Jeffy VS Meggy is a fan episode of DEATH BATTLE! created by Infinity Turtle, featuring Jeffy Francois from SuperMarioLogan and Meggy Spletzer from SuperMarioGlitchy4 in a battle between original teenage characters in two respective Mario parody channels.
Interlude[]

Wiz: Mario, a popular video game character by Nintendo has made many influences over the world. Whether it's toys, theme parks, cereal. Even parodies are inspired by him!
Boomstick: But even they strive for their originality! Whether these two are just rebellious or just crazy.
Wiz: Jeffy Francois, the goofy and mentally challenged helmet kid from SML.
Boomstick: And Meggy Spletzer, the Splatfest champion and former inkling of SMG4! He's Wiz and I'm Boomstick!
Wiz: And it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor, and skills to find out who would win... a Death Battle.
Jeffy[]
Wiz: SuperMarioLogan, a channel that creates Mario plush videos that feature a diverse range of characters.
Boomstick: Y'got Mario, Bowser Junior...., Shrek? Chef Pee Pee!?
Wiz: The show was created by Logan Thirtyacre who was previously known for the Stupid and Dumb adventures series.
Boomstick: Oh yeah, that's where he introduced Mama Luigi, a goofy clone of Luigi who breaks kneecaps over nickels!
(Super Mario World clip plays)
Boomstick: Too bad Mama kicked the bucket, but hey! He did eventually return, kinda.
Wiz: In 2016, a new character was released, Jeffy Francois. A boy who was certainly not the brightest of the bunch. His father, Jacques Pierre Francois, was a famous painter and his mother, Nancy, was an abusive alcholic prostitiute.
Boomstick: His mom was also a gold digger, like why did he marry her if she was gonna take his stuff? She also sucked as parent for Jeffy and his sister, who was killed in road accident cause an ashtray meant more to her than her kids.
Wiz: Eventually, Nancy abandoned Jeffy in the apartment Mario was staying in and pretended that Jeffy need some temporary care.
Boomstick: And by temporary, she meant sayonara. But after Jeffy's real father shot himself, Nancy went to reclaim Jeffy as if he was her own lottery ticket.
Wiz: Luckily, she didn't get too far, as she would later be exposed by the police and taken away. Leaving Jeffy in Mario's custody. And despite Jeffy's promises to him, he never really kept his words.

Boomstick: Damn, I knew Mario should've handed him to foster care but I guess his eyes were on the gold Jeffy was bound to get.
Wiz: Despite being immature for his age, Jeffy wields impressive abilities. He throw a desk across a classroom, punch a hole in a wall and also give out a heavy beating.
Boomstick: He even has the use of Nerf guns, which he can use to take out foes while unseen. His rocket launcher can home onto enemies and his machine gun can even swarm a crowd of people.
Wiz: Jeffy is also durable, as he can resist a police taser which can reach 50,000 volts, survived falling from an airplane to a Twister mat and sawed his own leg off without any signs of pain. But one of his most crafty tactics is making drawings come to life.
Boomstick: All as he is say is 'Doodle Doodle Pencil Fart' and Boom! That's so random, I gotta test it out!
(Boomstick pulls out a giant sheet of paper with a poorly drawn stack of beer!)
Boomstick: Doodle Doodle Pencil Fart!
(The beers come out deformed. As Boomstick drinks one, he spits it out.)
Boomstick: Eugh! I knew I shouldn't have used RoseArt.
Wiz: He can even use his own pencil as magical wand, as shown when it is covered in glitter. With this, he can turn anything around him into anything he wants.
Boomstick: He's taken out robbers, sorted out a crime Mario was framed for, survived being shot and even had his own brain impaled and became smart.
Wiz: Don't get any ideas, Jeffy is a shrewd individual as his arsenal, durability and strength has been shown to change, while he has been shown to also carry other forms of power such as stamina like....patting his diaper.
Boomstick: Jeffy isn't perfect. I mean, the opposite of perfect. He kinda harmed the reputation of SML, you know. He can't even keep a promise to his pops Mario.
Wiz: You see, Jeffy is an idiot. He tends to do rash decisions, poor choices and doesn't learn the consequences of his actions which is argubly one of his biggest weaknesses. And Jeffy has been shown to be beaten or killed in some occasions such as being hit by a baseball senseless and suffering a heart attack from an energy drink.
Boomstick: Like really stupid, such as the time he nuked the whole of America cause he didn't like green beans. And the time he snuck into a gorilla exhibit. And...held Santa Claus hostage...
Wiz: Despite the controversy, there are millions of kids that love Jeffy even if he is used as a cash cow.
Jeffy: That's so pee pee.
Meggy[]
Wiz: SMG4 is channel that creates Mario machinima and even is associated with Glitch Productions. Unlike the Nintendo Mario, who is generally kind and considerate, the Mario of the SMG4 universe is an obnoxious troublemaker.
Boomstick: Hey, lay off me and Mario! Meggy Spletzer was a typical average inkling who only had one main interset. Blowing stuff up with paint to win a Splatfest. What is it with Splatfests anyway? Aren't their purpose is to see which is better like...Beer or Booze?
