Ghost Rider vs. Lobo is a What-If? Death Battle featuring Ghost Rider from the Marvel franchise and Lobo from the DC Comics franchise. This page was created by DeathBattleMike, adopted by GalacticAttorney and is now a collab between Big the cat 10 and EmperorDedede.
Description
Marvel vs DC! Two nearly unkillable bikers enter the ring, but only one will come out alive!
Intro (Big the Cat 10)
Wiz: Motorcycles are fast vehicles based off of regular bicycles and their riders are typically known for their daredevil personalities.
Boomstick: But these bikers are not only badass, but immortal and possess awesome advanced rides to match their great power. Johnny Blaze, the Ghost Rider.
Wiz: And Lobo, the Last Czarnian turned mercenary.
Boomstick: He’s Wiz and I’m Boomstick!
Wiz: And it’s our job to analyse their weapons, armour and skills to find out would win, a DEATH BATTLE!
Ghost Rider (Big the Cat 10)

Wiz: Johnathon Blaze was born the son of Barton Blaze and Naomi Kale who were both fans of dangerous motorcycle and stunt driving however while he was still young his mother and younger siblings left him and his father died in a stunt accident.
Boomstick: He was then adopted by his father's partner Craig "Crash" Simpson and lived with Crash's wife and his daughter Roxanne who he fell in love with.
Wiz: However Crash was diagnosed with cancer and Johnny turned to the occult to help him solve this problem, hearing of a spell that could summon Satan Johnny tried it out however he ended up summoning the demon Mephisto instead.
Boomstick: Johnny made a deal with Mephisto who promised to cure Crash's cancer in exchange for Blaze's loyalty, however Crash died in a stunt soon after being cured.
Wiz: But Mephisto's end of the deal still stood and the night after Crash's death Johnny was bonded with the Demon Zarathos transforming into deadly spirit of vengeance, Ghost Rider. Zarathos had previously defeated the orginal Sprit of Vengeance and Naomi Kale's family, the Kale's had been in possession of the Medalion of Power which housed the essence of this orginal Sprit. In the 18th Century, her ancestor Noble Kale was the first member of the Kale line to transform into a Sprit of Vengeance and since then every first born child of the Kale line had become a Sprit of Vengeance. Naomi had made a deal with Mephisto so that Johnny wouldn't be inflicted with the curse but the Demon only promised that Johnny wouldn't become the true Ghost Rider.
Boomstick: 'Yawns' Anyway let's start talking about Ghost Rider's abilities. He can normally lift up to 25 tonnes but can increase his strength to lift objects far heavier than this. He's been able to flip a car with a single hand, flip a massive freight train, destroy a tree with a single punch, overpower Venom, trade blows with World War Hulk and one shot Thor.
Wiz: He's fast enough to catch a bullet with his teeth, easily block machine gun fire, humiliate Gladiator with his speed, react to and tag Spider-Man and react to and dodge Thor's hammer. He's also pretty durable as he's fallen from an airplane with no damage, been struck by lightning, tanked a combined assault from the likes of Thor, Captain America and Iron Man with their attacks hardly damaging him, taken hits from World War Hulk, tanked a large amount of magic from Doctor Strange and is not affected by bullets which either pass through him or bounce off his bones.
Boomstick: Ghost Rider can blast opponents with hellfire with enough force to hurt both Iron Man and Doctor Doom through both of their armours, melt Spider-Man's webbing with ease and One-shot Thor and Hulk. He is able to create constructs out of hellfire including copies of himself which he has used to catch his opponents off guard, absorb fire and hellfire into himself and overwhelm foes with Omni-directional Hellfire blasts capable of destroying entire cities. Ghost Rider is also immune to the effects of hellfire and it is extremely difficult to harm him with it.
Wiz: He can also increase his size to give him an advantage in a fight, has a healing factor that enables him to instantly heal from any injury, can open portals to other dimensions, can sense the sins of others and use them to increase his power and send his opponents to the Ghost Rider Plane... 'Boomstick interrupts'.
Boomstick: Wait he has his own dimension?!
Wiz: Yes he does, while in the plane Ghost Rider's power increases immensely, he can appear and disappear at will, summon unbreakable chains to bind opponents and summon other Ghost Riders from the past to this realm to aid him in battle.
Boomstick: So it's kind of like how Scorpion's power increases the longer he stays in the Netherrealm?
Wiz: Essentially Yes.
Boomstick: Okay. Ghost Rider is also fairly resistant to holy artifacts and beings having laughed while picking up an altar and tanked holy blasts from Archangel Zadkiel and got back up ready to fight. One of his most powerful attacks is the Penance Stare that allows Ghost Rider to unleash hellfire strong enough to destroy the victim's soul by turning their sins against them being able to take down Galactus and Doctor Strange with it.
