Description[]
In the seventh episode of DimeUhDozen's Death Battle series, two young and promising ninja heroines cross fates for one punchtastic explosion. It's OK K.O.'s Enid Mettle versus RWBY's Blake Belladonna.
Interlude[]
Duchess: Good news, everyone! We've got our budget back! Don't ask how we did it. We just did. You don't want to know how. You really don't. Speaking of the unknown: ninjas.
Antoinette: Masters of the art of disappearance and stealth. Most spend their entire lives dedicated to the craft like the expert practitioners you see in the likes of Naruto. But have you ever dreamed you could be just like them? Ever tried doing a shadow clone jutsu or ran with your hands behind your back in the school halls? These two probably have... and proceeded to become the real deal.
Duchess: Enid Mettle, the witch who would be ninja from Lakewood Plaza Turbo.
Antoinette: And Blake Belladonna, the mysterious faunus who became a huntress from the world of Remnant. This is Madame Duchess, and I am Antoinette, her all-knowing virtual assistant.
Duchess: And it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor, and skills to find out who would win a DEATH BATTLE!
Enid Goes Turbo in DEATH BATTLE[]
- Enid:
- Age: Late Teens (no really, that's the official age)
- Hero Level: 10
- Occupation: Cashier at Gar's Bodega
- Likes: Ninjas, Being Lazy, Her Friends, Red Action
- Dislikes: Villains, Annoying Customers
Duchess: As a young girl, Enid always dreamed of being a great ninja hero. Obsessed with manga and novels about their mysterious powers and unparalleled skill, she trained herself to be the very best that she could be with the limited knowledge she had. There was just one problem. Enid was born a witch.
Antoinette: Her family was practically the exact opposite in aesthetic to everything she wanted to become. Her father, a werewolf, and her mother, a vampire. She was even sent to Ghoul School instead of a regular one -- which yes, is the very same from Scooby-Doo. Zoinks! ...I'm not doing that again.
Duchess: I agree, that sounded pathetic. But you gave it your best shot. Just like Enid when she requested a transfer to another school. But to her surprise, her parents agreed and this is where her real training began.
Antoinette: She wouldn't be the only one training to be the best, however. After watching and becoming impressed by Enid's moves, a young girl named Elodie asked to train with her, and the two became extremely quick friends. From then on, the two would do practically everything together from sleepovers to sparring. They were practically inseparable.
Duchess: And that's how I know something extremely terrible is about to happen.
Antoinette: After finding a flier for a contest which allowed the winner to join the greatest school for heroes there was, P.O.I.N.T. Prep, the two immediately signed on together. Their dreams to become heroes were finally within reach. Showcasing their skill, both girls completely beat out the competition and entered finals. Their challenge? Fighting each other in a one-on-one duel. Enid couldn't bear the thought of hurting or stealing away her best friend's dream. But Elodie had no such qualms.
Duchess: I knew it was coming, but it still hurts anyways. Even if it is for a hero...
Antoinette: Elodie made quick work of the emotionally compromised Enid and won the competition. Even then, Enid was happy for her friend, congratulating her. But her words of congratulations were met with the most crushing news she would ever hear. Elodie's confession that she was never her friend, and simply a means to an end for bettering herself and copying her techniques.
Duchess: OH, THAT'S EVEN WORSE -
Antoinette: From then on, Enid gained a new outlook on life and an icy heart. The more you care, the more you get hurt.
Duchess: That's not a metaphor, by the way. Her heart is literally frozen now. The things betrayal does to a girl.
Antoinette: Instead of pursuing her dreams as a hero, Enid took a job as a cashier for Gar's Bodega, your one stop shop for anything hero-related. Weapons, accessories, and items, you can all find it at Gar's Bodega.
Duchess: I thought you said our budget was back.
Antoinette: I-I did.
Duchess: Then why do you sound like you're about to do an ad for Squarespace?
Antoinette: (hurriedly) Let's not think about that too much!
Duchess: Luckily for Enid, she would never quite be out of practice, because most of every day, the bodega would be under attack from Mr. Gar's nemesis, the nefarious Lord Boxman, who kind of looks like if N. Gin and Beetlejuice had a love child. His robot kids Darrell, Shannon, Jethro, Gustavo and Raymond would be constantly on the attack, wreaking havoc to the bodega, but were always thwarted by the attempts of Enid, her co-worker Radicles, and Mr. Gar himself.
Antoinette: But just like The Haunted Mansion, there's always room for one more. And you can visit the Haunted Mansion and other exciting attractions at the Magic Kingdom in Disneyland, Disney World, Tokyo Disneylan-...
