Wiz: Jeff the Killer, Crepypasta's most iconic serial killer figure.
Boomstick: Heiwajima Shizuo, the strongest man of Ikebukuro.
Wiz: Humans are born to be normal, and equal, but sometimes, there are those who are born different, in a sense that they were born with conditions, or awakened something during the process of living through their lives.
Jeff the Killer:[]
Wiz: The rage, all of those happens because of unexpected things like getting bullied or something.
Boomstick: Anger can cause insanity, don't forget.
Wiz: In New Orleans, Jeffrey Woods was born and lived with Peter and Margaret and have one brother named Liu.
Boomstick: Until his life was messed up after entering a small town away from the city, their three bullies named Randy, Keith, and Troy beat up Jeffrey. His brother helped Jeffrey. What a hero.
Wiz: Well, later, the three bullies came and faced Jeffrey. Almost after the fight, one of the bullies throws a flame at Jeffrey's face, causing him to go to the hospital.
Boomstick: Once he returned home, he went insane than ever... He sliced his mouth into a creepy smile and removed his eyelids.
Wiz: He killed his father, mother, brother, and three bullies. Jeffrey stopped being the kind boy and became a soulless monster that had a pure desire to kill. His new name turns out to be... Jeff the Killer!
Boomstick: Yes, the Joker wannabe.
Wiz: Jeff is strong enough to break the man's arm, including breaking the kid's wrist, even he can stop the kid's heart by just a punch.
Boomstick: Oh, damn, that guy is violent.
Wiz: Kind of like his opponent Chris Walker, he can toss full-grown men.
Boomstick: That guy can survive broken bones, collapsing houses, and many severe wounds, blood loss, and injuries. He can also tank, crashing on the floor.
Wiz: Jeff can dodge the gunshot, and he is surprisingly smart. He can hack computers, can hack officer's computers, and even fake dead once.
Boomstick: Jeff is skilled in stealth and is a creative fighter. He will always find the right places to hide to jump and surprise his victims.
Wiz: Jeff's equipment is the knife that he always used, a Lighter that he can start fires, a Syringe filled with poisons, and a Scalpel, which is another his cutting tool.
Boomstick: While his feats are impressive, he is still human and can be hurt. The easy way to kill him is to shoot him in the head and done.
Wiz: He could die from things that would instantly kill an average human.
Boomstick: Oh yeah, sure, like almost losing blood and survived broken bones, cool...
Wiz: It's... Creepypasta Logic.
Boomstick: Well, I will not be ready to sleep even after this. Jeff is way too scary...
Jeff the Killer: Go to sleep!

Wiz: Not only that but in Tokyo's district of Ikebukuro, it's mob rule, and the most welcoming experience a tourist would get is a daily kidnapping.
[We see a vending machine and a man goes flying across the night sky.]
Boomstick: The district is also home to bizarre folks. And even a place where you'll Meet Shizuo Heiwajima!
Shizuo: I hate violence...
Wiz: Shizuo lived in a small family with his younger brother Kasuka, whose simple act of taking the last cup of the pudding was a life-changing event. As Shizuo said, the human brain restricts muscles to prevent serious injury in response to pain. And Shizuo lacked that limitation, getting a heavy dosage of adrenaline pumping into his system instead.
[Preteen Shizuo lifting the family fridge in a fit of rage before getting crushed under it.]
Boomstick: That has to hurt!
Wiz: After repeated experiences, Shizuo's body was able to adapt by entering middle school. But as his brother became a Hollywood star, especially since he indirectly caused it, Shizuo became an outcast until he met Tom Tanaka. Tom became a good friend and convinced him to dye his hair while setting up a reputation as the kind of guy the bullies know not to mess with if they value their legs.
Boomstick: It makes sense, he stings like a bee, so he might as well sport the colors.
Wiz: But high school marked another life-changing event for Shizuo when he meets his mortal enemy and Ikebukuro's resident devil.
Izaya (voice): You're hurting my feelings by saying things like that.
Boomstick: What are you doing here!?
Izaya: Well, if I had to give a reason. I guess it's because I love people.
Wiz: For those just tuning it, this is Izaya Orihara.
