Laxus vs Killer Bee is a what-if episode of Death Battle featuring Laxus Dreyar from Fairy Tail and Killer Bee from Naruto in a battle of lightning-using powerhouses.

Interlude

Wiz: Lightning is a powerful force of nature. It appears for only a moment, but in a flash, it strikes with deadly force

Boomstick: But the thunder is makes it loud and recognizable. Kind of like these guys who uses it.

Wiz: Laxus Dreyer, the uncontrollable lightning mage of the Fairy Tail Guild.

Boomstick: And Killer Bee, the free-spirited jinchuriki of the Hidden Cloud village. He's Wiz, and I'm Boomstick.

Wiz: And it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor, and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle!

Laxus is a raging bolt in DEATH BATTLE

Wiz: Over a century ago, a group of new, but talented mages traveled the country of Fiore before settling down in what is now the town of Magnolia, forming the Fairy Tail guild. The strongest guild of mages in the country.

Boomstick: I hope if Death Battle lasts for a hundred years, that I would be remembered like these guys were. Hell, one of them is still alive.

Wiz: Founding member, Yuri Dreyar, would raise a son, Makarov, who would later become guild's third, sixth, and eighth guild master. Don't ask. Unfortunately, while Makarov would train his guild like the family it was originally made to be, somewhere down the road, his own son took a darker road.

Boomstick: Yeah, this guy Ivan is right up there as one of the shitty dads in history. He actually planted a magic lacrima, which is basically crystalized magic, jammed that into his own son, and planned to later kill his own son to take it back.

Wiz: This is Laxus Dreyar. Great-grandson of Yuri Dreyar, grandson of the Fairy Tail's guild master, and son of the now criminal mage, Ivan Dreyar. Naturally, being in the shadow of so many famous mages, Laxus was driven to surpass them all to prove his worth.

Boomstick: Thankfully, his father gave him a good head start. That was installed into him made him into a lightning dragon slayer, giving him the power of lightning dragon magic.

Wiz: While originally made to be for killing dragons like the name suggests, dragon slayer magic is extremely powerful in it's own right, giving them traits similar to the dragons themselves, improving strength, speed, resistance to their own element, and even the ability to eat said element. This allows Laxus to eat lightning to replenish his magic. He can even use this power to turn himself into lightning.

Boomstick: It also lets him use all kinds of lightning magic. Like the Thunder Palace, which are a bunch of timebombs made out of lightning lacrimas, the Heavenward Halberd, which smites you with a giant lightning spear, the Breakdown Fist where he punches  with a fist-shaped lightning bolt, the Iron Fist where he punches you directly with lightning, the Iron Hammer where he punches the ground...yeah, he likes punching things. I can respect that.

Wiz: And of course, the signature ability of all dragon slayers are their roars, and in Laxus's case, he pours his lightning magic into one focused blast, the Lightning Dragon's Roar. And having fully mastering his dragon slayer magic, he's able to enter the Dragon Force, a state that enhances his power further to the point that he practically IS a dragon, granting further power, speed, and magical power.

Boomstick: With all of that power, Laxus naturally felt pretty good about himself. So good that he was confident that he could take over the Fairy Tail guild...which he did in a failed coup, and got kicked out of the guild after...and nearly killing everyone in the city. Oops.

Wiz: Still, he was driven to the very end to prove that he surpassed his grandfather and take the guild as his birthright. TO prove it, Laxus mastered one of the most powerful spells in Fairy Tail...Fairy Law.

Boomstick: Now by "Fairy Tail", do you mean the guild or the series?

Wiz: Yes.

Boomstick: Hmm. Fair enough. This spell is so powerful, that it can basically one-shot anyone you want, even if they're as strong as you. I even went as far as to learn it myself just because it's that OP. Watch as I roast Wiz alive!

Wiz: Wait, when did you--?

Boomstick: Watch and learn. FAIRY...LAAAAAAW!

"One Massive blast of light later"

Boomstick: And behold! Just like that, Wiz is--

Wiz: Perfectly fine.

Boomstick: WA--WHA--HO...What just happened? Did I mess it up.

