impressive than a single pistol shooting through concrete.
Skel: But Lopez still had the better stats in every other way. Him surviving a 50 Mega ton bomb is far more impressive than a greande launcher, or even the Terminator's hydrogen fuel cells, which were like a mini-nuke, but not 50,000,000 Ton of TNT worth.
Skunk: Speed was certainly in Lopez's favor, as he can out run Sheila the tank, who moves at 40 mph. His ability to function without a head was useful as Terminators would normally think to just go for a killing blow, but this wouldn't stop Lopez if his head is off, as unlikely as it is.
Skel: His final trump card was his experience, as he has faced people with similar weapons to Terminator, like Sarge with his shotgun, or any of the others with plasma rifles, one of the things Terminator is known for.
Skunk: In the end, Terminator certainly could hold his own, but Lopez's Speed, Durability, and far better experience out-did the machine.
Skel: Seems Terminator got Bombardeado!
Skunk: The Winner is Lopez the Heavy!