Boomstick: You see, as nicely I can say this, this smug prick and toyed with peoples' lives a lot. And Shizuo is no exception, mostly since Izaya was jealous of Shizuo's inhuman super-strength, he had started to found a fascinating hobby, this so-called "hobby" of his is the fun of becoming a sociopath trickster that targets in killing Shizuo as one of the most important and main goals, which that "goal" of his was incomplete for several or years during high-school, but then Izaya's "ultimate goal" soon ultimately failed during the adult age.
Wiz: Which Celty has disrupted his plans, Izaya soon ended up being injured critically by the violent and brutal actions of Shizuo. However, he has been able to survive it. However, that was counted as victorious for Shizuo since it is infrequent for an average human to defeat a trickster, especially when the trickster is super manipulative, super smart, and has excellent agility, reaction, and reflexes, and dodging speed. Not only that but also very calculative.
Wiz: Well, that's Karma for Izaya, since Shizuo lost many jobs because of Izaya until he finally landed a gig as a bodyguard for Tom.
Boomstick: Well, it seems that this new job was a good fit for him since it's just kicking ass! And Tom would only pay for all the damages, so this all works out!
Wiz: Shizuo is also a Dollars gang member, an internet-based group comprising of many Ikebukuro residents. But ironically, Izaya is also a member of the Dollars and manipulates the group and most events to meet his goals. So Shizuo ends up having to deal with whatever chaos ensues, most of which is Izaya's own doing.
Shizuo: 99% of the time, whenever random violent crap happens, it seems you're somehow involved!
Izaya (Shrugging while taking out his switchblade): And you can't have a little faith in that last 1%? Guess that's...a no.
Wiz: While Shizuo gradually loses his urge to murder Izaya, he fears that he might end up killing him. And it doesn't help that Izaya provokes him every chance he gets, even if it meant having Shizuo kill him in public.
Izaya: Things didn't go to plan, though.
Boomstick: I think you getting hospitalized by Varona is a good thing. But Shizuo did live with the notion that she murdered him before realizing his nemesis is alive and unfortunately well.
Shizuo: So he is alive, after all... if you see him again, tell him this..."Stay out of Ikebukuro."
Izaya: I cannot make those promises. But I am comfortable up north at the moment.
Wiz: But Shizuo's full potential is a mystery, with even a supernatural being like Celty deeming him a force to be reckoned with.

Wiz: The only time he went all out was when he was fighting a large group of Saika Children, essentially love-sick zombies with knives and high pain thresholds. Despite numerous stabbings to spread their love into him, Shizuo was not going down without a fight.
Shizuo: There's no way I'm going down in front of the people who love me.
Boomstick: So essentially, nothing can stop him short of the cops.
Wiz: Pretty much. But the same can be said with our other opponents.
TALLY
- Attack Potency and Speed: Able to level a building, others believing he could have the potential to destroy city blocks at full strength, Shizuo moves at superhuman speed and react at supersonic speed.
- Strength: So far, seen to be strong enough to lift and throw a truck away, Shizuo can deal with blows that can usually destroy walls. But at full strength, his gusts are strong enough to damage a few city blocks.
- Durability: With Izaya theorizing that it would take a low-level nuke to kill him, having shrugged off being hit by a speeding truck and then six dynamite sticks, Shizuo can endure anything that can destroy a building.
- Stamina: Extremely high as he fought and defeated a hundred Saika Children without tiring.
- Range: Melee range, but can reach several dozen meters.
- Rank: Near-Superhuman (9-A) naturally, Superhuman (8-C to 8-A) when using his full strength.

Wiz: Alright, the stage is set.
Boomstick: LET THE BATTLES, BEGIN!!!
DEATH BATTLE:[]
The scene showed Shizuo walking back to his apartment after another day of work. While walking, he suddenly noticed that someone is doing something that can't be seen clearly.
"Hm, what the hell!" Shizuo walks forward and looks down as his eyes went wide in shock. It was a white hoodie boy stabbing five peoples brutally none-stop. "HEY! WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING?!" shouted Shizuo. The boy turned around and revealed his face as Shizuo looks at it in horror. More shock, the beginning of the teenager was ugly as Shit, the boy's face is white, he has no nose, his eyes are wide and seem to be very blood-lusted, he is smiling insanely, on his right-hand lies a kitchen knife full of blood, his white jacket was revealed to have covered with a lot of bloodstains.
