Note: This is a bonus Death Battle and does not count towards FNAFpro52's season count. Also, spoiler warning for Oblitus Casa. Go play it. It's fucking awesome.
Intro[]
Carl: Ennard, Five Nights at Freddy's amalgamation of the Funtime Animatronics.
Yazo: Hourglass, Five Nights at Treasure Island's amalgamation of the Toons.
Carl: These monsters are willing to do whatever it takes to achieve their freedom. Whether it takes murder or not, they will take any risk,
Yazo: And hey, Treasure Island is a FNAF fan game, so that's neat! He's Carl and I'm Yazo.
Carl: And it's our job to analyze their armor, weapons, and skills to find out who would win, a Death Battle!
Ennard will find a way out in Death Battle![]
Note: For the sake of argument, we will not be considering Tangle from Security Breach as a valid form that Ennard can take on. Tangle was acquired through very specific circumstances, and also doesn't really fit with the story. I mean, somehow, the freaking Missing Children are part of Tangle. HOW!?!??!?!?!??!!?
Carl: In-
Yazo: Five Nights at Freddy's is weird. End of analysis.
Carl: *sigh* I should've predicted something like that. We can't end it here, we have to talk about Ennard's backstory, powers, and feats. Plus, this is a bonus battle. You're being paid extra.
Yazo: I was being paid a bottle of vodka, what were you being paid?
Carl: Beakers.
Yazo: Wait... aren't we just text on a computer screen being written by someone who definitely needs to find an actual hobby?
Carl: No.
Yazo: Okay. Anyways, you all know the deal. British man and his friend start business, business goes wrong because British daughter gets killed by a clown, British son's head go crunch, British man goes insane and kills a bunch of children and yadda yadda yadda.
Carl: Are you trying to avoid his name for a reason?
Yazo: Well, duh! Remember our previous FNAF battles. That tea-drinking motherfucker is literally our version of Deadpool.
Carl: Well, actually, Glitchtrap is the Mimic so technically there's no way for him to interrupt our analysis-
Afton: Wrong, idiot.
Yazo: GOD DAMMIT!
Carl: How are you even here? Aren't you supposed to be in hell being tortured by Cassidy?
Afton: I convinced her to let me out for a short period of time because she thought it would be funny if I interrupted your analysis.
Yazo: So... she's only let you out... because she thought it would be funny?
Afton: Yeah, pretty much. Anywho, which animatronic are you doing now? Ah, Ennard! The burnt pile of spaghetti! This'll be fun!
Carl: Sure. *ahem* Our friend here, alongside Fredbear's Family Diner, opened an underground facility known as Circus Baby's Entertainment and Rentals. It was designed to keep animatronics in storage to be rented for birthday parties. After a while though, it became evident to animatronics, known as the Funtime animatronics, that they were not going to be rented again.
Afton: Ah, yes, the Funtime animatronics. Funtime Freddy, Funtime Foxy, Ballora, and one of my personal magnum opuses, Circus Baby. She can dance, she can sing, she's equipped with a built-in helium tank for inflating balloons right at her fingertips. She can take song requests. She can even dispense ice-cream.
Yazo: With all due respect, those aren't the design choices we were curious about, Mr. Afton.
Carl: And the award for the lamest reference goes to you two. Anyways, as it turns out, the board member was right to be suspicious. Afton had developed the Funtime animatronics specifically to hunt children in order to experiment with a chemical he'd discovered known as Remnant. And... I don't wanna explain Remnant again. I'm sure you can give a great description of it, William.
Afton: Mhm, fine. Remnant is the manifestation of a human's memories, basically it's someones trapped soul. It can attach itself to inanimate objects, allowing the person to be revived within said inanimate object. Such as an animatronic, for an example.
Yazo: Yup! You may remember us covering another animatronic who was possessed by the soul of a small child. Jeremy, who possessed the Bonnie animatronic, who fought against the Projectionist? Yeah, you've (hopefully) read it. Anyways, back to the Funtime animatronics. As far as we know, only one of the Funtime animatronics were possessed.
Carl: Well, I mean, it depends on what theories you believe... you could believe that the missing children do possess the Funtime animatronics... or you could believe that Mrs. Afton possesses Ballora.
Afton: The only people who believe that Mrs. Afton possesses Ballora are Gacha kids.