Wiz: Well in the SMG4 universe, Splatfests are competitions that are held in Inkopolis where only the ranked teams can win. However Meggy's team wasn't too successful. After finding herself locked in a paint can, Meggy spent a lot of time in Peach's basement until Mario found her.
Boomstick: Mario took pursuit and wound up in the same place Meggy was. And eventually through some bonding and training, the two became close friends. Though, they didn't win a Splatfest, but winning friends is better than winning some paintball game, am I right?
Wiz: Unfortunately Meggy had her own fair share of misadventures and events that changed her life, she was abducted by Francis, witnessed her friend Desti killed, and ended up turning into a human.
Boomstick: That's crazy...wasn't she technically humanoid to begin with?
Wiz: That would be that Inkweaver, a magic pen that can create anime characters. As Meggy's body was composed of ink, her form was changed into that of an anime human. Though this was to need to help combat a stronger foe.
Boomstick: She may have lost a friend but she totally never lost her will to win the next Splatfest. She's fast to dodge projectiles and strong enough to uppercut Waluigi into a ceiling. She can disarm her opponents when she took out Wendy Koopa's swords with a single shot. And when she was overwhelmed by T Pose zomibies, she managed to hold them off for a period of time.
Wiz: Her accuracy is also impressive, as shown when she hit numerous targets in a carnival and didn't seem to miss and successfully hit a stop button on a microwave from the other end of a large kitchen by throwing a fork. Meggy has even recieved training and became a police officer which would make sense as she has had lot of experience with firearms. And it's not just those, she has ink bombs, machine guns, giant paintbrushes, candy themed weapons and the list pretty much goes on.
Boomstick: As she lost her ink swimming abililites, she now uses a special hoverboard which when there's a trail of ink, she can slide along it and maneuver past obstacles. Imagine the possiblities!
Wiz: Actually I've worked on a device similar to that.
(Wiz pulls out a hoverboard)
Wiz: By pouring a liquid onto the floor, the board can surf across puddles, even thin ones!
Boomstick: Really?
(Boomstick pours a keg onto the floor and snatches the board)
Boomstick: Suds up!
Wiz: Wait! I'm still testing-
(The board phases into the floor and leaves Boomstick trapped in it.)
Boomstick: Oh right, bullet holes.
Wiz: Meggy has proved herself to be a difficult foe to take on, she's outsmarted Mario numerous times, helped fight against Waluigi and teamed with Saiko to create a diss track on on Bob. She could survive the Inc Zuccer 2000 which could theoretically drain her of vitals like blood.
Boomstick: During the film she was in, she was able to boost herself using these ink bombs from a bottomless pit, combined with her quick reaction and the time she activated them.
Wiz: Well Meggy has her limits, she can overconfident and tends to underestimate her enemies which has led to her losing a couple of times. But more times than not, Meggy is a resilient girl. She kept her promise, and faced off against the Killer Ink Leader to win the Splatfest.
Meggy: Hello! My name is Meggy and this is my voice!
Death Battle[]
The location is set on the streets. Jeffy is seen throwing rocks at cars from the pavement, aiming for windows.
Jeffy: Come on! Why can't I win this stupid game!?
As he gathers more rocks, Meggy is seen casually walking and crossing the sidewalk. Jeffy throws a rock at a passing car which hits its windshield causing it to swerve as it almost hits Meggy. Luckily she dives out the way and lands safely. She looks to Jeffy's direction and catches him throwing more rocks.
Meggy: HEY!
Jeffy turns around and sees Meggy who is runs towards him and confronts the star of SML.
Meggy: The hell are you thinking? You just put two lives in danger!
Jeffy pauses for a while.
Jeffy: I didn't know them. Now go away, you're interrupting my game.
Meggy: Stop right now! What you're doing is destructive!
Jeffy: I don't have to.
*Meggy kicks the rocks out of Jeffy's hands which leads a nerf bullet hitting her in the eye*
Meggy: Ah!
Jeffy: Oh so that how you want to play it, huh!? Well catch these hands!
Jeffy swings his arm at Meggy who blocks the attack. She pulls out a paint gun and fires two shots at Jeffy, which hit him the face. He scoops some paint of him and throws in Meggy's eyes, stunning her for a while. As she is distracted, Jeffy runs into a shop and finds Nerf guns on the shelves. He arms himself just in time for Meggy to catch up with him.
Jeffy: Locked and loaded like my diaper!
Jeffy fires shots which Meggy dodges, she lands a hit on Jeffy which sends him into a shelf, but not enough to hurt him. Jeffy comes out covered in glitter in the Arts and Crafts section and realises his pencil is now sparkly. Meggy finds him and poises her gun at Jeffy's forehead.
Meggy: Give it up, there's nowhere to go.
Jeffy: I don't think so!
