But you for sure shouldn't mess with them, they might had been beated by "Kids", even tho they got defeated by Intelligence and a Memory Eraser that can erase the memory around mental levels and via the Souls amping Frisk when he defeated Cipher. But trust me, You REALLY shouldn't mess with either. They have the Power near close to Fuckin' Gods themselves!
Wiz: Yeah and they can destroy the universe and possibly the multiverse, alter their voices, warp the reality and manipulate space and time as they want, and they are two of the most powerful beings in their verses.

Wiz: And it is our job to analyze their weapons, armors and skills to find out who will win a DEATH BATTLE!

Wiz: However, not much was wrong since the Monsters managed to turn it into a civilization and leave there peacefully, but the King of the Monsters Asgore Dreemurr of course had a Queen, Asriel Dreemurr, and a Son ´being the prince known as Asriel Dreemurr, and Asgore tried to search the Way to take them off there!
Boomstick: However some human called Chara ended falling into the Underground, and the Family of Monsters decided to adopt her (Yes we consider Chara a girl...), and for the first time the monsters had hope!
Wiz: But little did they know Chara is a literal psychopath who hates humanity and wants to murder everyone for reasons was never explained at all, and Chara died of illness but asked Asriel to see the flowers again, so Asriel absorbed her soul, going through the Barrier, but the humans thought he killed Chara and were attacking Asriel, Asriel had enough power to kill them but he didn't want to use it and letted them attack him until Asriel was approaching death too, Asriel brought Chara into her flower bed, and he went back home but died.
Boomstick: All of this made Asgore and Toriel feel sad, their children just died in one day!
Wiz: Asgore decided to try to take Vengeance, taking 7 Human Souls to break the Barrier and become a God would destroy all Humanity out of anger, but Toriel ended pissed with him, breaking with Asgore, leaving him with a brokened heart...

Boomstick: Flowey however would become into an emotionless psychopath who thinks the world is kill or be killed, Flowey was acting nice with Frisk at first but he tricked him and tried to kill him but Toriel kicks Flowey off the way, and Flowey chases the player the entire game, seeing every action he does, and when he fight Asgore in a neutral route, if we spare Asgore, Flowey decides to kill him and if we kill him he either way ends stoling the Six Human Souls Asgore had on his hands, turning into one fricking TV Monster with the power of a Godlike Being!
Wiz: And if we do the Pacifist Route, Flowey ends kidnapping every monster Frisk has spared and he ends using them as a power source to become Asriel again, turning into a fricking God of Hyperdeath, but we manage to spare Asriel making him recover his memories, freeling every monster, breaking the barrier, being sent back to the human world and Asriel ends living a happy and peaceful life finally!

Boomstick: Chara having stats 9999 compared to Chara's Level 20 and Flowey planned after the Genocide Route to obtain the Power of the Six Souls to become all powerful and surpass Chara. And knowing the nature of RESETs this is true as the Player could keep Resetting and Resetting countless times and even if you play the game more than once small details change due to Fun Values within the game, returning Chara Multiversal+ in power and In speed, Chara destroyed the entire Undertale Multiverse in mere seconds with a single attack and should be comparable to Frisk with all his Power who was able to dodge Asriel's Hypergoner that can destroy an entire Timeline in seconds giving him Immeasurable Speeds again. He is cowardly and does not put himself in life-threatening situations, as shown when, in pacifist mode, he kills Asgore after Frisk weakened him after a long battle, stating that he had tried to kill him before, but to no avail. . In Genocide Mode, he does the same thing, only this time, he kills Asgore to appease the protagonist in a final attempt to beg him for forgiveness, but this doesn't work as he is killed anyway.

And Bill would be tricking Ford with Ford falling in Bill's tricks and games so Bill would help Ford to create an Interdimensional Portal but Ford eventually realized Bill was being evil, trying to desactivate It but failing, and ended highly paranoid over Bill's influence!