Duchess: Antoinette, why are you wearing Mickey ears and why did our footage just cut to a Disney commercial?
Antoinette: K.O., AN EXCITED YOUNG UPSTART-... who dreamed of being a hero offered to work at the bodega himself. Despite his lack of power or skill, he tried his very best to achieve his dream, with albeit, a slow start. And yet, this optimism and pure-hearted nature was enough to inspire Enid, bringing back the kindness and empathy she once possessed.
Duchess: Even when Elodie came back to haunt her and show her up, Enid finally confronted her demons and showed her rival that caring was not her weakness, it was her strength. Though, that was far from her only strength as she would soon come to find out.
Abilities:
- Power Foot Fireball
- Ninjutsu Techniques
- Martial Arts and Acrobatics
- Stealth Mastery
- Toon Force
Duchess: Enid's signature move is the Power Foot Fireball, an incredibly powerful attack which allows her to generate fire from her kicks. She can fire these in single or continuous rapid-fire bursts. With quick and precise movements, she can release three of them at once. But for close-quarters combat, she is able to light her leg on fire in order to enhance her attacks. And this is just the versatility of one singular move. That's also not to mention that just one fireball is able to cancel out magic attacks and make someone instantly explode like literally anything in Deltarune.
Antoinette: Enid is also incredibly skilled in ninjutsu and can use various techniques to aid her in combat like her favorite and most useful move, the Body Replacement Technique. As implied, it allows Enid to teleport, substituting a tree stump in place of where her body would have been. She doesn't even seem to need to make any physical movement at all to activate it and she has utilized it even when tied up. More advanced variants on this can create an entire smokescreen and allow her to change clothes.
Duchess: She can also make shadow clones that explode when hit, manifest giant shadow constructs from her shadow and use the Shadow Trap to restrain opponents. Even without her jutsus, she's an extremely gifted acrobat and martial artist, having practiced ever since she was a child, rendering her capable of running up ropes and solid surfaces and even controlling her movements in midair. As a ninja, she's also heavily trained in stealth to the point where she can disappear in front of the naked eye and entire class of students.
Antoinette: But maybe her most versatile power is... sigh... Toon Force. But I can actually sort of wrap my circuits around this one. In this universe, everyone is powered by an energy source called Glorbs, which allows them to behave under cartoon physics. Finally! Something I can understand!
Duchess: As seen, this allows Enid to behave elastically, making her difficult to put down, even when flattened. She can even come back from having her entire body melted down and act completely normal after the fact. However, after the things we've seen Dick Dastardly accomplish, perhaps this is a tad tame in comparison. What isn't tame is her "coolness". She can harness the power of just how cool she is in order to literally cool down fire around her and exhibit a temperature cold enough to turn her surroundings to ice. I'd hate to see what happens when someone calls her a badass.
Antoinette: You should fear what happens when she gets ANGRY. When she achieves a perfect state of rage, she becomes a powerful being that's able to literally suck the soul right out of your body and make sonic screams.
Duchess: The scariest part is, this isn't even Enid at her peak. In OK K.O., everyone has something called a POW Card, which gauges your Hero Level via experience points. Sort of like an RPG. When you level up by battling, not only do you gain strength, but new abilities as well. And as time would progress, Enid's Hero Level would increase significantly.
Antoinette: Her growth would even be acknowledged by the most powerful hero organization on the planet, P.O.I.N.T. When Enid used her wit, skill, and power in order to subdue a monster even the organization's premiere hero, Chip Damage, could not, she was offered an acceptance letter to P.O.I.N.T. Prep. The very opportunity she was robbed of all those years ago by Elodie. With reluctance, she attended, but what she found would shake her world forever.
Duchess: Remember Glorbs? Well, while Glorbs exist in everyone, supercharging someone on Glorbs, like steroids, has an adverse effect that causes someone to go completely berserk. As it turns out, Chip Damage was not only manipulating and cheating to boost students with these behind the scenes, but he was actually an android that had seemingly gone haywire.
Antoinette: After rekindling her friendship with Elodie and gaining closure for her betrayal at the tryouts, the two teamed up to take down Chip Damage and put a stop to the conspiracy. An impressive feat considering Chip Damage is powerful enough to throw someone into orbit in less than a second, the kinetic energy of which would take 1.1855 megatons of energy, and is far swifter than Boxbots like Darrell, who can fire lasers that Enid is able to dodge at 1.83 times the speed of light.
Duchess: But as it turns out, Chip Damage wasn't an A.I. gone rogue, but rather a mere puppet of the real mastermind, the leader of P.O.I.N.T., renowned heroine Foxtail. I knew it. Heroes really AREN'T as goody-goody as they let on! In. Your. Faces.