Wiz: While I'll try and figure out how you did that later, Fairy Law is noteworthy for singling out only the opponents who the user deems as their enemies from their heart, ensuring that no friends or allies can be harmed by its effects. So, I won't lie, I'm quite flattered.

Boomstick: Aww, geez. Now I feel guilty for doing that.

Wiz: If it makes you feel better, his attempt at using Fairy Law also made an ass out of Laxus as well, since his attempt at destroying all of Fairy Tail proved that he did still value them all. Fortunately, his defeat and time spent exiled from the guild mellowed him out, and was eventually welcomed back as an improved man. Which worked out, as Laxus has always been one of the guild's best mages.

Boomstick: You know everyone's favorite fire dragon slayer, Natsu? He's gotten his ass kicked by Laxus every time, and barely fought even against him with help. Makes sense, seeing how he's an S-class mage. This means he can probably fight whoever he wants, including Lamia Scale's strongest wizard, Jura.

Wiz: Which is impressing for another of reasons. Jura specializes in earth magic, which directly counters Laxus's lightning. Secondly, Jura was the fifth ranked Wizard Saint at the time, a title reserved for the the top ten best mages in Fiore.

Boomstick: Fun fact, Pappy Makarov is also one of the Wizard Saints, and while we don't know how far up he ranks, we DO know that he's not in the top five, so when Laxus said claimed that he's surpassed him, he's probably right.

Wiz: Makarov himself is a powerhouse, whose use of Fairy Law enabled him to part the clouds across Mangolia just from targeting one fellow Wizard Saint, a blast that would've required at least twenty-five megatons of TNT.

Boomstick: But, Laxus isn't the only one who has surpassed the old man. Erza Scarlett, who is also an S-class, was able to to fight her own mother, who tried to destroy the country with THIS giant meteor.

Wiz: Even when injured, Erza's solution was to blow it up anyway...which she pulled off. We've covered the Deus Sema back in Gray vs Esdeath, and to intercept the meteor in the first place, Erza would've had to move over Mach twenty....thousand.

Boomstick: And Laxus has fought Erza a bunch of times, and technically won their most recent bout, so he definitely scales to that speed and certainly with that power. He should also be comparable to the last S-Class guildmate, Gildarts, who blitzed a guy who blitz the top four Wizard Saints, including Jura. Then he fought a guy equal to the lady who made that meteor. He even beat a robot man who was immune to lightning attacks because Laxus could create "lightning that goes beyond lightning". What does that even mean?

Wiz: While Laxus did live much of his life in the shadow of his grandfather, he now stands not in front or behind Fairy Tail's fame, but along side his fellow guildmates as one of it's best. No longer seeking to take the entire guild for himself, he will now fight to the death keep his family alive, just as the founding members aimed to do.

"Fairy Tail is my Only Family now! Anyone who threatens them, Gets No Mercy from me!"

Killer Bee drops rhymes for DEATH BATTLE

Wiz: Within the mountainous Land of Lightning, one of the Five Great Nations hides the Village Hidden By Clouds, and much like the hidden villages of the other four nations, holds some of the best ninja military in the world.

Boomstick: And these guys were lead by A...umm, a what exactly?

Wiz: Psst. We're using the VIZ names for this one.

Boomstick: Oh, my bad. Ahem....and these guys were led by Ay, who was practically born to become the Raikage, the village leader.

Wiz: However, it was tradition for the Raikage to have a tag-team partner to perform the signature Lightning Style: Double Lariat technique, and Ay was an only child. To resolve this issue, he held try-outs to find a young child that could match his power to perform the move properly.

Boomstick: After sending a bunch of brats flying because they couldn't do it properly, Ay finally found the one kid that knew how to do the lariat, and the two formed their brotherhood with a fist bump.

Wiz: With a proper partner and a new brother, Ay adopted the boy into his family, bonded with him for life, and gave him his new name; Bee.

Boomstick: But, that's about as good as it got for a while. After going on a few missions with his new bro, it was decided that a thirty-story tall octopus monster should be shoved down his throat and become the village's new superweapon. But hey, someone had to do it.