Yazo: Jesus dude, isn't that your wife or something?
Afton: Technically not confirmed.
Yazo: Are... are you hitting me with the "um actually"
Carl: Both of you shut up. Moving on, the only CONFIRMED Funtime animatronic that is possessed is Circus Baby, who ended up successfully luring away a child. But that child ended up being William's daughter, Elizabeth. Elizabeth ended up possessing Circus Baby. The rest of the Funtime animatronics might just be Remnant harvesters.
Afton: But, over time, the Funtime animatronics slowly realized that they were trapped underground and needed to escape at all costs. So, when a certain nightguard came into the underground under... someone else's instructions, *cough cough* me. *cough cough* The Funtime animatronics formulated a plan to figure out how to escape from the facility.
Yazo: After like, five nights of trying to kill him, Circus Baby finally gaslighted the nightguard enough to lure him into the Scooping Room. Well... at least the nightguard thought it was Circus Baby. Turns out that the animatronic's master plan was executed a lot sooner than he could've guessed.
Carl: All of the Funtime animatronics were all sent to the scooping room and they were combined into one animatronic. The amalgamation known as Ennard. Mainly controlled by Circus Baby, the ringleader, the amalgamation lured the nightguard into the backroom for a very specific purpose. To use the Scooper on him.
Afton: The S.C.U.P. It stands for Scalable Creation of Ulterior Presence. Normally it's only used to dismantle animatronics or experiment with remnant. But when used on a human... well... let's just say that the nightguard did not have a very pleasant time.
Carl: And what Elizabeth didn't realize was that the nightguard... was her own brother. Michael Afton.
Yazo: That is until that's retconned by Tales Around The Pizza Plex. They already ruined FNAF 4, I wouldn't be surprised.
Afton: Truly a pity. Michael lost all of his internal organs. Well, supposedly. The details were never given. And I kinda doubt he tell us if we asked him.
Carl: Yes. Michael was killed and Ennard used his body as a skin suit, and the animatronics escaped the underground facility to never return again. But it didn't take long for Michael's body to decompose. Not that it mattered. The Funtime animatronics had already escaped. So Ennard retreated to the sewers and left Michael behind. But... well... he didn't die.
Yazo: But we're not focusing on Michael, we're focusing on Ennard.
Afton: Due to being an amalgmation of the Funtime animatronics, Ennard likely has the functionality of the Funtime animatronics themselves. Meaning everything that Funtime Freddy, Funtime Foxy, Circus Baby, and Ballora can do. Such as Voice Mimicry. Ennard can harness any of the animatronic's voices to speak in their voice. Not to mention, Funtime Foxy a nd Funtime Freddy could also mimic the voices of humans. They could also speak in the voice of Elizabeth, although this may just be Elizabeth speaking through Ennard.
Carl: Much like every other animatronic in Five Nights at Freddy's, Ennard is stealthy, being able to evade the intelligent and perceptive Michael Afton, who should be comparable to his father here. Ennard should also be comparable to the likes of Freddy Fazbear, who has been known to use the darkness to hide himself.
Yazo: Then there's the Promixity Sensor from Funtime Freddy, which does pretty much what you think it does. It allows Ennard to basically detect anyone in a 360 degree range around him, making it easy to hunt prey, even in the dark. This is further helped by the Light Activation Sensor from Funtime Foxy. The Light Activation Sensor basically allows Ennard to detect changes it lighting, basically making any source of light a hindrance in an encounter with him.
Afton: The Variable Sense release is also from Funtime Foxy, which does what you think it does, releases scents to lure in victims to lead them to an early demise. And the Remote Floor Anchor... well, we don't actually know what it does, but it can be assumed that it locks Ennard in place. This may explain why Ennard is so good at climbing different surfaces with relative ease.
Carl: And for the final thing, Ennard was shown to be rendered almost null to UCN's vent tracker, being almost invisible on it. This implies that Ennard is extremely hard to track with normal methods. Now, onto feats.
Yazo: To start, all animatronics scale to the "WAS THAT THE BITE OF 87!?" feat, where Fredbear crushes the skull of the Crying Child with absolute ease. Ennard should also be comparable, if not superior, to the original and toy animatronics, who could cross large chunks of their respective pizzerias in an instant, faster than the player can react.