Antoinette: Foxtail had her own plans for Lakewood Plaza Turbo after coming into the knowledge that it housed an entire tree of Glorbs underneath it. She took it over swiftly using a gun that could depower heroes, but were stopped by the Lakewood Plaza Turbo crew, with Enid, of course, lending a hand. Eventually, K.O. reminded Foxtail of her real worth as a heroine, powerless or not, while Elodie made the ultimate power play. Enid had succeeded in getting through to her mean girl rival after all, and allowed K.O. to fire the finishing blow and fake the effects of the depowering ray herself. It turns out caring DOES solve your problems after all.
Duchess: Weird moral to get out of it, but okay. I thought it was fighting people a lot gives you a lot of neat powers. I even got in my own villain training program. One hero fight once a day!
Antoinette: Ma'am, that requires heroes to actually want to stop you.
Duchess: (weeping) I know. What a cruel world we live in!
Antoinette: S-Speaking of new powers, let's go over some of Enid's!
Seasons 2-3 Abilities:
- Attack Reflection
- Ice Heart
- Advanced Jutsus
- Advanced Toon Force
Antoinette: She's become skilled enough to knock back missiles with her own feet and reflect lasers with the power of friendship.
Duchess: (weeping even louder) I WISH PEOPLE STOPPED ME WITH THE POWER OF FRIENDSHIP.
Antoinette: (concerningly comforting her with a pat on the head) She can also create energy fields, create rings of fire, and even manifest her criticism in physical form - something I really fear our audience would do from time to time.
Duchess: (sniffling) H-Her ninja techniques have also improved too... like using her shadow jutsus to manipulate and move inside her own shadow, which shares her optical and hearing senses as well. She can also increase her mobility with this, and even make others fall inside while completely intangible. When others are consumed in this shadow, they are left in a complete state of fear to the point where they are unable to function. In addition to her Body Replacement Technique, she can now turn herself into a tree stump outright.
Antoinette: You okay, ma'am?
Duchess: M-Mhm...
Antoinette: Atta girl... Anyways, you remember the part where we mentioned Enid's heart is literally ice now? She can actually channel that into a frosty breath attack that was able to freeze a giant slime monster solid!
Duchess: But sometimes her normal abilities aren't able to make the cut, like when she was forced to fight K.O.'s evil self - T.K.O.! But by using the same type of energy he harnessed using a Glorb collar she was given by a jealous Fink, she can turn into Turbo Enid, a form that briefly allowed her to match T.K.O. by tapping into her dark side.
Antoinette: For reference, by this point, K.O. alone was able to defeat Shadowy Figure alongside Turbo Fink, who could survive an attack from Perfect K.O. This is important because Perfect K.O. is the perfect fusion of both halves of K.O., the good and the bad. Together, they were able to overpower P.O.I.N.T.'s weaponry, which vastly outclassed every villain in the world. Even the likes of Cosma who is a WORLD EATER, big enough to warrant 91.6 Yottatons via size alone! And T.K.O. is vastly stronger than that!
Duchess: This does have some drawbacks, however. This form only lasts about two minutes at which point the Glorbs run out of juice.
Antoinette: However, with Enid's remarkable arsenal, skill, and stamina, she is more than likely to be able to finish the fight.
Duchess: Her reactions are sharp enough to witness planets being flung into orbit.
Antoinette: She's skilled enough to beat a slime monster that couldn't be defeated by P.O.I.N.T. and previously laid waste to countless civilizations, and fought the Hue Troop, an elite task force from the future tasked with fighting an endless war against robots that were labeled a universal threat and turned the world into a wasteland. She was even able to figure out their weakness at a glance and was crucial in ending the war herself.
Duchess: She should also be just as, if not more skilled than K.O., who beat a robot capable of besting his mother Carol, who is so skilled that she can copy countless fighting techniques and instantly learn them just by sight.
Antoinette: As for stamina, she is capable of fighting thousands of robots in a single day during a heatwave and come back even after a brutal beatdown. With her Toon Force active, she's even harder to put down for good. Enid has just about all the power required to be the perfect ninja and is more than ready to take on the world.
Duchess: But when all was said and done, she decided to accept her witch heritage and enroll in a school for... witch-....es.....
Antoinette: ...Oh my god.

Blake Hunts Her Prey in DEATH BATTLE![]
Duchess: In the world of Remnant, humans live alongside a species known as Faunus. Humanoids with animal-like physical traits. Like rabbit ears or a chameleon's ability to camouflage. Ideally, they would have just as much a right to live as anyone else in society, but history often is disappointing.
