Wiz: But not many have a bad life like these two, who face their traumatic pasts filled with pain, hatred and must fight past the status quo.
Boomstick: Kinda like Inuyasha, the iconic haiyo demon.
Wiz: And Blake Belladonna, the cat faunus of Team RWBY.
Boomstick: He's wiz and I'm Boomstick!
Wiz: And it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor and skills to find out who would win a DEATH BATTLE!
INUYASHA HAUNTS DEATH BATTLE[]
Boomstick: Sometimes the best heroes are often bastard children.
Wiz: Well, children born outside of wedlock is a more accurate term.
Boomstick: Who gives a shit?
Wiz: The children born outside of wedlock.
Boomstick: Not Inuyasha. He don't give a shit who he fights, he kicks ass amazingly.
Wiz: Well, after being born to the Great Dog Demon and a normal human named Izayoi, Inuyasha's life was a living hell.
Boomstick: Well, yeah! He's half demon. That's fucking obvious.
Wiz: Well, his life was metaphorically hell. Also, he was not really called half-demon, rather he was called a haiyo, a half-breed between humans and demons.
Boomstick: Yeah.
Wiz: With his rejection between two worlds, Inuyasha was alone except for his mother. But when she passed away, Inuyasha made a choice.
Boomstick: He decided not to be a furry anymore with the magic power of THE MAGUFFIN!!!
Wiz: Boomstick, a Maguffin is a writer's term for an item that everyone wants for no reasons.
Boomstick: That's what the Shikon Jewel is.
Wiz: Well, for one thing, Inuyasha wants to use the Jewel to become a pure demon instead of haiyo, because that's what the Jewel can do appearently.
Boomstick: Hot damn.
Wiz: When Inuyasha tried to steal the jewel, he was shot with an arrow from Kikyo that sealed him into a tree for fifty years.
Boomstick: But then Kikyo died and was reincarnated into a girl named Kagome, who just happened to fall into the demon-verse.
Wiz: After being freed by Kagome, he allied himself with her and decided to find the shards of the Shikon Jewel and stop Naraku, a very powerful demon.
Boomstick: Yeah, that's nice. But let's talk about his badass sword: The Tessaiga, which literally means, "Iron Crushing Fang."
Wiz: This sword was forged from the fang of his father, the Great Dog Demon and the sword was later reforged with his own fang.
Boomstick: Hey Wiz. Hit me in the face. As. Hard. As. You. Can. I don't care how much it hurts, just knock one of my teeth out.
Wiz: Why?
Boomstick: So I can make a sword with a tooth like Inuyasha's dad did.
Wiz: That's not possible.
Boomstick: True, I can't make the sword have a mind of its own like Inuyasha's sword. Or make it burn other demons who try to touch it like Inuyahsa's.
Wiz: Also, Inuyasha's sword, the Tessaiga has a couple of unique attacks including:
- The Wind Scar, what is often known as its true form. The sword can make a giant wave of energy and can kill up to about one hundred Yokai, or demons.
- The Backlash Wave can take an opponent Yokai's attack and throw it back with the extra energy from the Wind Scar. Only problem is that Inuyasha must be equal to his opponents for the attack to work.
Then there's the different forms of the blade itself.
- The Red Blade is capable of cutting through any Yokai's barrier. Even holy ones!
- The Diamond form allows the usesage of the Adamant Barrage, which fires diamond shrapnel and be combined with Wind Scar or the Backlash Wave.
- Next up is the Dragon Scaled that both aborbs and can purify evil Yokai.
- Last but not least there's the black blade, known as the Meido Blades. This blade can cut and even suck Yokai into the underworld.
His aresnal also includes:
- His sheath, composed of Bokuseno wood is able to resist and deflect Yokai attacks and can summon Tessaiga but will crack if strucken too many times.
- And the Fire Rat Robe, his iconic red robe that is self-regenerative, stronger than armor and can withstand intense heat.
Boomstick: Holy shit! Inuyasha must be one tough son of a bitch if he can:
- Lift 20 tons,
- Uproot trees,
- Lift a giant boulder with one hand,
- At maximum speed clear three mountain tops,
- Slow down his falls,
- Survived impalement to his stomach, chest and throat,
- survived getting smashed into a giant rock,
- Fell several stories and survived,
- Can hear whispers from great distances,
- Can smell 10,000,000 times better than a human. Get it? Because he's got dog ears?
- hears 4 times better than the natural human,
- regrew a new tooth after losing one.
- Dodged cannon fire,
- And in Yokai form, he can block mind control!
Wiz: And that brings us to his Yokai form.
Boomstick: That's his Yokai form? He just looks like he's got a bad case of pink eye.
Wiz:This happens when Inuyasha is in desperation and if he is seperated from the Tessaiga.
- His blood becomes that of a full demon,
- His eyes turn red,
- purple scars appear under his eyes,
- only attacks with his claws,
- Ignores pain,
- can't feel fear,
- and can only fight until his flesh is worn out.
Boomstick: Damn, looks like Inuyasha can't be stopped, no matter--
Wiz: He does have some flaws.
Boomstick: Goddamn it!
Wiz: Inuyasha can actually turn into a normal human being with no supernatural powers during a new moon, about every month or so.
Boomstick: He's weaker than normal at least once a month... Does Inuyasha have a period?
Wiz: No. This can also happen if Inuyasha goes anywhere that's considered holy or protected by a holy barrier.
Boomstick: Oh.
Wiz: Anyway, Inuyasha's weaknesses include:
- His Yokai form can make him able to be taken down with ease.
- Able to be tricked by illusions.
- Overly confident and headstrong.
- Doesn't have much strategy skills and prefers to just run in and not have a plan.
- Sometimes relies on teamates.
- And will endanger himself to protect his friends.
Boomstick: But because he's alone in this, those last two weeknesses don't apply here.
Wiz: Good point.
DEATH AS OLD AS TIME, BATTLES OLD AS RHYME, BLAKE DEFEATS THE BEAST[]