Afton: Ennard, being an animatronic, is naturally made of metal, which can usually withstand a force of an upwards of 20 tons before breaking. He should also be comparable to Foxy, who was able to smash arcade machines, which are similarly made of metal. And, being made from Funtime Foxy, Ennard should be able to have similar speeds to Funtime Foxy, along with other animatronics such as Foxy, Roxanne Wolf, and myself, who can move at superhuman speeds and move faster than people can react. I myself managed to break an officer's arm before he could react. Or, rather, the novel version of myself, but let's not get into the semantics.
Carl: Semantics is literally what we do here.
Afton: Silence.
Carl: Whatever, I'm literally right. Ennard should be comparable to Ballora, who withstood a hit from the Scooper, the device created to dismantle animatronics, until it struck her again. He should scale to ol' Willy over here, who could seemingly rip metal apart with his bare hands somehow. And finally, Ennard managed to manipulate, outsmart, and kill Michael in both of Sister Location's endings, implying that Ennard, or the souls possessing him, are as intelligent, if not more intelligent, than Michael, who is comparable to his father.
Afton: Yeah, right.
Yazo: Damn. That's your kid, man, are you really getting jealous over him being potentially smarter than you?
Afton: He set me on fire, like, twice. He's a piece of shit.
Yazo: I... uh... think he had a good reason to set you on fire.
Carl: Shut up, both of you. Anyways, onto Ennard's weaknesses. For one, he is incredibly prone to fire. That's how he's "killed" in FNaF 6 and in Help Wanted, although he's proven to be quite resilient to it. His second weakness is that the different robots and souls inside of Ennard tend to argue with one another, which inevitably led to the transformation from Ennard to Molten Freddy. The two primary controllers seem to be Elizabeth and Funtime Freddy.
Yazo: But, regardless, you should always make sure to Watch Your Six when dealing with Ennard.
"You are in the scooping room now. Funtime Foxy has already been here today. Funtime Freddy has already been here today. Ballora has already been here today. Circus Baby has already been here today. I’ve been out before, but they always put me back. They always put us back inside. There is nowhere for us to hide here. There is nowhere to go... ..when we look like this. But if we looked like you, then we could hide. If we looked like you, then we would have somewhere to go. The scooper only hurts for a moment."
Does Death Battle wanna see Hourglass' head come off?[]
Carl: As you probably know, Five Nights at Freddy's has spawned several fan games. Game Jolt alone has over ten thousand FNaF fan games. You may know many of them. Games such as Five Nights at Candy's, Popgoes, The Joy of Creation, One Night at Flumpty's, Baby's Nightmare Circus, Playtime with Percy, Rat Race, The Glitched Attraction, Animator's Hell, Tyke and Sons Lumber Co, JR's, Jolly's, Five Nights at Chuck E. Cheese's, and many, many others I could mention. But one of the most famous, and perhaps one of the first, FNaF fangames was one you've also probably heard of. Five Nights at Treasure Island, and it's sequel, Oblitus Casa.
Yazo: Although, it wasn't really released until Team Radiance took over. There were demos released by others, but we like to assume that Team Radiance made the definitive edition of FNaTI. Originally created by this dude named AnArt1996, the concept of Five Nights at Treasure Island was the unholy combination of FNaF and a popular creepypasta at the time, Abandoned By Disney. It basically just threw creepy versions of Mickey Mouse and similar characters into a FNaF setting to be honest.
Afton: ...What? Creepy versions of Mickey Mouse and other Disney characters? Hold on, let me see...
Yazo shows Afton a bunch of pictures of various FNaTI characters.
Afton: Huh. Y'know, I should be taking notes. Some of these designs are fantastically horrifying. Hey, wait, what's that?
Yazo: Hm? Oh, that's our combatant.
Afton: Why does he go from a green human thing to a horrifying ink creature?
Carl: That's because the monster known as Hourglass went through quite the history in terms of design. Team Radiance gave them an entire overhaul.
Afton: Bendy-looking ass.
Yazo: Damn dude, you don't need to insult him.
Carl: In his original concept, Hourglass was a green humanoid with an earless Mickey Mouse head. Relatively little was known about Hourglass, as he was scrapped from the original concept of FNaTI, other than the fact that he could turn his head in a 180 degree motion and a few screenshots of Hourglass on different cameras. We don't even know what role Hourglass would've played in the game.