Antoinette: Enter the White Fang: an organization dedicated to fighting for the rights of Faunus at a time when discrimination was at an all time high. While initially doing so peacefully, when their cries were not heard, they took a more... aggressive stance, recruiting members to ravage and disrupt the system that pushed them down for so long. One of these members was a young Blake Belladonna.
- Blake Belladonna:
- Age: 19
- Height: 5'7"
- Occupation: Huntress, Former Member of the White Fang
- Likes: Novels (even smutty ones), Fish, Team RWBY (specifically Yang)
- Dislikes: Grimm, Dogs
Duchess: From as early as the age of thirteen, Blake was trained in combat by the White Fang, going on missions to steal cargo from the bourgeoisie nation of Atlas.
Antoinette: Said cargo was often Dust, a powerful energy source that is triggered by Aura, the energy of the soul. Fighters like Blake can use their own weapons as conduits for these elemental energies making them an integral asset in combat. Aura can also increase your defense, power, senses, and increase your resilience to harmful temperatures including fire, sub-zero conditions, and lava. However, this is not infallible, as continuous usage and damage of and to one's Aura will deplete them, leaving the user vulnerable.
Duchess: Dust comes with all your standard JRPG elemental uses that can be imbued into weapons. Like fire, ice, earth and gravity. Luckily for Blake, her Semblance, a superpower unlocked from her Aura, it has far more uses than just an extra cherry on top to an already perfect pie.
Antoinette: She possesses the Semblance known as Shadow, which in her own words, leaves behind an empty copy of herself to take the hit while she breaks away. Sort of like Enid's cloning jutsus from earlier, but with a twist. Blake can sort of turn her clones into... bombs. By imbuing them with Dust, Blake's clones can achieve a variety of effects like blowing up into fire, freezing weapons in place, and making them turn into solid stone. Later on, she would even gain the ability to form these into solid copies.
Duchess: Needless to say, her Semblance made her an incredibly powerful asset on stealth missions to the White Fang and their leader Adam, of whom she had grown close. But the more Blake saw of his violent tendencies, the rage building beneath the surface, the more she wanted out. Her desire was to protect the people, earn peace, but not through destruction. And so she left the White Fang to pursue a greater goal. To become a huntress.
Antoinette: Isn't this the part where you berate her for choosing the "goody-goody" route, ma'am?
Duchess: Oh no, I'm not brave enough for politics.
Antoinette: Blake would enroll in Beacon Academy under the guise of a normal human, though this was a bit difficult with her cat ears. Luckily, she had the perfect Clark Kent disguise to get the job done. (drum roll) ... A bow.
Duchess: WHAT? That's ridiculous! How does anyone expect a BOW of all things to hide anything about them!? (Her own bow twitches)
Antoinette: (squints)
Duchess: What -- ?
Antoinette: Nothing. Shortly after joining Beacon, despite her introverted behavior, she'd make acquaintances with several people that would change her life forever. Like Ruby Rose, a wide-eyed optimist with the pure goal of making people's lives a little better, Weiss Schnee, the bratty heiress to the Schnee Dust Company and enemy to the White Fang, and Yang Xiao Long.
(Careless Whisper starts playing)
Duchess: I didn't do that, did you?
Antoinette: No??
Duchess: These three people would end up being her teammates in their journey to become huntresses, people who protected against the unfeeling monsters that plagued Remnant, Grimm, under the command of their mistress Salem. Though mighty in power, Blake had the means to cut them down to size with her weapon, Gambol Shroud, a transforming little beauty that's a sword, a cleaver, a pistol, and a sickle all in one.
Antoinette: Over time, after going on several Grimm-hunting missions, Blake would come to grow closer to her teammates and trust them as if they were her own family. But on the night of the Vytal Festival Tournament, everything changed. Her past in the White Fang caught up to her, as due to the machinations of the villainous Cinder Fall, a combined attack from the Grimm, the Fang, hacked Atlas military reduced the school of Beacon and people's faith to absolute ashes.
Duchess: To make things worse, when faced with Adam once again, all she could do was run as she witnessed Yang's own arm severed by his sword. Penny Polendina was outed as a robot and was destroyed, Beacon's brightest student Pyrrha Nikos died valiantly during her fight with Cinder, and everything... sucked.
Antoinette: It was a shame how easily Atlas's military had gotten hacked, but I'm sure they wouldn't have gone down so easily if they had simply used Surfshark VPN--
Duchess: I THOUGHT YOU SAID WE HAD OUR BUDGET BACK!
