And yes, im not gonna make the same mistake before I will be working on this. If it were voice, Lelouch would be voiced by Alehandro Saab and Edelgard would be voiced by Carrie Keranen.
Interlude[]
(*Cues Wiz & Boomstick*)
Wiz- We all know the story of a large empire build from the ground and up. Creating laws for its citizens and followers to obey. but when some disprove of their laws or find corruption in this empire, they put it to their own hands to create a world in their image.
Boomstick: Like Lelouch Vi Britannia, the fallen Prince of the Britannia Empire of Code Geass
Wiz: And Edelgard, The Adrestian Empire's Flame Emperor of Fire Emblem.
Boomstick: He's Wiz and i'm Boomstick!
Wiz: And it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor and skills to find out who would win a DEATH BATTLE!
Lelouch Vi Britannia casts the die in DEATH BATTLE[]
(Cues: [Remote Expanse] *)
Wiz: The Holy Britannian Empire isn't exactly "Holy" when you look back in it's history. Originally comprised the entire North and South American continents, the Britannia Empire evaded the country of Japan. All for an ore mineral known as Sakuradite
Boomstick: Whats Sakurara you ask? Well it's a really powerful. substance that can fuel mobile weapons called Knightmare frames. awesome. Though it's generally unstable, and if an ore the size of your palm hits another, it creates HUGE explosions. Hell, it will explode from any strong impact.
Wiz: But amongst Britannia's ongoing war was it's prince: Lelouch Vi Britannia
Boomstick: Which the #1 thing you should know about Lelouch......his childhood 100% completeley sucked.
Wiz: Let's focus on a different side of the conflict. Lelouch was the Eleventh Prince and was the 17th heir to the Britannian Throne.
Boomstick: Which would have happened if......
(*Showes footage of bullets firing through the windows, creating a massive blood bath in the room. which also resulted in the death of Lelouch's mother*)
Boomstick: Yeah, starting a war for a mineral was probably not the best idea.
Wiz: The attack didn't just result in the death of Lelouch's mother, but the exact same incident left his sister Nunally both blind and crippled.
Boomstick: And what did his dad do after all this? Banish him from the throne after he didn't even bother protecting his wife or child, and used him as a political hostage in the whole fiasco.
Wiz: Both his father's rejection and the death of his mother left Lelouch distraught. While being a political hostage did help form a friend in Suzaku Kuriyugi, that political hostage scenario ended when Britannia attacked Japan with their new Nightmare frames. Fearing for his sister safety, Lelouch and Nunally went in hiding. It wasn't till years later that an accident that Lelouch would have a fateful encounter with a green haired girl simply known as C.C.
Boomstick: And after somehow surviving bullet to the head, C.C gave Lelouch an incredibly powerful super eye: Geass, the power of kings.
(*Cues:[Ready For Battle] *)
Wiz:The Geass has proven to be a useful tool in Lelouch's quest of making a rebellion against the Britannian Empire. In Irish folklore Geass was an obligation or prohibition magically imposed on a person. Which perfectly describes Geass's capabilites. You see, each Geass user is unique to it's own user, each having a specific form of strengths and weaknesses. In this case, Lelouch's is called "the power of absolute obedience".
Boomstick: It can bend a person's mind upon direct eye contact and obey to whatever command Lelouch's orders them to do. if he just wants to, he can tell you to kill yourself, and or cheat on an exam.
Wiz: However, Geass has some drawbacks to it. For one, Lelouch's Geass can't exactly be used on the same person twice. And more use of it increases it's power, overusing it can lead to Geass's power overwhelming it's user.
Boomstick: Lelouch did managed to survive, and got two Geass eyes in the process. Man, this Geass sounds awesome. Where can I get one!?
Wiz: Boomstick, wait Geass isn't something easily to obtain. It requires making a contract with an immortal known as a "Code Bearer". One who use to posses the Geass. And it was basically dumb luck that Lelouch manage to come in contact with one to begin with.
Boomstick: So you're saying is they are rare.... damn it.
