Harriet Bree is a member of the Ace Operatives Specialist team. Her Semblance allows her to move super fast, and she notes that her reaction time is quicker than Ruby's. Although she trusts her fellow Ace-Ops, Harriet only sees her team as coworkers and not as friends. Harriet is the Ace-Op that is most hostile towards Ruby's group for their treachery to Ironwood.