Antoinette: JUST A SIMPLE OBSERVATION --
Duchess: Blake would run away from her problems while also confronting another. Returning to her home of Menagerie, a home to many Faunus, she reconnected with her parents whom she had abandoned so long ago for the White Fang. But even then, she could not escape their corruption. Her old friend Ilia was now turned against her, an assassination plot was set in motion to kill both of her parents, and she learned of another plan by the White Fang to attack Haven. Luckily, after a hard-fought fight, she managed to convince not only Ilia but many others that violence was not the way, becoming the warrior of peace she always wanted to be, and taking another step to burying her past.
Antoinette: There was just one problem. Her future. Taking to Haven, she arrives to stop Adam's plans only to find her old team there as well, including Yang whom she had abandoned without an arm. But this time, Blake did not run, and faced her problems head-on. After preventing the attack, she and Yang would reconnect and eventually defeat Adam together. The years ahead would be difficult, and they would be challenged by nearly impossible odds, but one thing was for certain. Whatever they would face, they would do it together.
Duchess: But how strong is Blake, really? Well, her teammate Weiss is durable enough to take attacks from Maiden Cinder, albeit briefly, who was able to pierce through Ozpin's shield.
Antoinette: That would be 2.688 megatons of TNT, so Blake and friends should be quite a bit below that.
Duchess: She's also comparable to the Ace Ops who scale in speed at the very least to Winter Schnee, who was able to block lasers.
Antoinette: This would suggest that she was moving at 4.12 times the speed of light.
Duchess: Blake is tough enough to fight over the course of one or two days without rest and is trained to kill Grimm on the daily. She's on par with the likes of Pyrrha, who is renowned for her being an uncontested champion in tournament fights and her girlfriend Yang Xiao Long, who is able to read the movements of her enemies. She is an absolute beast in terms of acrobatic movements, able to deflect bullets and dodge thunder while in midair, and even destroy incoming missiles. Needless to say, she's a tough girl to put down.
Antoinette: Blake may have emerged from shadows, but in the end, she was shown the light.
( Clip from Seeing Red )
Blake: I don't have a choice. I have people who actually care about me, and I promised I'd never leave them again. So I'm not dying now.
( SFX: Gates Closing )
Pre-battle[]
Missness: All possibilities have been accounted for, and I'm about to make a lot of money...
Antoinette: DEATH BATTLE SIMULATION COMMENCING.
DEATH BATTLE![]
A slow and cozy opening on what appears to be a public library. Blake Belladonna in her casual wear smiles fondly as she wanders around its tall and nearly endless shelves. So many books to choose from, so many genres, but only one in particular is on her mind. She passes by a librarian who is continuously stamping books to some inaudible beat, someone in an astronaut suit whose face is just barely out of reach, and an old shriveled up head librarian with poofed up hair resembling a violet ice cream cone. The latter glares at Blake as she walks by and a slightly apologetic and nervous smile is given as she hurriedly walks away, out of reach. Then, finally, she reaches it. Her treasure. "Ninjas of Love: The Final Chapter". She can barely contain her excitement as she reaches for one of the books, only for her hand to be intercepted by another.
Blake: A-Ah...
The camera swerves over towards a purple-haired girl with tanned skin, Enid Mettle. She looks like a deer in headlights, caught in the act. Immediately, she retracts her hand and blushes, landing it with it's twin right behind her back.
Enid: Oh! Sohrry. I, uh... Was just browsing, y'know?
Blake: No, no! It's okay. I was... browsing too.
Enid: Good, good. I mean, obviously, nobody reads this filth. It's all kissy and... gross...
Blake: Totally. I actually... Even if I did get this, it would be for... my girlfriend.
Enid: Same here, same here.
Blake: But she doesn't want it.
Enid: Neither does mine.
Both stand in awkward silence. Blinking. Standing on edge. Until they both burst.
Both: Soyouwon'tmindifIcheckthisoutright?
Both clasp their lips. Then open again.
Both: Ironically.
Clasped.
Both: Just for curiosity's sake--
Clasped.
Enid's eyes narrow as we begin to hear her inner thoughts. A cross-fade as the screen turns old and graded like an old ninja movie. Then the same happens with Blake as the two alternate between each other.
Enid: (She's totally onto me. But what choice do I have? I just have to get the book and go. But I can't let her see me either...)
Blake: (Absolutely no one can know I read this. If word got out... No. This ends now. Right here. I'll just...)
Both: (TAKE THE BOOK.)
Both of them make a grab for the book and find themselves sweating fiercely. For a moment, the two of them are frozen, just looking at each other, recognizing each other as opponents, and immediately slipping into serious expressions. Blake makes a grab for Gambol Shroud and Enid slides back her leg.