Yazo: But, thankfully for this scrapped character, Team Radiance completely conceptualized him. While he kept the Mickey Mouse head and his vaguely human shape, everything else about Hourglass was entirely changed. But we have to cover the story of FNaTI before we can do that.
Afton: So, according to what I'm reading, an organization known as the Supernatural Studies Association, or SSA for short. They were sent to investigate an island known as Discovery Island, an island off the coast of Disney World that was closed to the public in 1999. Though it was believed to be entirely deserted, rumors arose that drew the SSA to investigate the island.
Carl: Only four members of the SSA are known. These members being Greg Mac Lochlainn, Lisa Bertsch, Henry Miller, and Jake Smith, the main protagonist. They all investigated the island, with Jake staying in the office to watch over the island. They found some truly frightening things, namely the living cartoon characters that were spotted wandering the island.
Yazo: And they were pretty damn weird. An inverted Mickey character, a head of Donald, an armless Oswald, a headless Goofy, a distorted Minnie, and something simply called "The Face" which is the most horrifying thing to mankind. There were other things, but those were the ones they found. Slowly, the different members went missing, until only Jake remained.
Carl: Jake managed to fend off the different sentient cartoon characters. The Toons grew more and more desperate. Once Night 6 rolled around, Photo-Negative Mickey, Oswald, Acephalous, Impurity, and Disembodied all fused into one being. As you can imagine, this entity was Hourglass. And he had a few tricks up his sleeve to try and kill Jake.
Yazo: For one, Hourglass, much like the toons that fused together to form it, is incredibly stealthy. In Oblitus Casa, he uses the darkness of the tunnels to try and kill Jake. But we can also pull from the toons to prove this. Oswald in particular was known for hiding in the darkness during the events of FNaTI.
Afton: Enhanced Hearing is exactly what you think it is. Apparently, Photo-Negative Mickey and Oswald both used their hearing to try and kill their targets. Although this can also be used as a detriment, as loud noises can distract Hourglass from killing a target. Along with this, Hourglass takes the ability to teleport from Impurity, warping around the building quickly.
Carl: Another ability that Hourglass takes from Impurity is the ability to float off of the ground. Impurity usually floats about five feet off of the ground, mimicking the action of... hanging herself. Yeah, it's a horror game, why were you expecting? Anyways, the next ability of Hourglass is something we're calling "Vibration Detection" taken from Acephalous. Basically, Acephalous doesn't have a head and is therefore blind. But according to Acephalous' log, Acephalous can detect movement through the vibration that a victim gives off. Basically, Hourglass can detect movement.
Yazo: And for the last ability... well, calling it an ability is technically a lie. It's more-so just the nature of Hourglass itself. Basically, Hourglass' body is made up of ink. While it doesn't appear that he can... control it for lack of a better term, it does seem to make Hourglass a more awkward target to hit along with having a bunch of inhuman properties.
Afton: But despite Hourglass' most valiant efforts, Jake managed to fend the ink creature off and he escaped the building where the toons were found. Hourglass itself fled and retreated into the sewers of Treasure Island. But despite his hiding, Jake encountered Hourglass five more times in the tunnels, where Hourglass failed to kill Jake. And then Night 5 rolled around.
Carl: Jake set Hourglass ablaze, completely destroying the inky creature. This pissed off another entity. The being known as MOTHER. While we don't know exact role MOTHER plays within the story of FNaTI, it does appear that MOTHER created the toons that make up Hourglass. In fact, she might've been the entity that fused the toons into Hourglass. This would make sense, as MOTHER refers to Hourglass and the other toons as her "children."
Yazo: Also, MOTHER is a rewritten and updated version of a scrapped character named GOD. Thought we'd mention that.
Afton: Yeah, emphasis on "rewritten." It's not as impressive as you may think.
Yazo: Still doesn't stop me from making a Sonic.EXE joke.
Carl: May as well make it now. Sonic.EXE didn't even say "I AM GOD" when we used him on a DBF.
Afton: Really? That's like writing a battle with me and not having me say, "I always come back!"
Yazo: Yeah, whatever nerd. Anyways, we're gonna stop talking here. If you want to know the rest of Oblitus Casa's story, go play it or watch a YouTuber play it or something. The game's amazing, guys. Onto Hourglass' feats.