Wiz: While this made the rest of his peers treat Bee as a pariah, Ay still inspired him to be the best could. Since then, Bee has grown into one of the best shinobi to come out of the Hidden Cloud, becoming especially deadly with his seven-sword fighting style.

Boomstick: What is he even doing? He's not even holding one in his hand. How can he even move?

Wiz: Surprisingly well, actually. Bee's form of taijutsu, basically ninja martial arts, is geared towards unpredictable, yet precise movements to deal maximum damage. It's so effective that even Sasuke and his sharingan, which is meant to memorize and comprehend visuals immediately, couldn't keep up him.

Boomstick: And those aren't even just normal swords. These are special swords that are made to have lightning chakra channeled through them.

Wiz: Chakra is the energy stemming from one's body that is used to create a ninja's superhuman feats, like ninjutsu techniques, or even enhance their physical power. The lightning-style that Bee uses is especially known for it high penetrating power. It's what makes his signature Lightning Style: Lariat possible, or if he has a partner, the Double Lariat, which allows two people to decapitate people. When lightning chakra is applied, even a pencil can be sharp enough to pierce through stone and wood when thrown.

Boomstick:  Because screw physics, it's ninja magic! And the seven swords he has are specifically made to actually be used for that, and can even block or cut other lightning attacks.

Wiz: In addition to these swords, he also managed to claim the Samehada after with his fight with Kisame Hoshigaki, which is capable of absorbing chakra from enemy attacks. You remember this guy, don't you Boomstick?

Boomstick: OH NO! Keep that thing away from me! Last time we had that here, it ate me alive.

Samehada: Grrrrrrr...

Boomstick: Oh God, it still has a taste for my blood! It...it doesn't seem to be after you though.

Wiz: Well, Samehada is very picky about who it allows to use it. In fact, the reason Bee has it now is because it loves his chakra. I've even been feeding it some so that I can get along with it better.

Boomstick: Sooo...you're saying it's friendly now. Alright, I'll agai--

Samehada: GRRRRR...

"CHOMP"

Boomstick: AAAHHH! IT'S EATING MY HEAD! AGAIN!

Wiz: Huh. I guess it just doesn't like you.

Boomstick: GET IT OFF! GET IT...wait, DUMMI, is that you?

DUMMI: Help at last. I've been trapped in here since Hulk vs Broly aired.

Wiz: To be clear, it's not actually Killer Bee's own chakra that Samehada was drawn to. But rather, the chakra from the monster that was sealed inside of him as a kid. The Eight-Tailed Beast, Gyuki. A chakra beast so powerful, that nations had gone to war in order to retrieve it in the hopes controlling it's godly power. Normally, the best that a host of these beasts, a jinchuriki, could hope to do is use their bodies as prisons and merely harness what chakra they could. However, Bee is the first to ever succeed in actually taming their own tailed-beast.

Boomstick: Like the other nine tailed-beasts, Gyuki is proud of his power, but has gotten more self-control after befriending Bee. No more of that super fun, out of control destruction he was known for in the past.

Wiz: With the eight-tails by his side, Bee was given access to Gyuki's nearly infinite source of chakra, allowing him to partially transform into a miniature tail-beast to drastically increase his strength, speed, and defense. He can even fully transform into Gyuki's original form to take complete control over it's full power.

Boomstick: Also, because Gyuki is a giant octopus monster, it also gives Bee octopus powers...like spitting out ink, and...well, that's kind of it. At least it means he'll always have a pen ready.

Wiz: Which is also another resource for some of his other jutsus, such as an Ink Clone, which can even be given enough chakra to even partially transform into the eight-tails. And much like how a real octopus will use it as a defense mechanism, it can be used to distract enemies and, if underwater, work something like a smokescreen.

Boomstick: But, he uses lightning, so that's not something he would want to do often...for obvious reasons.

Feats:

• Blitzed Sasuke and escaped Team Taka unharmed.
• Tamed Gyuki
• Nearly one-shotted Kisame
• Intercepted attacks from Ay and Minato.
• Survived his own Tailed-Beast Ball point-blank.
• Fought off several tailed-beasts at once.

