Intro[]

Necro: Everyone has something to feel guilty about. But there is a time that one must move on.

Mercer: But sometimes, some people for whatever reason, can't.

Necro: And that's why these two exist.

Mercer: The Look-See, The faceless entity of moving on.

Necro: And Pyramid Head, The sword weilding follower of Silent Hill.

Mercer: He's Necro and I'm Mercer.

Necro: And it's our job to analyze thier weapons, armor and skills to find out who would win a DEATH BATTLE!

Look-See Releases DEATH BATTLE![]

Necro: In the world of Crypt TV, many strange monsters roam the world. A living tree, a feminist witch and grief zombies are just a few of the many deadly monsters that populate that universe. But none of them are anywhere near as Iconic as The Look-See.

Mercer: You got that right! Granted, Look-See doesn’t have eyes, so I have absolutely no clue how it looks, or sees, but hey, he looks pretty scary. Black suit, white shirt, no tie, red fingerless gloves and a sweet pocket watch? Not to bad. Casual enough to be feasible, but dapper enough to be imposing.

Necro: All right. I think we should continue with the bio.

Mercer: Right, Right. The Look-See’s whole shtick is targeting people who can’t let go of their past, and thus can’t move on. He helps them out. By removing the symbolic offending body part that’s holding them back. Ew.

(Screen cuts to Look-See ripping Jennifer’s hand off.)

Necro: Look-See can teleport freely to just about anywhere instantly, as well as being able to rip people apart as if they were made of tissue paper. Oh, and Mercer.

Mercer: Yeah?

Necro: Back to that pocket watch? It’s more of a mouth hand watch, as he has a third hand that pops out of his mouth to give away the watch, which he gives to his proxies. Oh right. Look-See can mind control people into doing his bidding.

Mercer: (Visibly disgusted) That’s terrifying.

Necro: Indeed it is. The Look-See seems to have his own passive fear aura which makes people fear him as soon as he enters the room.

Mercer: Look-See’s got quite a few powers on his within his arsenal, such as his illusion casting. Look-See’s illusions are powerful enough to create people, like Jennifer’s unfaithful husband. He can also unhinge his jaw to the point that he can snap a man’s head off and swallow it whole. Yeesh.

Necro: And that’s not all. The Look-See can use telekinesis, as he did when breaking a man’s bones. And it seems to be clairvoyant, given its knowledge of its victims. Look-See can also create any amount of notes with its signature phrase written on it. “If you yourself cannot release, then it will come and take a piece.”

Mercer: Well, it’s creepy, but this thing’s still got a couple more powers in its arsenal.

Necro: Right. Look-See can shape shift, as he once turned into a teddy bear. He can also regenerate lost limbs, as shown during his fight with the TELOS beast, when his arm was bitten off, he regenerated it in a matter of about one minute. He also seems to be able to stretch his limbs extreme distances, and he’s a master of stealth, easily being able to move entirely silently.

Mercer: And finally, what one could say is arguably Look-See’s strongest abilities, is his ability to stop time. That’s right. The Look-See can stop time, as shown when he recruited Jennifer.

(Screen cuts to Jennifer’s hospital room. Her I-V and reading machines have stopped. As well as the wall clock. )

Necro: The Look-See is no slouch at combat either, effortlessly being able to stomp a group of Sunny Family Cult members, and a suburban family and the TELOS beast, as well as beings on it’s own level, such as the Mordeo and the Soot.

Mercer: Let’s talk a bit more about the Soot. The Soot was able to deal damage equal to a horrific car crash in just a few seconds. That and Look-See’s fight with the Soot shook a house by it’s very foundations.

Necro: And, despite teleporting around for the most part, the Look-See is quite fast, easily being able to blitz peak human fighters like Sunny Family cultists. The highest reaction for a human comes in at about 200 m/s, or just about 450 mph, or Mach 0.58. Look-See is easily able to move much quicker than this, due to being able to hit people before they can react.

Mercer: And it can take quite a beating, too. I mean, he was entirely unfazed when Dead Meat James stabbed him in the stomach with a knife, and he was also able to fight on par with the Soot, whose attacks have been compared to a car crash on several occasions.

