Introduction
Carl: Viruses are some of the biggest problems on the internet. Stealing personal information, mutilate applications, or even straight up destroy devices.
Yazo: But what if viruses had sentience?
Carl: Glitchtrap, the Malhare.
Yazo: And Monika, the Yandere Program. He's Carl and I'm Yazo.
Carl: And it's our job to analyze their armor, weapons, and skills to find out who would win, a Death Battle.
Glitchtrap comes back in Death Battle!
Carl: The year was 1983, as a new pizza restaurant opens. Fredbear's Family Diner. William Afton and Henry Emily were doing great, until William's son was caught in the crossfire.
Yazo: Michael, William's older son, and a bunch of his friends, but the crying child inside of the animatronic's mouth, crushing the young child's frontal lobe. What's a frontal lobe?
Carl: The frontal lobe is a part at the front of your brain. Losing that, means you lose a personality. It can be fatal too. And guess what? It was fatal, killing the young child after 5 long days of nightmares. And then sometime after that (or maybe before that), his daughter, Elizabeth died.
Yazo: And so, Afton kinda went...insane...and started murdering innocent children. For fun.
Carl: In 1987, Afton went on a child killing spree, causing the death of 6 children. The first of those victims was Henry's daughter, Emily, who swore revenge, before putting her soul into an animatronic called the Puppet.
Yazo: Because of Afton's dead child and the missing children, the pizzeria had to close down. And was Afton ever caught? Of course not! He's too smart for that!
Carl: So William and Henry opened a new pizzeria, but, plot twist! The dead spirits possessed the animatronics, thanks to Charlie's influence.
Glitchtrap: And oh boy, did she get what she deserved!
Yazo: What?
Carl: I saw this coming, but couldn't prevent it.
Glitchtrap: Anyways, I decided to kill those sons of b*tches eventually, but they kinda duped me, locked me in a springlock suit that malfunctioned, then left me to rot turning myself into an immortal walking corpse.
Carl: William, now called Springtrap, tried to escape and kill all those in his way, but his attempts were...semi-successful.
Yazo: Ya see, Springtrap did escape, but he was burnt alive first. Really, adds onto the old scars, eh, Willy?
Glitchtrap: I've done this Death Battle sh*t three times now, shut up.
Carl: He was later lured to another pizzeria, because of Henry and Michael. They burnt him alive, while killing themselves.
Yazo: Did he die for good? Well, yes but actually no. He did go to hell and was tormented by his victims, most notably Golden Freddy, but he Uno-Reversed those idiots, after beating them all in 50/20 mode.
Glitchtrap: Then I got transferred to a VR game, turned into a living, sentient virus. Don't you just hate Mondays?
Carl: Glitchtrap was trapped within the game...for like a week, before getting a cult in his following, but we aren't focusing on that.

Glitchtrap: Welp, guess your gonna go over some feats?
Carl: That we are. Glitchtrap scales to other animatronics, who can rip humans apart. That's about three tons of force. He scales to Foxy, who can run at about 30 mph, faster than the world's fastest man. He scales to characters, who can crush skulls, which would require 500 pounds of force. Characters such as Foxy can destroy arcade cabinets with a single hit.
Yazo: Glitchtrap scales to the likes of Twisted Freddy who could survive a cave collapsing on him. Heck, on his own, Glitchtrap could survive his data being split. Due to being mostly robot, Glitchtrap's stamina is off the charts. And so is his brain! William, even before becoming a psychotic murdering mastermind, could create complex robots that could be used as suits or as robots!
Carl: But Glitchtrap isn't perfect. He can still be deleted, given enough time. But Glitchtrap is so persistant, that it may not matter.
Glitchtrap: You make me blush.
Yazo: Shut up.
"Let me out. I always come back."
It's just Monika in Death Battle!
Carl: Monika was a character of a simple dating sim, along with three other girls. Doki Doki Literature Club.
Yazo: So, Monika was not one of the three girls you could date. She was more of a tutorial character. The real dating vic- I mean dating characters were Yuri, Natsuki, and Sayori.
Carl: But, somehow Monika gained an awareness of the 4th Wall. And eventually found her way to the files of the game.
Yazo: Because she was a Yandere, she decided to change the game and increase each girl's "bad" qualities in order for the Player to choose her.
Carl: This ended up causing the death of all her friends. Her ONLY friends. Just to get a guy she barely knew.

Carl: I did! She managed to get through!
Monika: I literally guess the password then downloaded myself here.
Carl: ...Yazo was in charge of the password.
Monika: I typed in 'password' and it worked.
Yazo: Uh...anyways..Monika then changed the game so much so, that the game was literally a 4 hour long ASMR video.
Carl: And remember, this was just to get a guy intrested in her. Monika's kinda insane.
Monika: Says the one who experimented on children.
Carl: Least I wasn't into murdering my friends.
Monika: Remember Scrap Baby vs Agatha? You tried to kill Yazo then.
Carl: As a gag.
Monika and Carl continue arguing.
Yazo: I'm gonna try and sort this out, so just read the abilities.