Bill Cipher is also stated as a menace to the Infinite Multiverse in the Journals by Stan Ford, the Nightmare Realm is beyond GF's multiverse and Ford said that to navigate it you'll need to use 5-D calculus and Bill also defeated the Shacktron which was powered by Ford's portal which can shake the Nightmare Realm, which encompasses the Gravity Falls dimension which has 11 Spatial Dimensions and is stated as a threat to the WIDER multiverse too which contains this amount of Dimensions!

First we find Omega Flowey ends shoting his Vines to Bill's eyeball while Flowey then rips it off, Flowey proceeds to laugh like a maniac while Bill yells in pain.

Bill Cipher says while instantly regenerating his eye, and Bill then stretches his hand to Omega Flowey's size and throws a Giant Punch makes a Shockwave, which makes a Static Shock in Flowey's face for a while and knocks him far away. Bill flies now angry seeking Flowey, who shoots normal Bullets to Bill who easily would dodge them until Flowey drops a Bomb from the sky making a Blast knocks Bill down. Flowey would laugh and say.
Flowey: HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAA!!! YOU DON'T STAND A CHANCE, I AM THE GOD OF THIS WORLD AND I WILL KILL YOU!!!
Flowey says while Bill gets up and Bill takes off a Drum Solo from Hammerspace which had the cover of Green Day and Bill was quickly touching the Drum Solo in a fast succession while Flowey was confused of what Bill was doing until Bill now seemed happy and he was controlling gravity using his telekinesis throwing the Drum Solo away and Bill then laughs.
Bill Cipher: AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
Bill shots a lot of laser beams to Flowey who shots Beams from his Mouth, they clash for a while until a Huge explosion appears, making a small fissure in Flowey's face. Bill then laughs and says.

Bill says while Flowey shots a Flurry of Shurikens cut Bill into pieces, Bill however regenerates and laughs crazily but Flowey summons insects while Bill sees this and Bill screams comically as the insects are arround him.

Bill says while summoning fire burning the insects and now Bill grows around Flowey's size and grows many arms while Flowey angry starts punching Flowey over and over, until Bill ends grabbing Flowey's TV face, beheading it off his Body and Bill drops the TV down. Bill then says.

However Flowey uses his first Save File, resurrecting getting before Bill grabs his TV face and Flowey defends himself with a X-Shaped Bullet hell, doing holes all over Bill's body.

Bill says while kicking Omega Flowey away, and then stretching his hand, holding Omega Flowey, and then snapping fingers summoning a Giant Anvil crushes Omega Flowey, killing him. However Omega Flowey uses his Second Save File and he then blows up the Anvil with a Bomb.
Bill Cipher: Oh your makin' things harder than they need to be!
Flowey: You really are an idiot!
Flowey scratches Bill with his clawed arms, and later uses the Venus Flytrap attracting Locusts are attacking Bill, but Bill angry grabs the Locusts and crushes them to death, Flowey then starts to crash the screen while they are seen fighting with beams and Bill is seen punching Flowey with Bill changing the song momentarily into a MEGALOVANIA.
Bill Cipher: Oh let's see if you like this Song cause I do!
Bill says wearing headphones while slapping Flowey and shoting a Beam vaporizes him. Flowey makes his third Savefile and Flowey now angry screams.
Flowey: DIE!!!
Flowey shots a Massive Beam of Light making Bill laugh as he then dodges it and Bill then shots Thunder to Flowey's TV head, making it do a blast killing Flowey again. Flowey makes his Fourth Save File and Flowey now pissed off traps Bill with vines and starts shoting him Beams over and over while laughing until Bill says,