Necro: But even with all of this crazy stuff its managed to pull off, The Look-See has a few weaknesses. One of them, is that it will often play around with its targets rather than attacking them. And, thanks to Jennifer stabbing him in the throat, we can clearly see that it can in fact be hurt.

Mercer: That, and some of the things Crypt TV’s made it do for Tik Tok are…barbaric to say the least.

Necro: Once you find his note, you’d better figure out what you’re holding onto. Because if you don’t…it will take a piece.

(The Look-See stares at Jennifer, a faint ticking noise sounding in the background, then it attacks her)

Pyramid Head Punishs DEATH BATTLE![]

Necro: Silent Hill. A strange, small town with many, many monsters, like horrifying nurse…things or flexible demons with blades. And then, there’s Pyramid Head, or the Red Pyramid thing, if you want to be like that.

Mercer: The point is, Pyramid Head is a horrifying being that drags a massive sword around behind it as well as wearing a massive Pyramid shaped helmet on its head while it chases its targets down. Who are its targets? Its targets are those who feel intense grief. It exists as a way to force someone to get over their need for punishment.

Necro: Exactly. Pyramid Head is just as deadly as it looks. The massive sword is called the Great Knife, and given it’s size and possible iron composition, We found that it should weigh about 200 lbs, or just about as much a Pyramid Head. And it can lift this thing over its head while lifting a grown man with the other arm!

Mercer: This isn’t even its peak strength, either! Pyramid Head can easily hack through a fence, or even bisect humans with a single strike of the Great Knife, as well as being able to bash down a steel door with minor difficulty.

Necro: But of course, Pyramid Head has a decent array of supernatural powers to help it in its punishing endeavors. Pyramid Head’s got super senses, so normal attempts at stealth are next to worthless. Its also got a super powerful tongue-like appendage that extends from underneath its helmet. It can also control huge hordes of bugs, most specifically flies. This flies can hurt whatever they are directed at, simply due to the sheer number of them.

Mercer: Given the size of the largest swarm that Pyramid Head controls, we found it reasonable to say that there would be about twelve thousand flies in that swarm.

Necro: Gross. Bugs are nasty. Anyway, onto Pyramid Head’s final power. It would seem as though it can create clones of its ‘self, thanks to there being two of these things in James’ final confrontation with it.

Mercer: As if that wasn’t enough, The Red Pyramid Thing can tank gunfire with no issue, not even slowing down enough to notice it.

Necro: Granted, Pyramid Head has a few glaring weaknesses. Starting with its speed.

Mercer: Pyramid Head is horribly slow when its using the Great Knife, as it can only slowly drag the blade behind its ‘self. Luckily, the developers of Silent Hill were kind enough to give it the option to use a spear. While using the spear, Pyramid Head can sprint just as fast as James or Maria, who are both in really good shape, perhaps even reaching Peak Human levels.

Necro: And it just got scarier. That’s horrible. Well, Pyramid Head actually hasn’t shown any notable intelligence feats, as it will often stomp around mindlessly. And, it can’t seem to use doors or any thing like that.

Mercer: Even with a weakness like that, once you see this thing walking towards you, you would do best to take a look at your personal life. Because if you don’t, you may very well learn just how great its knife really is.

(Pyramid Head hefts the Great Knife and chops off a pair of wall hands)

Intermission[]

Necro: All right, the combatants are set, and the data's been run through all possiblities

Mercer: It's Time for a DEATH BATTLE!

Release Or Be Punished-Fight[]

Emma Wile's phone rang loudly. One shrill ring, and she anwsered.

"Emma Wile speaking. Who is this?"

"Emma. I love you. regardless of what happens next I want you to know that." The voice on the other side of the phone belongd to Emma's estranged older sister, Jenny Wile. The voice sounded strained. It sounded tired. But most of all, it sounded absolutly, and utterly fearful, as if something life changing, or life ending could happen at any second.

"Jenny, what's going on? You're kinda freaking me out."

"I have to go now." Jenny said simply and abruptly. She hung up.

