Boomstick: But even these monsters are not even comparable to these deadliest monster than rule them all.
Wiz: Like Exodia, the forbidden one!
Boomstick: And Godzilla, King of all monsters!
Wiz: With so much transformations, we are mainly dealing with their original form.
Boomstick: That's mean no Exodia Necross, Ecodia Incarnate, fifth form Godzilla, Super godzilla, Monster Warrior Godzilla, and other transformation that it can't get from outside support. It their classic form that we will be focusing on. He's Wiz and I'm Boomstick!
Wiz: And it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor, and skill to see who would win a Death Battle!

Wiz: But Solomon refused since the card have sentimental value with Kaiba kidnapped him to duel him for the card with Kaiba getting the card. So, Yugi battle Seto.
Boomstick: Seto Kaiba then summon three blue eyes white dragons with victory in his hands when Yugi pull out a card that pull the victory. And that victory is called Exodia

Wiz: Godzilla, the king of all monsters, he is a giant reptile that swim across the oceans with his name means Gorilia Whale with Godzilla what about to be a halve whale and halve gorillia when they decided to pick more of a dinosaur appeareance, and now he one of the most iconic moster that hit the big screens.
Boomstick: But before we talk about his powers, let talk about his first movie. in the oceans, a japanese fishing boat is attack in the water near Odo Island that sink into the bottom of the ocean. So, they send a rescue to find the rescuer when that boat dissapear into the ocean.
Wiz: Meanwhile onthe island Odo isalnd, the natives are having hard time catching fishes in the oceans when the elder say Godziila is the cause with an investigation of the island when they found the footprint that is radioactive when they see Godzilla rearing from the water into land when Yamane learn that Godzilla is a prehistoric hybrid of land and sea reptile that was mutated by the nuclear bombs.
Boomstick: So, the government create anti-godzilla was send out to fight against godzilla when the plan fail with Dr. Daisuke Serizawa show his scret project to Emiko a devise called oxygen destroyer to him killing Godzilla with him so that Oxygen Destroyer won't be used by evil. But then there more and more Godzilla throughout the years.
Wiz: Being radioactive, he have his iconic atomic breath being a blast of radiation that can hits target in space to firing three at once from his dorsal plates to tail beam.
Boomstick: And he have a ton of Atomic breathes, so here we go!
Wiz: He got Super atomic Breath.
Boomstick: It pretty much stronger version of Atomic Breath.
Wiz: Gorath Buster that increase the power so powerful that it destroy a small star.
Boomstick: There his Spiral Heat ray where he breath normal atomic breath that is wrapped around eletrical spiral that can reach the temperature of 1.2 Million degrees celsius or 214 times more hotter than the sun surface.
Wiz: Ring Breath that him fire rings that immobilizing foes.
Boomstick: Nuclear pulse that send a blast all around him to destroy everything around him.
Wiz: And one blast so powerful that it can destroy planets with the energy of 53 yottatons of energies.
Boomstick: But he not just atomic breath he have, he he able to abosrb energy to having magnetic abilities to pull metal toward him.

Boomstick: When not destroying Japan, Godzilla spend his time playing Basketball or dancing. We even mention that Godzilla can teleport into another planets, control million of lving beings to use their bodies to heal himself, rebuild himself at molecular level, and a magic hammer to reflect magic.
Wiz: He is able to fight Mecha Ghidorah who can travel Mach 5 speed.
Boomstick: He can also take a lot of hits from being in lava for five years, hits from thor who can hit with a force of 134,966 yottatons, and even from astroid that destroy a city without a scratch.
Wiz: He can lift Kaizer Ghidorah who weighs 100,000 tons to able to compete with mighty Thor who lift giant snake with the force of 272 trillion tons.
Boomstick: With all the powers, he have fought King Kong, Mother, King Ghidorah, MUTOs’, Rodan, Zillia, Destroyah, Fantastic four, and the avaengers.
Wiz: Despite of him being King of all monsters, Godzilla still have weakness, having in consistant terms of intelligent, with his big weight he is slow and clumsy.
Boomstick: But beware any foolish prey who dare challendge the almighty King of all monsters!

