Description[]

Kinnikuman VS Tiger Mask! A battle between the greatest of Japan's pro-wrestling scene to see who takes home the championship belt.

Introduction[]

Wiz: Wrestling... To many, it's a spectacle with no substance but to others, it's a way of life. And our combatants today are some of the biggest to come from their field.

Boomstick: Like Suguru Kinniku, the Kinnikuman...

Wiz: And Naoto Date, the Tiger Mask.

Boomstick: He's Wiz, and I'm Boomstick.

Wiz: And it's our job to analyze their weapons, armour and skills to find out who would win... a Death Battle.

Kinnikuman[]

Wiz: Some people are destined for greatness, some people are forced to train their whole life in order to be recognised...

Boomstick: And then there's someone who went from the lowest point possible, all the way up to being the king of an entire planet.

Wiz: He has many names, however, most know of him by his stage name, Kinnikuman.

Background:

  • Real Name: Suguru Kinniku
  • Stage Name: Kinnikuman
  • Height: 185cm
  • Weight: 90kg
  • Title: King of Planet Kinniku

Wiz: Born the prince of Planet Kinniku all the way over in the Kinniku Galaxy, Suguru Kinniku was going to live a life of luxury and carefree training, until he was accidentally abandoned by his parents, the king and queen.

Boomstick: Don't try and sugarcoat it Wiz, he was thrown out of his parent's spaceship from Earth's orbit because they mistook him for a pig which they then raised in his place until Suguru was eighteen.

Wiz: Yeesh, there's bad luck and then there's being abandoned at birth on a different planet in exchange for a pig.

Boomstick: And things didn't exactly get better, Suguru became the Superhero, Kinnikuman, fighting Kaiju every day, but he wasn't good at it, at all.

Natural Abilities:

  • Chojin Physiology
  • Size Changing
  • Flight
  • Kinniku Beam
  • Forcefield Creation
  • Face Flash

Wiz: That was despite Suguru having all the abilities he ever needed to defeat said Kaiju. He can increase in size to be up to thirty metres tall, fly through the air so fast that he can escape the Earth's atmosphere, making a forcefield from the palms of his hands and shoot out his signature Kinniku Beam, a beam of light fired by crossing his arms similar to Ultraman that's so strong that it could blow up an entire bus.

Boomstick: All of this is because Kinnikuman is a Chojin, a race of supermen who are all naturally stronger, faster and far harder to kill than any normal person. Any normal Chojin can heal from being cut to the bone in a few minutes and even survive being stabbed in the heart, pretty much the only thing that can hurt them is brain damage. He can also just perform miracles by shining the light from his face on something, doing anything from cleaning the environment to reviving people, even if they're erased from history.

Wiz: You would think all of this would allow Suguru to gain worldwide fame by being the best Kaiju hunter.

Boomstick: But Kinnikuman would prove you so wrong. He's such a klutz that he basically lived in an outhouse for most of his life, he was that bad at fighting Kaiju.

Wiz: So much so that he would eventually quit hunting Kaiju and use his superhuman physique, amplified by his nature of being a Chojin, a race of special superhumans, to become a wrestler.

Boomstick: And, as it turned out, Kinnikuman was really good at it. He went from the ultimate zero that planet-conquering aliens would run away from in embarrassment to being the King of an entire planet who saved the world multiple times from the Devil and Perfect Chojin forces.

Wiz: This natural talent would be amplified under the training of Prince Kamehame who taught Suguru several techniques.

Wrestling Techniques:

  • 48 Killer Techniques
  • Kinniku Buster
  • Kinniku Driver
  • Muscle Spark

Wiz: Suguri was taught the 48 Killer Techniques and the 52 Submission Techniques from his master. Despite how "Killer Techniques" sounds, they aren't actually fatal, despite how they look, instead, they are all designed to kill the killing intent in an opponent.'

Boomstick: From Argentina Backbreakers, Lariats, Elbow Drops, German Suplexes, Camel Clutches and more. And then there are Kinnikuman's more wild techniques, like the Space Trip where Kinnikuman literally punches someone to the Moon or the Fu Rin Ka Zan, a four-part technique where he runs so fast he makes a tornado before doing a piledriver and a Romero Special because there's no kill like overkill.

Wiz: And, of course, there's his signature finisher, the Kinniku Buster. A move where Kinnikuman holds his foe upside down over his shoulder, holding both of their legs with his hands before leaping dozens of feet into the air and landing with an impact that breaks all of an opponent's joints and even their neck. The Kinniku Buster is quite the versatile technique with Suguru inventing many variations for different scenarios.