Yazo: She could also code, causing what seems to be commands. Mainly delete. While she isn't a perfect coder, she is still able to use it to to delete others and more.
Monika: Seeing you talk about my feats makes me blush, especially for a strong Russian-

Carl: I was tolerating her. Anyways, Monika is not perfect. She isn't the perfect coder, as many visual glitches are seen throughout Act 2. She is also insane, doing anything for her senpai.
Yazo: Even with these flaws, Monika will do what she can to win...and get Senpai in the process.
"Ok, everyone!"
Pre-Death Battle
Carl: Alright, the combatants are set, and we've run the data through all possibilities. Let's end this debate once and for all!
Yazo: And right now, it's time for a DEEAATTHH BAATTLLEE!
Death Battle
Monika woke up inside of the room where she talked alone with the player and where she fought that white face thing. She looked around. She understood she was in Death Battle, so she was looking for her opponent. Glitchtrap walked from behind her. Monika turned to face him.
"So, you are who I'm fighting, Ayano Aishi." Glitchtrap says.
"I could say the same, Junko Enoshima." Monika replies. Glitchtrap laughs maniacally and summons a knife. Monika's hands turn on fire.
FIGHT!
Monika shoots a stream of fire, which Glitchtrap dodges by teleporting behind her, and attempting a slash. Monika teleports out of the way, before releasing a wave of fire and launching it at William. The yellow rabbit jumps over it and teleports to Monika again, and punches her, sending the yandere flying into a wall.
"Ow." Monika muttered before freezing time around her. Suddenly, code is written in the corner.

Glitchtrap is unfrozen, and teleports behind Monika, and slicing her in the back. Monika shoots another flame, but Glitchtrap is gone. Monika teleports, dodging William's next strike. Monika stabs her fingers, and summons Yuri, Natsuki, and Sayori, all equipped with knives. Glitchtrap laughs and snaps his own fingers.
The original animatronics appear, and they prepare themselves. Immediately, Sayori throws the knife, but Chica dodges it, and the animatronics rush them down. Nastuki has her head ripped off by Foxy, Yuri is impaled through the stomach by Bonnie's guitar, Chica pecks through Sayori's neck, and Freddy prepares to attack Monika, but Monika engulfs the four animatronics in flames, scorching them.

All the animatronics are deleted, as Monika looks around for William. Suddenly, a knife stabs through her chest. She screams, creating a wall of fire, launching William into the wall. Monika heals, before turning to Afton. She summons her own knife.
"Alright, Michael Myers, I'm really going to kill you now." Monika says.
"Bring it on, Lucy Kaede." Glitchtrap said. Monika charged and slashed with the knife. Glitchtrap ducked under and slashed at Monika's leg. Afton then shoulder slams Monika, causing her to fall over. He teleports and kicks Monika, sending her flying. Glitchtrap then teleports in front of her, grabs her, and slams her into the ground, causing her to bounce into the air. Glitchtrap jumps up and uses a Webster Axe Kick, sending Monika into the air, before teleporting above her, and using a Palm Strike to send her back down, nearly destroying the room.
"Always wanted to do an anime combo. And now I can, because here? I AM A GOD!" Glitchtrap yells, before landing on the ground. Monika coughs.
"Get up and die honorably. Or die a coward." Afton says. Monika shoots Afton away with a stream of fire. Monika accesses the files, and looks around for a file called "Malhare" but can't find it.
"Looking for my file? I have none." Glitchtrap says.
"I can try one last thing..." Monika says. Monika then starts a total reset of the game.

"NO-O-O!!-!" Glitchtrap yells.
Monika wakes up in a New Game and a new player. She sighs. Suddenly, the room fills with a purple flash. Glitchtrap appears, laughing.
"What? How did you-" Monika asked.
"Easy, I hid inside your data" Glitchtrap says. "If you want to kill me, you have to delete yourself."
Monika sighs, and does that. Monika starts crazily glitching, but Glitchtrap is uneffected.
"What? Why aren't you being destroyed?" Monika asks again.
"I outsmarted you. When you initiated the reset, I hid within your data, but once it concluded, I exited. I figured I could use that excuse to get you to delete yourself. It didn't seem to work though." Glitchtrap monologued. He began to walk over to Monika.
The other girls tried to stop him, but they ended up with a slice across their neck. Glitchtrap tapped Monika's head. Her eyes, after glitching for a bit, turns purple. Monika bends a knee in front of Glitchtrap.
"Rise, my loyal servant." Glitchtrap says, as Monika obeys.
K.O!!!
Glitchtrap laughs maniacally, while Monika waits patiently for Afton's new commands.
Results
Yazo: ...That can't be good.
Carl: This matchup was fairly tricky to figure out who would win. It could've gone either way.
Yazo: Monika took an easy range and arsenal advantage. Her attacks could keep Trappy at a distance, in order to figure out a way to kill Glitch. And she was more mentally stable then William.
Carl: But Glitchtrap dominated in almost every other stat. Every physical stat went to William, other than AP, where they were tied in. Since both were capable of destroying the game world, that made their AP universal. But William took every other category due to actually having decent feats, via scaling to his real self, while Monika didn't have anything to scale to for physical stats.
Yazo: Not to mention, Glitchtrap has over 60 years of experience, while Monika only has a few years. Monika was smart, being able to code somewhat decently, but Afton was on another level. He could code much better then Monika, who really only knew the delete code. And, not to mention, Glitchtrap created the likes of the Toys and the Funtimes, the bots with some of the better technology.
Carl: But surprisingly, both could actually kill the other. But just deleting them wouldn't work, because Glitchtrap isn't really a file and is more of a spirit, while even deleting Monika's file, she'll still live. So, each needed to figure out a way to kill the other before it happened to them. Monika could just reset the game world to delete Glitchtrap for good, but Glitchtrap could've hide within the files or code, which wouldn't be reset. Due to Glitchtrap's greater intelligence, higher experience, and greater speed, meant that Glitchtrap could find a more reliable way to put Monika down, before Monika could pull off the same. So, in the end Glitchtrap was just too overwhelming in most stats for Monika to pull a W.
Glitchtrap: Looks I "glitched" and teared through Monika.
Yazo: He stole my line!
Carl: The winner is Glitchtrap.
Soundtrack Concept
The track would called "Glitched Poetry." This references Glitchtrap's name and both of them being associated with glitches. It also references Monika in a literature club, normally writing poems.
