Hisoka is a recurring character and, due to his lack of interest in choosing a side that is not his own, an antihero who can serve as both a potential antagonist and an ally in the Hunter × Hunter series. He is a serial killer who met Gon during the 287th Hunter Exam and became entranced with him. He is a Hunter and a former member of the Phantom Troupe.