Wiz: Together, Killer Bee and Gyuki become a near unstoppable team. So much so, that there are very few individuals that can even hope to fight him one-on-one fairly.

Boomstick: For example; Right after Sasuke killed his brother Itachi, who was one of the greatest ninja from the Leaf Village, he brought his team to fight Bee and had to fight with the intent to kill, just so they could take him back alive. Sasuke practically died three times that fight, and none of them even did any meaningful damage to the guy.

Wiz: And although the fight was much more complex then we'll get into, he nearly killed Kisame after he partially transformed into the eight-tails, going as far as ripping his rib-cage open with a single lariat.

Boomstick: A couple fanons fight back, we talked about how Kisame survived an island sized punch from Might Guy equaling at least fifty megatons of TNT when he opened the eight gates, and Kisame was still in one piece after that, meaning that Bee's attack must've been even stronger since it ripped the fishy man wide open.

Wiz: His full power is likely much greater, as Bee's massive amounts of chakra comes from the second most powerful of the tailed-beasts, only being behind Naruto's own nine-tailed beast, Kurama.

Boomstick: Even without Gyuki though, Bee has been able to fight alongside his brother Ay, and with the tailed-beast chakra, even intercept an attack from Minato, who is even faster than Ay. And that guy can move as fast as lightning.

Wiz: The speed of lightning can refer to one of two things. While we typically assume it refers to the initial bolt, several lower ninja have surpassed that speed by a large margin. Given how Ay can fight on par with sage-mode Naruto, who can even react to lightspeed attacks, Ay lightning speed must refer to the faster return stroke, which flashes at two-hundred and twenty million miles an hour. That's a third of lightspeed.

Boomstick: In short, this guy is a crazy strong ninja that's among the best of the best. But he funny thing is that for as skilled as he is, being a ninja isn't actually the thing he wants to be the most. He actually wants to be a rapper more than anything. If he finds time in a battle, he'll even stop fighting to write rhyme ideas down.

Wiz: Definitely a sign of overconfidence, but not unjustified. Then again, much like his desire to help his brother and even his friends, it's a passion of his.

"My power's a flash and still more in my stash. Eight tails, that be me. The rapping Killer Bee, yeah."

-Killer bee.

Death Battle

In a forest full of massively large trees, there were no sounds to be heard but that of nature itself. A peaceful place for Laxus to enjoy a walk alone as he listens to his own music from his headphones.

As he made his way into a clearing though, Laxus found that he wasn't the only one in the forest. Killer Bee, standing on a rock as if it was a stage and a boombox next to it, he was prepared to make some noise.

"YO, HEY, HO! This is me! Killer Bee! Unlike anything you will ever see! Blades fall like hail and I have eight tails, power more legendary than a fairy tale."

While Bee was writing down his lyrics in his notepad, the traveling mage became an unexpected heckler, being less than impressed with what he heard. Particularly from what he mistakenly heard as an insult to Fairy Tail.

"More than Fairy Tail? Boo! Your rapping sucks! It's no wonder you're hiding in the forest."

To go the extra mile, Laxus grabbed a stone and hurled it towards Bee. As soon as the rock left his fingers, he narrowly avoided an electrified pencil that flew passed his face, which then pierced through a tree behind him. As the rock hit missed Bee, but hit the boombox, Bee jumped down from the rock and tossed his notebook next to it.

"Damn, you fool! Acting like a tool! Time to take you to school."

As lightning shrouded around both Laxus and Bee's arms, they slowly approached to each other at first, only to dash towards the other at lightning speed, colliding their electrified arms as they try to overpower the other. It was from this class that they both knew that it was time to...

FIGHT!!!

The two struggled to overpower the other with as neither were willing to backdown. Thinking in the moment, Laxus pulled his arm back and threw Bee off balance, and with the same arm, threw a punch to the head that pushed Bee backwards. After shaking off the blow, Bee, came charging back in with a Lightning Lariat aimed at the head.