"What the fuck, is this bastard...a serial killer?!" asked Shizuo as he began to sweatdropped at the same time, angered.
"Oh, looks like I've been caught, aw well, better get rid of that guy too then," Jeff smiles as he walks forward at the residence of Shizuo.
"I see, so your willing to kill me to cover the tracks up, huh? So be it then," Shizuo proceeded to walk down as he approaches Jeff.
FIGHT!
Jeff rushed forward and attempted to stab Shizuo. However, Shizuo quickly grabbed the serial Killer's hand and bent it, causing the killer's shoulder bone to be snapped out of its skin. Jeff falls back as he holds his hand.
"Shit! (I didn't expect that this guy was well trained like this, normally I would always get the job done quickly, but a guy who can do things like this...shit, I must flee this area, right now!)" Jeff looks around but he couldn't find anything he began to flee the area.
"O.I., WHERE THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOUR GOING!!!" Shizuo follows Jeff as the debt collector chases the serial Killer. As he was following Jeff, Jeff looks back.
"(Shit, he's gaining on me)" Jeff immediately turns to the right as Shizuo turns to the right and also follows him.
At an abandoned warehouse.
Shizuo walks into the abandoned warehouse as he looks around.
"Enough with games, bastard, show yourself," said Shizuo. Jeff sneaked from behind and attempted to stab Shizuo from the back as he rushes forward and stabs Shizuo from behind.
"HAH, GO TO SLEEP!!!" shouted Jeff, but then Shizuo turns around as he grabs Jeff on the neck.
"W-WHAT! I-IMPOSSIBLE!" yelled Jeff. Shizuo grins and then smiles.
"You idiot, did you think that a kitchen knife can kill me?!" Shizuo swings Jeff rapidly and tosses the Killer right into the air. He grabs a nearby steel pipe and then turns it forward at Jeff.
CRAAAAAAAAAAAAACK!!!
The steel pipe hits directly into Jeff's skull as blood splattered everywhere. Jeff's head was cracked. However, Shizuo hasn't had it enough. He began to drag Jeff outside the warehouse as he raises Jeff, looking at his lifeless face.
"You know, I hate violence...I was supposed to turn you in, but I guess your actions are count as murdering, well actually; it also reminds me of that "flea" I hate that bastard" Shizuo then grabs Jeff "But, if there's another thing I hate the most, it is to deal with a stubborn teenager serial killer, if your not gonna do anything else" Shizuo then starts to swing Jeff rapidly "THEN SCREW OFF!!!" he then tossed Jeff once again and launches a fist directly at Jeff's skull as he breaks another part of the serial Killer's head, blood splattered everywhere as Jeff has been found thru the skies and hits directly into a nearby bench in the middle of Ikebukuro street near the trio of friends.
"WOAH, WHAT THE HECK!" yelled Masaomi.
"OH MY GOSH, IS HE ALRIGHT?!" yelled Sonohara. Mikado walks forward at him as the boy took a peak.
"...N-no, he's dead...his skull got cracked, like really, it's completely cracked as if something as hard as the metal has hit him!" Mikado, while inspecting Jeff's body he noticed that there is something else on the Killer's hand it was a kitchen knife, Mikado realized what is going on, it could be two things "*gulped* guys, I think it's best if we leave him," said Mikado.
"Why?!" ask Masaomi. Mikado points at the knife as they looked over and went shocked.
"A-are you saying that this is a serial killer?!" ask Masaomi.
"Yes, but if my guess isn't wrong, having his skull getting injured like this means he must've tried to murdered Shizuo, but we should go," said Mikado. They then all left the area.

Izaya: I didn't expect that the Shizuo would be won?
Wiz: Well, not unless you've somehow managed to find all of the Creepypastas's social media accounts and persuaded them to come to Ikebukuro for having a "fun trip!" Which you did it!"
Boomstick: Yes, and you realized that your "ultimate goal" could've been completed if you were able to make the Creepypastas felt interested in knowing about Shizuo and what's it like to kill him, right?
Izaya: Yes, my plans would've worked perfectly if that could happen...
Wiz: What do you mean if that could've happened?
Izaya: Some Creepypastas are just too smart and realized that I was tricking them, some are also stubborn, and some just told me to screw off, or else they'll kill me. So, Jeff the Killer meeting up with Shizuo wasn't what I've planned. It was more like an "unexpected coincident."