Wiz: You've probably noticed that we reference the X-Men's X genes similarities to the Semblances in the RWBY Universe. But the similarities between the X-Men and RWBY are beyond strange.
Boomstick: Let's see, there's a group of people who are born different and are thus oppressed: Check. There's a good faction of these different people and there's a bad faction: Check. They live on an island and have the power to help people but refuse to help them. Yep, that's another check.
Wiz: Are you talking about Johnathan Hickman's run on the X-Men comics?
Boomstick: I was talking about the Faunus, but I guess you're right. At least the Faunus didn't have their asses kicked by The Fantastic Four.
Wiz: Faunus are a race of beings in the RWBY universe who look like humans born with animal parts, like monkey tails, rabbit ears, antlers, panther claws, reptile skin and other abilities.
Boomstick: Let's talk about Blake Belladonna. She was born on the island where Faunus live life and-- Oh. That's where the resemblance between RWBY and Hickman's House of X really shine.
Wiz: Blake's mother and father ruled the Faunus and led peaceful protests so that the Faunus and humans can live together in peace.

Boomstick: But her dad decided to quit the protest and be chief of Faunus Island called Men... age... ger...
Wiz: Managerie.
Boomstick: I'll call it Faunus Land.
Wiz: When Blake's childhood friend Adam Taurus took over, Adam lead the protests into attacks of hate against human and even killed Faunus who stood against him. Blake went to Beacon Academy to find Adam and stop him once and for all.
Boomstick: Wait! How the hell does she have human ears and cat ears at the same time?!
Wiz: Simple, Faunus have animal parts, but that doesn't replace her human ears. Think of it like an extra arm.
Boomstick: Okay...

Wiz: And along with her faunus gene, Blake has more powers beyond that.
Boomstick: Oh yeah? Like what?
Wiz: For example:
- Advanced strength,
- Advanced speed,
- Advanced durability,
- Advanced agility,
- Stealth skills,
- Heightened senses including: Night vision and super hearing.
On top of that she also has her Aura, which allows her to heal herself and take damage without getting hurt.
Boomstick: And she's also got her Semblance, kinda like--
Wiz: An X-Gene, just get on with it.
Boomstick: Her Semblance is where she can make shadow clones that work like the dead ringer from TF2. This can make her duplicates for distractions and such.
Wiz: She also possesses the Gambol Shroud, a katana that can convert into (What else?) a gun.
Boomstick: But that's the best shit. Guns that turn into other weapons? That's like Transformers, but more badass! Yeah, I said it, WHO WANTS A PIECE OF ME?
Wiz: The Gambol Shroud also:
- Has a rope that supports her weight and can be used as a grappling hook,
- Create a giant energy wave
- And can even be used as nunchucks.

Boomstick: So it's like Batman's grapple gun just goes against with what Batman stands for.
Wiz: Yes. In terms of strength and durability, Blake can be compared to her fellow teammate Ruby Rose, just without silver eyes that is.
Boomstick: Meanwhile Blake is fast, almost faster than Yang or Weiss.
Wiz: Yang at her fastest, we can categorize as High Hypersonic speeds, meaning most likely at Mach 9 or 10. Taken literally, Blake is about 9 times faster than sound.
Boomstick: Hot damn! She's also a bookwormy Smarty-Pants, coming up with all kinds of plans and even defeated Roman Torchwick in Team RWBY's second encounter.
Wiz: With all of her incredible powers and skills, she has done much good for Team RWBY such as:
- Slicing missiles from a Paladin-290 in mid-air,
- Survived stabbed in the stomach by Adam Taurus,
- Defeated Roman Torchwick in her second encounter,
- Killed a Sea Dragon Grimm with Sun Wukong's help,
- Dodged and countered Ilia's whip 12 times total,
- Took down plenty of Grimm on her own,
- Killed Adam Taurus with Yang,
- Defended the Schnee Dust Company mine with Team RWBY
- And helped Ruby Rose slice the head off of a Nevermore.

