The rude and apathetic hellhound receptionist of Immediate Murder Professionals, Loona serves her adopted father Blitzo in his assassination business, though she doesn't get along with her co-workers, Moxxie and Millie, at least, not seemingly. Even then, there's not much of her to know, aside from being adopted by Blitzo himself to escape from the Hellhound Adoption Foundation, which was basically a prison for Hellhounds. Even though Loona doesn't take the job seriously, Blitzo still keeps her in to prevent her into actively participating in his assassination missions (despite Loona's capability as a fighter).