Boomstick: His Side Kinniku Buster is for landing on walls, his Neo Kinniku Buster has him spin around so fast that he flies up and lands on the ceiling and the Kinniku Buster Immortal has him cross the other guy's legs across to hold them down better, this finisher was so strong that it managed to kill a hundred-million-year-old God.

Wiz: His Kinniku Driver is a powerful piledriver designed to break through the helm of Suguru's strongest foes and would be his strongest technique for some time.

Boomstick: Right until he learned his family's greatest technique, the Muscle Spark.

Wiz: The Muscle Spark is an insanely devastating technique where Suguru dislocates the opponent's shoulders and breaks their neck before slamming them to the ground with immense force. This technique was so powerful that Suguru was able to instantly kill someone who was empowered by the God of Intelligence, making them over one hundred times stronger than Suguru was.

Boomstick: Even without his sick-ass wrestling moves, Kinnikuman's super strong, he can lift whole buildings over his head and survive a massive which launched him out of orbit. Hell, Kinnikuman was so strong that he punched a sumo wrestler to the Moon with ease.

Wiz: Assuming that the sumo wrestler reached the Moon within ten seconds, he would be travelling at over thirty-eight thousand metres per second or a tenth of the speed of light. If the sumo weighed seventy kilograms, then Suguru punched with over twelve megatons worth of force.

Boomstick: And that's not even talking about the bit of the Moon that was chipped off which means it's a lot stronger. Like when he killed the Bottomless Alien who ate an entire Moon. Where does he even get this energy from?

Wiz: Well, that would be the fire that burns within him and stoke by all of his friends, enemies and allies, his Burning Inner Strength.

Burning Inner Strength:

  • Vastly increases Kinnikuman's stats from the energy given by his friends.
  • Increases Kinnikuman's regeneration and survivability.
  • Automatically activates when Kinnikuman's life is at risk.
  • The effects of Burning Inner Strength increase based on Kinnikiman's mercy and friendship.

Wiz: Suguru's Burning Inner Strength is a power initially passed down his bloodline before Suguru managed to spread it across the entire Chojin World. It allows anyone who uses it to become vastly stronger using the power granted to them through their shared connections with friends, family and even their greatest rivals.

Boomstick: Friendship is the key bullshit Shonen power-ups. Aside from giving Kinnikuman the strength he needs to kick Godly ass, it also makes Kinnikuman's regen strong enough that he can instantly heal from being stabbed in the heart and regrow a missing arm bone or just flat out let him survive attacks like Akuma Shogun's Hell Guillotine which instantly kills its victim by destroying their soul.

Wiz: Even without Burning Inner Strength, Suguru has proven himself time and time again to be a great hero.

Feats:

  • Won the Chojin Olympics two times in a row.
  • Mastered the Muscle Spark.
  • Lifted a building over his head.
  • Punched a sumo wrestler to the Moon.
  • Ducked under a bullet.
  • Defeated Robin Mask, Akuma Shogun and Kinnikuman Super Phoenix.

Wiz: He's fast enough to dodge bullets and even beams of light, can fly to the Moon and back in a few minutes, is the only Chojin to win the Chojin Olympics twice in a row, beat the chosen ones of the Five Evil Gods and even managed to defeat Nemesis, his great-uncle who was the most skilled fighter from the Kinniku bloodline.

Boomstick: Kinnikuman basically has a perfect wrestling record, he only lost twice and he only lost the first time because he didn't understand the rules.

Wiz: While Suguru was a great fighter and a great king, he has his fair share of faults.

Weaknesses:

  • Drinking milk depowers him.
  • Has to kill himself if he is unmasked.
  • Removing his power limiter will quickly kill him.
  • Is often clumsy in most fights.

Wiz: He bares a weakness to milk which depowers him and a special ray of light called the Capillaria Rays which lethally poison him with even a second of contact and will instantly liquify his body if he maintains contact with it for more than a few seconds. He also has severe cases of claustrophobia, aichmophobia and cynophobia.

Boomstick: What...?

Wiz: The fear of closed spaces, sharp objects and dogs.

Boomstick: Oh. Well, Kinnikuman is also beyond clumsy, he trips himself up more than his other guy to the point that you'd be surprised he hasn't fallen and broken his own neck yet.

Wiz: A lot of these weaknesses can be attributed to Suguru's lack of confidence causing a lot of self-doubt in his skills, even after beating many of the hard hitters in the world.

