History []
Herbert Wyndham was born in the 1920's as a student of Oxford University, fascinated by the process of evolution, he longed to make his mark in history by developing something using it. Herbert was approached one day while attending a convention by an inhuman in disguise, who gave him access to the secrets of unlocking genetic codes, after creating a serum that could allow for enhanced genetic traits, Herbert's experiments were discovered and he was kicked out of the university.
Along with a fellow scientist, Jonathan Drew, Herbert continued his experiments in a secret lab in the mountains, After a clash with Thor and the Hulk, Herbert temporarily evolved himself to become pure intelligence with no physical form, when he reverted himself back to his original body he gained immense strength and powers of evolution. now determined to create a new universe with a god worthy of ruling over it as the High Evolutionary.