Wiz: Ghost Rider's vehicle of choice is his hellcycle that allows him to travel to and from hell, he can use it to fly through space and damage opponents with it's flaming wheels. He can also summon chains that can be used to fight off multiple enemies at once. They can also grow in length, destroy opponent's bodies and souls and have the Penance Stare channeled through them.
Boomstick: If Johnny is knocked out whilst wielding Ghost Rider's power Zarathos will usually take full control of Ghost Rider's power and take on the opponent himself. Zarathos is a powerful Hell-Lord and is strong enough to cover the earth in flames with his power. He gives Ghost Rider the abilities of telekinesis, elemental control and the ability to create anything when gains control. He can easily take hits from other Hell-Lords and has beaten several of them in their own dimensions.
Wiz: Ghost Rider has fought an enraged World War Hulk, beaten Mephisto who has matched Galactus in combat, nearly destroyed Mojoworld in a single attack, successfully rallied the combined forces of the Spirits of Vengeance and beat the Archangel Zadkiel and defeated the likes of the Avengers, X-Men and the Guardians of the Galaxy by himself.
Boomstick: However, Ghost Rider is still vulnerable to more powerful types of holy artifacts and weapons, is susceptible to having his human form separated from his Demon form and while the Penance Stare is quite powerful, it is pretty inconsistent, not working on the blind and those who do not have souls and being resisted by the likes of Deadpool and Punisher before and it requires eye contact for the attack to be effective. Johnny is also extremely reluctant to let Zarathos take full control of the Ghost Rider's abilities due to the Demon Lord's more destructive nature and usually has to be knocked out to allow Zarathos to gain full control.
Wiz: But with his experience and multitude of powers Ghost Rider is one being who you would not want to trifle with!
Ghost Rider: I know what it's like to have... something inside you that just wants vengeance, no matter what the cost—but you can control it!

Escargoon: Czarnia, a planet inhabited by the race of aliens known as the Czarnians, these beings were a peaceful race, until one of them killed all the other only for fun.
Dedede: And this guy was clearly the Last Czarnian, The Main Man, *Tries to pronounce Lobo's Real Name, but we only hear babbling and weird sounds*, Lobo!
Escargoon: When Lobo borned, his evil was so obvious that when he was only an infant, he chewed off four of the fingers of the Nurse that delivered him, making the Nurse to went insane and turning her into the first mental pacient of the Planet in ten millennia.
Dedede: Later, Lobo knewn that he was special, but he wanted more, so he caused one of his favourite ideas, a Genocide, he created a swarm of Super-Scorpions that killed everyone on his race except him, damm, he even claimed that it was his Science Proyect and he gave himself an A, wow, I wish real Science Proyects were so easy.
Escargoon: Later, Lobo became one of the biggest mercenaries on the galaxy, and surprisingly, even with his love for women, violence, alcohol and Heavy Metal, he still has an honor code as a mercenary.
Dedede: He also, like all the strong mans, love dolphins!
Escargoon: Yes, appart from that, Lobo can't die, since he is banned from both Heaven and Hell, in fact, he made a deal with god to make him inmortal.
Dedede: In Rebirth, the new canon by the way, he have a daughter called Crush, she is suppodsely half-human (by mother) and half-czarnian (by father), but Lobo don't known that this daughter exists which is mega sad, thought she have all his powers and the same presonality as well.

Escargoon: Among his powers, we can find his surprisingly Genius intellect, proving to be able to create complex viruses and their antidotes, such as those he deployed in his planet Czarnia to kill his own race.
Dedede: Wow, what an asshole, anyways, he have Inmortality, as we already mentioned since his soul can't be in the hell or the heaven.
Escargoon: Thanks to that, Lobo's soul is capable to posses a body (like what he did with the snail) and gain his original strenght and durability, later he can return to his original body... But naked...
Dedede: He also have some pretty good psyshical attributes, being able to compite with the big guys like Superman, Martian Manhunter, The Flash... And even with Santa Claus!
Escargoon: Lobo has trained in almost all the human martial arts, along with some alien martial arts, he also is capable to beat other bounty hunters with basically the same martial arts skills.
Dedede: He's also good at languages, since he speaks almost 18,000 different languages throught all the galaxy, man, all the Main Man do make you think that anything is easy, but it isn't.
Escargoon: Maybe because he is a Super Genius from another planet?
Dedede: Yeah, possibly that... Or possibly not!
Escargoon: *Sighs* fine... Anyways, Lobo has proven to have a great Healing Factor thanks to his inmortability, he is capable to regenerate from just his skull or even just by a simple cell, he is also capable of fighting with his head disintegrated, that's the reason of why he never (or rarely) dodge attacks from his opponents.
Dedede: Lobo has also showed resistance to things like the Mind Control or the telepathy, since he claimed that he could resist a device called Neural Djinn, which can take on all the minds of the universe, except his mind... surprisingly too, he's also capable of breaking Guy Gardener's constructions thanks to his supperior willpower, in addition, Lobo also claimed that he had more willpower on a finger than Guy on his entire body.