GO FOR BROKE!
FIGHT!
Shifting her weapon into it's firearm mode, Blake quickly fires a couple of quick shots rapid fire, only for Enid to intercept them with her leg, performing rapid kicks in perfectly timed afterimages, emulating Chun-Li's Hyakuretsukyaku. After the last shot is fired, Enid lunges forth, leaping into the air, and circles her leg into a dropkick. At the same time, Blake retracts her weapon and shifts it immediately into a blade for close quarters combat, slashing at Enid's leg only for her to clash against it instead of it being merely sliced open. With a grunt, Enid uses the pressure to kick Gambol Shroud into the air, sending it flipping up. Its owner follows close behind, performing an acrobatic flip and catching it in the air, but not before being buffeted by a set of fireballs. It staggers her slightly, but no damage is shown overall. Annoyed, she looks down to see Enid conjuring these fireballs from her kicks and aims a downward slash right at her.
Enid: Hah!
She presses her hands together in focus mere moments before Blake can strike. When she does, she instantly disappears in a puff of smoke, and Blake only slices a tree stump perfectly in two. She looks astonished, ears perking up as she looks around, only to see Enid balancing on one leg on top of a library shelf. Blake is wary, and she keeps her sword drawn, but she is otherwise impressed and curious.
Enid: Neat trick, huh?
Blake: You have two Semblances...?
Enid: Two wha-?
Blake: ...Never-mind. It's not important.
The huntress leaps onto the shelf as well and begins to make precise and twirling slashes with Gambol Shroud, encouraging Enid to go in close as she planned. She's keeping the fact that their "Semblances" might be similar in mind. Enid counters with a set of acrobatic kicks, attacking in flurries and occasionally firing fireballs in-between, seeing how ineffective they are as well. Both analytical minds are learning. Though the purple-haired cashier might have to learn more than later. As when she goes in for a quick strike to the gut, she finds her leg frozen in a sculpture of ice. "How?" she thought. "She was right here..." ...Body Replacement Technique. Of course. She sees Blake on the other side of the shelf aisle preparing a sideways slice from her blade, unveiling a large projection of purple energy heading her way. Enid narrows her eyes and lights her leg on fire, melting the ice and delivers a firm kick towards the incoming beam. A fireball is launched towards it, causing both attacks to dissolve into thin air.
Blake: For some random novel-enthusiast... you're no slouch.
Enid: Really? Thanks. But I'm just getting started.
On that note, she disappears into smoke, smoke that eventually covers the area that surrounds them, creating a cloud to blanket themselves in. Blake stays wary as multiple illusions of Enid appear calm and collected as they surround her. Ordinarily, an opponent wouldn't be able to tell which one was which, but Blake was no ordinary opponent. Heightening her senses with her Aura, she immediately turns around and slices forward towards the striking Enid - the real Enid - behind her back. She catches Enid off-guard and she looks visibly worried for a moment, though leaps into midair and double-jumps into a back-air flip to continue keeping up the pressure. But using the butt of the blade, Blake knocks Enid backwards, sending her tumbling back towards the other end of the shelves.
Forming multiple ninja-sign techniques with her hands, she begins to slightly levitate above the shelf area, her own shadow forming into a ferocious beast twice her size. Its glowing red eyes pierce Blake as she instantly runs towards it brandishing her blade, aiming to slash down on its arms and legs. Though tendrils sprout out of its body, forcing Blake to acrobatically move out of the way, swiftly swerving out of the way. A massive fist aims to crash down upon her, just barely grazing her by a hair however, and she stumbles backwards in response. More and more spiked tendrils form out of it's body until Blake decides to go for the head and cut it's head off in one fell swoop, just like any other Grimm she's faced.
Enid immediately jumps upwards however and grabs Blake by the legs, somersaulting in midair and throwing her down onto the ground of the library, cracking a table in half. Enid spirals her legs into a drill and aims to crush Blake with her feet, though it's too late to see that the dust created as a result of the impact was the perfect cover to replace herself with a Shadow of herself. The Blake she sees erupts into fire and a massive explosion that sends Enid flying back through several shelves. Blake runs after her with her arms behind her back and goes in for another attack. Enid quickly flips herself back up from the rubble of the crushed shelves and the both of them rush forward to engage.
Both: HAAAAAAAAAH-
Librarian: SHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.
