History[]
Dr. Doris Zeul is a professor at Ivy Town University who suffered from a fatal blood disease and attempted a radical procedure to cure her by using a sample of Wonder Woman's blood. However, the experiment had unintended side-effects in the ability to increase her size and her intellect slightly reduced. In light of the turn of events, Zeul names her Giganta after her lab's resident ape.

Giganta has the ability to increase her size from 6'6" to several hundred feet. Though her incredible power does not surface until she uses it and grows, she is still quite formidable having some fighting skill and training. In full-size mode, she becomes strong enough and durable enough to take on Wonder Woman. Giganta's suit is specialized to grow with her and enhances her invulnerability. Even at normal size, it is bulletproof and resistant to extremes of heat and cold.