Escargoon: He has also resisted an alien race known as the "Blackrock", which could control a good part of the Justice League, including characters like Hal Jordan, Kilowog and Martian Manhunter, Lobo has also showed to be inmune to diseases and resistent to some types of magic.
Dedede: Talking about Lobo's regeneration....... Again, we found his to clone himself.
Escargoon: Yes, when Lobo can create a bunch of little clones of him by his blood, those clones are called Sons of Lobo.
Dedede: And they are naked! Just like babies... Really lethal and rude babies!
Escargoon: Lobo is also an expert in the use of different guns, knives and destructive weapons, those weapons are capable to destroying from simple cities to entire planets.
Dedede: Lobo also has the most powerdul force inthe universe... Toon Force! Making him capable to fight with someone like the Mask, or even killing Santa Claus because the Easter Bunny payed him, thought he killed the Easter Bunny later, but he also have Toon Weakness, like the cliffs!

Dedede: That, and some more Looney Tunes things, but the main man is still being pretty awesome, even if he acts like an idiot.
Escargoon: Lobo can also detect the weakness of his opponent with just looking at how they fight, even if the weakness of that opponent is a specific object, Lobo will find him thanks to his increased sense, he could just smell his essence to find it.
Dedede: Now starting with his arsenal we can find his Red Lantern ring that Atrocitus gave him, which basically Lobo don't use, he has it tied around his neck like a decoration.
Escargoon: Lobo also has a wide range of guns, knives, grenades, bombs, knuckle dusters and even an explosive cigar.
Dedede: He also have an Ear Chip, which can play Heavy Metal, which is cool enough to bring him inmunity to psychic attacks.
Escargoon: And Lobo's vehicle, the Spacehog, a special motorcycle that can be called by just whistling, it can outrun black holes and planetary explosions, it can also create portals to travel between dimensions.
Dedede: *On the Spacehog* Yeah, this baby is also equipped with a lot of missiles that can destroy cities and planets, oh, and it can also do this!
(Dedede turns the radio on, creating a sound wave that sends Escargoon to fly across the room)
Dedede: Oh my god... Sorry!
Escargoon: Oof... Please... Don't put the radio...
???: *From outside* Hey yo bastiches, who of you have mah fraggin Spacehog?!
Dedede: *In his mind: Oh oh, he found me...* Eeeh, Him! *Points Escargoon*

Escargoon: *Gets grabbed by the Chain-Hook* Ah... Have we said that Lobo can break the Fourth WAAAAAAAAAAAAAA-

Dedede: Oof... That hurts... Anyways, while Escargoon is talking "Pacifically" with the Main Man, I'm going to explain what the Chain-Hook is
(We hear a "Help" from the distance)
Dedede: Shut up Escargoon, I'm trying to work! Well, the Chain-Hook is made of titanium alloy, it's indestructible and it can cut up gods, Lobo also pulled down a star with it while he was on the Earth.
(Escargoon enters the room, without any injury)
Dedede: Wow Escargoon, how are you still alive?!
Escargoon: I told him the truth.
Dedede: *Gets grabbed by the Chsin-Hook* Oh o- AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!
Escargoon: By the way, only Lobo can ride the Spacehog.

Escargoon: Lobo has also showed some impressive feats, he defeated Superman several times with easy, even in the Post-Crisis canon, where Superman rewritted an entire timeline by punching it, this feat is considered a Universal buster feat for obvious reasons.
Dedede: Oof.. Argh.. Uuf.. Hey.. I'm back, I payed him to go away... What are you taking about?
Escargoon: Lobo's feats.
Dedede: Ah ok, Lobo's weapons are capable from destroying cities to entire planets, he also destroyed an entire Solar System along the Mask.
Escargoon: He is also fast enough to react to Flash moves, piercing his head with a chain, killing him, he also have another feats that are Faster than Light, since he is capable to pilot the Spacehog fast enough to escape from a Black Hole.
Dedede: As we already said, with his Inmortality and his amazing Healing Factor, Lobo is nearly unkillable, being able to regenerate from a simple cell, and he also killed Santa... Wait... He killed Santa?! Nooooooooo!!
Escargoon: Well, being fair, Santa possibly revived/returned after that, since it impossible that Lobo killed so easier a guy who is capable to mock Darkseid all the years.
Dedede: Ah that makes me feel better, he also used the naughty list to nuke the planet, giving hydrogen bombs to bad kids except coal, because coal is overrated.
Escargoon: Lobo also tackled Shazam strong enough to knock him so long that Lobo had time to tie a chain around his neck and drag him around a planet.
Dedede: Hey, that sounds like a good ride, well, he also slammed Martian Manhunter and then he firebombed him, and we all known what J'onn opines about fire.
Escargoon: Lobo is also of beating Goldstar in a normal basis, and Goldstar is capable of tanking planet busting attacks, Lobo also was capable of swinging Pulsar Stargrave, who was created by the LGM-1 Pulsar, giving Stargrave stellar mass, and also giving Lobo Stellar Strenght thanks to this feat.