Boomstick: But when he stands his ground, he's basically unstoppable. Kinnikuman is a legendary hero who's been around for decades and he ain't going anywhere anytime soon.

Tiger Mask[]

Wiz: The era was the 1970's and wrestlers were the rage of the country of Japan, appearing frequently on television and in many forms of media.

Boomstick: And there was no bigger face and heel in the country than the legendary Tiger Mask. His iconic mask hides his true identity from everyone in the world.

Wiz: There have been many, many people to don the Tiger Mask persona from Tatsuo Aku to Naoto Azuma...

Boomstick: But we're looking at the original, Naoto Date.

Background:

  • Real Name: Naoto Date
  • Stage Name: Tiger Mask
  • Height: 181cm
  • Weight: 96kg
  • Title: Heel of the Century

Wiz: As a young orphan, Naoto wanted nothing but truth and justice to be carried out in the world, however, the world would show just how unfair it could be, causing him to run away, promising that he'd return when he was as strong as a tiger with the ability to fight against the world itself.

Boomstick: And so Naoto ran straight into a shady as fuck talent scout whose entire job was to basically trick orphans into letting them kidnap them and take them to the very-on-the-nose-named Tiger's Den so his training could begin.

Tiger's Den Training:

  • Heavy weight training.
  • Being beaten with heavy weights.
  • Swim through coal tar.
  • Defeat a tiger.

Wiz: Naoto was already a naturally talented fighter but ten years spent in the Tiger's Den was the thing he needed to become a monster.

Boomstick: While there, Naoto had the luxury of experiencing useful training such as swimming over fifty metres through tar, being hit repeatedly with weights and fighting an actual literal tiger.

Wiz: Few survived the training and even fewer were even left with the will or ability to fight, but those that did were practically unstoppable in the world of wrestling and quickly became some of the deadliest heel wrestlers across the world.

Boomstick: And so, the legendary Tiger Mask was born, and boy did everyone know about it. He made quick work of anyone he got in his way and, hell, might as well put some people in your way to take care of. He'd beat them down, break their spirit and usually multiple bones too.

Techniques:

  • Various Illegal Moves
  • Flying Headbutt
  • Fujiyama Tiger Breaker
  • Tiger Super Finish

Wiz: From the Tiger's Den, not only did Naoto learn how to fight but he learned how to fight in the most effective and brutal way possible with his cheap and dirty techniques, from flying headbutts, brutal stomps to arms, even using items like the ring's bells, tables, steel buckets as shoes and even using the teeth within his mask weren't beneath him.

Boomstick: To Tiger Mask, beating someone into a bloody pulp and getting disqualified was worth more than actually winning. He's super aggressive, never stopping for even a second to make sure the enemy never gets an opening to strike back.

Wiz: From his Back Drop suplex dropping people on their heads, armbar holds for twisting an opponent's limbs. The Fujiyama Tiger Breaker, a technique that starts with a traditional Tomoe Nage judo throw with additional kicks to their spine before kicking them into the air before Naoto catches them in an Argentine Backbreaker, causing pain that's only compared to being thrown from the top of Mount Fuji. And the Tiger V technique has Naoto perform the same type of judo throw to launch them out of the ring before leaping after them and slamming their head to the ringside ground while holding onto the ring's ropes for some amount of safety.

Boomstick: But the most brutal of these was his Tiger Super Finish, which really lives up to the name of "finisher". Tiger Mask carries the other guy on his shoulders by their legs before climbing onto the ropes of the ring and leaping down, slamming them face first to the floor, this move is deadly that if Tiger Mask messes up, he can actually just kill someone, something Tiger Mask proved when he killed a fucking bear!

Wiz: While this wasn't the path that Naoto chose for himself, it was the one set out for him for selling his soul to the Tiger's Den creed for strength and money to help those less fortunate than him, however, all of this would change when he returned to the orphanage that he ran away from all those years ago.

Boomstick: As it turns out, being a cool-ass psychopathic wrestler might influence some kids into wanting to be psychopathic wrestlers too, and when Tiger Mask heard that one of the kids at the orphanage he grew up in wanted to be just like him.

Wiz: In order to stop the cycle of violence, Naoto would turn Tiger Mask into a face, a symbol of justice that stood for everything Naoto truly believed in and against everything the Tiger's Den tried to enforce into his soul, making him their swore nemesis with the Tiger's Den sending many "messengers" to have him killed in the ring.