Jeffy pulls his pencil out his nose and shoots at a nearby stuffed bear, turning it into a real one. The bear charges at Meggy and chases her around the store, Jeffy fires a magic shot at a case of colored pencils, turning them into missiles. Meggy notices the missiles coming for her and immediately redirected them to the bear, blowing it up. She is then caught off guard by Jeffy who swings at her with a giant pencil numerous times.
Meggy: OW! OW! OW! Son of a- OW!
Irritated, she grabs onto the pencil and flips Jeffy on the ground with full force. Jeffy reaches for his dropped nerf guns only for Meggy's foot to block his arm off.
Meggy: Don't even think about it.
Jeffy sees an opportunity and headbutts Meggy with his helmet. He rolls into a corner hidden by more shelves.
Meggy: Argh! This is getting ridiculous! Huh?
As Meggy looks for Jeffy, a faint sound of scribbling can be heard. She hears it and traces it to where Jeffy is, who is sitting by a piece of paper.
Meggy: Ha! Gotcha!
Jeffy: Oh hey. Just in time.
Meggy: What's that supposed to mean?
Jeffy: This. DOODLE DOODLE PENCIL FART!
The drawing by Jeffy comes to life, these include a T-Rex. Seeing what Jeffy has summoned, Meggy summons her Ink-Boi and fires a path of ink to get around the T-Rex. She sees Jeffy firing with nerf guns at her so she counters back with her own guns, she fires two good shots that knock the guns out Jeffy's hands before submerging in the ink.
Jeffy: What!? That's impossible! I don't miss twice!
Meggy: Impossible for you.
Meggy emerges out of the ink and launches herself at Jeffy, she shoves an Ink Bomb in Jeffy's mouth and seals it shut.
Meggy: Game set.
Jeffy and Meggy wait for a while, nothing happens.
Jeffy: Well that's dum-
Jeffy is cut off as his body swells and explodes, leaving a shower of orange ink to rain from the sky. The shockwave also knocks the T Rex back into the paper it was summoned with.
Meggy: Booyah!
Beedle comes out the shop and clears his throat. The shop that Meggy and Jeffy fought in had been completely trashed. Meggy looks in shock and sighs as she is given a mop brush.

Results[]
Boomstick: Damn, I really though Meggy would get at least a cake for winning...
Wiz: Both fighters were generally unique in terms of combat. Such Jeffy's summoning and Meggy's Ink Boi maneuver.
Boomstick: Jeffy certainly had the durability advantage, as he is survived falling out a plane while Meggy was slowly sucked dry in a chamber. But sadly for J-Fee, Megs had him Done-ion rings in pretty much every other category.
Wiz: Right, though Jeffy could survive a lot a punishment given, but he has shown to be weakened or killed in episodes before. Such as being comatose from a baseball and suffering a heart attack from an Energy drink. So while Jeffy could survived being tasered and dismemberment, he was also susceptible to internal injuries.
Boomstick: Meggy was also stronger than Jeffy, while the helmet kid could beat up Bully Bill and bruise him, he has never shown to send him flying. And Megs also could dodge practically anything Jeff threw at her and deliver much worse since she could react to gunfire.
Wiz: Not to mention Meggy had way better training, intelligence and experience with weapons than Jeffy, who once didn't even know how a handgun worked. And Meggy's splat guns were way faster than Jeffy's Nerf guns. While the average Nerf blaster fires darts at around 70 feet per second, the average paintball gun has a velocity of about 280 feet. That means Meggy's guns were at least 4 times faster than Jeffy's guns.
Popup: While Meggy and Jeffy have both worked for the police before, Jeffy was terminated after his first job on traffic. Meggy on the other hand, managed to subdue a band of criminals on duty.
Boomstick: Talk about a nerf in ranged combat! And it's not just guns, but Meggy definitely had other ways to finish off her opponent as she carried a way better arsenal than Jeffy thanks to her use of Inkjets and Splat Rollers. But Jeffy could've easily used his drawings and magical pencil to finish Meggy. So shouldn't Jeffy have an edge here?
Wiz: Under some circumstances, yes. But don't forget, we're here to see who has the best chances of winning. Even if we take away Meggy's guns and other arsenal, she would still topple Jeffy with uses of martial arts and outsmarting.
Popup: Although Jeffy did have the ability to see through the future. There are implications that he has since lost the ablity in the episode it was featured in. Even if he still had it, he couldn't prevent the premonitions that he saw which would render the ability almost useless.
Boomstick: Meggy was often more focused in battle which made it easy for her to analyse what Jeffy was plotting and also Jeffy tends to attack first without thinking straight.
Wiz: Jeffy may have given his all, but Meggy's experience, speed, arsenal and versatility simply outclassed him.
Boomstick: If you ink about it. She was ready to dish out the pain-t!
Wiz: The winner is Meggy Spletzer.

- The connection between Jeffy and Meggy is that they are two teenage main characters and occasional protagonists of two popular Mario parody channels. Both of them have witness close friends die and are known for being short tempered at times. However they often have opposite relationships with their Mario as Jeffy is often mistreating and lacks concern whilst Meggy is usually trustful and supportive of Mario.