Wiz: Though with the Geaass, Lelouch manage to form an army in the form of the Black Knights. Under the masked identity; Zero.
Boomstick: Why is that number always used as a name for some rhetorical bad@**?
Wiz: Don't think on it to hard. Now with an army at his beckoning, Lelouch was ready to slowly overtime bring down the Britannian Empire and overthrow his father.
Boomstick: And then everything didn't go to plan as his father arrived Lelouch's mo-wawa-WHAT!? She's alive!? Bu-But how!?
(*Cuts to Wiz & Boomstick*)
Wiz: Ok, this will need a lot of explaining. Marianne survived because she also possesed a Geass like Lelouch and transfer her soul into another person's body until her and her husband's plan would come in fruition. The plan was simply called: Ragnarok.
Boomstick: Is this where I thin its going? Knowing the Ragnarok of Norse mythology this sounds like a world wide doomsday plan.
Wiz: Not really. Ragnarok was used as Charles' means to transfer the human conscious to their masks. Effecting reality turning humans both living and dead into one being.
Boomstick: So...a world where everyone could be happy, and live peaceful life.....There is SO.MUCH. Hypocrisy here with that idea! They abandoned their children on a warzone and this "Perfect World" was only fitted for them! Lelouch himself called them out on their hypocrisy and put an end to their plan! I am so mad i feel like punching something.
Wiz: I don't think that will-
(*And Boomstick broke a nearby table, and accidentally swung his fist in Wiz's face*)
(*Cues: [Vaporizer] *)
Boomsticks: uhh......oops.
(*Back to the analysis*)
Boomstick: So after making dear mom & dad not feel so good, Lelouch soon took his place on the throne as the Emperor of Britannia.
Wiz: Unlike what he could have achieved, Lelouch couldn't bring world peace just from being a...well,peaceful emperor. So, he made a sacrifice to make enemies work together and coexist. Creating a worldwide war and have the image as a tyrannical dictator.
Boomstick; Self sacrifice at his finest.
Wiz: Don't get the wrong idea. Lelouch did many MANY bad things, even before he became emperor. Some of which were accidents. But, all still had good intentions behind them. He himself has also shown constant regret and guilt for these actions.
Boomstick: But creating a war didn't mean he was going to go down easy. Like other members of the Britannian Empire, Lelouch is packing serious heat. In the form of Knightmare Frames. One specifically called Shinkirō.
Wiz: Standing at over 15 ft and weighing 8 tons, Shinkirō was a Knightmare frame specifcially used for Lelouch;s use. It's armor consists of a Tungsten metal alloy. Which can survive over 3,422 °C and can transform into a submarine or jet for flight and water combat respectively.
Boomstick: It's got wrist cannons, wired guards, extra senses, Flight and a shield called...The Absolute Defence System. Great name.
Wiz: This Absolute Defence System was able to survive Mordred's Stark Hadron Cannon. Which according to Nina, one the most technologically knowledgeable person in this universe, said was capable of obliterating a small mountain.
Boomstick: I smell math coming.
Wiz: If we were to take this statement seriously, mountains usually need to be 2000 feet . Using the [image here ] To destroy it, it would likely take over 38 megatons of tnt to destroy.
(Credit to this https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/Mountain_and_Island_level_requirements)
Boomstick: Not only that, Lelouch got his own version of Iron man's repulsor blast.
Wiz: There's clear evidence that this is an actual laser. The attack is straight, Lelouch can even use prisms to reflect off, and does not explode on contact. Meaning Lelouch has an attack moving at the speed of light.
Boomstick: This thing is strong enough to tackle on other Knightmare frames, skate around gunfire like i's a day at the ice rink, and even eviscerate armies of Knightmare Frames.
Wiz: Lelouch's greatest weapon isn't Shinkirō or even his Geass, but rather his keen intellect. He has ot only outsmarted Britannian Empire on several occassions, but his intellect is a lot more dangerous.
Boomstick: No, we aren't talking about his winning streak in chess. Which admittedly, is impressive.
