Trivia[]

Connections/Contrasts[]

  • Both are mascots of a company (Sanrio and 2Spot Studios) from the east that is focused on making merch using several characters, but mostly them.
  • Both have a little sister that they care about whose name starts with a "M" (Mimmy and Mumu)
  • Both have multiple series and video games about them
  • Both have been through an animated collab (the Gundam franchise and Ayumi Hamasaki)
  • Hello Kitty is one of the most friendly characters in all of... well, everything to be honest, while BB is usually cold to others (aside from Mumu and a few others) is more likely to fight
  • Funnily enough Bloody Bunny fought (and killed) a parody of Kitty (Bye-Bye Kitten)
  • And BB's series is officially described as "Hello Kitty meets Kill Bill"
  • Both were planned for a movie (Hello Kitty has an upcoming movie (as of typing this) and BB has this poster of a movie, but nothing else)

General[]

  • The "The answer may surprise you!" is a reference to the Simpsons comic, Anchormom (it's where Marge becomes a news anchor)
