History[]

Ice Man was created by Dr. Thomas Light for the purposes of operating in extreme environments unsuited for humans. He was kidnapped along with five (seven in Powered Up) other Robot Masters by Light's old partner, Dr. Albert Wily, and reprogrammed to serve him. He set up shop in a tundra base where he was defeated by Mega Man.