Wiz: Lelouch has outsmarted the britannina empire on multiple occasions, his first which involved the army he was helping was at a complete disadvantage against. He has created 14 possibilities of a man's identity just from their name, made a broadcast that successfully predicted everything what others were going to say and most effectively, act as the leading commander in several, several battlefields despite not being experienced in any form of past military tactics.
Boomstick: All sounds good, but it gets worse when you realize without those, Lelouch physically is really goddamn pathetic. He can't even keep up with a girl in a long dress, or his own sister who may i remind you is crippled. Hell he's so bad, he had to take remedial physical education. Which he skips on constantly.
Wiz: To add on that, Lelouch doesn't usually do direct fighting, and leaves others to handle that. While he is a genius, it's only followed by Arrogance and emotionally unstable personality.
Boomstick: That Geass also has some crippling drawbacks, besides the only can use on the victim once. Even though Lelouch doesn't actually need direct eye contact with the person he mind controls, he still needs to see the person in order for Geass to work.
Wiz: The Geass' other flaw seems to be one that is a problem for Lelouch. While he can activate it at will, he loses control and sometimes suffers from a runaway Geass. The most prominent example was when he remarked her step sister slaughtering innocent people, and as shown the Geass slipped. Forcing Lelouch, as Zero to put her down. The reason behind this "runaway Geass" theoretically stems from Lelouch's mental instability.
Boomstick: Even if he's physically lacking, Lelouch will go down in history as one of anime's dangerous tactician.
Wiz: And believe it or not, his plan to pose as a tyranical ruler ended up working. The world alligned against him, in an all out war with it ending with Lelouch's friend Suzaku, posing as Zero to finish him off. Though many cheered for his death, they won't know that Lelouch would actually go down as a hero. Creating a peaceful world for his sister to live in.
Lelouch:To defeat evil, I must become a greater evil...
Edelgard Von Hresvelg Spreads her Crimson Wings in DEATH BATTLE[]
(*Cues: [Lady in Waiting]*)
Wiz: The land of Fodlan while being monitored by the Church of Seiros is consisted of the 3 coutnries over all. The Leister Alliance, The Holy Kingdom of Faerghus and The Adrestian Empire.
Boomstick: Ugh, this is boring, skip to the good stuff.
Wiz: Edelgard Von Hresvelg was the next heir to take the throne of the next empire. Despite her noble upbringing, she didn't always had an easy life. At first it did, with Edelgard befriending the prince of faerghus, Dimitiri who is actually her step-sister. Long story.
Boomstick: But she soon returned to the Empire and than all $#** start hitting the fan. Her father and 10 siblings we're all reduced to political puppets and we're experimented by, and im not kidding with this name: "Those Who Slither in the Dark". Why do some names have to be so freaking long.
Wiz: Edelgards' father Ionius the XI disproved of these methods. But was actually left powerless in attempts to actually stop the Adrestian Nobles and the Thales race performed Crest experiments on his children. This was their effort to create the perfect ruler.
Boomstick: Edelgard survived the experiments, but her other siblings either went completely mad or died from exhaustion. How many siblings did she have?
(*keyboard typing is heard*)
Boomstick; 8 other siblings!? Geez that's like two whole families.
Wiz: While Edelgard did survive, the results of given her a second crest was her hair turning white and her lifespan being drastically shortened. What she didn't know was this was a manipulated plan that would create the incident known as "Tragedy of Duscur ".
Boomstick: Oh, ohoo. That's got to be traumatizing.
Wiz: It was, for the prince of Faerghus anyways. But, she did attend the Church's school: The Officers Academy. Where she'd become the House Leader of the Black Eagles.
Boomstick: During her time at the Academy, her school was seemingly at war with a weird masked guy known as the Flame Emperor. Trying to overthrow the Church and basically creating a rebellion. Wait, this starting to sound familiar.
Wiz: In one of the Flame Emperor's missions, he and other troops raided The Holy Tomb under the Academy. To a surprise, the Flame Emperor actually was revealed to be Edelgard herself.
Boomstick: I'm not kidding when i'm saying this is starting to sound familiar.