Dedede: Lobo is also pretty incosistent sometimes, since in some comics he can nearly be killed by bullets or human things, but in other comics he can defeat strong guys with relative easy, thought in any of his incarnation he still have an amazing Healing Factor, but even with those weakness, Lobo is still being a great mercenary that will find you, no matter the place, he will cross the entire universe, he will find you and he will kick your'e ass you fraggin bastich.
Lobo: I killed every living thing on Czarnia fer fun. I killed Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny a'n things that don't even exists, a'n so help me, I tried ta follow th' triple-fold path o' peace. I tried my best... but frag me for a bastich, even I got limits!

Wiz: Alright, the combatants are set, and we've run the data through all possibilities.
Boomstick: It's time for a DEATH BATTLE!!!
DEATH BATTLE! (Big the Cat 10)
In a section of countryside in the United States, shockwaves could be felt from two figures exchanging blows next to a fairly wide but empty country road. One figure appeared as a blue and red blur whilst his opponent could be seen as a grey and black blur. As the camera zooms in on the battle the blue and red blur is shown to be Superman, the Man of Steel who is suddenly sent skidding across the road by a grey fist. The camera then focuses on his opponent who was none other than the Main Man, Lobo!
The Man of Steel looked visibly hurt, but managed to stand upright in a battle-ready position whilst addressing the Last Czarnian.
Superman: There’s got to be a reason why you attacked me in here of all places, Lobo. Who hired you?
Lobo: He! He! He! Luthor is paying me a LOT of money to bring you in, but he also didn’t want me to make a mess of things by fighting you in Metropolis so I lured out here.
Superman sighs and folds his arms.
Superman: It’s pretty pathetic to see that Luthor couldn’t try and take me down himself if he was that desperate to bring me in, but I don’t have time to play his games so I’m ending this now
Lobo twirls his hook-chain around before pointing at his opponent.
Lobo: I’m gonna enjoy kicking yer ass Superman!
The Main Man charges at Superman and tries to punch him, but the Man of Steel catches the punch and the two begin to exchange blows at a rapid pace, their punches and kicks creating loud shockwaves that shake the surrounding area.
BOOM!

BOOM!
After a couple of minutes of intense fighting Lobo begins to overpower Superman in their struggle thanks to his superior hand-to-hand combat skills and sends him flying with an uppercut to the jaw. The Man of Steel however manages to stop himself from being launched too far and attacks Lobo with his freeze breath, who merely runs through the attack and tries to jump up and knee Superman in the chest. The Kryptonian manages to block the attack with his arms and is knocked back further before landing on the ground.
Seeing his opponent is weakening, Lobo runs at Superman with a large knife but before he can attack Superman he is struck in the chest by a powerful blast of heat vision and launches him back and briefly forces him to his knees. Looking up, he sees Superman flying towards him with his fists raised, the Man of Steel clearly trying to deal the finishing blow and knock out the Main Man, but before he can do so, his opponent tosses a cigar towards his face. A puzzled expression formed on Kal-El’s face as he was unsure why Lobo had done this, but he got his answer soon enough as the cigar exploded in his face.
BOOM!
Superman: AAH!
With the explosion having damaged his eyes, Superman began to fly awakardly, but before he could do anything else, he felt a chain wrap around his body as Lobo pulled him out of the air and slammed hard him on the road with his chain, the impact causing a fairly large crater to appear in the tarmac.
CRASH!
With his suit dirty and in taters, Superman tried to look up as he coughed up blood but suddenly winced in pain as Lobo put in his foot on his chain-covered chest.
Lobo: I’ll admit you gave me a good fight back there Supes, but now it’s time to bring you in you fraggin bastich!
Lobo briefly looks down at his previously burnt chest which has now healed up thanks to his regeneration before placing the chained Superman in the back of his Spacehog and driving down the road at a high speed. Behind him though a mysterious portal opens with a biker with a flaming skull exiting it whilst riding a motorcycle with flaming wheels. It was Johnny Blaze, the Ghost Rider!
Having heard Ghost Rider exiting the portal and travelling on his motorcycle, Lobo turns around to see the Spirit of Vengeance catching up to him. Perplexed, Lobo decides to question this stranger.
Lobo: Who the hell are you?!
Ghost Rider: Lobo of Czarnia, you have committed numerous atrocities throughout your life and slaughtered millions of innocent individuals. As Ghost Rider, the Spirit of Vengeance, I have to come to make you pay for your actions and avenge everyone you’ve killed!
After finishing his explanation, GR looks at Lobo to see him bobbing his head to some heavy metal music that was playing in his ear chip. The Main Man had clearly gotten bored of GR’s explanation and had decided to listen to his music instead.
The Spirit of Vengeance sighs before looking towards Lobo again as the two continued to drive along the road at rapid speeds.