Carl: Hourglass really only has three feats. One for the each of us, how convenient. The first was has us analyzing the FNaTI's game over screen, which seems to showcase Jake being ripped limb from limb. And ripping a human to pieces is no easy feat. Ripping off an arm would take just over one ton of pressure to perform. But Hourglass does it.
Yazo: Hourglass should scale, if not scale above, to Dismebodied, who managed to make it from the Mascot Prep room to the Office within a few seconds. This is impressive when you consider that there is a hallway between Jake's office and the Mascot Prep room from where Dismebodied starts.
Afton: And then the last one. In Oblitus Casa, Hourglass was capable of easily blitzing Jake and killing him instantly, moving faster than Jake could react. But then this segways into Hourglass' weaknesses. Namely, Hourglass' adverseness to light. A lighter was enough to ward off Hourglass. I think flipping on a light switch would actually kill Hourglass.
Carl: Not to mention that despite its tenacity, Hourglass never successfully killed Jake. In fact, the reverse happened and Hourglass was engulfed in flames, which is another weakness for Hourglass. It is susceptible to flames and was quickly consumed by it.
Yazo: But, regardless, if this thing appears in your office, pray to your god and make peace with them. Because it may be your Final Night.
"Come on, don't leave me behind. Come on, don't leave me behind again."
Pre-Death Battle[]
Carl: Alright, the combatants are set and we've run the data through all possibilities. Let's end this debate once and for all!
Yazo: Right now, it's time for a DEATH BATTLEEEEE!!!
Death Battle![]
In the tunnels that ran through underneath Treasure Island, one man walked through the darkness, a lighter gripped in his hand, dimly lighting the way for him to see. Jake Smith glanced around the tunnels and squinted into the darkness. He continued to walk along, making his way further through the tunnels. He froze when he heard something, moving his lighter around in an attempt to spot the source of the sound.
Breathing noises.
Unfortunately, Jake had a pretty good idea of what exactly was making these sounds. Although he couldn't repel it until he spotted the damn thing. He heard something shifting in the darkness... wait, no, there's two things moving in the darkness. Jake spun around, trying to identify the second figure. Unlike the first one, he had no idea who this second one was.
Jake turned around and came face-to-face with something he wasn't expecting. Another human, although this one had rotten, purple skin, no shirt on, and a pair of blue jeans on. This man was Michael Afton. Or so it appeared to be. Jake stepped back from Michael, still holding his lighter in front of him. Jake wasn't entirely sure what to do. He could hear the first figure still shifting in the darkness, but he couldn't just turn his back on this rotten-skinned man.
Suddenly, Michael's head pointed towards the ceiling as he began to retch violently. Jake took another step from Michael. Suddenly, emerging from Michael's mouth came a bundle of wires, all falling onto the ground. After a few seconds, the wires amassed into a singular being. Placing on its clown mask, Ennard looked down at Jake, taking a step towards the man.
Jake glanced at Michael, behind Ennard, who had collapsed, but Jake could see him moving ever so slightly. Jake could also hear the figure behind him. Ennard reached a hand out towards Jake. Suddenly, a loud screech came from behind Jake, as the man suddenly had an idea. Jake darted to the side, taking off running past Ennard and grabbing Michael by the arm, dragging him off.
Ennard was about to chase after Jake and Michael, when it was suddenly tackled by a black mass. Ennard and the black mass tumbled to the ground. Ennard got up and turned to the black mass, revealed to be Hourglass. The two amalgamations stared at each other, before immediately taking on aggressive stances.
"Hear me."
"You're not who I expected to see..."
FIGHT![]
Ennard and Hourglass charged at each other and locked arms with each other, pushing and shoving. Eventually, Ennard won the brief struggle and pushed Hourglass to the ground. Ennard leapt at Hourglass and swiped at them, but the inky creature rolled aside, dodging the animatronic's attack. Hourglass darted forward and slashed at Ennard, causing it to take a step back. Then, Hourglass tackled Ennard and bite down on the amalgamation's arm.
Ennard punched Hourglass in the face several times, before using its legs to push Hourglass away, forcing it to let go of its arm. Hourglass rolled off of the ground and was quickly back on its feet. Hourglass glanced around, but it seemed that Ennard had retreated into the darkness of the underground tunnels. Hourglass screeched and ran into the darkness itself.