Wiz: Eventually Edelgard would return to the Empire yet again to declare war on the Church, organizing her forces to launch an attack on Garreg Mach.
(*Cuts to Wiz & Boomstick*)
Wiz: After 5 years of never ending war and death, Edel would dawn a blood red dress, wearing a crown with horn like features. With the many people she has killed in hopes for her new world, this appearance symbolizes what she sees what she has become. A demon.
Boomstick: Ok that's some heavy stuff but, come on. Was casted away from her empire, Dawned a masked identity to start a war against a government, her story almost seems identical to Lelouch. Hell, you can give her Zero's armor and it'll look no different. Is there anything else I should know of?
Wiz: No, not that I know of.
Boomstick: I wouldn't be surprised if Edel was actually Lelouch's ancestor at this point. Adrestian Empire turned Britannina Empire, yada yada. Might as well have done Britannia vs. Adrestian
(*Back to the analysis*)
(*Cues: No Man's Land*)
Wiz: Edel's time in the Garreg Mach Monsatery did grant her things to prepare for her on going revolution. She was quick skilled in using swords for quick strikes and heavy armor for good defense, her main weapon of choice is an Axe.
Boomstick: Rare for other weapons outside of swords to get the spotlight. In ancient times, it just started out as a tool made for chipping, knapping and cutting down trees. It was till 6,000 B.C.E. that the first ever battle Axe was formed. So, there's some boring history for ya. Edelgard has throwing axes, Tomahawks, and axes made of silver. Which really doesn't make a whole lot of sense.
Wiz: But there was one weapon in particular axe that stood above the rest. The Crest Stone Weapon: Aymr.
(*Cues: [Battle Tank]*)
Wiz: In actual Mythologies-Ulgaritic in fact- Aymr was one of the two weapons given to the God Baal to kill the God of the Sea: Yam. Here, it is an axe specifically designed to be used for Edelgard. Despite it's appearance and abilties/drawbacks, Aymir isn't actually a Heroes Relic. Weapons forged with the powers of a Crest Stone.
Boomstick: To note, only those with crests can actually use the hero relics properly. If anyone else were to grab them, it'll consume them and the person in question will turn into a large butt ugly monster.
Wiz: She also comes equip the Sword of Seiros, a sword that can replenish half of the damage Edel deals to her opponent, while also regenerating damage slowly overtime. Somewhat granted her a healing factor, of a sort.
Boomstick: And you'd be damn if she wasn't a proficient leader with some fire power to boot. Figuratively and literally. Edelgard can command battalions of armies to either deliver a charging onslaught, or just blow them up with barrel bombs.
Wiz: These battalion units are perfect weakening the armor of large foes Edelgard owuld likely have trouble against. Or not considering her other Hegemon Edelgard.
(*Cuts to Wiz & Boomstick*)
Boomstick appearing to be horrified after upon sight with Hegemon Edelgard.
Boomstick: Ah! What the hell is that thing!? It looks like if the hulk had makeout session with a rock and a demon!
Wiz: By harnessing the powers of her both her biological & experimented crest, Edelgard can trasnfrom into a demonic beast with full control of her powers. granted her a plethora of magic. Using her biological Crest:" The Twin Crest" can fire a red orb projectile to attck from afar.
Boomstick: And with the crest of flames, the crest implanted in her she can turn up the heat by firing an orb that has a rang of the entire Adrestian throne room. Talk about cheap.
Wiz: Though Hegemon is more of a last resort if anything. Once used, Edel practically becomes a mindless beast, thus removing any strategic prowess she had before the transformation.
Boomstick: Wiz.... I might not be able to sleep after this....or maybe after i drink about 90L of beer.
(*Cuts to the analysis*)
Wiz: Though considering her prowess normally, it would take a lot for Edelgard to use her last resort.
Boomstick: Yeah, she's been on countless missions, her army managed to fend off the Kingdom and the Alliance for five years, and has clashed with the current sword of creator, Byleth.