Ghost Rider: Perhaps this will get through to you
GR whips out one of his chains before throwing it towards Superman, wrapping the chain around his leg and pulling the Kryptonian towards him, beginning to unravel the chains that Lobo had wrapped around the Hero of Metropolis. GR then launched a blast of hellfire at the chain keeping Superman attached to Lobo’s Spacehog freeing the Man of Steel and causing him to drop on the road.
Hearing this, Lobo turns off his music and sees that his captive has now been freed, before shouting at the flaming biker behind him.
Lobo: You fraggin frager! I was going to get a lot of cash from bringing him in! You’d better have a good reason for doing that!
Ghost Rider: It seems freeing him was the only way to get through to you
Lobo grunts before pulling out a machine gun and aiming it at the Spirit of Vengeance.
Lobo: Enough chit-chat! I normally don’t take out bastichs like you for free, but since you interfered with my job, I’m going to enjoy cracking yer skull open flame boy!
Whilst Lobo loads his gun, GR pulls his chain back, preparing to swing it at the Main Man. The two bikers were now ready to battle.
FIGHT!
The Main Man opened fire, dozens of bullets now launched towards GR’s chest, however while the bullets were causing holes to appear in GR’s jacket, the Spirit of Vengeance’s body remained completely unscathed. Confused, Lobo then aimed his machine gun at GR’s skull and opened fire again with the bullets simply bouncing off his opponent’s skull.
Lobo (thoughts): Damn, this dude’s able to resist bullets no problem. Guess I’m going to have to try something else to take him down. Oh I know!
The alien bounty hunter suddenly opened fire on GR’s hellcycle, trying to puncture the tires and damage the engine, but the bullets simply bounced off the flaming wheels and bulky engine.
Raising one of his chains into the air, GR swiped it towards Lobo, knocking the machine gun out of his hand and causing it to tumble towards the back of the Spacehog.
Ghost Rider: Fool! I cannot be harmed by mere bullets. You’re going to have to try harder than that if you want to injure me!
Lobo chuckles before pulling out his hook-chain and twirling it.
Lobo: Don’t worry bub, I intend to do just that!
Lobo then swings his hook chain towards GR, who deflects it with his own chain. The two bikers continue to swing their chains at each other at a rapid pace as their vehicles end up travelling beside each other. As the two chains repeatedly clash with each other, loud clanging noises can be heard by all nearby individuals.

As the clash of chains continues, GR begins to feed on the power of Lobo’s many sins which allows him to briefly knock his opponent’s hook-chain aside and swing his own chain towards Lobo’s neck, however the Main Man quickly pulls out a large knife with his other hand and swats the chain away. Every time the Spirit of Vengeance’s chain comes near him, he uses the knife to knock it away whilst also trying to attack GR with his own chain.
Using his insane speed, Lobo manages to swing his hook-chain towards GR’s skull with the hook scraping against the biker’s skull and damaging it slightly. The Spirit of Vengeance winces briefly before the injury heals up, pointing his chain at Lobo and causing sections of the chain to break off and fly towards the Main Man as shrukiens. While one of the shrukiens manages to embed itself in Lobo’s shoulder, he manages to block the remaining four shrukiens with his arm, causing the projectiles to become embedded there instead. With his other arm, the bounty hunter quickly wrenches the shrukiens out of his body only to see a flaming chain swing towards him.
GR then speaks to his opponent in a firm and commanding tone.
Ghost Rider: Prepare to experience the taste of hellfire!
Instead of responding in a scared manner, the Main Man speaks up in an excited tone of voice.
Lobo: Flaming chains? Oh boy! Things are finally livening up!
A large city begins to come into view as GR swings two flaming chains towards Lobo at a rapid pace whilst continuing to feed on his opponent’s sins to enhance his strength. As the two drive past a sign stating the name of the city, Lobo punches his opponent’s flaming chain upwards, causing it to slice through the sign and the piece of metal to fall on the road behind them. Seeing that Lobo is distracted, GR swings the two chains towards his foe again managing to singe the bounty hunter’s chest and also light part of his outfit on fire.
Enraged, Lobo begins to shout at the Spirit of Vengeance.
Lobo: Watch it you bastich! This outfit costs money!
The Main Man could barely finish his sentence before GR leaned in and launched a large amount of hellfire from his mouth towards Lobo’s face, engulfing it in flames. Moments later, the Spirit of Vengeance was forced to stop his hellfire attack when Lobo headbutted him with a significant amount of strength causing several fractures to appear in his skull.
CRACK!
GR was knocked to the back of his motorcycle by this strike but quickly managed to come to his senses, only to see an angry Lobo leap towards him with a knife in his hand. The flaming biker manages to kick the Main Man in the chest though before he can land on him, knocking him back onto the Spacehog, but not before he feels the knife embed itself in his side, Lobo having thrown it at him before he was kicked.
