History[]
Once, Lord Sakai was a samurai under the employ of his guardian Lord Shimura, jito of the island of Tsushima. That all changed when Khotun Khan, cousin to Kublai Khan, began the Mongol invasion. With knowledge of the ways of the samurai, Khotun brought Tsushima to its knees. Saved from the brink of death by a thief, Jin eventually began to forsake his honor to combat the Mongols... by eliminating them with methods not approved of the Samurai code; a price to pay to protect his people. In his stead, Jin is the sole head and only survivor of Clan Sakai, one of the strongest clans known for excellent swordsmanship and unwavering bravery.