Wiz: Now the official cannon route has yet to have been confirmed, but there isn't any reason to say that Byleth in the Crimson Flower route is any weaker or stronger than the Verdn Wind or Azure Moon. The sword of creator's previous user was capable of slicing a mountain in half. Judging from the size of the mountain in [this image], and the height, we can determine slicing it would require 1.8 megatons of tnt.
Boomstick: This works two ways differently, Byleth fought and defeated Nemesis (the one who split the mountain half) and was using the Sword at it's full power, so there's no reason he should be in a similar ball park. And Edel has fought Byleth in 3 different routes.
Wiz: Fighting alongside each other however, Byleth and Edel were both capable of harming the Immaculate one. A being who survived being hit with a deadly spell known as the Javelins of Light. Which created an entire valley from it's destruction alone.
Boomstick: And despite being in heavy armror, she's able to dodge lightning base magic, and even the Immaculate one's attack: Hoarfrost. Talk about a Hoar-ible name, am i right.
Wiz: (*sighs) Which given the time Edel and Byleth had to react at least 4x the speed of light. Despite being a conquerer and an Emperor, Edelgard has some rather unusual weaknesses.
Boomstick: Other than Hegemon making her lose her sanity?
Wiz: Well yeah but she also has a fear of rats, and she also avoids the ocean because she...can't swim.
Boomstick: Well who can swim with all that armor on?
Wiz: But aside from that, Edel's own weapons are really versatile but too much use out of a certain weapon can cause them to break.
Boomstick: Though until she forms the world she feels fit, Edelgard would try to form a world of peace. Even if it involves putting the blood on her own hands. And you can damn bet she won't hesitate to cut you down.
Edelgard: People believe Crests are blessings from the Goddess, that they are necessary to maintain order in Fódlan. But the people are wrong. Crests are to blame for this brutal, irrational world we live in.
Fight[]
(*Cues: Princesses of Wonder - Therewolf Media *)
It opens up with an army of the Edrestian Empire marching towards the highly technological Britannina Empire.
Edelgard: So this is the Britannian Empire. It is as they say. Their technology could rival that of the Agarthans.
The cavaliers lowered their spears and were ready to rush into battle.
Edelgard: Conquering it will aid us for Fohdlan's brighter future.
??: Halt!
The Flame Emperor looked up and looked upon a large black armored mobile aritllery unit with large amounts of troops, armed with multiple firearms at their disposal. Inside the cockpit of the Knightmare Frame, was Lelouch: Prince of Britannia.
Lelouch: We hate to spoil your fun, but this Empire is not exactly yours to conquer.
Edelgard; You must be Zero. I heard the tales of your stories.
Lelouch: I could say the same thing : Flame Emperor. Now I will only ask this once. Take your troops and get out. Or you will suffer the consequences.
The Flame Emperor scoffs, as she closes her eyes. Feeling what she must do what must be done. She commands her army to ready themselves and to charge at the Black Knight Army.
With the Britannna prince calling out the same order. The two armies focused their firepower on each other, as they do Edelgard rushes into battle mowing down multiple Black Knight soldiers and lodging one's head in with a throwing an throwing axe.
Focusing on Lelouch's nightmare frame, she threw a tomahawk at him which simply bounced off the armor. The Prince of Britannia chuckled at the Flame Emperor's efforts.
Lelouch: How cute.
The Britannian prince laser cannons towards large aparts of her armies. Who's dead corpses were launched. Anger, Edelgard ordered her archers to fire their flamed arrows.
Despite the number of arrows ranging from millions to trilion,s the arrows only left mere scratches to Shinkirō. Retaliating, Lelouch fired his wire guided projectiles towards multiple soldiers, including Edelgard who blocked the projectile and slashed the wire connecting to it, and hurl it back to where it was fired.
Which the prince responds by deploying Shinkirō's wheels and evading the ongoing attack. Running over other Edrestian Soldiers. But what he didn't see was a wagon contained large barrels of gunpowder.
Upon contact created an explosion, that toppled Lelouch's Knigtmare frame onto it's. knees.
Edelgard is seen running towards the Brittanina prince and showed an animation similar to 3 houses critical hit close up.
