All Might, also known as Toshinori Yagi, is a character from the manga series, My Hero Academia. He previously fought Might Guy in the 119th episode of Death Battle, All Might VS Might Guy.

History[]

Toshinori Yagi, aka All Might, is the tritagonist of My Hero Academia, the predecessor of his mentor Nana Shimura and the former student of Sorahiko Torino, aka Gran Torino. He was a quirkless, until Nana Shimura handed him her quirk "One for All" and became the eighth holder of the "One for All" quirk, eventually seeing the man's potential. When Shimura died, Yagi swore to uphold her legacy as the Symbol of Peace, becoming a very hero to most willing to stop villains and monsters, but this gains him a lifelong enemy in All For One, whom he had defeated and deformed years ago.

Today, Yagi became a husk of a man, severely weakened by One for All. 5 years since, he became physically broken, unable to use his Quirk extensively, unable to eat because of his stomach was gone and his respiratory systems damaged by half. But eventually, he found a successor, Izuku Midoriya. Reminding Midoriya of himself when he was Quirkless as well, and impressed with the young man's determination, Yagi trained and passed the One for All to Midoriya... as Shimura had before him.