Boomstick: I mean, that's a nice idea but Tiger Mask is kinda the best at what he does, being considered to be the strongest wrestler to ever live.

Feats:

  • Broke many wrestler's bones with a few kicks.
  • Restrained a tiger in a chokehold.
  • Killed a bear.
  • Dodged a crossbow bolt.
  • Defeated Black Python, Gorilla Man and Tiger the Great.

Wiz: He can almost crush someone's skull with a single hand, break a table with a dropkick and dodge surprise crossbow bolts from a distance. Even weaker, no-name wrestlers are able to bend metal railings with nothing more than a clench of their fists, even later Tiger Mask, Naoto Azuma, was able to perform a similar feat with nothing more than a kick.

Boomstick: Tiger Mask is so scary that when he's disguised as Naoto Date, he can scare the shit out of a hardened crime boss with just a stare and Naoto is the definition of a goofy cartoon weakling.

Wiz: You do realise that Tiger Mask is the disguise and Date is the real person, right?

Boomstick: No, you shut up.

Wiz: Anyways, Tiger Mask would go on to defeat many of the Tiger's Den's finest like Gorilla Man, a man who was raised by bears since birth that the Tiger's Den found in Africa and trained to be a wrestler, a being so strong that it could kill elephants, bison and even pull five buses with sheer strength alone. While Tiger Mask wasn't as strong as Gorilla Man, he was able to continuously bring him to the matt and even damage him with an armbar.

Boomstick: But none of this would be enough to get the Tiger's Den off of his back, so Tiger Mask had to make sure he finished off all of the group's leaders, including his handler Mr. X and the organisation's greatest wrestler Tiger the Great.

Weaknesses:

  • Is still human.
  • Mostly abandoned his unfair fighting style.

Wiz: Their fight was beyond brutal, pushing Tiger Mask to the edge of both his morality and potentially, sanity, having his mask torn off in front of everyone, Naoto went off the deep end, using every dirty trick and brutal tactic that the Tiger's Den had instilled into him in order to murder the last bastion of the Tiger's Den, letting Tiger the Great be crushed underneath the ring's lights.

Boomstick: It was really effective in killing his enemies but also basically made everyone, including the orphans who looked up to him, think he was a violent murderer.

Wiz: Ever since then, Naoto would move away, not wanting to face those who looked up to him as he took off in a plane, never to see any of them again. People would only find out what happened to Naoto after his death when he sacrificed himself to save a child from getting hit by a car and using the last of his strength to toss his mask away, proving to everyone, and himself, that his noble soul was still intact.

Boomstick: Naoto may have died but Tiger Mask lived on in others. He may have been out of the ring for over fifty years, but he's back now, ready to show everyone why he was the king of the ring.

Pre-Fight[]

Wiz: Alright the combatants are set, and we've run the data through all possibilities. Let's end this debate once and for all.

Boomstick: It's time for a DEATH BATTLEEEEE!!!

Fight[]

The scene opens on a wrestling event, all of the seats are packed with spectators who are watching a match between Kinnikuman and another wrestler.

Kinnikuman was currently using his signature Kinniku Buster on his opponent, holding them over his shoulder as he dropped from the air and onto his knees.

Kinnikuman: "Kinniku Buster!"

Seconds after Kinnikuman had landed and the impact of the move spread across his opponent's body, their struggle ceased as they fell unconscious. Kinnikuman dropped his opponent onto the mat back first. Seconds later, the bell would ring, signalling the end of the match.

Announcer: "And with that Kinnikuman has defended his title once again! Can anyone stop him?"

As the announcer spoke, Kinnikuman was throwing out peace signs with both of his hands.

Kinnikuman: "See that, Meat?"

Kinnikuman spoke to his ringside advisor.

Meat: "Yeah, you really showed them, Prince."

Meat spoke back, cheering on Kinnikuman's victory.

As everyone was cheering, a new, echoing voice suddenly spoke out.

???: "You may have beaten them, but can you handle someone with a bit of bite?"

The voice came from the entrance to the ring, a cloaked figure wearing a tiger mask ran down the hallway and to the ringside before climbing and leaping onto the corner post of the ring, throwing their cape aside to reveal themselves.

Announcer: "Unbelievable, the legendary Tiger Mask has appeared to challenge Kinnikuman!"

Everyone in the arena was shocked, aside from Kinnikuman who was experiencing a vastly different emotion.

Kinnikuman: "Ahh?! Th-That's Tiger Mask! He's the most brutal heel wrestler ever!"