Both immediately turn to see the Librarian glaring at them and wave their hands up defensively and nodding in fear. However, their eyes grow increasingly concerned as she sees the physical "shhhhhhh"s from her mouth slide onto a book beneath their feet, tossed to the ground in their scuffle. It immediately opens up without warning and flips through its pages, sucking them both up like a vacuum as they scream. Spiraling deeper and deeper into the texts within until both of them wake up in a pleasant meadow wearing the gowns of princesses, colored for their convenience, of purple and yellow. Enid is the first to get up on her feet and visibly grimaces.
Enid: Ah-haah... Uh, nope!
She instantly transforms her dress into her casual clothes with a poof of smoke. Meanwhile, Blake is... left in the ill-fitting garments. Grimacing and hissing with cat-like noise. Enid merely snickers and crosses her arms smugly.
Enid: What? You can't do that one?
Blake: ...Shut up.
With her ears furrowing downwards she uses Gambol Shroud to slice off the most restricting parts of her dress in clean-cut patterns, making it more suited for combat. Though it's tattered and torn, a look of an absolutely disgraced party gown, it oddly suits Blake, and she's more than ready to fight once more. As she does, Enid once again utilizes one of her shadow techniques, this time growing into a massive cyclone, which spins around exactly as fast as the construct it embodies. Blake covers her eyes and tries to trudge forward but is blown backwards into a storybook castle. She shakes her head and looks up, only to see the tornado growing closer. Thinking quickly, she runs to the top of the tower in a massive burst of speed. Aiming precisely for Enid inside of the tornado, she snipes a purple shot and hits the ninja girl straight in the head.
Enid: AGH!
Focus disrupted, the shadow dissolves, but this is not enough to destroy her resolve. Blake runs and leaps from the top of the tallest tower, blade drawn. And Enid jumps a full ten feet in the air to challenge her. While in free-fall, the both of them clash haphazardly, slicing in every which way, steel meeting the might of legs as one strike meets another. Their strikes just keep moving faster and faster, they feel the air blurring behind them. But they don't care, in the heat of the moment. Just fighting for everything they stand for, everything they are. For the freedom of being themselves.
RIIIIPPPPP...
Her sword slices clean through Enid's skin as they touch ground. Or so she thinks. Enid staggers back and she immediately tries to cover up the part that's ripped. But it's far too late. Hints of purple shine through the skin suit to reveal the fur on her body. Blake's eyes widen as she sees what the heroine really is beneath the surface. She holds on her blade for just a moment, her voice becoming almost understanding and caring.
Blake: You're a...
Enid: Bunny. I know. Got bit by a Were-Fox, and now I'm like... this. It's a whole... thing.
She sighs, turning around and looking at her cottontail. Hanging her head, she huffs and attempts to slide her suit back together, but to no avail. Though Blake holds her arm and shakes her head. It's almost like she's staring in a mirror of herself from years ago, and a soft smile warms onto her face.
Blake: You don't have to be ashamed of it. No... point in hiding the past either. You're a skilled fighter. What you're hiding underneath doesn't change that.
Enid smiles faintly as she simply allows the suit to fall off her body, revealing herself in her full bunny state. She thumps her leg against the ground several times before moving into a more confident pose. Honestly, she needed that. That's the kind of advice K.O. would give if he were here.
Enid: Yeah.... I guess you're ri-
P.A.: LIBRARY CLOSES IN TWO MINUTES.
Both: TWO MINUTES!?
The book immediately expels them both like hacking bad food and the two, dazed though they were, immediately forget everything and make a break for the Romance section. Though Enid can see that Blake is much faster than she is. She huffs and puffs and she realizes... in a moment of weakness that she needs a boost. Pulling out a collar from out of her fur, she straps it onto her neck and feels the power of Glorbs running through her veins. Blake is nearly there, but notices a flash of light emitting behind her. Enid practically screams as her entire body glows a radiant and villainous purple, spiked bracelets appearing on her arms and eyeshadow fading into her eyes. A malicious smile spreads from cheek to cheek and Blake can only look on in horror.
Turbo Enid: That book... is mine... and now... you're gonna play by MY RULES!
She throws out her hand and summons forth a massive fist made of shadow to strike through the shelves, nearly catching Blake with them in the process. The huntress goes into panic as she feels that the correct course of action here... is to not move forward and attack... but to simply run. She can recognize that the eyes invading her irises now are not hers. But of another beast entirely. The girl is not herself. Vision of a mask appear before Blake and she narrows her eyes. She has to save her. Though keeping a distance, she fires ammo towards Enid only for her to rocket forward anyways as they simply bounce off her skin. She swings on the ceiling like bars on a monkey gym as Enid is dead set on destroying everything in her path. Even stopping for several moments to crush multiple shelves under her foot. The Librarian tries to shush her again, only for the Turbonic menace to swat her away like a fly. Now... for the main course.