Jenny lowered her phone, and readjusted her grip on the revolver she held in her left hand. She silently weighed the options of what she was about to do. Her son was dead, and it was her fault. But if she went through with this terrible action, she would be hurting her still living family.

Jenny steeled her self and grabbed a note pad. She had to see her son again. She ripped the top sheet off of the pad. She grabbed a pen and turned to write. But the page already had a note scrawled on it in an untidy scrawl.

The note read: "If You Yourself Cannot Release, Then It Will Come And Take A Piece."

Jenny was shaken by this. She knew she hadn't written this note. A piercing creak distracted her from the note pad. She placed the note pad down, and pointed the revolver in the direction of the creak.

She crept out of the room, moving towards her bedroom. She guessed the sound came from her bedroom, as her door was ajar. She grabbed the knob gingerly and shoved her way into the room, waving her revolver around in front of her.

There was no one in her room. Jenny took a deep breath. She turned, to return to the kitchen, instead turning right into a clawed hand.

Jenny grunted as the hand closed around her throat, and lifted her off of the ground. The hand belonged to a tall, well dressed monster, with no facial features, other than multiple connecting bloody gashes and a wide, lipless mouth, which was twisted up in a merciless grin.

This was the Look-See.

Jenny tried to breath, but the Look-See's ever tightening grip denied her lungs the air they so desperately needed. A faint ticking sound filled the air, growing louder and louder by the second, until it was deafening, and, apart from her heartbeat, it was the only sound that Jenny could hear.

"No, No! This can't be how I die! I want to live!" Jenny thought as its grip tightened even more.

The Look-See raised its free hand and gouged out both of Jenny's eyes with one swipe of its claws. With a sharp turn of its hand, it twisted Jenny's head backwards, finally finishing its grisly business by ripping both of her hands off, then dropping her on and her now detached body parts on the ground, then teleporting away, leaving the brutal, horrific scene behind.

Emma's phone rang once more, the sound just as shrill as before. She picked up the phone.

"Emma Wile speaking? Who is this?"

"This is Officer Long, of the NYPD. I'm sorry to be the one to have to tell you this, but your sister is dead. She appears to have been murdered."

Emma dropped her cell phone. She had just talked to her sister. Emma began to cry. Officer Long, hearing her cries, hung up.

Emma did not attend her sister's funeral. Her younger brother, Landon, had been the one who found her. Having seen the damage that had been done to his sister, he advised Emma not to go.

Emma, still reeling from the new fact that her sister was dead heeded his advice and stayed home. Emma had never felt more alone in her life.

When Emma got up the next day, anyone with an iota of intelligence would have sensed the dark cloud of rage and grief that hung over Emma's head.

Emma's boss, a round man by the name of Randal Vlad, was also in a bad mood that day. Nothing had gone right. He'd spilled coffee on himself that morning, and he ran late to work, as well as nearly being T-Boned by another driver.

With two people filled with negative emotions, both ready to lash out, working in the same building, something was bound to happen.

"Hey Wile! I wanted this report on my desk yesterday!" Vlad shouted harshly at his employee, who had just handed him a rather hefty report on last weeks stock exchange.

"Well, Vlad, I'm not sure that I could have done, because yesterday was Sunday!" Emma responded, shouting back just as loud.

"What the hell did you say?"

"I said yesterday was Sunday! We aren't here on Sunday!"

"Well, you better take a look at your calander, because everyday from now on will be a Sunday! You're fired!" Vlad shouted loudly, a thick vein threatening to explode out of his forhead.

Emma didn't say anything. All she did was grab the stapler off of Vlad's desk and strike him right across the forehead. The vein exploded, and blood poured from the wound. Vlad yelped and pressed his hand to his wound. Emma struck him again, this time clipping his shoulder, and finally following up with a two handed strike to the back of his head. She tossed the stapler to the ground and stormed out of Vlad's office.

Needless to say, she was later arrested on the charge of assault and battery. Her court hearing was swift, and the verdict was simple. Attend the Silent Hill Psychiatric Facility, or spend two years in jail without bail. Emma chose her first option.

After a rather long bus ride, she arrived at the sleepy little town of Silent Hill.