Kinnikuman spoke as his legs shook back and forth, with no one noticing aside from Tiger Mask who continued to stand and be the centre of attention.

Meat: "You show 'em what you're made of Prince."

As Meat spoke, he saw Kinnikuman suddenly rush to the ropes and try to climb out of the ring, however, his foot slipped from the bottom rope and he fell backwards in a comical manner.

Tiger Mask: "Am I here to fight a champion or wrestler with a sick pig? Hahaha."

Tiger Mask boasted, his arms crossed as he literally looked down on Kinnikuman who was laying on his back. Kinnikuman stumbled into a crawling position before putting his hand to his mouth.

Kinnikuman: "Ah yeah *cough* *cough* I'm far too sick to fight, can we fight some other time?"

Kinnikuman spoke as if he had an illness as he tried to crawl his way out of the ring. Seeing that Kinnikuman was trying to back out of the fight, Meat slapped Kinnikuman's hand before he could leave the ring.

Meat: "Prince! You've got to beat this guy!"

Meat talked back to Kinnikuman who was shaking his hand to get rid of the pain.

Kinnikuman: "Are you kidding me, he's going to break my arms, I need those."

Kinnikuman spoke as he rubbed his arms, thinking back to previous arm injuries he'd sustained.

Tiger Mask: "Even if you were sick, this fight is happening, here and now!"

Tiger Mask yelled as he leapt towards Kinnikuman, performing a drop kick with Kinnikuman only narrowly dodging by rolling to the side, unintentionally moving himself to the middle of the ring.

When Kinnikuman got to his feet, he didn't get a chance to even turn before Tiger Mask charged at him, grabbing the back of Kinnikuman's head with one hand and his arm with the other as Kinnikuman performed a similar hold, the two locking each other down and sizing each other up for the fight ahead.

Announcer: "Amazing, we've got the match of the century between Kinnikuman and Tiger Mask, hold onto your seats because you aren't going to want to miss this!"

The announcer started to hype up the crowd as the bell rang again.

Kinnikuman: "Waahh! This is getting too serious for me!"

Fight!

The two remained trapped in their lock, only their left feet taking a step back and grinding against the mat in order to get as much traction as they could. Kinnikuman then began to step forward, pushing against Tiger Mask and forcing him out of the centre of the ring and toward the ropes. Try as he might, Tiger Mask couldn't stop Kinnikuman.

Not wanting to give Kinnikuman an advantage, Tiger Mask's left foot moved from trying to halt him from being moved into a knee aimed squarely at Kinnikuman's stomach, winding him with a well-placed strike when and where he wasn't expecting.

After this, Tiger Mask hooked his arm under and around one of Kinnikuman's thighs, throwing him off balance enough and knocking him to the floor.

Kinnikuman: "Gah!"

He let out a yell in pain. Tiger Mask then quickly jammed the tip of his shoe into Kinnikuman's open mouth, forcing his jaw open as Tiger Mask tilted his foot up and causing immense pain. Kinnikuman tried to close his jaw but Tiger Mask's foot wasn't allowing it until Kinnikuman raised one of his hands and grabbed Tiger Mask's ankle before turning his head, causing Tiger Mask's foot to fall out of his mouth and stumble a little as he lost his footing.

Still holding onto his ankle, Kinnikuman pushes Tiger Mask over with his left hand before grabbing his wrist, putting Tiger Mask on his side while pulling his leg and arm back, holding Tiger Mask in a submission hold.

Announcer: "Kinnikuman's put Tiger Mask into his Bow Backbreaker submission hold, how will Tiger Mask get out of this one?"

Tiger Mask: "Rather easily..."

Tiger Mask used his spare arm to reach over and punch Kinnikuman straight in his face, doing so repeatedly with Kinnikuman being unable to block as he got hit repeatedly. Eventually, Kinnikuman let go before pushing Tiger Mask over onto his back.

Before Tiger Mask could get up, Kinnikuman leapt onto his back, sitting on his back and forcing him back to the ground. Kinnikuman hooked both of his hands underneath Tiger Mask's chin before pulling him, stretching Tiger Mask's chest.

Announcer: "And now Tiger Mask has been put into a Camel Clutch, how long can he hold out before he passes out."

Tiger Mask was already feeling the strain on his chest as he tried to punch up at Kinnikuman's face, however, he wasn't able to see exactly where to punch since he couldn't see where Kinnikuman's head was. Any time Tiger Mask's fist came close, Kinnikuman moved his head out of the way.