Bill crushes the Souls making them dissappear, making Flowey angry scream.
Flowey: IMPOSSIBLE!!!
Bill Cipher: Sorry For you but I am a True All-Seeing God!
Bill then punches Flowey down, making his body explode and he then becomes Flowey again.
Bill Cipher: Oh, hahaha! What should I do now? OH RIGHT (Demonic voice): I WAS GONNA KILL YOU!!!
Flowey said. Little did Bill knew Flowey resetted in his fourth savefile to a new timeline, and now we see Flowey uses Vines and traps every monster confused on what's going on.
Bill Cipher: OH, DON'T YOU TELL ME YOU MOVED INTO A NEW TIMELINE?! AND YOU JUST TRAPPED EVERY MONSTER IN THIS PLACE!!!
Flowey: Oh your completely right... And I still have one card under my sleeve!!! YOU ARE THE BIGGEST IDIOT ARE EVER MET... HAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
Bill says while transformating into Asriel as the Universe gets destroyed and Asriel is in his God form.
Asriel: I AM The God of Hyperdeath and now the Real fight begins!
Bill Cipher: Oh this should be fun, I'm gonna destroy you already!!!
Asriel first shot a Fireball to Bill, who however shots another fireball, making a blast. Bill then punches Asriel a lot of times with several arms but Asriel had little damage.
Bill Cipher: WHAT?!
Asriel: Oh really got nothing else to do? Damn, I was waiting you to do more than that!
Asriel says while then takes out his Sabers, Asriel tries to cut Bill but Bill dodges every slash and then out of Hammerspace he takes of a Star Wars lightsaber.
Bill Cipher: Now be ready because I got another Sword to!
They were clashing a lot until Bill was slashing Asriel a lot doing no damage, while Asriel was slashing Bill a lot, doing a hole on his chest, Bill however regenerates and then he shots a Beam sends Asriel away. Bill was controlling gravity and using telekinesis messing with Asriel slamming the God against the ground. Asriel then flies in the sky and uses the Chaos Buster shoting 9 Bulllets to Bill who easily dodged every of them.
Bill Cipher: Oh man what are you doing-?
However Asriel hits Bill with a charged shot knocks Bill away. Asriel then summons Stars becomes into Smaller ones but Bill grabs them and destroys them. Asriel then uses the Hyper Goner and shots a Beam of Energy hits Bill but Bill makes a Forcefield but it destroys a Timeline. Asriel then says.
Asriel: You might be powerful, but there is a difference. And it is that you want to cause Chaos, while I WANT TO KILL EVERYONE RUTHLESSLY!!! AND YOU WILL DIE TOO, HAHAHAHHAHAHAAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHA!!!
Bill however gets mad and his skin turns red while Bill says.
Bill Cipher: Oh, you think were equals?! You think You got a chance against ME, You went from a Pathetic Flower, a Pathetic TV Monster and now a God wannabe Goat who loves Murder! I AM AN ALL-SEEING GOD!!!!
Bill says now angry punching Asriel, doing damage to him holding him in one hand and snapping fingers turning Asriel back into Flowey. Bill then watches Flowey angry and says,

Flowey: Yes, It was worth to try... But funny how your not aware of my Reset on this World!
Flowey resets dragging Bill with him into a new timeline making Bill angry.

Bill gets angry becoming into his monster form, but sighs and calms down and says.
Bill Cipher: Oh don't worry, I made these things before... So, Watcher?! WANNA MAKE A DEAL?!
Bill says breaking the fourth wall staring the screen with his hand surround by a blue flame.

