History[]
Cruel, callous, cunning, arrogant, evil in nature, and a former student of the Hakkyokuseiken, shunned from his master for his darkened heart, Geese Howard is evil, but not incompetent, as he could fight as well. As the archnemesis of Terry Bogard, he began enmity with the young man after murdering his father, Jeff in cold blood, in a bid to be the sole master of Hakkyokuseiken, the power to harness the energies of the Earth itself to highly destructive levels, but in turn, this earned him an enemy from the grown up Terry himself. Suspicious of the young man, he sent out Lily (retconned as Elizabeth), to spy on Terry, but Lily turned on him out of love for the latter, while hosting the King of Fighters tournament. Seeing that Terry was rising above the ranks quickly, he had Lily poison him, but the latter instead betrayed him.
Displeased, Geese killed Lily and ran off hiding in his private island, where Andy, Terry's brother, and Joe Higashi, a friend of the Bogard brothers, confronted him after beating Raiden and Billy Kane, his best men. He easily dispatched both Andy and Joe, until he confronted Terry himself. Although he had the upper hand initially by surprise, he was overcome by Terry himself unleashing the power of the Hakkyokuseiken.
To this day, Geese has survived many attempts that usually had him falling off from heights, and has long since plotted to take revenge on Terry himself, although with no success, even as he battled him for the custody of his son, Rock. The young Howard eventually eloped with Terry out of spite for his father, and became his protege.