Boomstick: Hot damn, that's awesome. But we can't forget she's young and lacks experience, her aura is limited and will stop working.
Wiz: And she can get so afraid that she runs away.
Boomstick: But if there's a cat girl who needs to save you, it's definitely Catw--
Wiz: Blake.
Boomstick: Yeah, that's what I meant.
PRE-BATTLE[]
Wiz: Alright, the combatants are set and we've run the data through all possibilities.
Boomstick: It's time for a DEATH BATTLE!!!
DEATH BATTLE[]
(Blake sleeps in a tree, her ears twitching from the leaves slowly falling down. She then hears a loud slicing sound and the tree started to fall over. Jumping out of the tree, Blake jumps into another tree and began to calm down. Meanwhile, Inuyasha picks up the tree and started to walk away while whistling. Angered, she leaps out of the tree and pulled out her Gambol Shroud and starts shooting. Inuyasha then drops the tree and pulls out his sword to deflect the bullets.)
Inuyasha: What was that about?!
(Blake jumps down out of the tree and hisses at Inuyasha, while he growls back at her.)
FIGHT!!
(Inuyasha charges at Blake, who much like a cat, goes to attack the Hanyo with her Gambol Shroud in sword form. She is nearly successful, except Inuyasha blocks the attack with his sword. He pushes her back and goes to stab Blake, only for her to jump out of the way and then turning her Gambol Shroud into its gun form and she fires upon Inuyasha, who blocks the bullets with his sword. Inuyasha jumps into the air and slices Blake in half, only to discover that Blake is duplicate. The real Blake is behind the duplicate, firing upon the demon with white hair and red robe. Blake tries to fire on Inuyasha but then he ducks and jumps back up about to decapitate her again only for the Gambol Shroud to change back into a sword. She tried to use the sword to cut off Inuyasha's feet, but he jumped into the air and tries to cut Blake in half. Inuyasha's sword cuts through Blake's head, but then the body turns to ice and shatters into pieces.)
Inuyasha: Ice? Really?
(Turning around, he blocks the real Blake's sword attack and kicks her in the chest. She flies into a tree and lands on her feet then she climbs into the tree to hide from Inuyasha. Jumping into the trees, Inuyasha suddenly feels Blake's shoe hit him in the face, the heel entering his eye. She jumps off him and turns the Gambol Shroud into its pistol form, firing upon Inuyasha with deadly intention. Inuyasha turns his sword into the Diamond form and fires diamond shrapnel at Blake. She dodges some of them by blocking them with an ice clone. She jumps into the air and fires at him again, but instead got a couple pieces of diamond lodged in her leg. Inuyasha jumps up into the air to stab her with his sword, but Blake then uses her Gambol Shroud as a grapple to pull herself away from the demon in red. Throwing the Gambol Shroud, it wraps itself around a tree branch and she uses it to escape then swings back around, firing at Inuyasha. Blocking the shots, Inuyasha jumps up cuts off the branch where the Gambol Shroud's grapple attached to. This causes Blake to fall and crash into a tree. She looked up in the air and saw Inuyasha jump at her with his sword, ready to kill her but as the blade entered her body, Inuyasha was disappointed to find that it was a clone made of ice. The real Blake swings behind him and stabs Inuyasha in the back, causing him to scream out in pain. Blowing up in rage, Inuyasha turns around and goes to cut Blake in half with his sword. But Blake knocks it out of his hand and throws it far away, only causing him to get more enraged. He enters his Yokai form.)
Inuyasha: RRRRRRRRROOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAARRRRR!!!!!!!!
Blake: Stupid mutt.
(Jumping at Blake, Inuyasha pulls out his claws and slices at her. He manages to leave a couple scratch marks on her arm and her leg. Blake shoots at him, but the bullets do nothing to him. She then turns the Gambol Shroud into it's sword form and she stabs him in the chest, right where his heart is. However nothing happens. Inuyasha smiles at Blake, who begins panicking. Biting her arm off, Inuyasha growled while Blake screams violently in pain, then Inuyasha bites Blake's neck and rips her head off, killing her instantly. Calming down, Inuyasha walked away and picked up his sword. Afterwards, he goes to a nearby creek and washed his blood off his body.)

Boomstick: Whoa, who’d have thought the worst day of an already miserable life was their last day?
Wiz: Blake was a very formidable opponent with her speed and adaptability, but that's all she had as far as advantages. Inuyasha literally held the edge in everything else.
Boomstick: He has survived getting impaled while Blake's Aura was temporary.
Wiz: In fact, before Inuyasha's Yokai form, any chance she had of winning was already down the crapper. Inuyasha was just stronger and far more powerful, having more to give than Blake did.
Boomstick: So, I guess you could say Blake took a Gambol, and it costed her own life?
Wiz: I guess you could say that.
The winner is Inuyasha.