Wiz: Mhm, back to the main point, as we know so far when these two have the same thing in comment is that their very risky and doesn't know when to give up, however Shizuo has higher feats, not only does this guy here face-off against a sociopath trickster, that is very manipulative and skilled stealth, dodging and has increased agility, but he also brawls against low life thug gangsters, which it proves that Shizuo is a weak "One-man army" combatant, the definition of One-man army is that they are peoples who can take out an army without in needing helps from any of their partners, accomplices even teammates and allies, Shizuo has fought off against an army of possessed humans that were armed with cursed katana blades without in-needing the help of any of his familiars, friends, allies and accomplices, which he also fought off against famous gangsters that are full of low life thugs of the Ikebukuro street, which it has the Yellow Scarves a group of gangster that is famous for having the most violent members, which some of them are armed with real guns, the delinquents of Dollars and more.
Boomstick: Yep, he's not lying. As far as we can tell, Shizuo has a very impressive pain tolerance, which he was able to remain usually even when a combat knife has been shot directly at his heart, which wasn't deep. It's only halfway to his heart only. Not to mention, Shizuo also faced off against an infamous, well-trained female assassin that comes from the Russian name Vorona, which the woman has awe-inspiring stealth mastery, high bits of intelligence, and martial arts masteries.
Wiz: In other words, Shizuo has faced off against the foes that made his superhuman strength, durability, hand to hand combat, and brawling experiences skills increases. Jeff, on the other hand, is a reckless serial killer. Due to having pain tolerance that're a bit higher than Shizuo's pain tolerance, Jeff doesn't feel any pain at all, and the more injuries he receives, he sees it as nothing but a regular thing. Still, what's matter is that Shizuo has faster reaction speed than Jeff, as we can know his speed of reflexes, response, and movement attack is at the level of Supersonic, his durability is on Small Building Level, while Jeff's rate is only at the level of Peak Human, Jeff's stats are only compared to an athlete human or a low life average human that're skilled and had great mastery at hand to hand combat and ordinary martial arts. Yet, Shizuo's stats are comparable to at-least a normal superhuman or an advanced level superhuman, as it was being shown that he was able to move still as if nothing has ever happened when a 3 tons truck has hits directly at him, and also at the same time lift the car that has crashed him and throw it into the other side of the street, which Shizuo tossed the 3 tons truck onto the air like a muscular man that is tossing a chair.
Izaya: Yeah, yeah, but still, what happened to Jeff, the Killer, by the way?
Wiz: Jeff has been found dead by Toby and Clockwork while walking together after successfully murdering a few peoples who walk outside at midnight.
Boomstick: Which before that happens, he crashed thru a building from section to section and then landed on a bench, which causes out more injuries.
Izaya: Aw man, I looked up to that serial Killer. What a disappointment!
Wiz: Luckily, Jeff has been healed by Slenderman and was soon taken back to the Slenderman's mansion. However, Jeff can't recall his memories of who is responsible for the incident because Boomstick and I have erased his memories to make sure that Shizuo would live and fight for another day.
Izaya: Welp, hop to it, looking forward to the next foe that Shizy would be battling, later!
[Izaya walks out of the room]
Wiz: Thank god he's gone. He's a real pain in the ass.
Boomstick: Yeah, how calm girls love that guy. I mean, just because your handsome doesn't mean your always pure heart.
[Izaya walks back into the room]
Izaya: I'm sorry for the interruption, Wiz; Boomstick, I did mention that other Creepypastas were showing up in Ikebukuro, correct?
Wiz: Yes, so?
Izaya: I've persuaded all of them to target Shizuo, so during the next few "Death Battles," Shizuo will be going against Creepypastas!
[Izaya left the room actual this time]

- The connections between Jeff and Shizuo is both are humans that possess inhuman physical capabilities that lives in a world where there exist the supernatural related things (The Creepypasta Universe, and NaritaVerse).
- Both at some point would come into contact with a non-human being, in which through the demonstration of their incredible skills, and records of battles causes these non-humans to acknowledge something about them (Slender Man and Celty Sturlson).
- Both are enemies with dangerous assassins that wants to beat/kill them one day (Verona and Jane the Killer.).
