- The connections between Kefka and Marx are that they're both are evil villains with clown/jester aesthetic who manipulate their way into obtaining godlike power using ancient knowledge and ancient artifacts. They both have iconic evil laughs and are quite petty. They both transform in their boss fights and cause the areas around them to collapse upon their defeat. Both of them have tons of elemental magic that they use in their boss fights, as they have a link now to great magical power.