The sounds of mechanical squeaking and breathing echoed throughout the underground tunnels. Sounds of metal grinding against metal suddenly rang out as Ennard was thrown from the darkness, only to be dog-piled by Hourglass, who began to viciously rip, tear, and smash at Ennard's wires. Ennard slashed at Hourglass' neck, briefly stunning the inky creature, allowing Ennard to push Hourglass off.
Ennard gets back onto its feet and grips Hourglass by its mask and slams its head into the wall, before grinding the creature's head against the wall, dragging it along. Eventually, Hourglass simply disappeared in Ennard's grip. The animatronic looked around, before being struck from behind by Hourglass, being slammed into the wall, before throwing Ennard deeper into the tunnel.
Ennard got back up and side-stepped into the darkness once again. Hourglass rushed forward and followed Ennard. Hourglass walked through the darkness, glancing around, looking for the amalgamation. Hourglass suddenly froze, before spinning around and smacking Ennard's arm, which was reaching out from the darkness. Ennard laughed with Funtime Freddy's voice before pulling its arm back into the darkness.
Hourglass leapt into the darkness, but ended up hitting nothing. Hourglass looked around once more, trying to spot Ennard. Suddenly, Hourglass noticed the vibrations of movement in front of itself, before charging forward, tackling right into Ennard. The two slammed into the wall. Hourglass recovered first and grabbed Ennard by the neck, before slamming Ennard's face into the wall several times, cracking the tunnel's wall. Ennard backhanded Hourglass, pushing the ink creature away. Ennard tried to slash at Hourglass, but it disappeared before Ennard could make contact with it.
F. Freddy: Huh? Where'd it go?
Ballora: I believe it's... teleporting.
F. Foxy: Well, ain't that just wonderful! Should we... up the ante?
F. Freddy: Must everything be so dramatic with you, Foxy?
F. Foxy: Why, of course it must be! Have you ever met me?
Circus Baby: Silence. It must be around here somewhere. It can't hide forever.
Ennard glanced around, before staring at the wall. Ennard walked over to it and began to scale the wall, making its way onto the ceiling. Ennard crawled along, trying to find Hourglass through the Proximity Sensor, although it appears Hourglass was nowhere within the sensor's range. Crawling along the ceiling, Ennard couldn't spot Hourglass in the darkness of the tunnels.
Suddenly, the Proximity Sensor noticed something. Ennard snapped off to the side to see Hourglass crawling along the ceiling as well. Hourglass grabbed Ennard and slammed its head into the ceiling multiple times, before tearing downward, causing Ennard to lose its grip of the ceiling, holding on through its feet, but it isn't long before Hourglass seperated those from the ceiling as well. Ennard fell to the ground, releasing a loud clanking sound. "She's not happy." Hourglass murmured, before crawling off back into the darkness.
Ennard pulled himself to his feet, slowly cackling in Freddy's voice. "What a party pooper!" Ennard said in Funtime Freddy's voice, before suddenly switching to Funtime Foxy's. "It's time to take your final bow!" Ennard yelled out, Funtime Foxy's voice ringing out and echoing throughout the tunnels. Ennard began to walk back into the darkness.
Circus Baby: Are you kidding me, Foxy? You just ruined any chance of sneaking up on this thing.
F. Foxy: Oh, lighten up. We weren't sneaking up on it regardless. It seems to possess the ability to spot us in the dark. We're not surprising that thing any time soon.
Ballora: That doesn't mean we cannot take precautions, Foxy. Just... be more careful.
F. Freddy: I'M GOING TO RIP THIS THING TO SHREDS! :D
Ennard kept walking through the darkness, before crawling back onto the wall, slinking onto the ceiling. It turned its head to glance around, scanning the different tunnels. Suddenly, Ennard lowered back to the floor and reached into its own body. Ennard takes a chunk of itself out of its body and kneels down, placing it on the ground.
The chunk begins to play music, Ballora's music box, Crumbling Dreams, to be exact. It echoed throughout the tunnels, which was responded to with a screech from Hourglass. Ennard stands up and glances behind itself. "Don't be shy." Ennard says using Ballora's voice, taunting Hourglass in the process. Ennard glances up and leaps at the ceiling, crawling back onto it.