Wiz: All right the combatants are set to let's end this debate once and for all!
Boomstick: It's time for a DEATH BATTLE!

The camera show a fisherman with is son fishing on the beach with many people swimming having fun under the sun when the father went further in the ocean.
Fishermen: Okay son, the purfect way to catch a fish is with good bait. We will being using strips of squid.
So, the father taught the son how to Cast the fishing rod and the key to patience when fishing when the son got a bite.
Son: Hey, I got a bite!
Fisherman: Good, now reel the fish!
However, the creautre is so strong that it pulling so hard that the boat is getting pulled with them trying to hold on while the boat is traveling to the beach.

Then they saw Godzilla reaching above the water into the surface with many people from the beach screaming to get out of the way when the fishing line cut and the boat stop with the father and son looking in horror as they see the monster walking from the beach to the city that is near as it roaring.
Fisherman: May god have mercy for the people in the city.
As Godzilla walk toward the city, Yugi and his friends are walking in the city going to the competition.
Joey: Oh, yah! Another competiton. This will be my time to shine!
Tristan: Please, you shine like a rock.
Joey: Hay, don't you forget that I make it to the semi-finals in dual kingdom.

However, they see a mysterious person under a cloak walking up to Yugi.

So, they open the box to reveal all the cards to form exodia.
Tristan: What the? Why did the person give you all the cards to summon Exodia?
Joey: Maybe they are fakes?
Yugi: It look to real to be fakes.
That when they see people running away in one directions.
Joey: Now this, hey! What are running toward?
Then Tristen grab Rex Raptor from the ground to question.
Tristan: Hey, where all you guy are going?
Rex: We are not running toward something, we are running away from it!

Then he points foward to Godzilla aproching the city fast that is now causing huge quakes for every step and Rex push Tristen to start running away.

