Wiz and Boomstick are about to say something, but Dave and Bambi walk in.
Dave: Let us handle this one, We got this.
Boomstick: Fine by me.
Wiz: Boomstick Wait!
Wiz goes chasing after Boomstick as Bambi nods his head.
Dave: The world of pallet town, so nice, beautiful, and filled to the brim with Pokemon.
Bambi: Other than Pokemon being forced to murder each other, yeah it's pretty nice.
Dave: Speaking of Pokemon, a young boy named Ash Ketchum read 10 years old. When a person reaches the age of 10, they are allowed to go on a Pokemon journey and catch Pokemon.
Bambi: However to do so, you must have a starter Pokemon. Either Charmander, Squirtle, or Bulbasaur.
Dave: When Ash was about to get his starter, all the Pokemon ran out. Luckily though, he was able to get a different Pokemon. And his name,
Bambi: Was Pikachu!
Dave: Pikachu has plenty of flashy attacks, like thunder jolt, a fireball made of lightning.
Bambi: The iron tail, where he turns his tail into iron.
Dave: Skull bash, where he bashes the opponents with his head. Think of Spyro's one attack from the Spyro games.
Bambi: Quick attack, a move that gives him super speed.
Dave: Thunder, where he summons a giant bolt of thunder.
Bambi: And Volt Tackle, where he makes himself a giant lightning ball.
Dave: Pikachu has been able to outrun countless Pokemon, helped Ash win various gym badges, and saved Ash from dangerous attacks.
Bambi: Now this is an impressive rat and all, but he does have a weakness.
Dave: Pikachu is very weak to ground type attacks. For example, if the Pokemon Onix hit him, he would lose a lot of health.
Bambi: But no matter, Pikachu will always be the most famous Pokemon, and for great reason.

Empoleon[]
Wiz: Trainers hailing from the Sinnoh region would have a between three Starter Pokemon. Turtwig, Chim-Char, and Piplup. Those who stuck with the latter, and raised it past it's second form, would gain the loyalty of Empoleon, the Emperor Pokemon!
Boomstick: This was your best choice ever. Empoleon is a Water-Steel type, making it weak to only Ground, Fighting and Steel, unluckily weak to the other opponents in this battle royale. And it has 10 resistances, two of them being 4x.
Wiz: Empoleon is also immune to all poison type moves and attacks.

Boomstick: Empoleon is pretty strong, being able to cleave through solid ice in a single stroke, and is comparable to Infernape and Torterra, who can defeated any foe it's size and shake mountains respectively.
Wiz: Empoleon's ability is torrent, an ability which power's up Empoleon's water type moves when his HP is below one third, allowing the water type to turn a battle around in a pinch.
Boomstick: But who needs anime reversal abilities when you have moves like aqua jet, a move that literally zips the user toward the opponent while surrounded with high pressure water.
Wiz: We can also estimate based on the size of Empoleon's mouth and the jet of water, that Empoleon is exerting around 40'000 PSI of water. And for comparison, dissolving point for Steel is around 80'000-90'000 PSI.
Boomstick: Charm, a move which Empoleon is anything but, lowers the opponent's physical attack by two stages. Useful for lowering the bar for other mons'.
Wiz: Swords dance is an extremely useful status move that raises the users physical attack by two stages, or in other words, doubles it. This can be used to power up Empoleon's physical attacks to increase the damage.
Boomstick: Swagger confuses the opponent, but also raises your opponents attack by two stages. A risky move if you ask me.
Wiz: Whirlpool has the user create, a well..whirlpool a tool that can be used for sucking other opponents in from a distance to inflict damage on multiple other Pokemon all at once, the only problem with this move is it's low power and accuracy.
Boomstick: Drill peck has the user spin around like there's no tomorrow, and downright skewers or stabs the opponent with the end of it's beak. Well, this is one way to end a battle.
Wiz: Hydro Pump is Empoleon's strongest move, with it's previously calculated strength of 40'000 PSI. This powerful water type move has the use deal a pure beam of high pressure water to decimate opponents in one strong blow.
Boomstick: But that's not it, Empoleon has a bunch of other TM's that it can use. Such as grass knot, a grass type special move that has the user summon a freaking blade of grass to twist out of the ground and trip the opponent up. Just why..
Wiz: Grass knot happens to have the special condition on dealing more damage on heavier opponents, in this case, Empoleon's grass knot would have a maximum of 60 base power.
Boomstick: Or earthquake, the only move not shown in the anime. This move summons an earthquake so devastating that it tears apart the land itself and creates huge fissures for opponent's to get crushed in.
Wiz: Another notable TM is aerial ace a flying type move on the weaker side, but it never misses it's target. A guaranteed attack.
Boomstick: As great of a Pokemon Empoleon is, it's speed does kinda suck, resulting in it's movement overall being quite sluggish and unforgiving at times.
Wiz: But if Empoleon can check past that, use it's diverse moveset and balanced stats to it's advantage. Empoleon can make itself out to be one formidable opponent!
