Kineticlops was once a human security guard who came across a UFO that'd crashed into a power plant. The unstable electricity, combined with the UFO's nuclear energy, struck the security guard, turning him into an electrical monster.

- Impressive hand-to-hand combat
- This includes punching, kicking, diving, blocking, grabbing, & throwing
- Electricity Manipulation
- Can fire electric bolts that slightly home in on enemies, release an electric whip from his hands, shoot chain lightning from his hands, & release an explosion of electricity from his body.

- This includes throwing fuel tankers as bombs, using generators for electric blasts, throwing generators as electric bombs, throwing rubble as projectiles, using girders & other long pieces of rubble as melee weapons, & using sharp objects to impale opponents