So, battle of the ages start with with opponents getting near with each others as the size each other size when Godzilla dash to claw swipes at Exodia when Exodia grab Godzilla arms as they trying to push each others when Godzillia use atomic breath on Exodia face that it push exodia across city destroying buildings. Then Exodia grab the portion of the building to throw at Godzillia that shatter the building to Exodia throwing another one when Godzilla use another atomic breath to destroy the part of the building. Exodia get close again to slam his fist again Godzilla to slamming his fist against Godzillia head to it chest that Exodia grab Godzilla and about to lift the giant monster when Godzillia slam Exodia with his legs to roar when Godzillia shoot a laser from his eyes that push Exodia further across the battle field. Then Godzillia turn around so quickly that it slam Exodia into the ground so hard that it launch Exodia into multiple skyscrapers destroying each on until Exodia crash into skyscraper. Godzillia then run toward so fast that Godzillia use his drop kick move across quickly heating Exodia through the building, and Godzillia get back up to bite onto exodia arms crushing it when Exodia kept punching Godzillia mouth over and over until Godzillia let go.
Exodia gets up to pick up a truck and slam it against Godzillia face as it exploded when Godzillia didn't flinch slam into exodia to crushing Exodia with it weight with Exodia barley getting up because of the weights. So, Godzillia get up to shoot spiral heat ray that the ray burn Exodia stomach to Godzillia stomping on Exodia head until Exodia regenerate from the hits to punching Godzillia that the attack trip Godzllia into the ground as Exodia healing more of the attack to picking up Godzillia by the tails to swing the giant monster and throw Godzillia across the city slamming into more buildings getting destroy as Exodia running toward his oppodents. Then Godzillia breath so powerful that it destroying much of the streets of the city when Exodia blocking the attack with his arms crossing his arms, so Exodia about to put back his arms when Godzillia just appear out of nowhere biting into the arm of Exodia that Godzillia rip the arm off from Exodia with the arm turning into sand, and Exodia slap Godzillia in the face when Exodia arm regrow back like nothing happen. Godzillia shoot three atomic blasts so hard that it launch Exodia into the moon with Exodia getting up to see the earth as he realized that he was on the moon. Without warning, he see Godzillia flying from earth to the Moon to getting into the ground but this time jumping higher with that they're less gravity on the moon.
The battle is continued with Exodia grab Surveyor 1 from the surface to throw the machine at godzillia with great force that is breach the speed of sound; however, Godzillia runs so fast that the machine explode on impact but Godzillia act like nothing happen to Godzillia stomping on the America flag as Godzillia jump into the air and slam his body on Exodia again to jumping on him to get some distance to use fire breath that destroy halve of the moon with both falling into earth atmosphere crashing into another city causing a huge explosion that destroy the city. Exodia is now healing the attack with Godzllia just getting up like nothing happens when Godzillia roars even more to use his tail beam to hit Exodia in the chest causing a huge scar on the chest that regenerate quickly. So, Godzillia breath ring breath that immobilizing Exodia into the place when Godzillia use Golden Spiral heat ray that send Exodia across the barren land that used to be a city with Godzillia running toward Exodia with great force that Godzillia kick launch Exodia into the crater rim. That where Exodia grab Godzillia head and slams the head into the crater rim multiple times until Godzillia use nuclear pulse that cause another crater launching Exodia back. They look at each others like if they just started the battle, now with each other getting tired of battling this long, they prepared for their final battle and finishing it.
So, the final part of the battle is when Exodia grab concrete blocks that used to be skyscrapers throwing them at Godzillia with nothing more than flies to Godzillia as Godzillia walking toward Exodia while walking throw the projectiles to use atomic breath that destroy all Exodia throwing weapons to godzillia use magnetic powers to pull Exodia toward Godzillia. Then Godzillia bite on Exodia head multiple times trying to kick Exodia until when Exodia head but Godzillia to a punch that send godzilla backwards for few meters when Exodia throwing more punches multiple times over and over when finally Exodia charge a blast of energy inside his hands when Godzillia charging his attack atomic breath that each collides to cause a huge explosion that it destroy entire Madagascar with all the forests and cities on the island, and inside the middle of the crater Exodia with one leg and slowly regenerating his arms calm down as he deafeated his foe, but in the smoke, he can heard Godzillia roaring at his weak foe to seeing Godzillia with no scratch from the battles they fought as he charge in for his final attack as Godzillia use Orange atomic Breath that is so powerful that it engulfs Exodia entire body that the body have turn into glass as the sand in Exodia liquified into glass and Godzliia roaring so loud that the glass shatter into many pieces.
Conclusion[]
Boomstick: Whoa, did Exodia turn into glass! Now Godzillia only need a large case for the master pieces!
Wiz: I couldn't belived it!
Boomstick: What, Godzillia have a giant case!
Wiz: No, this is the first Death Battle that where a character completly stomp another character.
Boomstick: Yep, this fight is clearly a win for Godzillia. First that is way stronger by lifting 100,000 tons while Exodia able to break those chains with the force of 1,680,000 pounds or 120 times stronger. But Godzillia have shown feats to Thor!
Wiz: Durability is also clear when Godzillia survive Thor attacks that equal to 134,966 yottatons of TNT with Exodia only beng able to survive 5.6 Yottatons. Amazing feat, but nothing comparable to Godzillia.
Boomstick: Power is another that Godzllia get when he exploded the small star that need 22 foe of energy.
Wiz: Agility because that while Exodia can fight Zorc who can travel 6,759,794 Miles per hour, Godzillia able to hit a foe in space that travel across galaxies!
Boomstick: Also that Godzillia have way more abilities in his sleeves... does Godzillia ever wears clothes? Nethermind, Godzillia have those abilites to fight far distance with close distance attacks with Exodia with only one.
Wiz: With all that power, Godzillia can defeat every monsters in Yu-Gi-Oh and it still be a unfair fight for Yu-Gi-Oh monsters.
Boomstick: Look Like Exodia heart wasn't in the battle!
Wiz: The winner is Godzilla!