Wiz: Bill Cipher had this in the bag, he was stronger, equal in speed, more durable, smarter way more experienced, and he had the hax, intelligence and regeneration needed to win!
Boomstick: Both had similar powers manipulating the plot of their genre, resisting temporal alterations, and controlling reality as they please, with them being so fast speed is basically meaningless in this fight, and both of them can destroy Several Universes!
Wiz: However, Bill Cipher was Dimensionally Too High and More Powerful than Flowey, even as Asriel!
Boomstick: Omega Flowey Upscales Chara having stats 9999 compared to Chara's Level 20 and Flowey planned after the Genocide Route to obtain the Power of the Six Souls to become all powerful and surpass Chara. Chara in an attack destroyed the timeline and recreated it all at the cost of Frisk's soul. It must be taken into account that the Undertale Chronology has Infinite Timelines since with each RESET a New Timeline is created and Flowey has each SAVE and LOAD seeing each set of dialogue, numbers, etc. that the Underground offers. And knowing the nature of RESETs this is true as the Player could keep Resetting and Resetting countless times and even if you play the game more than once small details change due to Fun Values within the game, returning Chara Multiversal+ in power and In speed, Chara destroyed the entire Undertale Multiverse in mere seconds with a single attack and should be comparable to Frisk with all his Power who was able to dodge Asriel's Hypergoner that can destroy an entire Timeline in seconds giving him Immeasurable Speeds again. Omega Flowey Multiversal+ to Immeasurable and Asriel is also this level because he's INFINITLY stronger than Flowey, his Hypergoner can destroy timelines, and he killed Frisk a lot of times too when he was highly Determined!
Wiz: But Bill Cipher was at a Higher level, Bill was stated he could destroy the very fabric of existence if his rip into the dimension continued, which is represented as an explosion by Time Baby. Time Baby also did a hologram shows his weirdness would eventually result in the universe exploding. Time Baby is implied to control the space-time continuum and mantain its stability and is stated he can devour the time and completely rules the entire timeline and Bill with one simple Beam oneshotted him and gained his powers. Bill Cipher is also stated as a menace to the Infinite Multiverse in the Journals by Stan Ford, the Nightmare Realm is beyond GF's multiverse and Ford said that to navigate it you'll need to use 5-D calculus and Bill also defeated the Shacktron which was powered by Ford's portal which can shake the Nightmare Realm, which encompasses the Gravity Falls dimension which has 11 Spatial Dimensions and is stated as a threat to the WIDER multiverse too which contains this amount of Dimensions!
Boomstick: This gives the 11-D Aliens a horrible sense of direction, Pandimensional roots from the Word "Pan" which means "All" or "Every" in Greek, so this means All or Every Dimension/Dimensions. The statement of Pandimensional doesn't correspond to them existing in multiple universes at once, in fact they have horrible sense of direction, this is indicative since dimensions are vectorials, higher dimensions correspond to more dimensions in some vector space, more dimensions would mean more directions for any object in such a space, so this makes Bill Cipher High Complex Multiversal at Most! Hell these dimensions refer to space-time continuums or distinct universes as there is an infinite amount of dimensions!
Wiz: And for speed, Bill Cipher's Mind can Watch an Infinite Kaleidoscope of temporal probability with fluctuating range, seeing infinite versions of himself in the multiverse and alternate dimensions all at once and like Erwin Schrödinger's Hypothetical Cat, Bill exists in two possible states at once as a result everything Bill is, he's also not! So Bill Cipher has Immeasurable speed! While Asriel can manage to move into timeless voids and purge timelines making time meaningless, so they are both Immeasurable in Speed, making Speed not much of a Factor there!
Boomstick: Experience is honestly obvious, I mean Asriel died since his pre-teens and he existed a few time as a Flower, Bill has existed around Trillions of Years! And Flowey's Attacks destroying the Soul are useless since Bill can literally regenerate his spirit!
Wiz: And Bill is Way Smarter than Flowey, Flowey maybe clever due to retaining his memories after every RESET, can manipulate many of the characters into doing his biddings even across other timelines and has experienced every outcome in the game, but Bill... He is said to know lots of things, tricked Stanford, Dipper Pines, and Blendin, he even knows about events of the future like when the Gideonbot got destroyed and Gideon ending under arrest, can see through the eye of anything that's made in his image, allowing Bill to know what happens even when he's not around, and he tricked and terrorized the greatest minds of history since time began, but we should talk about how Smart Ford is!
Boomstick: Ford is a literal Extraordinary Genius who is a Scientist and Paranormal Investigator, investigating several of the paranormal and weird stuff from Gravity Falls in journals by himself, he also made a perpetual motion machine when he was young by himself, did an equation to undo Gravity Falls' Weirdness Magnetism, basically Weirdness in Gravity Falls acts like a force of Gravity, attracting and imprisoning objects and life forms with weird paranormal traits!
Wiz: And Ford's Portal can violate the laws of Gravity and has access to infinite parallel universes! And Ford would have a lot of experience and such due to how long was the time he's been trapped on there!
Boomstick: Bill wouldn't want to deal Flowey and Flowey would not accept Bill's deal I mean how he could even deal Flowey if he lacks hands and Asriel would reject Bill's deal too, DETERMINATION, SAVE and LOAD made Flowey hard to kill but it doesn't mean Bill wouldn't win!
Wiz: With his Precognition he would anticipate Flowey's attacks, I mean he can see infinite universes and alternate dimensions too, he would transmute Flowey or Asriel into anything, erase Asriel's Body and Soul from Existence, fully erasing Asriel where he won't Reset and come back anymore, and both might have defeated by Humans before but Frisk is literally a Superhuman capable of fight Multiversal threats, Bill Cipher's Low Showings of Intelligence was because of his Cockiness and Arrogance against geniuses like Ford, and PIS, Bill's real way to die is if he dealt Asriel and he accepted and ended in his mind and Bill got erased in Asriel's mind however that scenario won't happen and both maybe cocky at fighting but Bill would go for the kill immediately against Godlike beings like Flowey, I mean against Time Baby a cosmic being he went for the kill immediately! So Bill can take advantage of Flowey's cockiness and land a killing blow!