Fotunately for Laxus, he was able to block the strike with both of his arms, getting pushed back, but endured it. With Bee in pointblank range, Laxus used this as his chance to charge up lightning in his mouth.

"Lightning Dragon's...ROAR!!!"

This blasted Bee away with a beam of lightning, which sended him flying through the forest. While airbourne, he pulled and unfolded a ninja scroll, and with a puff a smoke, Samehada appears from it, which Bee then slammed into the ground to stop his flight and get grounded again.

Immidiately after the initial attack, Laxus held his hands upward as he launched his next attack." Lightning Dragon's Heavenward Halberd!"

As Laxus launched the lightning spear he created, Bee charged forward with his newly summoned weapon. With one swing of Samehada, the Heavenward Halberd was split in half, causing the two halves of the blast going to the left and right of Samehada. This allowed Bee to keep closing the distance until he could swing Samehada down to swipe at Laxus. Laxus was able to catch it, only for the scales to extend and stab his hands.

"OW! What is this doing...my magic..." Laxus complained before Bee started his next barrage of attacks.

"My little blue friend, he brings your chakra to an end, stopping your electricity, cause it's nothing by simplicity."

"STOP SINGING!!!"

Using nothing but an ordinary punch, Laxus not only blocked another swing of Samehada, but struck it with enough force to launch high into the air and out of Bee's hands. As Samehada was spinning and flying away, it opened mouth open and spit out seven swords, which all rained down from the sky.

Laxus jumped back to avoid being stabbed by the oncoming blades, but Bee jumped and flipped over to retrieve each blade, wielding all seven in his

"I'll give you one more chance before you get the lance. So you better apologize, cause you're in for a surprise."

Despite the warning, Laxus cracked his knuckles and stayed unapologetic. "Nah. You're singing sucks."

Faster than the eye could see, Killer Bee dashed to Laxus as he leapt backwards at a similar speed. This time on the defensive, Laxus actively tried to avoid each swing of Bee's blades. He was able to dodge all seven blades after the first set of swings, but when Bee swung them all again, one blade managed the cut him. With the next round, three. Having taken damage from the initial attacks, Laxus couldn't help but get cut from all seven swords.

To get back on the offensive, Laxus charged lightning in his arm and blasted the ground below the two fighters, creating a puff of smoke and created distance between the fighters. Dashing through the smoke and enhancing his blades with lightning, Bee swung two blades, this time in his hands, straight down onto Laxus, but he managed to catch the swords in his own lightning-infused hands.

"You think you can use lightning on me? "Laxus shouted as his lightning began to turn red. "I am the leader of the Thunder God Tribe, dumbass!"

After snapping the swords in half with his bare hands, Laxus threw a punch of powerful red lightning into Bee's stomach, which launched him through several of the giant trees and made him drop his swords. Despite the damage taken, he still had more fight in him.

"Damn. The boy's pretty tough. Time to get serious. Let's go!" Killer Bee declared. With enthusiasm, he raised him hand in the air with a rocker hand sign. "WHEEEEEEEE!!!"

Right as Laxus arrived to continue the fight, Bee, having infused his body with the eight-tails chakra, tackled the mage with a lariat and rammed him through a tree with a enough force to knock the entire tree down and sent both fighters up in the air. While airbourne, the fight devolved into a barrage of punches and kicks.

As Bee was about to land a punch to the face, Laxus transformed into a bolt of lightning to dodge the attack, then reappeared directly above Bee, which was immediately followed by a heavy stomp which sent the ninja straight to the ground, back first. With an open made, Laxus dropped straight down to deliver a final blow.

As Laxus came flying down, Bee spewed a torrent of ink from his mouth which briefly blinded Laxus, but a swipe of his arm knocked the ink out of his way, and he continued the his fall. At the last moment, Laxus slammed his red lightning-infused fist straight through Bee's body with enough force to shatter the ground below them.

But after the punch landed, Bee's body exploded into ink as an ink clone, which left Laxus dumbfounded.

"Lightning Style: Double Lariat!"