Instead of trying to hit Kinnikuman, Tiger Mask moved his hands down to his mask, pulling the front of it down, bringing the two sharp fangs down onto the back of Kinnikuman's hand.

Kinnikuman: "Geh!"

Kinnikuman grunted in pain as Tiger Mask's fangs drew blood from his hands. The second Kinnikuman's grip slipped from the pain, Tiger Mask reached back and grabbed onto Kinnikuman's arms before arcing his back up as he pulled at Kinnikuman's arms, launching him off of his body with Kinnikuman landing on his stomach.

Not giving Kinnikuman a chance to move, Tiger Mask immediately went on the offensive and leapt over to Kinnikuman's upper body, performing an armbar while pinning him to the ground, wrapping his legs on top of and around Kinnikuman's face and neck.

Announcer: "Tiger Mask has put Kinnikuman into an armbar, can the champ get out of this?"

While keeping Kinnikuman pinned down, Tiger Mask started to punch repeatedly at Kinnikuman's forearm over and over again, leaving bruises all along his arm.

Announcer: "My word, Tiger Mask is pulling out every trick in the book to keep Kinnikuman down for the count. Is this going to be the end of the champ's career?"

The announcer yelled as Kinnikuman continued to get injured.

Meat: "Prince!"

Meat cried out from the ringside, watching as Kinnikuman was getting pummelled. Having heard Meat's yell, Kinnikuman's body started to glow with a flaming aura surrounding his body.

Kinnikuman: "Burning Inner Strength!!"

Kinnikuman started to feel strength flood into his body as his body almost literally burst into flames.

Anyone else would have let go by this point from the burning heat, however, Tiger Mask had experienced far worse pains and refused to let go of the hold. This wouldn't matter as the additional strength Kinnikuman was gaining gave him the strength to lift Tiger Maks up despite the armbar hold he was in.

Tiger Mask felt Kinnikuman's arm bend, fighting against Tiger Mask who was trying to bend his arm back into position. The second Kinnikuman's arm was bent into a ninety-degree angle, Kinnikuman's spare arm reached over and punched Tiger Mask straight in the face, launching him off of him and into the corner of the ring.

Tiger Mask slumped against the corner post of the ring, his arm wrapped around one of the ropes. When Kinnikuman approached him, Tiger Mask quickly slinked himself off of the corner post before grabbing Kinnikuman's waist and circling to Kinnikuman's back. Tiger Mask then positions himself to the be in front of the ring and performs a suplex.

Kinnikuman falls down the side of the ring, the only thing that stops him from hitting the ground outside of the ring is that his feet luckily get caught on the ropes of the ring, however, this is what Tiger Mask wanted.

Tiger Mask: "Are you ready?"

Tiger Mask leapt up and started to stomp on Kinnikuman's hanging shins with the intention of breaking them. Kinnikuman's legs started to bruise more and more.

Announcer: "My word, Tiger Mask is pulling out one of his most brutal moves, he's so willing to win that he's ready to go so far as to break Kinnikuman's legs."

Despite the announcer's and the audience's horrored shock, the glowing aura never faded as Kinnikuman prepared his counter.

Kinnikuman: "Kinniku Beam!"

Kinnikuman said as he crossed his arms and shot a beam of light from his arms up at Tiger Mask. The beam hit Tiger Mask directly in the face, knocking him back.

Tiger Mask: "Ha ha, you're stronger than I thought."

Tiger Mask said, his mask slightly singed by the laser. Kinnikuman reached up for the rope his feet hooked onto before flipping to free them. Kinnikuman then pulled on the ring and launched himself like a catapult directly at Tiger Mask who stood there with his arms crossed.

As Kinnikuman's head was about to slam into Tiger Mask's chest, he bent backwards, arching his back so far back that Kinnikuman sailed over him before receiving a quick kick to the stomach, knocking him upward. As Kinnikuman fell, Tiger Mask positioned himself underneath him, catching Kinnikuman along his shoulders in an Argentine Backbreaker.

Tiger Mask hooked his hands around Kinnikuman's chin and legs before pulling down on them, stretching Kinnikuman's stomach with each yank down. Kinnikuman tried to fight back, however, the repeated damage to his limbs made it harder than ever to even attempt to break free.

Remembering back to a fight long ago, rather than fighting against the move by bending his torso up, Kinnikuman rolled his body around, making it so his stomach was resting against Tiger Mask's shoulders, making it impossible for the hold to do any damage.

Tiger Mask: "My, aren't we smart."