Undertale Vs Gravity Falls! These two yellow monsters may seem friendly, but they’re actually terrifying monsters that haunt and manipulate child protagonists! Will Flowey steal Bills eldritch soul? Or will Bill turn Flowey into fertilizer?
Introduction[]
(A large black cartoonish hole appeared on the ceiling as Deadpool and Peacock fell right out of it and onto the floor of the Death Battle office)
Deadpool: Y’know my doctor told me that many falls is bad for my complexion. That doctors also dead in a dumpster!
Peacock: Alrighty then! Let’s get this show on the road!
Deadpool: ahem Flowey, the soulless monster of the underground!
Peacock: And Bill Cipher, the nightmarish dream demon haunting Gravity Falls! Monsters can come in many shapes and sizes.
Deadpool: But these child hunting creatures prove that it’s not about size…it’s how you use it!

Peacock: I will bury you alive.

Deadpool: The underground world of monsters is a magical yet tragic place. After a war with humans and monsters, the humans sealed the monster’s underground with a magical barrier that could only be broken by a human soul. Why they did this is…unclear.
Peacock: It all seemed hopeless in their pathetic underground world, until a small child fell into the underground. This child was Frisk.
Deadpool: Somehow not dying from the fall, Frisk would go on to meet many monsters, friendly and evil alike. But the first creature they met was Flowey, just beyond the flowerbed.
Peacock: But Flowey wasn’t your ordinary happy go lucky talking flower that you see so often in the business. He was a psychopath, and went on to antagonize Frisk and giving them an important message.
Flowey: In this world… it’s KILL OR BE KILLED!!!
Deadpool: Before he could fill the kid with bullet holes, he was attacked and launched away by Toriel, the former queen of the monsters.
Peacock: While physically weak, it’s important not to underestimate his base form. He can create seedlike bullets he calls “friendliness pellets” as well as a control over vines and the ability to burrow through steel.
Deadpool: Flowey stayed in the shadows, stalking Frisk and planning. But eventually, he striked again. He waited for Frisk to fight and weaken Asgore, the king of the monsters, before he swooped in and gained ultimate power.
Peacock: But since this requires a fair bit of context, it’s important to explain the little goobers backstory first as well as some details about the world he lives in.
Deadpool: Long ago, after monsterkind was sealed away, the monsters were in great despair. However, new joy was brought into the lives of the monsters when the king and queen(Asgore and Toriel) had a child named Asriel. Keep that name in mind this will be on the test.
Peacock: One day, a young human by the name of Chara fell to the underground, which is a thing that’s happens a lot for some reason! The rulers adopted Chara, and they all lived happily ever after.
Deadpool: Until, of course they didn’t when Chara got sick and died. Their last words to Asriel were to be buried on the flowerbed in their village on the surface. So to do this, Asriel absorbed Charas soul and began to cross the barrier.
Peacock: Now this was going great until the humans saw the dead child in their hands! Naturally they thought “huh. That’s unfortunate” and attacked them. And Asriel kind of just…let this happen.
Deadpool: So Asriel died, but he managed to make it back to the underground before he faded to dust.
Peacock: After this unfortunate tragedy, Asriels dust was spread across Asgores flower field. The king was incredibly distressed and sought war against mankind by gathering 7 human souls to cross the barrier.