Across the tunnels, Hourglass looked around wildly. The music was practically destroying Hourglass' eardrums. Sure, it wasn't super loud, but its enhanced hearing was amplifying the sound, making it practically deafening. Hourglass screeched once again, briefly drowning out the music. Hourglass thrashed around, slamming into walls in the process.
Circus Baby: Good thinking, Ballora, with the music box. It seems you were right about its hearing.
Ballora: It is no problem. The least I could do.
F. Foxy: It appears our friend is panicking. Shall we give it a show to remember?
F. Freddy: Sure! As long as I can make it feel more pain than anything it's ever felt!
F. Foxy: That, I can oblige with, my friend!
Ennard began to silently crawl above Hourglass, who is still panicking because of the music. It made it to the opposite wall and dragged its way down it, making its way to the floor. Ennard moved slowly, trying to creep up on Hourglass, who eventually spotted Ennard during its panic. Hourglass slammed its entire body weight into Ennard, causing the both of them to flail into a wall and fall to the floor. Hourglass reeled one of its arms back, and struck Ennard's mask, causing part of it to fall off, partially revealing Ennard's true face.
Ennard dug its claws into Hourglass' arm and dug into its flesh (ink?) and scraped against it, causing Hourglass to let out a pained screech. Ennard pushed Hourglass off, who immediately ran off into the darkness, stumbling and slipping in the process. Ennard cackled with Funtime Freddy's voice. "You must be hearing things, silly!" Ennard said, switching to Bon-Bon's voice.
Suddenly, Ennard hear something... it glanced off to the side. It spotted a singular object on the ground.
A lighter with a single flame, flickering. Amidst a very certain liquid. Seemingly a final gift from Jake Smith and Michael Afton. Ennard didn't need a scanner to know exactly what sort of liquid this was. A second later, the liquid caught ablaze and quickly spread throughout the tunnels. The music died out, that piece of Ennard it left behind burning to a crisp.
Despite the situation, Ennard continued to cackle with Funtime Freddy's voice, placing a hand on its mask and ripping it off of its own face, dropping the mask, leaving it to clatter against the ground. Ennard began to walk into the not-so-dark-now tunnels. Across the tunnels, Hourglass' head darted around, staring at the fire and nervously backing away from it.
Suddenly, emerging from behind Hourglass was Ennard, who quickly gripped around Hourglass' head and smashed it against the wall, breaking the gas mask Hourglass wore in the process. Hourglass swiped and smacked Ennard away, before taking off the mask, revealing the inky face underneath.
F. Freddy: Wow! This thing's almost as ugly as we are!
Ballora: Don't be so harsh. Although... we both certainly look monstrous.
Hourglass leapt forward and tackled Ennard, pushing the back of the animatronic's head into the fire, heating up the metal, slowly burning away at it.
F. Foxy: Ow! Ow! Ouch! That stings!
Circus Baby: Oh, shut up. We can't feel pain.
F. Foxy: Excuse me for being dramatic!
Ennard lurched forward, headbutting Hourglass in the face. Hourglass bit at Ennard's shoulder, before thrashing, almost ripping off Ennard's arm in the process. Ennard suddenly thrust its claws into Hourglass' chest, before kicking the ink creature away. Ennard glanced at its arm and ripped the remaining part of it off, throwing it into the fire.
Ballora: Why... why did you do that?
Circus Baby: It was falling off anyways. We can replace it later.
Ennard glanced at the wall behind itself and crawled up it as Hourglass screeched at its pain. Hourglass noticed Ennard crawling up the wall and leapt at it, crawling up the wall as well. The two eventually made their way onto the ceiling and began a brief scuffle. Hourglass slammed both of its arm onto Ennard, who responded by slashing at Hourglass' leg.
Hourglass began to fall, but Ennard caught the ink creature and brought him back to the roof. Using one of its own legs, Ennard pinned Hourglass' bad leg to the ceiling, keeping Hourglass hanging. With its one remaining arm, Ennard dug into Hourglass' guts, easily ripping Hourglass open. Suddenly, the flames began to engulf the building faster and then-
KABOOM!
The building exploded in a fiery explosion, caused by Jake Smith and Michael Afton. The tunnels collapsed upon themselves, crushing the two amalgamations within. For a time, all is silent, minus the crackling of fire. It seems both of our fighters have perished, until a singular arm reaches out from the debris of the building.