Kinnikuman: "Well, I didn't become the champion because of my good looks. Hehe..."

Kinnikuman smirked for a second, however, Tiger Mask used the second that Kinnikuman let down his guard to perform a Death Valley Driver, dropping Kinnikuman to the canvas of the ring headfirst. The impact caused a large spurt of blood to spew from his forehead. Kinnikuman was left in a daze as he made his way back up to his feet.

Tiger Mask grabbed onto Kinnikuman's shoulders and threw him against the ropes of the ring, Kinnikuman's body slumping against the ropes as his arms hooked onto the bottom ropes as the back of his mask got caught on the top rope, it getting pulled up slightly as Kinnikuman fell, his chin and bottom lip being exposed before Kinnikuman opened his mouth and bit down on the edge of the mask before it slipped off entirely.

Meat: "Prince, your mask...!"

As Meat was yelling from just behind Kinnikuman, Tiger Mask walked up to Kinnikuman and put his arms on his shoulders, lifting Kinnikuman up off his feet, one of his hands reaching up to Kinnikuman's mask.

Meat: "You leave him alone, you jerk!"

Meat yelled. Instead of ripping it off, Tiger Mask pulled the mask down, realigning it with Kinnikuman's hidden face, his eyes being visible through the mask's eyeholes again before putting Kinnikuman back onto his feet.

Kinnikuman: "Eh?"

Announcer: "My word, instead of removing Kinnikuman's mask, the brutal Tiger Mask is putting it back on."

Everyone was shocked that the normally cheating Tiger Mask was actually helping his opponent.

Once Kinnikuman was fully on his feet, instead of fighting, Kinnikuman put out his hand for a handshake.

Kinnikuman: "Put 'er there."

Tiger Mask grabbed onto Kinnikuman's hand.

Tiger Mask: "I didn't do it to be nice, I only want to beat you at your best."

The two shook hands before breaking the hold as the two walked away from each other, standing on separate ringside, preparing themselves to clash again.

They charged at each other, their hands locking with each other as their chests slammed into each other, both of them trying to force the other to the ground. Kinnikuman started to push Tiger Mask down, however, when he fell to one knee, Tiger Mask let go of Kinnikuman's hands before forcing his head in between Kinnikuman's thighs. Once underneath, he stood up, Kinnikuman was now riding Tiger Mask's shoulders.

Kinnikuman went on the offensive, striking Tiger Mask's head with his elbow, he felt each blow rain on his head as Tiger Mask walked over to the side of the ring before leaping on top of the corner post, landing perfectly without even stumbling despite being attacked.

Announcer: "My word, Tiger Mask is getting ready for his Tiger Super Finish, can the champ get out of this before he loses his head?"

The announcer hyped up the crowd as Tiger Mask grabbed onto Kinnikuman's hands to stop the assault or Kinnikuman use them to defend himself as he readied to pounce.

Tiger Mask: "Are you ready? You might die if I'm not careful."

Kinnikuman: "Ha! I'm the last person you should be worried about."

Tiger Mask pounced from the corner post, tilting his body forward until Kinnikuman's face was pointed directly toward the ground, connecting face first with the ring's canvas and holding in the position, even after Tiger Mask let go. Seconds later, Kinnikuman's seemingly unconscious body slipped over and fell down.

Announcer: "My word, if that wasn't a finisher, then I don't know what is. The brutal Tiger Mask might have ended the champ's reign, in more ways than one."

Everyone was in complete shock that Kinnikuman had seemingly lost.

Meat: "Prince!"

Meat cried out as he reached out to him.

Tiger Mask: Come on, get up, Kinnikuman.

Tiger Mask thought to himself as he stared at Kinnikuman's limp body.

Crowd: "Kinnikuman!" "Kinnikuman!" "Kinnikuman!" "Kinnikuman!" "Kinnikuman!"

The crowd started to cheer for Kinnikuman. The more they cheered, the more the symbol on Kinnikuman's forehead glowed and Kinnikuman's faceguard shot up and covered his jaw. When that happened, an eruption of flames shot out of Kinnikuman's body, launching him up into the air.

Kinnikuman: "BURNING INNER STRENGTH!!!"

Kinnikuman yelled out before landing on his feet.

Now ready to fight again, Kinnikuman rushed up to Tiger Mask, the two grappling each other, their hands grabbing onto the other's back and back of the head, however, Tiger Mask couldn't find the strength to overpower Kinnikuman.