Edelgard: I will show no mercy!
The Flame Emperor swung her axe up and brought it back down on the Knightmare frame's head, which Lelouch grunted from the impact.
Edelgard did get in with a combo, but was interrupted when Lelouch knocked the Flame Emperor into the air with a finger swiped, and juggled her with finger flicks 'till he blasted her away with the Vapor cannon.
Edelgard recovered, but with her attire now damaged and her head is shown bleeding. Some dropped onto her outfit, but it's rather hard to see as it's camoflauged with the color.
Edelgard: Mages!
Commanding other members of her troops, a bunch of mages used their magic to bring fourth a large meteor down onto Shinkirō. The Meteor landed, but when the dust settled, it is shown that the barrier protected Lelouch from the final blow.
Lelouch: I must admit, your tactics and leadership is commendable. But, you have nothing to counter: Absolute Defense!
The Flame Emperor is shown raising Amyr at her foe.
Edelgard: Let's see if your statement holds true!
Edelgard wth some heavy armro fallen off her body, leaps into the air and strikes Aymr onto Lelouch's Absolute Defence Sytem. Sparks flew from the clash from Edel's axe and Lelouch's barrier as the Flame Emperor uses her willpower to break through a barrier.
Lelouch: A rather impulsive tactic. You could destroy a small mountain with that swing, and this barrier can still be in tact.
But to the Britannian prince's suprise, Edelgard manage to break through and was inside the barrier Lelouch deployed.
Edelgard: Perish!
The Flame Emperor ran across the arm of Shinkirō and struck the Knightmare Frames head. The force not only knocked the Knightmare Frame into the mountain while maintaining it's barrier, But Lelouch's head was bashed into a part of the cockpit, causing his mask to break and revealing his face. The flame emperor proceeded to repeatedly slashing at the Knightmare Frame's armor, til it was damaged beyond all repair.
Edelgard: You fooled yourself!
Lelouch: Not yet I have. I Lelouch Vi Britannia command you!
Cuts to inside where it showed the Britannian prince activating his Geass.
Lelouch: Lower you guard!
Despite no making eye to eye, Edelgard fell into Lelouch's orders and lowered her guard. She was then pushed back into the barrier which started causing a major burn to her body. As soon as the barrier disappeared. Lelouch fired his chest-mounted laser cannon which propelled Edelgard to a canyon, which her body bounced off to the top of it. Shinkirō was shown flying up to the same level, Lelouch exited the cockpit and aimed his pistol at the Flame Emperor.
Lelouch: You see Flame Emperor, the battlefield is like a game of chess. If the king doesn’t move, then his subjects won’t follow. And when the king does move, he has to make every tactic that he can to ensure total victory. Sadly for you....this is checkmate.
Firing the pistol, Edelgard's body fell. With the Lelouch still holding his pistol and walked back towards his mech. Unknownst the Prince, Edelgard survived and threw one last Tomohawk at him. Which resulted in Lelouch's arm getting cut off and dropping the pistol he was using. Lelouch first looked in shock before screaming in pain and grabbing the wound and looking back at the Flame Emperor. Rising to her feet.
Lelouch: How,,,How are you still alive!?
Soon as Edelgard rises, it is shown the bullet Lelouch fired hit her crown and protected her, which than immediately breaks causing Edelgard's hair to go down.
Edelgard: You should try working on your aim!
Lelouch tried to draw for another weapon, but his hand was quickly cut off by a steel axe before knocking Lelouch back into Shinkirō . In his point of view, he looked up and saw Edelgard raising her steel axe onto Lelouch's face causing it to get wedged. The Flame Emperor started yanking on Lelocuch's head to get it off the axe till it was ripped off from Lelouch's body and still wedged into the axe. Edelgard looked back and saw the destruction the war made. But it was the Adrestian Empire that stood strong.
As the Flame Emperor raises the axe with Lelouch's head, her army cheered in victory.
Verdict[]
K.O!
Boomstick: Oh man, that is one brutal way to go down.