Turbo Enid: What's wrong!? Nowhere to RUN!?
Enid enlarges her shadow construct and allows it to loom over Blake for a moment as she gloats about her victory. Blake shields her eyes... only to find the purple glow fading from Enid's body. She looks confused and... almost frightened. Such a rash decision and... this was the price that she paid for it. Her eyes dilate as she looks around at all the destruction, all of the mayhem she caused and drops to her knees.
Enid: I... I'm sohrry.
But she's met with a reassuring hand on her shoulder. She's not the only one who's had to confront a darker self in her lifetime. Enid looks up with confusion, but instead of an enemy, she now simply sees a kindred spirit. Blake doesn't judge. And helps her to her feet as they both exit the library together.
Blake: It's alright. You didn't run away. That's what matters. Maybe... you could show me some more of those ninjutsu moves?
Enid: ...Sure. What were we fighting over again?
Blake: A boo-...
Both of them snap into realization as they turn around, only to see that their beloved Ninjas of Love: The Final Chapter is utterly shredded to pieces on the ground. Blake's jaw drops as a mixture of sorrow and anger takes over her, but this is nothing compared to the pure fury that runs through Enid. With a horrific scream, she immediately bursts into the air and pressure buildings around her. Blake can only wince as she feels her soul leave her body, rendering any power she might have had utterly useless, and slumps down to the floor with a thud.
K.O.!
Then... Enid immediately mellows back out. And shrugs.
Enid: Eh, I can get it online.
Then, she looks towards Blake and is immediately startled by -- her soul practically staring her right in the face. In a panicked movement, she pushes it back down into Blake's body and shakes her awake. The huntress groans and looks up at Enid with an utterly confused facial expression.
!.O.K
Blake: What... happened...?
Enid: Uh... both passed out. It's no biggie. I hear the digital version is better anyways.
Blake: Oh... well, that's nice.
Two shelves behind them collapse into an archway and promptly explode on impact as Blake and Enid walk off into the sunset.
Enid: Yeah. Nice.
O.K. K.O.!
Results[]
Duchess: I-Is she allowed to do that!?
Antoinette: Well, technically Blake died... So it's... valid? Let's go over the results.

Blake:
- =Relatively equal in strength
- =Relatively equal in skill

- -Turbo Enid could still one-shot her
Duchess: When it came to overall stats, Blake and Enid were evenly matched. But Enid's extra powers were far too much for Blake to handle. At any point, if she got angry enough, she could simply steal Blake's soul, and if her shadow was able to cover Blake, she could inflict uncontrollable fear over her.
Antoinette: Creatures like the Apathy were able to affect Blake in the past, so she'd be helpless to an attack like this.
Duchess: And then there's Enid's toon force. Anything that Blake could do to Enid, she could instantly recover from. In the end, there was only one real way this could have turned out. But... I wasn't expecting... ugh... friendship.
Antoinette: Well, it's not surprising at all when you think about it. Enid and Blake go together like Hulu and Disney+. And you too can experience that togetherness with the Disney Bundl-
Duchess: Antoinette. Stop.
Antoinette: H-Huh?
Duchess: You've been acting weird ever since last episode and you've been pulling advertisements out of your ass. Is the budget back or not?
Antoinette: I... I did make back the money but... I lied about how I got it.
Duchess: You mean you... didn't make a deal with the demon lord Beelzebub?
Antoinette: No... I... (whispering in Duchess's ear)
Duchess: Oh. OH. ...Oh...
Antoinette: So you see, I wanted a more respectable way to make money. To earn back my honor.
Duchess: Oh, Antoinette. You don't need to earn respect from me. And ads are NEVER respectable! So just take it easy. We're at the middle of the season anyways.
Antoinette: Yeah... I guess you're right.
Duchess: Ugh. Don't make me be nice again. I hate it. There's something in the air with this episode, I tell you. It's far too wholesome. Just end it already!
Antoinette: The winner is Enid.
During-Credits Scene[]
Antoinette is setting up a camera. She sighs ashamedly and sets up a boombox. One can see a Twitch chat adjacent the credits. A familiar song begins to play on the speakers as she flaunts her arms in the air and shifts her body back and forth in a little bounce. It's Caramelldansen. As the song plays multiple pricy donations come from users named SAL3MCat99, xxEvilSandwichxx, Servbot42, LilDrakken (SoundCloud in Profile), PPitstop, and WillNeverShutUpAgain.
Antoinette: BoxDadReal, thank you for the sub-