Ghost Rider: You’re only prolonging the inevitable, Lobo
With a quick motion of his hands, the Spirit of Vengeance yanks out the knife, breaks it in two and melts it with a blast of hellfire, before flinging the boiling liquid onto Lobo’s arm causing him into shake it in pain.
Lobo: Jeez-louise! That metal’s hotter than most of the chicks I’ve dated!
The two bikers now entered the city as their vehicles continued to move along the road at insane speeds. Lighting a cigar and putting it in his mouth to steady his nerves, the Main Man tried to knock his Spacehog against the Hellcycle in an attempt to drive GR off the road, however the flaming biker realised what he was trying to do and responded by doing the same, the vehicle struggle continuing for another 20 seconds.
After this time period had passed however, Lobo managed to bump against the Hellcycle with enough force to send it and it’s driver hurtling towards the ground floor of a skyscraper. Lobo chuckled as he expected the Spirit of Vengeance to crash inside the building, but instead of crashing, GR just kept on driving, smashing his way through the ground floors of three skyscrapers with his Hellcycle and using his flaming chains to destroy any obstacles that got in his way all while keeping his gaze fixed on his opponent. Even Lobo was surprised when the biker managed to drive his way out of the ground floor of the third skyscraper and back onto the main road.
Behind the Spirit of Vengeance, the three skyscrapers shook briefly before collapsing one by one having not been able to withstand the Demon biker’s wrath.
CRASH!

Ghost Rider: By forcing me to kill those innocent people you have prolonged the punishment I will dish out. Expect to receive no mercy
Lobo (thoughts): Aww crap! I need to get this fragger off my back, hopefully my vast away of weapons will blow him to smithereens!
The Main Man starts throwing several grenades and bombs in the Spirit of Vengeance’s direction trying to kill him or at least slow him down, the explosions causing massive craters in the road and on the streets, leading a significant amount of debris and vehicles to be thrown everywhere.
BOOM!
BOOM!
BOOM!
BOOM!
BOOM!
Despite this chaos, GR manages to dodge the debris, vehicles and craters and speed towards him, the two bikers only being around 10 meters apart from each other now. Getting frustrated, the alien bounty hunter uses his hook-chain to toss four vehicles in the Spirit of Vengeance’s direction. The first two being normal cars, the third vehicle being a fire engine/truck and the fourth being a tow truck with several more cars falling off of it’s ramp. While GR destroys the first three vehicles with a combination of chain swipes and Hellfire attacks, instead of destroying the tow truck, he uses his chain to lower it’s ramp before driving up the ramp at rapid speeds and flying through the air towards Lobo, shocking the Czarnian before landing on the road with a clang.
Before giving the bounty hunter anytime to react though, GR simply launches a powerful blast of hellfire towards Lobo striking the Main Man in the back and sizzling his shirt, nearly causing him to fall off the Spacehog as he shrieks in pain.
Lobo: YEWOUCH! Aww that’s hot! That’s hot! URGH! You’d better have a large bank account dipshit because these clothes are expensive as Hell!
Ghost Rider: After all this over with, Hell will be the only place you’ll be able to call home!!
Lobo merely laughs at this response.
Lobo: Ha! Ha! Ha! You stupid bastich! If you supposedly know me yer should have found out that I’ve been banned from both Heaven and Hell for livening them up too much. Now why don’t you just hold still so I can blast yer fraggin skull off!
The Main Man pulls out a shotgun and tries to fire it at his foe, but the Sprit of Vengeance simply knocks the shotgun out of his hand, causing Lobo to grunt in annoyance before suddenly changing direction in his driving path. The Main Man was now driving towards the entrance of the tallest skyscraper in the city. Five seconds later, he rammed through the ground floor entrance with the Spacehog causing glass and concrete to be thrown across the room.
CRASH!
Lobo now drove the Spacehog up the stairs of the skyscraper trying to get to the top of the building before Ghost Rider, who was also driving up the stairs with the Hellcycle. When the flaming biker got to the top floor though, the Main Man was no longer in sight. Looking around, he saw a large hole in a nearby window before being greeted by the alien bounty hunter driving through the gap with the Spacehog launching several missiles towards him.
Lobo: It’s over for you flame boy!
While the missiles sped towards him at rapid speeds, GR remained calm before uttering nine words.
Ghost Rider: No Lobo, in fact it is over for you!
And with that the Sprit of Vengeance released a massive hellfire blast that not only engulfed the incoming missiles, but also Lobo, the Spacehog and the entire skyscraper. As the explosion went off, the skyscraper collapsed in a cloud of orange fire.
KA-BOOM!
Roughly 5 seconds after the explosion, a grey object could be seen being blasted from the site of the skyscraper like a rocket with smoke spewing from the bottom of the object. Said object rose into the air for about 15 seconds before falling back down and hitting the ground with significant force causing a crater upon impact.
CRASH!