Appearing to the left and of Laxus, the still confused realized that not one, but two Killer Bees had appeared, pincering his head with lightning-wrapped arms. With Laxus unable to move, Bee and the clone tightened their hold to squeeze Laxus's head off. However, this attack would prove to backfire the moment Laxus realized exactly what he's surrounded by.

With a deep inhale, the lightning used in the attack is forced into the dragon slayer's mouth, weakening Bee's hold, energizing Laxus, as well as bulking up his muscles as he enters the Dragon Force form. With a flex of his arms, the ink clone behind him explodes, and with both arms grabbing Bee's shoulder, Laxus was giving the set-up for a pointblank attack.

"Red Light Dragon's ROOOOOAAAAR!!!"

A massive surge of red lightning erupted from Laxus, blasting Bee a mile ahead with no sign of stopping as he took more and more damage from the attack. All over the course of a few seconds

"Damn, damn, damn, damn, damn, oh SHIT!"

After being pushed back so far, Bee stopped getting pushed back as giant tentacles sprouted out of him to ensure the attack. As Laxus lept to the top of one of the tall trees, he found that Bee had transformed into the eight-tailed beast, which explained why his attack didn't finish him off. What made it so bizarre was seeing a giant bull-headed octopus monster with the same voice as before.

"Yo hey ho! I'm the beast, the massive eight tail. Enjoy your feast? Well, now you fail. Our fighting will now cease, like the end of a fairy tale."

This was followed by a tailed beast bomb launched from the tailed-beasts mouth, but while Laxus was able to dodge by jumping to another tree top, he saw the massive explosion destroy an entire mountain in a massive explosion.

"Okay, this is getting stupid." Laxus said. "You won't stop dissing Fairy Tail, you keep blowing up things, and you STILL won't stop rapping."

As Bee in his tailed-beast form charged up one more Tailed-Beast Bomb, Laxus built up his magic, which emitted a bright light from his body. Both Laxus and Bee prepared for their final attack, but due to Bee's initial hasty attack, Laxus finished casting his. Then, with a clap of Laxus's hands...

"I invoke Fairy Law!"

Using his ultimate spell, a gigantic flash of light instantly covered the entire forest, enveloping even the eight-tail beast. While the Tail Beast Bomb was charging, it started to shrink as Bee's body grew weaker and weaker. Before long, he struggled to maintain his form.

"Damn it. Gyuki...my man...help...a brother...out."

Suddenly, Bee was given a second wind, adding more chakra back into the Tail Beast Bomb. With a final jerk of his head, Bee released his final attack, blasting through the light of Fairy Law. The forest in front of him was instantly evaporated, and shortly after, Laxus himself was caught in the blast, destroying everything within the blast

"YOUR SINGING STILL SUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCKS!!!"

Then, with a final explosion, nothing remained of the battlefield where the lightning brawlers fought, minus for a mile-wide crater where it all happened, and the only surviving combatant; Killer bee. With both the forest and the Fairy Tail mage destroyed, the Cloud ninja claimed him victory.

"Ha, that's what you get for hating the rhyme, something that I will do for all time. Even your light could not burn any brighter. If it makes you feel better, you were a worthy fighter!"

But for as proud as Bee was of himself, even Gyuki could only reply with sigh, for even he wasn't that big of a fan of his partner's rapping.

Boomstick: Oof. That had to stung.

Boomstick: Get it? Stung? Like a bee? A killer bee?

Wiz: Laxus well prepared for this fight. Even if they were all lightning-based, he had a more versatile pool of attacks compared to Killer Bee, and his lightning dragon and red lightning magic could even counter Bee's lightning attacks.

Boomstick: Yeah, but the big problem with that is that Bee could do the same. Not only does his skills with those lightning swords of his let him block other lightning attacks, but that giant leech on a stick called Samehada could even block whatever comes at it.

Wiz: Chakra and magic are very similar at their core. Both are forms of energy that stem from physical and spiritual energy from its users to perform supernatural actions. Therefore, it wouldn't be unusual for the Samehada to be able to block and even absorb Laxus's lightning attacks

Boomstick: Still, unlike it's original owner, Bee's short time with Samehada, as well as the fact that he only ever used his own lightning chakra to power-up his swords and not some big ass attack, the power of suck wasn't really a big factor anyway. It all comes down to good old stats.

