History[]
Haku was the son of a female ninja and a farmer in the Land of the Water; however, his mother's heritage was one that contained the kekkei genkai, special abilities that passed down through generations. Those with kekkei genkai were feared in his land, and when his father found out about Haku's inherent abilities, he killed his mother before turning on him. In self defense, Haku killed his father.
Now an orphan, Haku believed his life had no further purpose with no one else to follow, until he met the rogue ninja Zabuza Momochi. Haku became his willing servant and aided him in his quests and assassinations, all while Zabuza trained him to become one of the deadliest Shinobi in history.
Death Battle Info[]
Haku possesses incredible speed and is an expert assassin, having both natural ability as well as training under the legendary Shinobi Zabuza. His primary weapons are needles, which he can aim at a target's vital organs, for intentional glancing blows, or for helpful acupuncture. Haku has dozens, if not hundreds, of these needles on him, and can throw them hard enough to deflect shiraken despite being massively outclassed in weight. He can also create needles out of surrounding water with his chakra.
However, Haku's most dangerous ability is his ice-release; his signature move is the Demonic Mirroring Ice Crystals, whereupon he summons mirrors of Ice which he can enter and travel between at will. His speed when using these mirrors is so great no human eye can track him, and upon surrounding his opponent with these mirrors he creates a virtually inescapable prison.
Feats[]
- Intercepted attacks from Zabuza Momochi and Kakashi Hatake.
- Zabuza said he would be a match for Kakashi Hatake, however, Zabuza was consistently underestimating the latter.
- Ice-release easily withstood Sasuke's Fire-release.
- Claimed his Ice Mirrors used a tremendous amount of chakra, yet maintained them for an incredibly long period of time.
- Defeated Sasuke Uchiha, though resorted to attacking his partner when Sasuke awakened his Sharingan.
Flaws[]
- Was overwhelemd by Naruto Uzumaki once the latter's sealed demon began to show.
- Was hesitant to kill when unnecessary.
- Would easily sacrifice his life for Zabuza.