This object turned out to be Lobo, who’s lower half had been blasted off by the explosion. His chest, arms and face were covered with ash and his jacket was in tatters. He had little time to reflect on his current situation though as GR flew down towards the ground on his Hellcycle landing roughly 10 meters away from the Main Man. The Spirit of Vengeance spoke to him in a serious tone.
Ghost Rider: Now that you’re defeated, it is time for me to exact my punishment on you
GR began to charge up the Penance Stare and prepared to launch it at the alien bounty hunter who weakly chuckled at his opponent.
Lobo: You ain’t going to get rid of me that easily moron!
The Main Man’s lower half suddenly grew back, shocking the Spirit of Vengeance and causing him to stop charging the Penance Stare.
Ghost Rider: So you have a powerful healing factor? Interesting. It won’t prevent me from punishing you for your sins though.
Lobo laughs as he gets to his feet.
Lobo: Dream on dipshit! I’m going ta wreck yer world! But first, I’m gonna need ta get some new clothes.
The Main Man tosses his Chain-Hook towards a nearby clothes shop using to break through the shop window and pull a biker’s outfit that happened to be just behind the shop window. He then got changed into the outfit in a matter of seconds before getting into a combat position.
Lobo: Time for Round 2 bastich!
In response, GR pulls out one of his chains.
Ghost Rider: Indeed, let’s go
The two bikers then sprinted towards each other, ready to engage in hand to hand combat.
Lobo started punching GR in the chest and then grabbing him and throwing him againts the same clothes shop from before, Lobo then grabbed his Chain-Hook and jumped in front of the door of the shop.
Lobo: C'mon Bastich, get out here so I can kick your fraggin ass.
Without time to react, the Main Man was launched several meters away by a shockwave produced by Johnny, who had burned the shop with his Hellfire and quickly dashed againts the Mercenary, kicking him in the face and grabbing his neck with his chain.
Ghost Rider: Die!!
The Spirit of Vengeance went strongly from the chains, decapitating him and burning his head and body with his Hellfire, leaving only a puddle of blood and ashes, then GR made his Hell Cycle appear in front of him.
Ghost Rider: It's done.
But, before he could leave the place, he heard a familiar voice behind him.
???: Are you sure about that Bastich?
Johnny turned back, only to see how several Lobos began to appear from the puddle of blood, those clones were The Sons of Lobo.
Ghost Rider: I almost forgot about his excellent healing factor... I'll try something different.
Lobo 1#: Surprise Bastich?!
Lobo 2#: HAHAHA LOSER!!
Lobo 3#: Go get him!!
All the Lobos ran againts the Spirit of Vengeance, using their strongest weapons and shooting them at Ghost Rider, creating a massive screen of smoke and creating a giant crater, where the rider was lying.
Lobo 3#: HAHA! That will teach you bastich!
But for the surprise of all the Lobo, Johnny began to grown to the size of a house, and then started charging his Hellfire breath, one of the mercenary's son started running away.
Lobo 2#: Where are you going coward?!
Ghost Rider throwed a massive hellfire breath, disintegrating all of the Sons of Lobo except the first one, who stopped running and looked at the giant rider, he then grabbed a ring that hung from his neck, a Red Lantern Ring.
Lobo: Well I never used this shit, but let's test it.
Lobo putted the ring on his finger, obtaining a red aura around him and then creating a giant red hammer, hitting Johnny with it and throwing him to the ground, and then creating a Nuke.
Lobo: TACTICAL FRAGGIN NUKE INCOMING!!!
The last Czarnian throwed the nuke to the Spirit of Vengeance, creating a massive explosion that leveled the entire country, turning all the United States into a giant desert, then Lobo landed in front of the crater where Johnny got knocked out before, but now it was bigger.
Lobo: Holy Maccaronni, what a lot of sweet destruction!
From the crater, Ghost Rider woke up, now his skull was red with blue flames around, this was Zarathos, the demon that Johnny was merged with, who took control of the body of the Spirit of Vengeance after he gots defeated, the mercenary looked at this new form of his opponent.
Lobo: Whoa! You have a new form bastich? I don't care! I'm going to throw an atomic bomb enough to destroy the fraggin Solar Sytem along with you!
Lobo was ready to use the Red Lantern Ring again, but Zarathos quickly enchained the finger of the Czarnian, ripping off his finger and grabbing the ring, destroying it with his own hands.
Zarathos: You are the next...
Lobo: Oh oh... *whistles*

The Spacehog appeared in front of the Mercenary, Lobo used his bike to open a portal to another dimension.
Lobo: Sayonara Bastich!
Then Lobo crossed the protal
The Czarnian escaped to Heaven, an angel then flew to the mercenary, landing in front of him and stopping the Spacehog.
Angel: Lobo of Czarnia, you aren't welcome here!
Suddenly, a fire portal appeared behind the Bounty Hunter and the Angel, Zarathos came out of the portal, riding his Hellcycle.