Wiz: Comparing their interception speed feats they both have, Erza's Mach twenty thousand meteor scaling, or fifteen million miles an hour, and Ay's lightning speed, two-hundred and twenty million miles an hour, Bee was more than ten times faster, and being that far behind in speed did Laxus no favors, as Bee also received superior combat training, and has been active for much, much longer. Even with all of the varies magic spells in Laxus's arsenal, very few of them, including the ability to eat lightning, could throw Bee off for long.

Boomstick: So Killer Bee could certainly apply constant pressure to the younger, slower mage. But Laxus could potentially pull off an upset...if he had the magical power to pull it off. So, uh...how strong are these guys anyway?

Wiz: Well, even if we used Makarov's Fairy Law and Might Guy's Daytime Tiger attacks, both of which Laxus and Bee surpassed, those would be less than 1 percent of what they can achieve. For instance, Laxus should scale to Erza Scarlet's meteor feat.

Boomstick: Here's a quick rundown of it. Erza fought  her evil mother, who was one of the two strongest mages in a group of twelve evil mages, and that includes God Serena, the guy who roflstomped Jura and the other three Wizard Saints. She got super pissed off and tried to destroy the country with a giant meteor. Erza destroyed that meteor, and things worked out from there.

Wiz: Using the measurements used previously back in Gray vs Esdeath, which was about we found that the meteor had a volume of nearly three million cubic meters. Applying the estimate density of a meteor and being a little generous with the meteor's speed, we estimate that the damage that this meteor would've caused would've equaled two-hundred and twenty teratons of TNT at the very most.

Boomstick: And Erza was able to destroy that thing. And since Laxus continued to be more than a match for Erza even in the 100 Year Quest arc, he could surely do the same. How could Bee possibly match that?

Wiz: Remember, it's not just Killer Bee that Laxus had to fight, but the eight-tailed beast Gyuki, who could supply him with as much of his own chakra as needed. Being behind only Kurama, the nine-tails, his chakra reserves should be comparable. And we all know how powerful Kurama is.

Boomstick: Okay, so we've talked about this a lot before, and since Madara vs Aizen hasn't been done yet, we'll probably talk about it again, so let's talk about that famous moon feat again. When Naruto's chakra got sucked out of his body, it created a massive hole in the moon.

Wiz: This would've included the sum of both Naruto and Kurama's chakra, as human chakra alone is consistently blue. This means that their sum total was what created the four hundred and eighty petaton blast that we all know, love, and hate.

Boomstick: Now, I have to stop you right there, Wiz. Even if Naruto and Bee's normal chakra is similar, the nine-tails is recognized as the most powerful of the nine. We can't directly compare the eight-tails to that, can we?

Wiz: While we can't compare the two directly, Gyuki does stand as the second strongest, which Kurama recognizes and even fought alongside him with Bee and Naruto. Just how much they compare, however, is difficult to prove. With that in mind, it would be highly unlikely if Gyuki's power was only one percent of Kurama.

Boomstick: And even one measly percent of that moon explosion is still over four petatons of TNT. Way more than anything that Laxus could scale to. And this was from highballing Laxus and lowballing Bee, and yet Bee's chakra would still be twenty times stronger than Laxus's magic. Oh, and when the eight-tails comes out, none of that chakra is lightning-based.  

Wiz: Laxus has certainly proved to be a beast in his own right and could force Bee into a serious battle. However, with the difference in power, speed, and experience, only Bee and the eight-tails were properly equipped with handling a prolong bout.

Boomstick: Not even Laxus could make Bee run with his eight-tails between his legs. But hey, what can you do when the fight drags-on, other than reach for the Cloud.

Wiz: The winner...is Killer Bee.

• The connections between Laxus and Killer Bee is that both brawler oriented lightning users from Anime. They're both family of important leaders from their series (Makarov and Ay). They also both have means to absorption capabilities, with Laxus eating lightning and Bee with the chakra-absorbing Samehada.
