The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy vs The Fairly OddParents! Cartoon Network and Nickelodeon's most powerful verses clash together in a fairly grim battle for the ages with their two trios that push the very limits of magic and all other types of powers that you could possibly think of, but only one team will win!

- The connections between Grim, Billy and Mandy & Timmy, Cosmo and Wanda are that they are chaotic, magic-wielding trios consisting of small children (Billy and Mandy; Timmy) who are accompanied by immortal, magical beings (Grim and Cosmo & Wanda), with the kids "owning" them and having them as their best friends in different ways. These beings come from different dimensions (The Underworld and Fairy World), but were brought down to these children for specific, tragic reasons (Grim was supposed to put down Billy and Mandy's pet hamster, and Cosmo & Wanda became Timmy's godparents due to his misery). The inclusion of these beings in their lives allow them to go on adventures across the world and even the universe. However, the two immature children (Billy and Timmy) are very irresponsible with the magic and have even possessed magical items on numerous occasions; each time they use magic, it always leads to disaster, much to the annoyance of the intelligent, no-nonsense female of the group (Mandy and Wanda). In addition, while Cosmo and Wanda are supposed to make Timmy's life better, Billy and Mandy are constantly tormenting Grim on the other hand.
- Also, this might be completely useless to point out, but their shows started off as short segments on different shows (Grim & Evil and Oh Yeah! Cartoons).
- The fight would be made in hand-drawn animation, but would utilize all sorts of different styles throughout the battle (yes, even live-action and cave drawings).
- The track title would either be Reaping Da Rules.
- The only reason why I included Cosmo and Wanda in the title (it's not because I would've restricted them; I'm not the kind of guy to do that since it's blatantly clear they're standard "equipment" for Timmy) is because...well, it would be awkward if it was just "Grim, Billy and Mandy vs Timmy Turner" since it'd make it sound like a 3-vs-1.