Angel: *gasps* ZA-ZA-ZARATHOS!!
Lobo grabbed the scared Angel with his Chain-Hook, and throwed him to attack the demonic rider.
Lobo: Since that bastich is a demon, holy magic will be very effective on him!
Zarathos then caught the angel in the air and grabbed him by the neck.
Zarathos: Die
Zarathos snapped the neck of the angel and immediately burned his corpse to ashes, he then rides his Hellcycle and started chasing Lobo's Spacehog, who opened another portal. They both crossed the portal, appearing near the Asteroid Belt in our Solar System.
Lobo chained an asteroid with his Chain-Hook and then he threw it at the Rider, who used his Hellfire over the Asteroid and then throwing it back to the Bounty Hunter telekinetically.
Lobo: Oh fu-
The Czarnian didn't got time to react when he got hit by the burning asteroid, he quickly opened a portal, returning to America, Zarathos opened a portal in front of the Main Man.
Lobo: Bring it on bastich!
Lobo took out a Planet-Busting weapon, but the Spirit of Vengeance took it from his hands with his chains, the Czarnian started running towards the demon, but Zarathos started controlling the earth, making the ground to grab the legs of the Bounty Hunter, who tried to escape, but he couldn't, then, the Demon grabbed him by the neck.
Zarathos: Now look into my eyes!
Zarathos used his Penance Stare on the Main Man once again, but this time more effective.
Lobo: No...
Lobo started feeling the same pain that he has caused to all of his victims.
Lobo: Nooo!
To hear the screams of all of his victims.
Lobo: NOOOOO!!!
And then the silence... The camera shows how the corpse of the Main Man falls in the ground, now with his soul destroyed, Ghost Rider’s and Zarathos’s work is done.
KO!
Zarathos grabbed the Hellcycle and started riding away from that place, looking for another soul full of sins.
Lobo corpse is lying on the ground, the camera shows how two red boots and a red cape lands near to the corpse.
Results (Big the cat 10)
Boomstick: Damn! I’d really hate to be Lobo right now!
Wiz: Thanks to their vast array of abilities and overpowered healing factors, this battle was extremely close and could have gone either way, but it is Ghost Rider who ultimately comes out on top.
Boomstick: Lobo may have had the strength and speed advantages, but Johnny’s feats of trading blows with World War Hulk and dodging Thor’s hammer meant he could still keep up with the Main Man in these categories.
Wiz: While Lobo may have been the better tactician and hand-to-hand fighter, Ghost Rider’s hellfire, healing factor and chains enabled him to keep the Czarnian on his toes and stay in the battle.
Boomstick: However, Lobo’s unpredictability, toon force and arsenal of weapons allowed him to get the upper hand on Johnny and knock him the hell out!
Wiz: Taking out Johnny only made things worse for Lobo, however, as Zarathos was on a completely different level of power, being able to go head-to-head with Mephisto whose battle with Galactus destroyed entire galaxies. Lobo’s ability to heal from a drop of blood along with the fact that he was banned from Heaven and Hell meant that Zarathos wouldn’t be able to kill him with brute force alone.
Boomstick: “But Wiz, since Lobo can detect the weaknesses of his opponents, shouldn’t that angel that he got to fight Zarathos been able to kill him due to the Spirit of Vengeance’s vulnerability to holy beings and weapons?”
Wiz: Considering that Johnny Blaze Ghost Rider has been able to pick up an altar without harming himself and has tanked being hit by holy blasts from the Archangel Zadkiel, that angel didn’t have much of a chance of killing Johnny let alone Zarathos.
Boomstick: As the battle dragged on and the bikers used all their standard weapons and abilities on each other with no real effect, they had resort to using their more powerful abilities against each other.
Wiz: Through extensive research, we found that both Ghost Rider and Lobo had ways of putting each other down permanently, specifically Ghost Rider’s Penance Stare and Lobo’s ability to break the fourth wall, so it came down to who was most likely to use their trump card against their opponent first and considering that Ghost Rider uses his Penance Stare more often than Lobo uses his ability to break the fourth wall, this allowed him to take down Lobo for good, due it’s ability to bypass the Main Man’s healing factor and destroy his soul directly.
Boomstick: “Wiz, the Penance Stare didn’t work on Deadpool or the Punisher who like Lobo, have killed hundreds of people. It shouldn’t have worked on Lobo either!”
Wiz: The Penance Stare is one of those abilities which is known to be inconsistent. The case of Deadpool surviving it was arguably because of plot-induced-stupidity and Punisher survived because he had “divine protection”. Even if Lobo was somehow able to gain some sort of “divine protection” against soul attacks from a godly being, this wouldn’t be allowed due to it counting as outside help. In conclusion, Zarathos’ raw power and his Penance Stare allowed him to overwhelm the Last Czarnian and put him down.
Boomstick: Looks like Lobo’s chances of winning simply SOULed out!
Wiz: The Winner is Ghost Rider.
