History[]

Being born to Charlotte Ress who sadly passed away from giving birth to him, Ethan Ress was left in the hands of his father, Percy Ress, and older Brother, Rick Ress. Percy's love for his wife and hatred for her death caused him to hate his own son and begin neglecting him and ignoring him. Percy's hate for Ethan grew after Ethan turned six and developed Fire Manipulation. Being jealous over the fact that Ethan got powers out of his entire family line, Percy took Ethan to a Power-Swap, a place where people could swap powers. Took him there and in an act of jealousy had the worker switch their powers, granting Percy the firepower and leaving Ethan powerless.

This event left Ethan distraught because he had dreams and looked up to heroes and wanted to become one. During these times it was Rick who helped Ethan through his father's neglect and abuse. Entering Middle School Ethan would meet people like Tom, Lin, Catrine, Mark, Britney, Max, Matt, Chip, Finn, and Alex.

During these times, Matt and Max would find out about Ethan's past and powers and Max decided to let Ethan keep one of his Electrical Swords. Tom would also help in getting Ethan become a hero by helping him train with Rathen.

Ethan's relationship with his father would turn sour even more after Percy discovered Ethan was given a sword and cut him off from his life. Ethan would go along with his friends and fight in a school tournament with 4 other schools. He would team up with Coen and two other students, Tabe Sanders and Jake Freeman where they would make it to the finals but lose.

Ethan would then be brought into the war against Flint Dreaz where despite his dad's hatred for him, he would attempt to save him and Rick. He would have a fight with Vibro and would pull through and win, subduing Schmit. After his fight with Vibro, Percy finally started to change how he treated Ethan.

However despite the family trying their hardest to become better when Jericho arrived, Percy would put himself between Jericho and attempted to stop him but since his powers weren't his, and thus his body couldn't handle the power, the heat would get to him and was killed during the fight as Rick had to pull Ethan away as he tried to fight against him to save his father.

After some time passes with Jericho, Ethan would help fight against Marklyn Rayner.

    • Both their Arms light up, filling with multiple colors before slamming into the opponent downwards

    • The same as Rainbow Slam but with their Legs except they kick upwards
  • Lonnection
    • Mash of Love and Connection
    • Ethan can share half of his Durability, Strength and Speed with Matt and any of his other friends

Super Moves[]

Note these can only be accessed when Ethan works together with his friends

  • Light flash
    • Ethan blinds the opponents with a beam from his sword before Matt throws a series of punches or slams them with multiple objects
  • Double decker slam
    • The two punch the opponent hard enough it creates a shockwave
  • Fury Rush
    • Both take turns throwing rapid punches to the opponents face
  • Blind Blast
    • Matt slams the opponents head into something, blinding them before Ethan unleashes a blast from his sword

  • Was trained by Rathen in multiple Martial arts moves
  • Despite no longer having his fire, he should still scale to his father who was able to obliterate an Island
  • Can take explosions from Thunderstorm
  • Is able to take blasts from Catrine
    • A simple blast from him is capable of destroying a building

    • Danny Fray was able to throw a Basketball into Orbit in just 5 seconds And was fast enough to run on water.
    • Alex Bruth burst through a cave wall.
    • Finn Dixon was able to rip up a Pilliar made of stone.
    • Him and all of his friends took a hit that was strong enough to shake an entire Collage campus.
  • All of Max's electrical swords can destroy planets so it shouldn't be a far stretch to say Ethan's can do the same.
  • Helped Tabe, Coen, and Jake get Second place in a Tournament

Feats with Matthew Ling and his friends[]

Note these feats are only possible with Matt or his other friends

  • Dodging bullets
  • Leveling buildings
  • Both leveled around three city blocks
  • The shockwave from Double Decker Slam can reach well up to 12 Feet and shatters multiple buildings
  • Knocked back multiple bullets
  • Lection allows Matt to gain a 50 split with Ethan
  • Using Lection (Around 50%) allowed them to dispearse a storm made by Nil Ein that covered an entire Country
  • Feats with his friends
    • Ethan and Tom fought against Fronen who at one point ripped up an entire mountain
    • Ethan and Elliott dodged a beam moving at 20% the speed of light
    • Ethan and Mark Converted enough energy to rattle the earth
    • Ethan, Zeke, and Amanda survived a warehouse exploding
    • Ethan, Leo, Tyler, Elizabeth, Jentry, and Fifi created a shockwave that spilt a planet in half
    • When sharing Lonnection with all his friends, (get ready for this). Ethan, Tom, Matt, Abby, Lin, Jentry, Britney, Max, Catrine, Amanda, Mark, Julieta, Finn, Alex, Jeremy, Chip, Aaron, Tyler, Oliver, Coen, Elizabeth, Abigail, Elliott, Ceejay, Dylon, Blair, Jonathan, Ali, Zlatica, Fifi, Tyson, and Zeke were able to overpower Rayner.
      • When everyone clashed their Lonnection beams with Rayner it was strong enough to shake the Multiverse.
      • This feats power should be split between 1/31 between them all.

Flaws[]

  • Sword can only absorb so much energy
  • His team lost to Max, Elliott, Shaun, and Tyson in the final round of the Tournament

Matt and Ethan's Flaws[]

  • The're still kids
  • Matt isn't as near the level of fighting experience as Ethan is
  • Matt usually gets 5% of Ethan's power and can only truly reach 50% without any serious damage to his body
    • Same goes for Ethan
    • So its sort of a Last ditch move it all else fails.
  • Ethan using Lonnection with all his friends caused them all to nearly collapse of exhaustion.

Mary sue Test[]

Ethan is a quiet and Sky kid who dosent really like to get involved but he still has a caring heart for his friends and has looked up to many heroes for years