Deadpool: But because no one can be given a somewhat bitter ending, Asriel was brought back via an experiment with the local scientist Alphys injected some determination, the essence of a human soul, into one of the flowers.
Peacock: And thus, Flowey was born! However, he wasn’t the happy go lucky goat boy everyone knew Asriel as. He lacked a soul due to being a Flower, meaning he couldn’t feel any form of love.
Deadpool: This apathy soon turned into serial killer tendencies, as he killed just to see what would happen. That was until Frisk fell from the sky. He managed to convince Frisk and thus Asgore to take the souls out of hiding, before he finished off the king and stole the souls for himself.
Peacock: This gave him a terrifying new form: OmegaFlowey!
Note: Technically it’s Photoshop Flowey, but that sounds REALLY stupid so I’m going by the fan name.
Deadpool: While this not only turns him into an eldritch abomination, it also gives him many attacks! Like rapid fire vine attacks, flamethrowers on the side of his weird vine body things, actual bombs, and a huge laser beam!
Peacock: He also gains the abilities of the souls he gains, which also represent the weapons the game allows Frisk to use. Some of these bad boys are straight forward like giant knifes and giant hands, while others are more interesting like a book that fires words and a giant frying pan that unleashes fireballs!
Deadpool: And of course, who could forget about his literal actual gun! But perhaps his best tool is to do what I do best and manipulate the fourth wall!
Peacock: More specifically, to manipulate the SAFE and LOAD feature for a form of time manipulation!
Deadpool: But we’re not done talking about this nightmare yet, as Flowey has one more form. You see, when he gained the power of 6 human souls, it wasn’t enough.
Peacock: Long story short, he managed to get the human souls and the soul of almost every monster in the underground. These combined to create the power of 7 human souls! Which made him effectively god, the “God of Hyperdeath” as he calls himself.
Deadpool: And that’s not far off considering how powerful he is!

Hyper Goner-A giant goat skull shaped vortex that can EAT A TIMELINE!
Peacock: Asriel blows all the other forms out of the water with this godlike, directly universe threatening force!
Deadpool: He can create fire, summon lightning, use swords, fire a blaster, and can even eat a timeline with his Hyper Goner! And better yet, it’s all Pride Month colored!
Peacock: However, even with this power he still is defeated by Frisk. While they are no laughing matter either, he still has some noticeable weaknesses.
Deadpool: For example, his incredibly weak first form. Yeah, there’s a reason base Flowey isn’t known for his strength.
Peacock: Not only this, but he also has an incredible ego, which lets him underestimate his foes.
Deadpool: But even then, you better be careful behind the flowerbed, because Flowey is always watching.

Peacock: The Pines Family was one of the Gravity Falls town members that weren’t oblivious to the chaos around them. Along they’re journey they faced many monsters, but undoubtedly the most dangerous villain was Bill Cipher!
Deadpool: Bill Cipher is a dream demon who liberated his dimension because he was bored of it, and was after earth to make it his own personal playground. But first he needed to actually gain a physical form.
Peacock: You see, Bill only existed in the mindscape, meaning he could interact with people in their mind, but not in the real world. So he had to make a lot of deals in order to make it to the 3D dimension.