Wiz: This battle was certainly an interesting one. Both Lelouch and Edelgard have had their advantages and disadvantages against each other, With one outclassing the other in different ways.
Boomstick: Edie was definitely the more better trained warrior, and is easily more experienced then Lelouch. But in comparison, Lelouch shown to be a lot smarter in tactics and warfare, and easily having the more advanced tech at his side.
Wiz: But as shown in this case, the Flame Emperor is more than Zero.
Boomstick: The Knightmare frame was a top notch weapon in Lelouch's arsenal, and keep up with Edel's battalions, but these battalions have come in handy in Edel's past against beings larger than her. So, it's no surprise they could be used effectively. Remember, a Knightmare Frame is powerful but it isn't exactly invincible.
Wiz: But than again, Edel by herself was capable of keeping up. Remember Lelouch had an attack that's capable of reaching lightspeed, But Edelgard has dodged an attack that was over 4x times faster than light. So it wasn't hard to say Edel could dodge Lelouch's lightspeed attacks before closing. While Lelouch's barrier did cause some trouble, her strength and power were the perfect counter.
Boomstick: The Mountain cutting feat Nemesis did may have been weaker than Lelouch's defence, but it wasn't even the Sword's strongest. Byleth has shown he's stronger than Nemesis in other routes, and one route had him defeat the previous weilder. One of the stronger feats was in fact defeating and damaging the Immaculate One: Rhea.
Wiz: One of Rhea's impressive durability feats was surviving the power of the Javelins of Light. If we recall, the Javelin's destruction created the valley of torment. Given the offical map of Fodlan and using the size of the leister alliance [here], we can determine the valley spans over 12731.52 meters.
Boomstick: Plus whe can determine the depth of the valley from this [Cavalier here]. Or is it a Great Knight?
Wiz: With all this combined, lowballing it by cutting it half to determine the energy output of one Javelin of light to be over 6.65 Gigatons of TNT. More than capable of bypassing Lelouch's Absolute Defence and more than capable of destroying the rest of his Knightmare Frame.
Boomstick: And since Edel in her story beat the Immaculate One, she could easily be comparable in durability as well. But Wiz, what about Lelouch's Geass? Couldn't he just tell Edel to kill herself like he did to those soldiers?
Wiz; Right, Lelouch's Geass is a powerful technique in it's own right. Facturing this fight in many scenarios, Lelouch could definetly pull a win in those scenarios. Most of it thanks to his Geass. The problem comes from Lelouch's habit of a runaway Geass slipping out and sometimes not even using it at it's potential.
Boomstick: Lelouch has used Geass to make people commit suicide, but he never actually uses it as much as he should. He mostly either just uses it to manipulate, get intel or just use it in means of getting the upper hand. Besides, he can only use the Geass on the same person once. And when that use is gone, Lelouch can't use it again. You could say killing them with Geass is somewhat of a last resort. A dumb last resort
Wiz: It would also seem a bit unfair as well for Lelouch to win for that alone. As Edelgard has shown she has numeral advantages over Lelouch that gives her more chances of victory than him.
Boomstick: Yep, "Geass" Lelouch wasn't "Edel" to get the "Code" to victory.
Wiz: The winner is Edelgard.
Trivia[]
- The connection between Lelouch and Edelgard is that they are royal heirs of Empires (Adrestian and Britannia) Who used their own masked identities (Zero & The Flame Emperor) to uncover the truth behind the laws they follow in the world. This lead to them to creating a rebellion against their worlds respected government (The Britannia Empire and the Church of Seiros). That lead to both taking the throne (With Lelouch taking the throne after destroying his parents' plans and Edelgard took the throne of the Adrestian Empire) which caused an all out war against the world. Despite having so much blood on their hands, both have shown to have feel guilt for the actions they made in order to get where they are and care for those they are close to. Furthermore, both also inherit a powerful weapon which was also weilded by their own family (Geass and Amyr respectively)
- This episode was originally going to be Izuku vs Rock Lee, (or my take at least) But schedules changed due to me somewhat giving out research on who I actually thought would win. And doing it probably would ruin the "element of surprise" I guess.