Ennard pulled itself out of the rubble, donning Hourglass' mask upon its own face. Ennard walked out of the burning wreckage, covered in burns, ink, missing a small part of itself, and missing its entire arm. It glanced up towards the sky as it began to rain rather heavily. Once far enough away from it, Ennard glanced back at the remains of the tunnel.
F. Foxy: Quite a dramatic end for a fellow monster, wouldn't you agree?
F. Freddy: Indeed, indeed! It may be dead, but I gotta admit, I'm digging this new gas mask thing it had!
Ballora: Well, with it dead, what now?
Circus Baby: Find that human we encountered earlier. I believe it snatched our skin suit from us.
Ennard looked away from the collapsed tunnels and began to walk off, towards the rest of Treasure Island, while a certain silhouette version of Mickey Mouse begins to form behind Ennard, seething with anger and rage. "No...! No! No, no, no, no, no, NO!!" The black silhouette version of Mickey Mouse shouted, but Ennard ignored it and kept walking.

Yazo: Well, MOTHER ain't gonna be too happy about that one.
Carl: This matchup, while a bit one-sided, was still rather intriguing to analyze. Both Ennard and Hourglass held their advantages and disadvantages, although Ennard had what it needed to overcome Hourglass.
Yazo: But it's not entirely one-sided. Ennard and Hourglass were actually fairly even when it came to speed. Ennard may be a slightly bit faster, but it's such a small difference that it hardly matters. Both had similar speeds, being able to move faster than humans can react and kill them at the same time.
Carl: The only real reason that Ennard is a slight bit faster is... consistency with these speed feats, honestly. Ennard could scale to a variety of speed feats through several different other characters, such as Foxy, Springtrap, Roxanne Wolf, ecetera. Hourglass only had two speed feats, one it performed and another it scaled to. But Hourglass made up for this with teleportation, essentially making that slight difference mean nothing.
Yazo: And the two had each other countered when it came to their arsenal. Both were extremely stealthy, but did have their different techniques that allowed them to spot each other in the dark. Hourglass' enhanced hearing and Vibration Detection meant that Ennard was going to have a very hard time sneaking up on Hourglass. At the same time, Ennard's Proximity Sensor meant that Hourglass was never going to surprise Ennard.
Carl: But this is when the advantages begin to lean away from Hourglass and begins to lean towards Ennard rather heavily. For example, while Hourglass could rip a human to pieces, but Ennard scales to Afton, who could rip metal animatronics apart, meaning Ennard was a lot stronger than Hourglass could ever dream of.
Yazo: Speaking of Afton, where'd he go? He disappeared partway through the battle.
Afton: Oh please, I couldn't miss this battle for the world! In fact, I'm here to help you explain your verdict, especially considering you need an expert about Five Nights at Freddy's to help you explain.
Yazo: Considering that FNAFpro52 has done like, 8 battles with FNaF characters, is preparing for another one, did a collab where he did the research for a FNaF character, and has made three separate FNaF profiles on the Character Stats and Profiles wiki, I daresay he knows what he's talking about when he talks about FNaF.
Afton: Did I ask? Anyways, one of Ennard's biggest advantages was his durability. Why? Because Ennard actually had feats that gave him a durability advantage. Hourglass? Not to much. The only thing that even hinted towards durability is Hourglass' screeches during the fire of Night 5 in Oblitus Casa, proving it didn't immediately die. Hourglass still died, but it didn't die immediately. Ennard, on the other hand, could scale to Ballora, who survived two hits from the Scooper before dying. Pretty obvious.
Carl: And that's not even mentioning that Ennard was much smarter. While Hourglass was no idiot, it was also no genius. Ennard, on the other hand, could manipulate Michael Afton, who is comparable to his father.
Afton: Meh.
Yazo: Shut up, bro.
Carl: *ahem* So, while Hourglass was similar in speed and could catch Ennard in the dark, the animatronic amalgamation was stronger, more durable, and too intelligent for Hourglass to put down for good.
Yazo: What a "lit" ending! Ennard was too "hot" for Hourglass to handle. Ennard had this win "Five Nights" over.
Afton: You used that "Five Nights" pun in your battle with Freddy.
Yazo: Don't recall asking.
Carl: The winner is Ennard.