Kinnikuman used his enhanced strength to lift and throw Tiger Mask high into the air in one swift motion, sending him spinning around, before Kinnikuman left up and caught Tiger Mask on top of his shoulders while he was upside down, their heads being right next to each other as Kinnikuman was holding Tiger Mask's thighs.

Meat: "That move!"

Announcer: "Everyone, it looks like Kinnikuman is preparing to use his signature finishing move!"

Everyone, including Tiger Mask, knew what was about to happen. Kinnikuman proceeded to fall to the ground, bracing his knees while maintaining his grip on Tiger Mask.

Kinnikuman: "KINNIKU BUSTER!"

Kinniuman yelled out. In an instant, Tiger Mask felt the full impact of the fall across all of his joints all at once.

Tiger Mask: "Blrgh..."

A second passed before Tiger Mask coughed out a spurt of blood before Kinnikuman let go, letting Tiger Mask fall to the ground in a limp state. All of the strength had faded from Tiger Mask's body, robbing him of the ability to even think of moving, he was practically dead already.

Kinnikuman reached down to Tiger Mask's body, propping him up to a sitting position with one arm before using the other to pull up his own mask.

Kinnikuman: "Face Flash!"

Kinnikuman's face shone a bright light, making it impossible to see any of the details of his face. Within seconds, Tiger Mask's body was instantly healed of all of its wounds. Allowing Tiger Mask to sit up on his own.

Tiger Mask: "Kinnikuman... You... You really are something else..."

Tiger Mask weakly said, still feeling the shock and thrill of the fight beforehand. Kinnikuman stood up before offering Tiger Mask a hand which he took before being pulled up to his feet.

He looked down at Kinnikuman's hand before lifting it above their head, announcing to everyone that Kinnikuman was the winner of their fight. Before Kinnikuman could say anything, Tiger Mask let go of Kinnikuman's arm, letting it hang in the air before leaping out of the ring and down one of the exits to the ring but not before stopping for one last word to his rival.

Tiger Mask: "Kinnikuman! You may have won this day, however, the Tiger Mask won't rest until our fated rematch."

Tiger Mask said as he turned to face Kinnikuman before exiting the arena.

Kinnikuman: "Yeah, you can count on it."

Kinnikuman said to himself, his gaze never leaving where Tiger Mask had been standing.

Results[]

K.O.

Kinnikuman remains standing in the ring as the silhouette of Tiger Mask gets further and further away.

Wiz: And Kinnikuman wins by technical knockout.

Boomstick: That's boxing, you dolt!

Wiz: Err... Right, anyways...

Boomstick: Kinnikuman was so much stronger.

Wiz: Right. While Naoto scales to feats that would barely put him into the superhuman tier like bending light metals and breaking wooden tables, Suguru's weakest feats involve him destroying busses and lifting up entire buildings with complete ease, even before any training to make him much stronger.

Boomstick: And that's not even talking about speed, sure Tiger Mask can dodge crossbow bolts from a distance but Kinnikuman can dodge bullets which are over three times faster from a much closer range.

Wiz: And all of this is just using Suguru's weakest feats. On top of that, Suguru's Chojin physiology allowed him to survive and heal from even the most grave injury that Naoto could give him, gave him a laser beam for a range advantage...

Boomstick: And let him grow to be a fucking giant which even Tiger Mask couldn't do anything to stop.

Wiz: On top of that, Suguru has proven to be more skilled with wrestling holds and techniques that are so physically impossible that Naoto training his entire life would never be able to match up, especially given all of the millions of year-old Gods Suguru has bested.

Boomstick: Now I know what you're all thinking, "but Boomstick, Kinnikuman is just a klutz and Tiger Mask could take his mask and make him kill himself", and those are probably true...

Wiz: However, that would imply that Naoto would ever even attempt to steal Suguru's mask. While he may result to cheap and dirty tactics at times, even at his worst, Naoto would never steal another wrestler's mask, even if they had just spent the match trying to kill him.

Boomstick: And sure, Kinnikuman can be clumsy but when push comes to shove, he's proven himself time and time again against wrestlers who could mop the floor with one hundred Tiger Masks.

Wiz: At the end of the day, Naoto may be skilled, but he comes from a series with a fairly heavy grounding in reality, however, Suguru is an alien prince who fights supermen, while performing wrestling moves that involve him jumping several stories before breaking all of their joints. It's all too much for a most normal human like Naoto to ever handle.

Boomstick: At the end of the day, Tiger Mask was left with quite the gripping experience.

Wiz: The winner is Suguru Kinniku, the Kinnikuman.
